Speaker A

Welcome to Love Notes from Rhonda.

Speaker A

And today is the last day of November, okay?

Speaker A

Besides it being my birthday tomorrow, let's not focus on that yet.

Speaker A

But today is the last day of November, November 30th.

Speaker A

And that means you have 31 days before this year ends.

Speaker A

Now, I want you to think about it a couple ways.

Speaker A

One, what do you still need to get done before the end of the year so that you don't take it into the next year?

Speaker A

When I think about October, November and December, I usually get so much done in the last three months of the year.

Speaker A

You know, I'm a school year brain, so my year starts in September.

Speaker A

So usually September, October, November, December, I'm on fire.

Speaker A

But I'm also compelled because I do not want to take any garbage, any false beliefs, any of my fears, any of those things that are hanging on around my throat.

Speaker A

I do not wanna take them with me into the next year.

Speaker A

And I don't think you do either.

Speaker A

So I want you to stop today and not only write down the things that you received from the last month, right?

Speaker A

What did you learn?

Speaker A

Where did you grow?

Speaker A

How did you transform?

Speaker A

What were your insights and AHAs, right?

Speaker A

We wanna give ourselves credit for the last 30 days, but I also want you to be writing down the things that you know that you do not want to take into the next year.

Speaker A

I've been cleaning drawers like crazy.

Speaker A

I can't wait for mid December when I am going to tear apart my closets.

Speaker A

But that's just things that I wanna let go of.

Speaker A

I also wanna release people.

Speaker A

I have been deleting pretty much every day, going into my contacts and deleting people.

Speaker A

When I look at their name and I don't remember how I know them or I don't remember our connection, I delete them.

Speaker A

If I look at them and I feel any way, frustrated, disconnected, any feeling of desperation or just any feeling that when I look at their name I go, ah.

Speaker A

I delete them.

Speaker A

I actually just deleted one of my dearest friends who hasn't spoken to me for two years.

Speaker A

I deleted her.

Speaker A

I love her.

Speaker A

She might come back.

Speaker A

But looking at her name in my phone caused me anguish.

Speaker A

So I have decided to love her and release her and.

Speaker A

And let her go.

Speaker A

So I'm going through my contacts and deleting names.

Speaker A

I'm going through my closets and drawers and releasing things.

Speaker A

Time to let go.

Speaker A

But also claiming what you wanna make sure that you achieve before the end of the year.

Speaker A

Is there anything that you wanna get done?

Speaker A

So I want you to spend a little time today, just quickly writing down the things that you received from this month.

Speaker A

The goodness, the greatness, the transformations, the insights that you received in the last 30 days.

Speaker A

Give yourself, because I know you're writing your 100 acknowledgments and 100 gratitudes.

Speaker A

So you're already doing that work.

Speaker A

And then I want you to turn the page in that journal of yours and write down, okay, I do not want to take this in to the next year.

Speaker A

So what is it that you do not want to take into the next year?

Speaker A

Write those things down.

Speaker A

And then what are the one to three things that you want to make sure you get done before the end of the year?

Speaker A

Because you want this to be completed in this year, these things to be completed in this year, so that you can walk fresh into the new year.

Speaker A

Yes, December is about family and connection and all these lovely things, but it's also about you cleaning the slate, claiming the slate.

Speaker A

Use today to complete.

Speaker A

Write that completion list down that you want to get done before the end of the year, and write down that release list that you want to make sure you don't take into the next.

Speaker A

This might be the most important thing that you do today, maybe all month, et cetera, because when you do this, you're setting a plan.

Speaker A

You're setting a plan in motion, and you'll be amazed how much easier it is to get done when you write it down.

Speaker A

So write it down.

Speaker A

Until next time.

Speaker A

Be fearless.

Speaker A

I love you.
