Little orange bird Little orange bird in.
Speaker BThe sunshine tree in the sunshine tree.
Speaker AWon't you think something sunny just for me?
Speaker AThis is a very moving moment.
Speaker AYeah, I wish they'd move it to Pittsburgh.

Speaker AAnd after more than 20 years, and now actually this one.
Speaker A850 episodes.
Speaker AWWRADO has never been just a podcast.
Speaker AIt really is more about community and conversation and a shared adventure.
Speaker AAnd today, I get to share part of this adventure with someone who's been part of the story since almost the very beginning.
Speaker AShe's not just a friend.
Speaker AShe's family.
Speaker AShe's traveled the world with us, sailed almost all of the seven seas with us, and survived countless recordings with me.
Speaker AShe is the Dory to my Marlin, the Vanellope to my Ralph, the She Hulk to my Daredevil, and, yes, the Ras to my Mike Wazowski.
Speaker AEven if she's always watching, I just have a feeling that she is.
Speaker AShe is my trusted travel buddy, dream enabler, and official partner in magic.
Speaker AShe is Becky Menken from Mei and Mouse Fan Travel.
Speaker BI really love the Dream Enabler one.
Speaker BI might have to hold onto that.
Speaker BWait, this is 850.
Speaker AIt's 850.
Speaker BHow did that happen?
Speaker AI mean, technically, it's more than I.
Speaker ALike, I've published more than a thousand episodes.
Speaker AIf you look at your podcast feed, it's like 1100 episodes because there's newscasts and stuff like that in there, but numerically, canonically, canonically, it is 850.
Speaker ASo this.
Speaker BCongratulations.
Speaker BThat's.
Speaker BThat says a lot.
Speaker BEither it says a lot or it says you're old.
Speaker BOne or the other.
Speaker BBut.
Speaker BOr that we've been around a long time doing.
Speaker AAnd it was so important to me to have you on this, like, somewhat milestone number.
Speaker AAnd you're like, you're old.
Speaker BI said we.
Speaker BBecause, like you said, I've kind of been around since almost the beginning.
Speaker BBut, yeah, it's been a wild ride and it's been a lot of fun with so much more to come.
Speaker AYeah, there is a lot.
Speaker AAnd look, you know, we talk all about making the most of your time and your vacation and your memories, and I don't recommend things lightly on the show, but you and your agents and advisors and Mouse Van Travel has not just helped me and my family, but literally thousands of our friends in this community plan their vacations with the utmost care and expertise and personal attention and that little something extra.
Speaker ASo, thank you.
Speaker AThank you for you for what you do for me and my immediate family and My extended family and for being part of a good portion of these 850plus episodes and lots and lots of memories.
Speaker BMy pleasure.
Speaker BAnd well, and lots of chicken tenders and lots of food and lots of whatever we have indulged in over time.
Speaker BDoing research, obviously it's research.
Speaker AI, I, it's probably in an unhealthy way.
Speaker AI dream about the chicken tenders on the Disney Cruise Line.
Speaker BNo, we are going to do a blind taste test of chicken tenders where we're going to get it from room service and from the deck 11 and we're going to bring them to you.
Speaker BWe're going to see if you can tell the difference.
Speaker AEvery part of that sentence makes me happy.
Speaker AAll right, but today, listen, we got to get, we're going to dive into your, our friend who's sitting here at whatever table this is with us.
Speaker AWe're going to maybe share some stories, maybe we're going to laugh a little bit.
Speaker AWe're going to hopefully help you learn something new and hopefully make your next Disney adventure even more magical.
Speaker ASo get comfy, get ready, and let's jump into this email segment together.
Speaker BThe box is pretty much overflowing, right?
Speaker AHuh?
Speaker BThe box has been overflowing.
Speaker BIt's been a while.
Speaker AListen, we've been answering emails together for these 18 plus years and I didn't tell you this in advance, but we're gonna try something new this week.
Speaker BNo.
Speaker BNo, it's too early in the morning for that.
Speaker ASo funny.
Speaker AWhen we first got on, she's like, it's way too early and my mic's not working.
Speaker AI don't like my camera and the lighting is weird.
Speaker AI'm like, listen, stop making excuses.
Speaker BIt's because something much more horrific is on its way.
Speaker BGot it.
Speaker AI like how you sort of put the disclaimer at the very beginning no matter what is about to happen.
Speaker ALook, I am.
Speaker ASincerely GR that so many of you.
Speaker AAnd your memories and background information and so much great detail in the emails that you send and I read like 20 plus years later, I still am the only person that has ever and will ever read every single email, Facebook message, DM letter that comes in it, like anything myself.
Speaker ABut I also know, and I appreciate so much of what you share, but I also know that I have, and I did a rough count, about 7 million emails to get to in the inbox and I try to read them all in their entirety.
Speaker ALet's just say that in 18 years, I've never gotten to inbox zero in listener emails.
Speaker ASo what I did was something different, a little bit different this morning.
Speaker AAnd I went.
Speaker AI normally don't go.
Speaker ASo normally what I do, Becky, is I literally just crack open the inbox and I will scan, like, subject lines or the first line, and I'll just read it and whatever happens, happens.
Speaker AAnd I think it's.
Speaker AIt not only makes it more authentic and real, and it just.
Speaker AIt helps her show, you know, what we know or don't know.
Speaker ABut, you know, it's not like we sit there and do a lot of research for it.
Speaker ABut this time what I did is.
Speaker BI went to job, didn't it?
Speaker BYou, like, threw AI at it and said, here, give me the one with all the food.
Speaker AAnd.
Speaker AYeah, well, most of them are bad.
Speaker ANo, what I did was I went through them and I just pulled out the relevant questions because sometimes I'll get.
Speaker AAnd I'm grateful for do not stop.
Speaker ALike, 17 paragraphs of backstories.
Speaker AAnd.
Speaker AAnd sometimes they are very wonderful and they are very moving and they're very humbling.
Speaker AAnd I would be almost embarrassed to read some on the air, but some of them I actually saved because they mean that much to me.
Speaker ABut I just pulled out the relevant questions to get to the heart or really the answer that the listener and hopefully you.
Speaker ABecause I think if one person has a question, other people have it as well, are looking for.
Speaker ASo we're going to try something a little bit different.
Speaker AWe've done lightning rounds in the past, but this time I've just gone in, I've extracted the question itself so we can get to the heart of the matter and see how many we might be able to get to in this second.
Speaker ASo.
Speaker BOkay, good luck with that.
Speaker BLet's see how that goes.
Speaker ABecause I think in the past, I sometimes.
Speaker AWe sometimes spend half the time just reading the questions, which.
Speaker AWhich, again, I love and appreciate, but we're going to try something new this time and see how well it works, or if it is an absolute dumpster fire.
Speaker AAnd I never.
Speaker AThe episode never sees the light of day, which I've only done once before in all 20 years, I've only recorded one.
Speaker ANo, I take that back.
Speaker AI only recorded an episode and a half that I've never actually aired.
Speaker AAnd maybe one day I'll share those stories.
Speaker BThat's an interesting story.
Speaker AMaybe it is.
Speaker AAll right, we're going to try it.
Speaker ABuckle up.
Speaker ALet's get into it.
Speaker AThe first question comes from Emma Caldwell, who basically says, should I choose?
Speaker AShe.
Speaker AEmma wrote a lot about our.
Speaker AThe stuff that we've shared on the podcast about the Disney Destiny and social and what she's seen.
Speaker AAnd she said look, should I choose the new Disney Destiny or one of the classic ships for her first cruise she didn't give a lot of context who she is, who she's going with anybody else.
Speaker ASo there's not contextually a lot I can use to help answer that.
Speaker ABut just as a general like if you get asked that question, Becky, and I'm sure that you do you choose the Destiny because it's the brightest, shiniest new object in the fleet or do you choose one of the classic or Dream class ships?
Speaker BThere are so many factors around that though because you have budget.
Speaker BBecause of course the new shining object also comes with a new ship smell price, how many days do you want to be away?
Speaker BIf you want to do a seven night vacation, it's not going to be the Destiny because that's fours and fives.
Speaker BDo you want to leave from Port Canaveral?
Speaker BThat's not gonna help you there because you wouldn't be the Destiny.
Speaker BCause that's Fort Lauderdale even though you can take Brightline down.
Speaker BSo there's gotta be a lot of qualifications in there to actually make what I love the Brightline I know allows you to get a lot of stuff done.
Speaker BI do the same thing.
Speaker BCrack the laptop out and you have two and a half hours of nothing but email chunking bliss.
Speaker BBut I think it's a really interesting question because I love every single version of Disney Cruise.
Speaker BI love the classic ships.
Speaker BI really love the fantasy.
Speaker BI'm not a fan of the Wish, but I think that's because of the theming isn't exactly to me and a three and four day I think is too short for all the things to see and do on that ship.
Speaker BI do adore the Destiny.
Speaker BSo part of it comes down to again all those qualifying questions.
Speaker BWhat.
Speaker BWhat do you want from your vacation?
Speaker BWhere do you want to go from?
Speaker BWhat is your budget and what type of theme do you love?
Speaker BBecause that, that Heroes and villains is something very unique when you do a comparison to the other ships.
Speaker BSo it's hard to say yes or no.
Speaker BIt's more of a pros and cons and let you decide between the different ships that are available to you.
Speaker AAnd I thought the same thing.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker ABecause there are so many factors you have to take into consideration and we've talked about, you know, some ideas for, for something we want to do in terms of comparing and contrasting the ships.
Speaker ABut all things being equal.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker ALet's just Say just ship versus ship versus ship, especially for a first time cruiser, do you think starting with the Destiny because its newest might be best or starting with because again, like you, I can also make the same argument.
Speaker ALike I love the classic ships for different reasons.
Speaker AI love the Dream class ships for different reasons.
Speaker AI love the art deco design of the Dream and the magic and the nouveau of the wonder and the fantasy in different spaces, in different places.
Speaker BOr the intimacy considerations.
Speaker AThere's theme considerations, there's entertainment considerations to take into it.
Speaker BBut exactly like the, the intimacy of the, of the small ships, of the classic ships, not having 4,000, 5,000 people hanging out with you, each one of them has its own pros and cons.
Speaker BSo if you're a big Disney fan though, and it's your very first cruise, I could make an argument for the Destiny because it does have so many of the stories that we know and love around every corner when you're walking around the ship.
Speaker BSo I could definitely make an argument for that.
Speaker ASo to do like point counterpoint, I could also make an argument to do the magic or the wonder because.
Speaker AThey are smaller, right?
Speaker AThey're less sort of potentially overwhelming.
Speaker AYou do, I think, I think it's sort of a natural progression and graduation even to instead of going from the latest, greatest, biggest, best, highest technology, et cetera, starting off with something like the magic or wonder, getting acclimated to the Disney Cruise Line experience the service, the food, the rotational dining, et cetera, and then almost sort of stepping your way up then, all right, let's see what a Dream Class ship is like versus the magic and then moving on to the Wish class ship.
Speaker AAnd, and I think that's where you have the more nuanced conversation like okay, if you're going to take a Wish class ship cruise, is the Wish, is the Treasure, is the Destiny more in line with you and your family or you and your friends or you by yourself?
Speaker AWhat you want from the experience?
Speaker ADo you want the Princess Fairy tale?
Speaker ADo you want the Parks nostalgia?
Speaker ADo you want the heroes and villains?
Speaker AThat's where you can sort of dovetail a little bit tighter.
Speaker AExactly.
Speaker AThe type of experience that you have, especially having cruised on other ships that don't have such specific ship specific theming to each one.
Speaker BThat's true.
Speaker BAnd I gotta say, between the wish treasure in Destiny that is so important to know is that each one of them tells a different story.
Speaker BSo even the choice between those three is not just by class, it's by the theme that you want to experience.
Speaker BBut I have a better idea.
Speaker BJust contact one of my advisors at MouseFan Travel.
Speaker BWe can sit and go through all of these questions that we're talking about and see which one is to be the best fit.
Speaker BBut I'm with you.
Speaker BI could argue it any way for any of the three types of ships.
Speaker AOr just do back to back to back.
Speaker ADo all three different classes of ships and then you can decide which one is right.
Speaker BYeah, that works too.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker AI think all is always the best answer.
Speaker AIf you instead of having one after another, we're moving on, we're going to move on quickly because again, the whole point was to go faster.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker AMaya Torres said she was talking about nostalgia and the sense of losing things as different experience and attractions come and go and change.
Speaker AAnd sometimes we lose some of our personal favorites.
Speaker AUnderstanding why.
Speaker ABut her question basically is, what is one thing Becky, you think Disney should bring back immediately?
Speaker ANow, she was talking at first about attractions, but she also sort of mentioned movies and things like that.
Speaker ASo you can maybe interpret this question as broadly as you like.
Speaker AWhat is one thing that Disney should bring back immediately?
Speaker BThere's one thing that snaps into my brain the minute you said that.
Speaker BOsborne lights.
Speaker BI want Osborne Lights back more than anything because I think that what's so special about being at Disneyland or Disney World is during the holidays.
Speaker BIt's my favorite time to be there because everything is brighter and lighter and the music is going and it brings you into that holiday spirit.
Speaker BSpirit.
Speaker BBut ever since Osborne Lights went away, it hasn't been as shiny as it used to be.
Speaker BHaving that tradition of going down that street and watching the lights and hearing the music, that was so much of Christmas to me.
Speaker BAnd ever since Osborne Lights went away, I've never found another attraction or place to go in Disney World or in Disneyland that gave me that elevated feel of Christmas that I used to get from Osborne Lights.
Speaker BSo please figure out a way build, build a set, do whatever you need to do, but bring back Osborne Lights.
Speaker BThat was easy for me.
Speaker AThat's a great answer.
Speaker AEspecially, you know, as we're recording this on December 3rd.
Speaker AIt is, it is incredibly timely and I love the parks during.
Speaker AAll the parks are special during the holidays, but there was something special about the Osborne Lights and that it was not a hard ticketed event and anybody could go and.
Speaker AYeah, and it was a great.
Speaker AYou know, you talk about places that just feel more special and community driven and magical.
Speaker ALike there was something special about being in Disney's Hollywood MDM studios during the OSMO lights.
Speaker ATrying to find the black cat.
Speaker AAnd just seeing how year over year it was the same, but always a little bit different.
Speaker AAnd the music and the nostalgia.
Speaker AThat is a great, great, great answer, which I'm gonna have a really tough time trying to equal or beat out.
Speaker ABut.
Speaker ABut.
Speaker AThat made me think of something else.
Speaker ANot just in Hollywood studios, but around the parks.
Speaker ABring back.
Speaker ATaking off my glasses for effect.
Speaker ABring back the streetmosphere character.
Speaker BOh, yes.
Speaker ABring back the citizens of Hollywood.
Speaker ABring back the citizens of Main street, usa.
Speaker AThere is something, you know, without going down the, you know, the COVID road that we lost and things have come back.
Speaker ASome things are better, some things are different.
Speaker ABut I think one of the things that is still this gaping hole for those that have had the opportunity to experience and meet and sometimes get to know those characters over the years, there's a little piece of the soul of the parks that is missing.
Speaker AKeeping in mind, too, that they are real people that lost their jobs.
Speaker AAnd that is definitely part of the equation for me as well.
Speaker ABut there was something about the spontaneity and the energy and the heart and the personal interactions that you could have with them.
Speaker AYou didn't need to know anything about them.
Speaker AYou didn't know any sort of backstory.
Speaker ABut I think it was just this wonderful additional layer.
Speaker AWe talk about surprise and delight moments all the time.
Speaker AAnd as I'm thinking about some of the moments that I've had over the years with them, that very much is the heart of a piece of the heart of Disney that I would love to see come back.
Speaker BThat is such a great answer.
Speaker BI totally agree with you.
Speaker BThat used to be the fun thing about hanging out when you first walked into the studios is you never knew who you were gonna find running around.
Speaker BAnd you could actually have those engagements, those interactions, those relationship builds with that park because you got to know the citizens and yeah, I think that's a wonderful answer.
Speaker BAnd I bring them both back.
Speaker BCan we do that today, please?
Speaker AI remember God was her name.
Speaker AIt was like Dorman Nesmond instead of Norma Desmond on Hollywood Studios and the fire chief and the suffragette sisters on Main Street.
Speaker AYeah, would love to.
Speaker ALove to see them come back.
Speaker BMe too.
Speaker AConnor Ellison says.
Speaker ASo we were.
Speaker AHe was talking about this past week show.
Speaker AI talked about some of the overlooked dining experiences in the parks and resorts, and he was talking about other things around the parks that he felt are underrated, underappreciated.
Speaker ASo his question was basically, what is one Disney experience?
Speaker AI'm assuming he means in Walt Disney.
Speaker AWorld that you think is criminally underrated?
Speaker AOh, yeah.
Speaker AIt's not as easy.
Speaker ALike, first I'm like, oh, this is simple.
Speaker AI'm like, wait, this is not maybe as simple as it is.
Speaker AAnd I can't.
Speaker AI'm giving you time to think.
Speaker AI can't use some of the dining experiences because that was show 849.
Speaker AAnd I think some of those are maybe criminally as a stretch, but are very much like I think Pepe.
Speaker AI've.
Speaker AI never hear anybody talk about Pepe in Disney Springs.
Speaker ASo much so that I was.
Speaker AI might even go to Disney Springs to do the live show tonight just so I can go to Pepe.
Speaker BThat is such a great question.
Speaker BBecause you know when you.
Speaker BWhen you get into the park, you always have that one that you're going to rope drop and run to as fast as you can to try to.
Speaker BTo make sure to get in line as quickly as you can.
Speaker BBut there are attractions and experiences that you don't get that opportunity to do because you're too busy standing in line for the.
Speaker BThe E ticket attractions.
Speaker BThe first one that came to my mind, and this isn't the best answer.
Speaker BI think there's a better answer.
Speaker BBut the first one that came to my mind was the train is being underrated just because you run past it to get to where you're going.
Speaker BBut that feel of being on the train going around Magic Kingdom makes you kind of appreciate the different lands.
Speaker BCause you get to see it from there and you get to relax a little bit.
Speaker BSo that's the first thing that hit my brain.
Speaker BBut I think that there's another answer.
Speaker BBut I can't.
Speaker BI don't know what it is yet.
Speaker BWhat?
Speaker AI thought that too, because I was like, it sets the tone for your day at Magic Kingdom.
Speaker AAnd it's the narration and it's the views and it's the pacing of that attraction and the connection to Walt that I love so much.
Speaker AAnd I'm like.
Speaker ABut then I'm like, well, how over underrated is it?
Speaker ALike, sometimes you'll go.
Speaker AAnd there is a line at the Main street station for it.
Speaker ASo then as I was quickly sort of bouncing around in my mind going from park to park and trying to hit quickly the resorts, one of the things that stood out, and I think now is a wonderful time of year to really enjoy some of these things, are over at Disney's Animal Kingdom, the trails.
Speaker AAnd when I say trails, I mean, like.
Speaker AAnd I never see the Discovery island trails.
Speaker AI think at Animal Kingdom are These quiet, lush, hidden pathways around the Tree of Life.
Speaker AYou might be listening, going, what paths?
Speaker AWhat are you even talking about exactly?
Speaker AThere are these wonderful little, like, carvings and waterfalls and no crowds.
Speaker AAnd when you.
Speaker AAnd one of the things I think is even more so is when you first walk onto Discovery Island.
Speaker AYou know, we're so busy rushing to get to insert your favorite attraction here and try and beat the line, whatever it might be.
Speaker AI think we don't take the time to wander and navigate some of those paths.
Speaker AAnd sometimes when you do, especially, like if you are a photographer, you get some incredible views of Disney's Animal Kingdom, whether it's on Discovery island path, whether it's on the paths around the Tree of Life, or even doing things like the Maharaja Jungle Trek and the Grill Falls.
Speaker ALike, the level of detail, and it's not even sometimes just all about the animals that you get to see, but the detail and storytelling that is in there, like, so incredibly meticulously woven into every carving that you see, every signpost that you see.
Speaker AEverything sort of matters in terms of Grant, I think I did a show about Maharaja Jungle Trek eons ago.
Speaker AI'll look back.
Speaker AIf not, I will do it because I think it is very, very much an overlooked experience in the parks.
Speaker BThat's.
Speaker AAnd it's also.
Speaker AIt's a.
Speaker ADo it at your own pace and it's accessible to everybody, and you get some really.
Speaker BThat's a really good one because when you go in Animal Kingdom, you rush off to the, like you said, insert your favorite attraction here or to the safari.
Speaker BBut some of the best times I've had in that park is just wandering around and trying to find the tigers and meandering around the trails and seeing what animals you run into.
Speaker BBut honestly, it's been a while since I've done that, and I really enjoy it.
Speaker BSo maybe you're right.
Speaker BMaybe that is.
Speaker BIt's definitely a better answer than the train.
Speaker BBut I think there might be another one out there that we're not thinking of.
Speaker BThat'd be an interesting one to, like, put out to the Clubhouse to see what.
Speaker BWhat people would say.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AAnd as we go into this, if you have answers to these questions of your own, you can either post it in the clubhouse www.comclubhouse or if you wanna be heard on the air, I'll play Your voicemail at 407-900-9391.
Speaker AThat's 407-900-WDW1.
Speaker AYou could be like, Mangello Mankin.
Speaker AYou guys are idiots.
Speaker AHow did you miss X?
Speaker BExactly.
Speaker AAs long as there's no profanity involved.
Speaker BI will play the moment.
Speaker BThe moment that we're done recording, I'm going to go, oh, my gosh, we forgot.
Speaker BBlah.
Speaker AYeah, like, oh, my God, we're such idiots.
Speaker BI need more coffee.
Speaker AMiles.
Speaker AI think I'm pronouncing.
Speaker AMiles Harrop was talking in his email about.
Speaker AHe was referencing one of the.
Speaker AAn earlier show and some of the details and things that we were pointing out.
Speaker AAnd he basically said, what little detail in the parks brings you the most joy?
Speaker AAnd I was like, aw.
Speaker ABecause that's what it is.
Speaker AI do love finding and discovering and more importantly, sharing those details.
Speaker AAnd sometimes you just see something and I'm like, this is it.
Speaker AThis is one of those cool little details about Walt Disney World that just makes me happy.
Speaker AAnd there's no.
Speaker AWhat I like about this is there's no quote unquote, right or wrong answer.
Speaker AIt's just something that you see in the parks that might just make you happy.
Speaker AAnd I, I really, you know, I.
Speaker AAgain, I'm giving you time to think or ask.
Speaker AChatGPT.
Speaker AI, I started this journey writing trivia books about Walt Disney World.
Speaker AI wrote two.
Speaker ASo it was the details, it was some of those little things that were overlooked that not only I enjoyed finding, but I enjoyed sharing.
Speaker AAnd then when I did my audio tours of Magic Kingdom, it's really when I was able to get very, very granular and find and point out some of those things and have that medium and that platform to be able to share them and show them and discuss them.
Speaker AAnd I used to do tours of Magic Kingdom and the things that would bring me most joy was when I would show somebody something and they would have that light like, oh, this has been sitting here the whole time and I've just never seen it before.
Speaker ASo again, interpret this, I think, however you like.
Speaker AWhat is one of those details that brings you joy?
Speaker AAnd it.
Speaker ANot necessarily.
Speaker ABecky, doesn't have to be.
Speaker AI think something that you see, it could be something.
Speaker AExcuse me.
Speaker AThat you hear, that you smell, that you taste, but it's just one of those little details.
Speaker BOkay, so you're gonna laugh at this.
Speaker BI don't know if it necessarily brings me joy, but it makes me laugh every single time I see it.
Speaker BThe river of poo.
Speaker BI don't know.
Speaker BAnd that, that's because, you know, clearly you pointed that out on one of your, on one of the.
Speaker BThings you used to do, the, the guiding you used to do.
Speaker BAnd I remember Seeing that you telling the story, and then all of a sudden, I can't unsee it.
Speaker BSo every time I see it now, it.
Speaker BIt makes me laugh hysterically.
Speaker BSo that's probably the.
Speaker BThe thing that stood out the moment you asked that question.
Speaker BThat's the first thing.
Speaker BPop.
Speaker BAnother thing that I enjoy is I love finding hidden Mickeys.
Speaker BI still really love that little detail because you have to sometimes look at everything to discover where those little hidden Mickeys are.
Speaker BBut if you're talking about a sound or a sight, and this just goes to my heart, which is the sound of fireworks.
Speaker BAt night.
Speaker BWhen you have the nighttime show, sometimes I don't even need to be watching the show.
Speaker BYou can hear the sound of the mortars going off, and you can hear the music.
Speaker BAnd that brings me joy.
Speaker BI know that there's a lot of design elements, and that show is somebody's baby that they put together meticulously with the music.
Speaker BAnd it always either is.
Speaker BI know somebody in the audience who's watching that show.
Speaker BIs crying because of joy or a memory or something that is happening in that show is bringing them to an emotional point of happiness or sadness at times.
Speaker BSo I think that that's probably the detail that I love the most.
Speaker ASo I laughed when you said the river of Pooh, because, like, you.
Speaker AAnd I think it's becoming a lot more well known now.
Speaker ABut I remember again, when I first started this, I was doing the trivia books and the podcast, and then there was a while I was doing.
Speaker AI would do personal tours of Magic Kingdom, and I never, like, followed a script.
Speaker AI never sort of.
Speaker ABut I sort of had a path, right?
Speaker ABecause there's an overarching story of Magic Kingdom.
Speaker ASo the way I would go from land to land would sort of tell that story.
Speaker AAnd I always liked when I got to Liberty Square because I had that moment.
Speaker ALike, there was.
Speaker AThere was.
Speaker AThis was the big joke.
Speaker ALike, this was sort of like the river of Pooh joke.
Speaker AAnd I loved watching, like, and, like, telling the same story, like, with the same enthusiasm, like river of Pooh, and people like, oh, my God, it's funny.
Speaker AAnd now I think it's sort of just.
Speaker AIt is very well known.
Speaker ABut as you were talking, I'm like, well, this brings me joy, and that brings me joy.
Speaker AAnd I'm like.
Speaker AAnd I'm like, this is why I still love this place so much.
Speaker ABecause if I walk onto Main street usa, and it's the sound of the dapper Dance or the clop clop of the horse Drawn trolley go by.
Speaker AIt is the subtle background loops.
Speaker AIt is the brilliance of forced perspective.
Speaker AIt is Liberty Squared.
Speaker AOne of my favorite little details, again, things I would do on the audio tours or in person is there's a little doll in the window in one of the house fronts in Liberty Square.
Speaker AAnd there's this wonderful little story about why the doll is there.
Speaker AAnd it's one of Those things that 99.9% of the guests walk by, but that Disney puts there.
Speaker AAnd there is, while it's not written out somewhere, there is a story behind it.
Speaker AI will say there's one detail that used to bring me joy, that I'm very sad, borderline almost upset.
Speaker AThat is not there anymore.
Speaker AAnd I don't know why.
Speaker AAs long as we're going to hang out in Liberty Square.
Speaker AIf you would go to Ye Olde Christmas Shop.
Speaker AAnd if you want the entrance in on sort of the.
Speaker AThe Liberty tree side next to the doorway, there used to be a heart, a blue, a light blue, like a powder blue heart shaped sign that said Keppel.
Speaker AAnd it was 1787, 1789.
Speaker AAnd I loved it, right, because it sort of, it was timely and appropriate for what you might see in a house in the colonial Northeast during that time frame.
Speaker AAnd I loved KEPEL because again, 99% of people didn't know what it was, but it was an homage to Keppel.
Speaker ADisney.
Speaker AI got to tell the story about the connection to Walt.
Speaker AIt's gone.
Speaker AAnd I don't know why.
Speaker ALike, it's not replaced by anything.
Speaker AAnd I'm like, why did somebody take the affirmative step to take that thing away?
Speaker AAgain, 99.999% of guests probably didn't realize that it's gone or noticed it when it was there.
Speaker ABut it's one of those things that, you know, it's like the ex girlfriend.
Speaker AYou don't know what you're missing until it's gone.
Speaker AAnd oh my God, let me bring you back.
Speaker AI miss and love you so much.
Speaker AI promise I'll be better.
Speaker BCan I throw in another one really quickly?
Speaker BWhy not for Disneyland?
Speaker BWalt's apartment.
Speaker BAnd looking up at the lamp totally brings me joy.
Speaker BAnd there are people who don't know what that means and don't even understand that there's an apartment up there because they're just coming in and enjoying Disneyland for the day.
Speaker BSo I always have that little moment when I walk into Disneyland to kind of look up at that window and just kind of do a quick thank you for giving me this wonderful love and creating this thing that I love so much.
Speaker BSo I think that that's one of my favorite details, too, for Disneyland.
Speaker AYeah, I agree.
Speaker AAnd I love.
Speaker AI don't remember what show it was, but we did a show years ago about.
Speaker AFinding Walt in the parks and all the details and little tributes to Walt Disney.
Speaker AAnd I love the fact that those sometimes right in front of your face are there in the windows, super obvious and should be there.
Speaker AAnd some of the other ones are a little more obscure and hard to find.
Speaker BThere's windows.
Speaker BWindows.
Speaker AThat's okay, by the way.
Speaker AOkay, what is.
Speaker AThis is from Caleb Boss, who says, obviously my Disney Cruise line.
Speaker AWhat is your favorite Disney Cruise Line dining room and why?
Speaker BWow.
Speaker AIt's simple on its face.
Speaker BAnd they're like, well, it's like picking your favorite child.
Speaker BThat's.
Speaker BThat's not.
Speaker AWe all have.
Speaker AWe just don't like to say it out loud.
Speaker ABut deep down, if we do the examination, you do know why one child is your favorite over the others.
Speaker AI'm only kidding.
Speaker ANot that I said to listen.
Speaker BIt's fine.
Speaker ABut if you know my kids, don't tell them I said, yeah.
Speaker ASo your favorite dining room and why it doesn't mean.
Speaker AAnd I like the way this is framed because it's not about what is quote unquote, the best.
Speaker AWhat is your personal favorite and why.
Speaker ANow, keep in mind, Becky, because I know your mind probably goes, well, we just got off the Treasure with a group trip.
Speaker AWe're getting ready to go on the Destiny again as a group.
Speaker AThose are.
Speaker AThere's.
Speaker AThere's recency bias there to a certain degree, because we.
Speaker ABut go back and think to the magic and the wonder and think of some of those themed dining rooms and what might be.
Speaker AAnd maybe it's not even themed.
Speaker AMaybe it's just there's a dining room that you like because it's your favorite for one reason or another.
Speaker AYou might say palo, you might say entre.
Speaker AYou might not necessarily say one that is a themed room.
Speaker BOh, man.
Speaker BAll right.
Speaker BThis is hard.
Speaker BAnd it's not a recency bias for me.
Speaker BIt could be because when you said dining room.
Speaker BI immediately thought of 1923.
Speaker BOnly because of all the detail in there and all the art and all of the nostalgia, which I really do enjoy from a dining room perspective.
Speaker BBut then I can spin off into Coco.
Speaker BI love the show, but I also like the way it's set up, and it feels like you're outdoors, and it feels like you're in the middle of the movie.
Speaker BThose are probably the two that came to mind first.
Speaker BBut there's a lot of great dining opportunities and in wonderfully themed rooms and in places on board any of the ships.
Speaker BI could keep going.
Speaker BBut I think those are the two that I would say I look forward to most when I sail, just because I like being in that area.
Speaker BThen again, I can go to the classic Ships and Animators palette because the very first time, when you first walk in there and it's all black and white and you don't really understand what's going on when you first sail, and then all of a sudden everything starts turning into color.
Speaker BThat has a big impact on me too.
Speaker BAnd I think especially kids for sure would enjoy that.
Speaker BEven though it comes from 1998, in 1999, it still has a lot of impact.
Speaker AI was gonna say, I was like, I'm gonna ruin your answer for you because I'm like, I thought the same thing.
Speaker AAnd I went right to Animator's palette.
Speaker BDid you?
Speaker AAnd I went to Animator's palette on the second night on the fantasy when it's the animation and when you sort of get that placemat and you draw your own figure.
Speaker ABecky.
Speaker AI remember it like it was yesterday, but it wasn't yesterday.
Speaker AThe first time I.
Speaker AIt was like I saw fire for the very first time.
Speaker AI'm like, this is.
Speaker AI'm looking around like, this is sorcery.
Speaker AHow are they doing this?
Speaker AHow are they taking my and the other few hundred people in here and putting our animations not just up on screen, but integrating them with classic Disney cartoons and animation and the music?
Speaker AI'm like, this is like a perfect moment.
Speaker AAnd it has stuck with me to that day.
Speaker AWow.
Speaker AI can't even.
Speaker AIt has nothing to do with the food that's in there, but it had to do with the overall experience.
Speaker ABut I do also love the food at Animators palette because you give me those little truffle pets and that rigatoni Bolognese and, and, and, and.
Speaker AAnd that is also a.
Speaker BNo.
Speaker AI know.
Speaker BWhen you're talking about anime, I was talking about the ones on.
Speaker BOn the Magic and the Wonder.
Speaker BSo that's completely different than your answer.
Speaker BSo it's.
Speaker BIt's interesting.
Speaker AOh, yeah, yeah, right.
Speaker AHe's not magical.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker BSo, yeah.
Speaker ATwo different.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker ATwo different experiences in restaurants of the same name.
Speaker AI agree with you too about Plaza de Coco, because again, it's not just the theming and the environment, but the food and the entertainment because it really is a dinner show.
Speaker AI also feel that Way about Tiana's Place.
Speaker BTiana's Place is great.
Speaker BAnd I was also thinking Tangled.
Speaker BThat's also a really good experience with a neat theming and great design.
Speaker BBut yeah, you're right on Tiana's Place because you do really feel like you're in the restaurant from the movie.
Speaker AThat's a lot for you.
Speaker BWhat?
Speaker ALest we forget.
Speaker ARenny.
Speaker BOh, man.
Speaker AYou know, we've done some.
Speaker AWe've done incredible things together, Becky.
Speaker AAnd I don't know why, although my recollection of that meal is slightly vague, I do remember it being like, this is one of the best overall dining experiences I have ever had.
Speaker BThat was really good.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker BThe wine pairing helped, I think, throughout the way.
Speaker BBut what was it like, 10 courses and then just when you think you're done, they bring you the.
Speaker BThe Wheel of Cheese.
Speaker BThat was amazing.
Speaker BThat was one of the best meals.
Speaker AYou know what?
Speaker AWe haven't been on the Dreamer fantasy as a group in a long time.
Speaker BWe have not.
Speaker AYou might need to do that.
Speaker AJust.
Speaker AWe're going to call it the Wheel of Cheese Cruise.
Speaker AJust for now.
Speaker BI can taste that cheese.
Speaker BThat was so good.
Speaker BThat was one of the best meals ever, for sure.
Speaker AI'm famished.
Speaker AI need to get off.
Speaker ASo fortunately, Nathaniel Brooks.
Speaker AIn response to.
Speaker AI think I had done a show about.
Speaker AI don't.
Speaker AI think it was writing about the Marvel.
Speaker ASorry, the.
Speaker AThe museum, the Star Wars Museum, and some of the souvenirs and things that we bring home from the parks.
Speaker AAnd had asked a question about something and he said, what is the best Disney souvenir you've ever taken home?
Speaker AWhat is the best Disney souvenir you've ever taken home from the parks?
Speaker AAnd I think I'm gonna qualify this.
Speaker AI think this has to be something that you bought yourself, you treated yourself to, and you brought home.
Speaker AExcuse me, from a Disney Park.
Speaker BEasy.
Speaker BAnd that's hard to say that.
Speaker BOkay, this one is recency bias, because I just put it on my Christmas tree when my husband and I got married the first year.
Speaker BOur anniversary is December 6, so it's always decorated for Christmas.
Speaker BAnd we went actually with our honeymoon.
Speaker BSorry.
Speaker BWe stayed at the Grand Floridian.
Speaker BAnd remember, on the Christmas tree on the Grand Floridian, they had those big heart shaped mirrors, the huge ones.
Speaker BThey had in the gift shop, replicas of those mirrors.
Speaker AI thought you said, remember those things they used to have on the tree?
Speaker AWell, they don't have them anymore because I stole one.
Speaker AAnd here it is.
Speaker BI took it home no, they had these tiny replicas of those giant mirrors, and I bought two of those, and I have them put them on my Christmas tree every year.
Speaker BAnd it still is one of my favorite things that I bought in the parks and brought home, so I could remember that.
Speaker BThat trip every single year when I look at it.
Speaker BSo I would say that that's one of my favorites.
Speaker ASo when I saw this question and I started answering it for myself, one thing quickly came to mind.
Speaker AI was like, okay, I'm happy I qualified it, because I have things in my office that I've had since I was a kid from times that I went with my parents, but those don't count, because the question was the best Disney souvenir that I've ever taken home.
Speaker ASo I'm going to ask you to close your eyes, because I want you to listen before you see it, because I just pulled it off my shelf.
Speaker ABecky, close your eyes.
Speaker AI'm telling you to close your eyes.
Speaker BIt's fine.
Speaker BIt's fine.
Speaker BCameras.
Speaker BHong kong.
Speaker AThis is the little music box from Mystic Manor in Hong Kong.
Speaker ADisneyland.
Speaker AI am not.
Speaker AI'm not a sweets guy.
Speaker AI'm not.
Speaker AI'm also really not a merch guy.
Speaker AYou know, I don't really bring home a lot of souvenirs.
Speaker BRight.
Speaker AI instantly fell in love with the attraction, the characters, the storyline, and that music.
Speaker AThis music box, which was, like.
Speaker AWas like $35.
Speaker AIt's super heavy.
Speaker AIt's beautiful.
Speaker ALike, it's actually, like, you can put stuff in there.
Speaker BI remember how excited you were when you found that.
Speaker BThat was like, I have to have this.
Speaker BI'm gonna have this.
Speaker BI'm taking this home.
Speaker BI remember how excited you were.
Speaker BLike a little kid still.
Speaker ALook how happy it makes me.
Speaker AI still am.
Speaker AI just think it's unique and different and just cool.
Speaker AAnd it doesn't.
Speaker AI love the fact that it doesn't say Mystic Manor on the side.
Speaker AIt doesn't.
Speaker AYou wouldn't know what it's from unless you know what it's from.
Speaker AAnd I just sort of dig the whole aesthetic of it and the simplicity of it, too.
Speaker ALike, I love the fact that it's just a simple music box, because I think there's a little bit of.
Speaker BIt's probably cursed, too.
Speaker BJust so you know.
Speaker AIt's.
Speaker AWhat.
Speaker BIt's.
Speaker BIt's probably cursed.
Speaker BIt's probably cursed because, you know, mystic.
Speaker AManner, the yogurt, the frogurt is also cursed.
Speaker AYeah, that's.
Speaker AAnd I'm.
Speaker AI'm sure if I looked around, like, I know that I have more, but that's the first thing that came to mind.
Speaker AI think that's one of the cool.
Speaker AI definitely want.
Speaker AI'm going to put this question in the clubhouse and ask people to share the best souvenir that they have ever.
Speaker BThat's a really good one for sure.
Speaker BIs.
Speaker BHas there been anything that you regretted not getting?
Speaker AI know your answer to this question, but it's been fixed.
Speaker AIt has been fixed.
Speaker BIt was very sweet.
Speaker AThere probably is something from Tokyo that I wish I would have gotten.
Speaker AYou know what?
Speaker AI don't.
Speaker AI wouldn't have regretted it, but it's.
Speaker AIt.
Speaker AIt's very.
Speaker AObviously you can't see it on camera right now because he's off the side.
Speaker ASomething that I got in Tokyo Disneyland that my son bought for me.
Speaker AHe knows I'm a big Baymax fan.
Speaker AOn the last day of our recent trip, our group trip there, he's like, oh, dad, I have to run off to the bathroom.
Speaker AAnd he runs off and I'm standing there eating my 17th popcorn of the night.
Speaker AAnd he comes back with this massive bag that's as big as he is.
Speaker AAnd my son's like 6 foot 17 inches tall.
Speaker AAnd he brought back this 4 foot tall plush Baymax, which I never would have bought on my own.
Speaker AI never would have thought anything like you bought me.
Speaker AAnd I still have it right back here.
Speaker AI don't know if you could see him.
Speaker AI have my little Baymax in his little red D that you got me from Tokyo.
Speaker BBut he's travel size for your convenience.
Speaker AThis was not.
Speaker AI had to walk around.
Speaker AYou should have seen me in line for 20,000 leagues.
Speaker ANo, for I was in line for A journey to the center of the earth with this huge bag and this giant Baymax that I was hugging.
Speaker AWhich is not weird in Japan because I was not the only person.
Speaker ABut it's super meaningful to me because.
Speaker BHow did you get that home?
Speaker AWhat?
Speaker BHow did you get that home?
Speaker AI had to buy another like, bag.
Speaker BOkay, so you didn't like, buy a seat?
Speaker AI had to go to.
Speaker AWhere did I go to get it?
Speaker AOh, right.
Speaker ABecause we stayed.
Speaker AI had to go to Don Quixote and I had to buy the largest duffel bag that they had.
Speaker AIt which looked almost like a coffin and sort of, kind of was.
Speaker ABecause I just like laid Baymax in there.
Speaker BPoor Baymax.
Speaker APoor Baymax.
Speaker ABut he's hanging out and.
Speaker AAnd he's my buddy and he's huggable.
Speaker BThat's cool.
Speaker BOkay.
Speaker AAll right.
Speaker AAll right.
Speaker AA couple more questions before we go.
Speaker ALet me see.
Speaker AOkay, hold on.
Speaker AYou know what?
Speaker AI actually asked screening now earlier today.
Speaker AI asked, I went into the WW Nation group, we have a private group on Facebook.
Speaker AAnd I asked them if they had any questions that they might want to have answered on a show.
Speaker AAnd I think this one.
Speaker AOh no, there's a couple of really good ones in here.
Speaker AOkay, this, the first one comes.
Speaker AThis is perfect for Becky, this one.
Speaker AIt's from Erica Manning and she says, what are your favorite non park spots for an appetizer or drink crawl?
Speaker BOh, well, the obvious one is the monorail loop because nobody's driving.
Speaker BThat's kind of smart.
Speaker BCome on.
Speaker BBecause then you go to the three different resorts and there's all kinds of great places to have a cocktail and an appetizer around the monorail loop.
Speaker BSo I think, think that would be one.
Speaker BThe other Disney Springs is a, is a.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AI don't know if there's number one.
Speaker BOr number two, but.
Speaker ABecause no, there's.
Speaker AThere is the, because there's the holy trinity of.
Speaker AAnd it's in Disney Springs.
Speaker BAh, well, I said Disney Springs.
Speaker AIt is the boathouse.
Speaker AYeah, it is.
Speaker BYou'd have to include Chuck Lindsay's.
Speaker AI wasn't even.
Speaker AI said Trinity.
Speaker ASo.
Speaker ABut listen, it's, it's the boathouse.
Speaker AWell, all right, I guess you could.
Speaker AIt's the whole holy quadrilogy.
Speaker ANo, it's a holy quintipilly because it's the boat.
Speaker AI would go to the boathouse I would go to.
Speaker AAnd I'm assuming that I'm going to have both an appetizer and potentially a drink.
Speaker AEven though I'm not a big drinker.
Speaker AI'm certainly not going to drive home at this point.
Speaker AI'm going to go to the boathouse.
Speaker AI'm going to go to Wine Bar George and get those little Mac and cheese bites and maybe like a nice glass of wine recommended by Master Sommelier George.
Speaker AI would also go to homecoming.
Speaker AI would also go to the outside street food at Morimoto Asia and get.
Speaker AI, I just ate there a few weeks ago by myself.
Speaker AIt was lovely.
Speaker AI had such a wonderful like date night by myself.
Speaker AI had so much to unpack.
Speaker BThere's so much done.
Speaker AOh, and like this little sake infused beverage.
Speaker AAnd you can also go to Jock Lindsay's.
Speaker ASo one, two.
Speaker ADid I miss one?
Speaker ABoathouse Wine Bar George.
Speaker AAnd they're all like right within like five steps of each other.
Speaker ABoathouse Wine Bar George.
Speaker AHomecoming, Morimoto and Jacqueline's it's like, it's like the whole that little circle is like the holy ground.
Speaker BI think we need to test that because, you know, I'm not sure I've done the monorail loop, so I think we need to do the Disney Springs loop just to see how it compares.
Speaker AGirl, I am all in.
Speaker AYou just pick the day or night and the Uber home and I am setting it.
Speaker BThat's a really good question.
Speaker BWell done.
Speaker AThat's a really good question.
Speaker BWell done, man.
Speaker AYou know what, Erica?
Speaker AWe'll have that be the final question and ask and look, I want to hear your answer to any and all of these questions.
Speaker AWhat are your favorite non park non park spots for an appetizer drink or crawl?
Speaker AI'll also post the other questions in the clubhouse as well about the destiny over the classic ships.
Speaker AOne thing Disney should bring back, one thing that you think is a criminally underrated experience.
Speaker AA little detail in the park that brings you joy.
Speaker AYour favorite Disney cruise line dining room and Y and the best souvenir you've ever taken home.
Speaker ABecky, I think we got through.
Speaker AI think that's like eight, nine questions.
Speaker AI expected to get through so many more.
Speaker AAnd aren't you glad that I cut out all of the other not fluff but all of the other parts of the questions because we probably would have gotten to a lot less.
Speaker BYes, but no because I I love hearing the stories that people write in.
Speaker BThey do include a lot of personal details and things that made them happy and I love hearing those too.
Speaker BSo while this was great for efficiency, I just think we need more email shows.
Speaker BFYI.
Speaker BJust like you more chicken tenders, I'm more email shows.
Speaker AStop writing in other your fake accounts like oh, my name is Becky with a Y. I think Becky should be on more email shows.
Speaker AMy name is Becko.
Speaker AI think Becky should be on more emails.
Speaker AI'm starting to see through it and we will make but I think we should do an email show together in person.
Speaker ABut it has to be wait, don't say yes just yet.
Speaker AIt's mine's going to cost you a little bit.
Speaker AIt has to be in some exotic Disney destination.
Speaker ABy exotic I mean not Walt Disney World World.
Speaker ANot a problem cruise.
Speaker AIt's got to be overseas.
Speaker AIt's got to be in Disneyland.
Speaker BHave you seen our schedule yet?
Speaker BHave you really paid attention?
Speaker BThis is not going to be a hard thing to meet.
Speaker BHow many email shows is Singapore worth?
Speaker AFYI, I'm going to basically sell my house at this point because I don't Think I need it anymore.
Speaker AI just need a travel size bag and my Baymax and my music box and this thermos and I see Martin.
Speaker BAll I need.
Speaker AI always love doing these with you.
Speaker ANot just because it's a chance for us to get together and talk about some of the things that we love and you share some of the things that you and all of your advisors are expert in.
Speaker ABut I love the fact I've always wanted, since the very beginning, you, my friend, our friend, the listener, the community, to not just be a passive like observer and listener to the show, but really be a part of it and help sort of guide where it goes and what we talk about.
Speaker AAnd I think that's one of the things that I love about the email show and hopefully it helps other people have a better vacation as well.
Speaker AWhen you're ready to book your vacation, not so subtle plug coming your way.
Speaker AGo and visit Becky and her team over@m MouseFanTravel.com Absolutely.
Speaker BWe are here to help you.

Speaker BAnd it's all fee free.
Speaker BWe charge no service fees for our services.
Speaker AIt's very dangerous, Becky, because I find myself sometimes, like late at night being sad and hungry for chicken tenders.
Speaker AAnd I'll go on and I'll just start comparing rates.
Speaker AAnd if there literally was like a buy it now, book it now button, I would be in serious trouble if there was like, no, yeah, there is.
Speaker BA buy it now, book it now.
Speaker BYou can book it right there.
Speaker BYou can actually just hold it if you want to and then call me and say, is it okay?
Speaker BDo you think it's all right if I do 17 cruises in August?
Speaker BI'm gonna say, absolutely, because I am the chief enabler of your vacation experience.
Speaker BSo let's do this thing.
Speaker BYou're the one that comes up with these crazy ideas like, yeah, we need to do three weeks worth of back to back to back cruises.
Speaker BI'm like, hey, I'm all in.
Speaker BLet's do it.
Speaker AI have never heard you be like, no, you know, we shouldn't do that.
Speaker BI have never Said that.
Speaker BBut usually you've already made up your mind by the time you come to me, it's like, okay, I have an idea.
Speaker BWhich always scares the bejesus out of me because that either means I'm probably not going to see my home for two months or we're going to be.
Speaker APaying attention on Wednesday night's show.
Speaker AAnd my cruise idea.
Speaker BYeah, which one?
Speaker BThere was like 17 of them.
Speaker AWell, that's, that's the whole idea that we should do like 17 cruises.
Speaker AWe'll talk more.
Speaker AAnd listen, I. I was just thinking too, as we were talking about the best dining on Disney Cruise Line.
Speaker AWe're gonna have to revisit this answer because we're going on the adventure early next year.
Speaker BYes.
Speaker AWhich has like 47 restaurants in it.
Speaker AAnd I think that's why we have.
Speaker BTo do a back to back just to make sure that we do the main ones because.
Speaker BBecause there's like seven of them that we have to do.
Speaker BOver seven.
Speaker BThere's going to be a lot of.
Speaker AEating involved because we only have Grandma Tala's kitchen.
Speaker AI am.
Speaker AMan, I hope Singapore has a wide selection of stretchy pants.
Speaker BI wonder how their chicken tenders will be.
Speaker AOh my gosh.
Speaker ASweating.
Speaker AAlmost passed out.
Speaker BI don't know what it is about you.
Speaker BWas there like a thing when you were a kid about chicken tenders?
Speaker BDid you not have when you were a child?
Speaker ALook, there's something comforting about them and I don't know what it is about them on Disney Cruise Line.
Speaker ALike when I'm in Walt Disney World, I'm not ordering chicken tenders like a lunatic every time I go out.
Speaker AFar from.
Speaker ABut there is something about that late night chicken tender in my stateroom by myself.
Speaker AThe big hero 6 on in the back background that just brings me such like unbridled joy.
Speaker BIt's.
Speaker BIt's the little things in life.
Speaker BLittle things like chicken tenders.
Speaker BChicky tenders.
Speaker BGrogu can't be.
Speaker AThank you as always.
Speaker BWell, thanks for having me and hopefully we can do this again real soon.
Speaker AOh, I still have about 4, 000 other questions to get to.
Speaker AAnd by the way, if you have a question that you want us to answer on the show, you can include all your backstory.
Speaker AAnything that you want to share, just email me Lou dwradio.com Grogu can't be wrong.
Speaker AI don't even know what that means.
Speaker BChicky tenders.
Speaker BHello.
Speaker ADo you not ever said cheeky tenders?
Speaker AI don't think any line of the Mandalorian was like Chicky Tenders.
Speaker AThat's just your I'm sure it's there somewhere.
Speaker BIt's got a.
Speaker AIt's time to test your knowledge of Disney trivia history, secrets and stories with our Walt Disney World Trivia Question of the Week.
Speaker AIf you think you know the answer, you can enter for a chance to win a Disney Prize package.
Speaker AThis week's trivia contest is once again brought to you by our friends over at the Walt Disney World, Swan and Dolphin, who every year transform the holidays into something truly magical.
Speaker AIt is one of my favorite places around property to visit and this year the resorts are filled with festive experiences for the entire family including meet and greets with Santa, Mrs. Claus, the little Elf Candy Cane.
Speaker AThere's all kinds of special holiday entertainment and the incredible dancing lights spectacular that brings the Causeway to life each night.
Speaker AWith music and light lights.
Speaker AYou can bring the kids over to the Elves Magical Workshop.

Speaker ANow before we get to this week's trivia contest, let's go back review last week's and select our winner.
Speaker ASo we were talking about dining at Walt Disney World, so I thought we would talk about dining in the trivia contest and I asked you to tell me what is the only dining restaurant in Walt Disney World that moves.
Speaker AThanks to many of you who answered.
Speaker ASome of you got it wrong, but at least were having fun and got creative.
Speaker ABut the answer I was looking for is the Garden Grill in Epcot.
Speaker AIt is the only restaurant that physically rotates as it slowly turns throughout your meal, giving you changing views of living with the land.
Speaker AYou get to see the rainforest and the farmhouse and the farmhouse kitchen scenes and you get like a full rotation about once per hour.
Speaker ASo I took all the correct entries randomly selected one.
Speaker ALast week you were playing for a WWE keychain stickers pin and a mystery prize.
Speaker AAnd last week's winner randomly selected is Stephanie Abbott.
Speaker ASo Stephanie, congratulations.
Speaker AYour prize package is already on the way.
Speaker AAnd if you played last week and didn't win, that's okay because here's your next chance to enter in this week's Walt Disney World Trivia Challenge.
Speaker ASo in the listener email segment we were talking about the Keppel Disney details from Liberty Square and Ye Olde Christmas Shop, which is one shop that is actually within three different building facades and at one time these were actually three separate and distinct stores.
Speaker ASo tell me, what were the three stores that once made up the space occupied by Ye Olde Christmas Shop?
Speaker AYou can give me the store name or even just what they sold.
Speaker AAnd if you go to www.radio.com, click on this week's podcast, use the form there and enter before Sunday, December 14th at 11:59pm Eastern and you get it right, you'll be entered to win a prize package that once again includes the keychain, the stickers, the pin, and yet another mystery prize.
Speaker ASo good luck and have fun.
Speaker AThat is going to do it for this week's show.
Speaker AThank you again for listening and being part of the WWW family.
Speaker AI am so grateful to and for you especially now.
Speaker AI know that this time of year starts to get very hectic, very chaotic and oftentimes very stressful.
Speaker AAnd the fact that you spend and share your time with me means a lot.

Speaker ADon't forget to it to choose the good, be the good, set an example for others and have an amazing week.
