Reviews we're just like Cisco and Abert only.

Instead of reviewing cinematic masterpieces, we rate and review those hilarious, scathing,

Trey Gerrald:

that is Chelsey Donn,

Chelsey Donn:

and that is Trey Gerrald.

Trey Gerrald:

but when we come together, we form.

Trey Gerrald:

B.

Chelsey Donn:

ChelseyBD B.

Chelsey Donn:

Are we turkeys again?

Chelsey Donn:

Oh, that's because I'm ChelseyBD Goose.

Chelsey Donn:

Wow.

Chelsey Donn:

Wow.

Chelsey Donn:

Cheers.

Chelsey Donn:

Trey.

Chelsey Donn:

Trey has A' beverage.

Chelsey Donn:

You know what Trey, what's funny?

Chelsey Donn:

'I also have A' new beverage today cuz we're always like so in sync.

Chelsey Donn:

But 'I have tea.

Trey Gerrald:

'I made myself A' Classic Manhattan

Chelsey Donn:

'I know Treys have has A' fancy cocktail.

Chelsey Donn:

'I have tea

Trey Gerrald:

'I have A' Gold ReMed Martini.

Chelsey Donn:

that is so fancy.

Chelsey Donn:

This mug was A' gift and it changes colors when hot things go in it.

Trey Gerrald:

Oh, yes, yes.

Trey Gerrald:

I've seen these.

Chelsey Donn:

and it has, all the shock was represented.

Chelsey Donn:

I'm looking to like realign today as we record because it's been A' day, but I'll

Chelsey Donn:

How was your week?

Trey Gerrald:

Pretty good.

Trey Gerrald:

You know, it, it, yesterday was tax day, just A', lot of, um, assessing, reviewing,

Trey Gerrald:

It's really been A', joyful, joyful time in my.

Chelsey Donn:

Oh God.

Chelsey Donn:

'I, please.

Chelsey Donn:

'I feel you.

Chelsey Donn:

'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Feel you.

Trey Gerrald:

Money is such A' interesting thing, huh?

Chelsey Donn:

It 'I, you know, it's just A' sensitive issue.

Chelsey Donn:

'I think for everybody.

Chelsey Donn:

You know, we all have our, our own individual struggles and they kind

Chelsey Donn:

You know, all those things you like pushed aside.

Chelsey Donn:

So 'I totally feel that.

Chelsey Donn:

Ugh, 'I mean Yes, yes, yes to all the things 'I mean.

Chelsey Donn:

My week was fine.

Chelsey Donn:

My week was, is that it?

Chelsey Donn:

Is that the main event of the week?

Chelsey Donn:

'I Don't wanna jump on.

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Chelsey Donn:

My week is fine, other than the fact that Goldie's been just not very well behaved.

Chelsey Donn:

You guys really?

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

But 'I feel like 'I just need to Lodge into my Complaint.

Trey Gerrald:

let's

VOICEOVER:

Lodge, A, Complaint.

Chelsey Donn:

You know when you like are in it with something like there's just something in

Chelsey Donn:

Cuz it's just the central issue.

Chelsey Donn:

Like anytime 'I was like, let me complain about something else.

Chelsey Donn:

I'm like, no, this is what is irritating me.

Chelsey Donn:

'I love Goldie 90% of the time she's amazing and great 10% of the time.

Chelsey Donn:

Bad guys, just like not good barks all the time.

Chelsey Donn:

Barks like any bark in the neighborhood, she wants to join A' Brigade.

Chelsey Donn:

You know, any sound that goes off we bark.

Chelsey Donn:

Any person that should, God forbid, like approach the house, which like, you know, 'I get it.

Chelsey Donn:

Like it's, it's an instinct thing.

Chelsey Donn:

And ultimately 'I don't have anyone to blame, but myself, 'I, wish 'I had more time to.

Chelsey Donn:

Properly train her.

Chelsey Donn:

'I need to make it A' priority because it's really like affecting my

Chelsey Donn:

But at the same time, 'I love her.

Chelsey Donn:

'I mean 'I 'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Imagine it's what A' parent feels like.

Chelsey Donn:

It's like 'I love my child, but they, they suck all the energy out of me.

Chelsey Donn:

And sometimes 'I feel like that.

Chelsey Donn:

'I know that she's just A' puppy.

Chelsey Donn:

'I mean she's not A' puppy, but she's, you know, she's still A' baby in the

Trey Gerrald:

When does Puppyhood technically stop?

Trey Gerrald:

'I feel like it is A'.

Trey Gerrald:

Couple of years.

Chelsey Donn:

'I 'I feel like A' year, but then 'I feel like there's like the

Trey Gerrald:

Well, this is reminding me of the first year of the podcast when we

Chelsey Donn:

Oh my God.

Chelsey Donn:

It's A' Karen.

Trey Gerrald:

but the person's name was Karen, and that did not go well.

Trey Gerrald:

So maybe, maybe you could find someone new or

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah, it's, yeah,

Trey Gerrald:

to empower.

Chelsey Donn:

for pointing that out.

Chelsey Donn:

That's actually very true.

Chelsey Donn:

'I had A' bad experience with, uh, someone that 'I just did not connect with in this arena at all.

Chelsey Donn:

And 'I think that sort of, you know, hampered my willingness to open up that door again.

Chelsey Donn:

But 'I think, 'I just gotta,

Trey Gerrald:

Well, 'I also know that in my experience, like when we got Hunter.

Trey Gerrald:

Everything was compared to Winnie and 'I.

Trey Gerrald:

Know that Bella, your first dog now and you rescued Bella from A'.

Trey Gerrald:

Really precarious circumstance, but Bella

Trey Gerrald:

had

Chelsey Donn:

talk about it in the after sha, but yeah, Bella had already

Trey Gerrald:

right?

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

She had some basic training, but the truth is she was just A', totally different dog.

Chelsey Donn:

Like Bella was just, she was all heart.

Chelsey Donn:

She was the most loving.

Chelsey Donn:

She 'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Never once heard her growl her entire life.

Chelsey Donn:

Never.

Chelsey Donn:

My mom says she growled once.

Chelsey Donn:

When my mom came over to my 'I, was living with my sister at the time when she came over and my

Chelsey Donn:

Apparently she growled.

Chelsey Donn:

Then 'I wasn't there.

Chelsey Donn:

'I didn't see it, but that was the kind of dog she was.

Chelsey Donn:

She was just like, she was chill from day one.

Chelsey Donn:

'I took her everywhere with me in her little bag.

Chelsey Donn:

She never made A' sound.

Chelsey Donn:

She was just like the freaking best, and 'I really think it was just her nature.

Chelsey Donn:

And it's not Goldie's fault that she's not that, you know, um, 'I don't want to compare her to

Chelsey Donn:

So that's where we're at.

Chelsey Donn:

That's okay.

Chelsey Donn:

But Trey, how, what's going on with you?

Chelsey Donn:

Do you have things you wanna get off your chest because 'I want to be here for you?

Trey Gerrald:

Oh, absolutely.

Trey Gerrald:

But 'I also want to just say like 'I think any dog owner understands like

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah.

Trey Gerrald:

If your dog is happy, that affects you.

Trey Gerrald:

If your dog is unhappy, that affects you.

Trey Gerrald:

Like it, especially like working from home, like it's just impossible.

Trey Gerrald:

So like

Chelsey Donn:

Exactly.

Trey Gerrald:

be so hard on yourself about it.

Chelsey Donn:

Thank you.

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah, cuz they don't realize that like we have to get shit done just because, you know,

Chelsey Donn:

So breathe in, breathe out.

Chelsey Donn:

Um,

Trey Gerrald:

But yes.

Trey Gerrald:

Over here 'I really, you know, this actually hasn't happened in A' while,

Trey Gerrald:

Like when 'I can't sleep, or you know, when something like someone cuts me off in traffic,

Chelsey Donn:

'I,

Trey Gerrald:

'I gotta pull that list out.

Trey Gerrald:

So have you ever, by accident

Chelsey Donn:

Mm-hmm.

Trey Gerrald:

left, let's say one of your car windows down and then there's rain that occur.

Chelsey Donn:

Oh no, 'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Think maybe with my dad's car.

Chelsey Donn:

Never with mine personally, but it is disastrous, especially if it's A' heavy rain.

Chelsey Donn:

I've left A' window open.

Trey Gerrald:

was gonna say like in your house.

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah, but that tends to not be so bad because it's like the screen

Chelsey Donn:

A' little bit, but it tends to like in the car, it's like, ugh, the seats.

Trey Gerrald:

Well also, like houses are built straight up and down.

Trey Gerrald:

Cars have curves, so like, it's like the door is A', little bit more like

Trey Gerrald:

Um, but 'I 'I know 'I talked on A' previous after show about when 'I was in an actor

Trey Gerrald:

But this has happened to me.

Trey Gerrald:

'I know, like in college, 'I remember.

Trey Gerrald:

There would be multiple times when like the car window would just be slightly cracked

Trey Gerrald:

Because once those car seats are like rained upon, you're never getting that odor out like ever.

Trey Gerrald:

It's horrifying and disgusting and it really like puts A' quote unquote damper on your

Chelsey Donn:

A'.

Chelsey Donn:

Hundred percent agree.

Trey Gerrald:

as A', lot of these complaints tend to be, there's no one to

Chelsey Donn:

No one to blame.

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

That's the hard look.

Chelsey Donn:

That's the hard look we gotta take in the mirror.

Chelsey Donn:

Most of the times we are the solution to our own problems.

Trey Gerrald:

mean it's the same with taxes and dogs.

Chelsey Donn:

'I know.

Trey Gerrald:

What A' philosophical episode.

Chelsey Donn:

'I 'I Know 'I could take accountability for my wrongdoings

Chelsey Donn:

Good review, right?

Chelsey Donn:

Like it is gonna be cathartic and we are gonna get it out, but we need to be A' little bit self-aware

Trey Gerrald:

Well, yeah, 'I mean, that reminds me of the Chili's review from

Trey Gerrald:

How did you participate in this interaction?

Chelsey Donn:

Exactly.

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah.

Trey Gerrald:

well look at us in our,

Trey Gerrald:

in our despair, we're, we're awfully enlightened.

Chelsey Donn:

We are 'I, mean.

Chelsey Donn:

'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Feel like 'I wanna like 'I, don't know.

Chelsey Donn:

'I need like A' marrow round or something to like amp me up.

Chelsey Donn:

We gotta, we gotta change up the energy.

Chelsey Donn:

I'm gonna bring my crystal around cuz we gotta get all hot and bothered and

Trey Gerrald:

Well, let's do it.

Trey Gerrald:

Why don't we jump in and and shift the energy and the snap.

Trey Gerrald:

Should we snap together?

Chelsey Donn:

Oh yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Think A'.

Chelsey Donn:

Good.

Chelsey Donn:

Snap.

Chelsey Donn:

3, 2, 1.

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah, you do

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Chelsey Donn:

3, 2, 1.

Chelsey Donn:

Nice.

Chelsey Donn:

'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Like that.

Chelsey Donn:

That was

Trey Gerrald:

All right, let's do it.

Chelsey Donn:

Yes.

VOICEOVER:

Review, That, Review.

Chelsey Donn:

As you know, we are your trustee.

Chelsey Donn:

Review.

Chelsey Donn:

Queen.

Chelsey Donn:

We bring in reviews from the internet that we feel need to be inspected.

Trey Gerrald:

We read you the review.

Trey Gerrald:

We break it down and rate the impact of that review on A' scale from zero to five crowns.

Trey Gerrald:

Now this is A' very regal process that we call.

VOICEOVER:

Assess, That, Kvetch.

Trey Gerrald:

And this week, ChelseyBD, you are enlightening us even more.

Trey Gerrald:

So what did you bring in today?

Chelsey Donn:

whenever 'I have an opportunity in my search for reviews to come across A'

Chelsey Donn:

So 'I have brought in A' review today from Indeed.

Chelsey Donn:

Which 'I don't believe we've done.

Chelsey Donn:

And indeed, as some of you may know, some of you may not, is it's like A' A' job site where you can

Chelsey Donn:

So this review is coming from the perspective of an employee or A' former employee.

Trey Gerrald:

Oh my

Chelsey Donn:

Of the establishment, which I'll announce in A' second.

Chelsey Donn:

But isn't that interesting?

Chelsey Donn:

'I thought, this is A' perspective that we haven't really examined Trey like straight, but it's

Chelsey Donn:

And yeah, they are.

Chelsey Donn:

You know, we know the answer, so we can really just dive in.

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah.

Trey Gerrald:

A' question 'I.

Trey Gerrald:

Remember when 'I was job hunting 'I used glass door, which is very similar to Indeed,

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah, yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah.

Trey Gerrald:

but in order to read anything or contribute anything,

Chelsey Donn:

Well that's A' thing.

Chelsey Donn:

That's so thank you for bringing that up, Trey, because there is A'

Chelsey Donn:

Indeed.

Chelsey Donn:

They'll only give you like A', Peaky and then if you wanna read more

Chelsey Donn:

And 'I didn't feel like doing that.

Chelsey Donn:

So 'I tried to like get around it creatively by searching for like certain.

Chelsey Donn:

Tones of review that 'I was looking for.

Chelsey Donn:

So that's what I'm gonna read today.

Chelsey Donn:

'I mean do we need to tease anymore or should 'I intro our subject?

Trey Gerrald:

Let's do it.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay, so today we are ironically or perhaps not based on my Complaint rating

Trey Gerrald:

Oh, no.

Chelsey Donn:

specifically for the grooming department.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Chelsey Donn:

This review.

Trey Gerrald:

Wait, did we, did you, didn't you and And Doc dog rumors last week?

Chelsey Donn:

'I did Trey.

Chelsey Donn:

So good of you to remember.

Chelsey Donn:

Yes.

Chelsey Donn:

This is an extension of my induction because

Trey Gerrald:

you use PetSmart?

Chelsey Donn:

'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Don't 'I mean.

Chelsey Donn:

'I feel like 'I maybe have on one, like on A', off occasion.

Chelsey Donn:

'I don't usually.

Chelsey Donn:

So anyway, 'I wanted to dig A' little deeper.

Chelsey Donn:

So this is A' one-star review.

Chelsey Donn:

It just says, written by former employee.

Chelsey Donn:

Um, groomer.

Chelsey Donn:

God.

Chelsey Donn:

I'm gonna, guys, 'I know this is the pet dedicated review, but she's gonna

Chelsey Donn:

Hold

Trey Gerrald:

Cheers.

Chelsey Donn:

Goldie.

Chelsey Donn:

Let's go to the crate.

Chelsey Donn:

No barking.

Trey Gerrald:

We started recording about 15 minutes late because Goldie

Chelsey Donn:

No barking.

Trey Gerrald:

So she's really at her wits end today.

Chelsey Donn:

'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Love my dog, 'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Love my dog.

Chelsey Donn:

'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Love my dog.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay,

Trey Gerrald:

Okay.

Chelsey Donn:

and we're back.

Chelsey Donn:

All right.

Chelsey Donn:

All right, so this is A' one star review written by just says groomer, and

Chelsey Donn:

So 'I, don't know, we can call them groomer.

Chelsey Donn:

'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Guess try.

Chelsey Donn:

What do.

Trey Gerrald:

Let's not use the word groomer.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Chelsey Donn:

Definitely.

Trey Gerrald:

today's climate.

Chelsey Donn:

Oh, no.

Chelsey Donn:

'I didn't know there was A' climate.

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah, they're ev All these politicians are calling drag Queens groomers.

Chelsey Donn:

Oh, 'I completely missed that

Trey Gerrald:

Are you serious?

Chelsey Donn:

Yes, I'm sorry.

Trey Gerrald:

Oh, there's all these bills to ban drag

Chelsey Donn:

No 'I know that there have been bills to ban drag Queens, but

Trey Gerrald:

they're very worried about their children when it comes to drag Queens,

Chelsey Donn:

Oh, being like being groomed.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Chelsey Donn:

All right.

Chelsey Donn:

This is their one star review subject.

Chelsey Donn:

Don't call hr.

Trey Gerrald:

Oh, no.

Chelsey Donn:

Here we go.

Chelsey Donn:

Don't even consider calling HR unless you wanna be fired.

Chelsey Donn:

Management is awful.

Chelsey Donn:

They are unsupportive, especially in the grooming salon.

Chelsey Donn:

They will say they are the only management on the floor, and next time

Chelsey Donn:

Even if there is another manager out on the floor.

Chelsey Donn:

The grooming salon is A' hostile environment.

Chelsey Donn:

There is drama with the coworkers.

Chelsey Donn:

My store manager was aggressive and hostile.

Chelsey Donn:

She would threaten and blame us for when business got slow.

Chelsey Donn:

She yelled in my face and slammed her hand on A' counter in front of

Chelsey Donn:

'I called HR and Caroline.

Chelsey Donn:

They talked to the dm, oh, district manager.

Chelsey Donn:

They talked to the DM and she didn't even ask me about the situation.

Chelsey Donn:

Instead, they fired me and the second they found out 'I was looking for A'.

Chelsey Donn:

New job.

Chelsey Donn:

They called up the grooming salon.

Chelsey Donn:

'I wasn't even sure 'I wanted and they knew the location because foolish me 'I trusted A' coworker

Chelsey Donn:

'I still had plenty of time to put in A' two weeks notice, but 'I wasn't even sure if 'I wanted to

Chelsey Donn:

They expect their former groomers to never groom again, which is unreal.

Chelsey Donn:

The new salon 'I was looking into was 10 miles away, which is their competitive requirement.

Trey Gerrald:

Hmm.

Chelsey Donn:

While the DM made my decision for me, 'I had been there for eight years and had the

Chelsey Donn:

PetSmart says they don't tolerate bullying, harassment, or.

Chelsey Donn:

But that is exactly what management do.

Chelsey Donn:

It's sad when you can't even depend on your hr.

Chelsey Donn:

Never call Caroline.

Chelsey Donn:

You will lose your job.

Chelsey Donn:

All it accomplishes is angering your dm.

Chelsey Donn:

The only good thing about this job was the pet.

Trey Gerrald:

Hmm.

Chelsey Donn:

All 'I learned was how to groom and that you can't trust

Chelsey Donn:

You dare call friends.

Chelsey Donn:

Oh, and they expect you to have complete open availability.

Chelsey Donn:

'I had extreme anxiety going into work that it overtook my.

Chelsey Donn:

Every day was A' nightmare between having no support when extremely busy and management

Chelsey Donn:

There's no time for that yet.

Chelsey Donn:

Management will yell if you Donn.

Trey Gerrald:

Hmm.

Chelsey Donn:

line.

Chelsey Donn:

It's A' hostile work environment with aggressive management and coworkers.

Chelsey Donn:

Former employee man.

Trey Gerrald:

So is this for A' specific location?

Chelsey Donn:

Thank you for asking.

Chelsey Donn:

This is for A', Michigan location.

Chelsey Donn:

But Indeed is 'I guess like across the board.

Chelsey Donn:

So every review attached to it, you know, just has like A' different location

Trey Gerrald:

'I mean.

Trey Gerrald:

Full disclosure here.

Trey Gerrald:

'I was doing Glassdoor like to look at Joanne when 'I worked at Joanne and it's, it, it's structured

Trey Gerrald:

But so it is, it makes it A' little challenging to

Chelsey Donn:

It's A'.

Chelsey Donn:

Little bit more like, like Trustpilot

Trey Gerrald:

Or even better.

Trey Gerrald:

Business is kind of structured that way

Chelsey Donn:

or better business.

Chelsey Donn:

Exactly

Trey Gerrald:

just all under PetSmart.

Trey Gerrald:

Okay, so this is A'.

Trey Gerrald:

Very interesting review.

Trey Gerrald:

'I wrote like 18 notes.

Trey Gerrald:

So like, first of all, 'I, my most pressing question pronounce the store name.

Chelsey Donn:

PetSmart.

Trey Gerrald:

So is it you are A' Pet Smart or is it the pets?

Chelsey Donn:

It's, there's 'I mean the way that the LogoVora is written.

Chelsey Donn:

It's like capital P, capital S.

Chelsey Donn:

So it would be pet smart, like it's smart to shop here for your pet, but 'I think it's obviously A'.

Chelsey Donn:

Double entendre.

Chelsey Donn:

So good.

Chelsey Donn:

Good catch.

Trey Gerrald:

Because 'I just say Pet smart,

Chelsey Donn:

what do 'I

Trey Gerrald:

but 'I think

Chelsey Donn:

That's what 'I

Trey Gerrald:

you pets.

Trey Gerrald:

Pet smart.

Trey Gerrald:

Right.

Trey Gerrald:

But in my head I'm thinking it's like, Pets mart cuz you're shopping on A' Mart.

Chelsey Donn:

Pets Mart.

Chelsey Donn:

No Pets Mart.

Trey Gerrald:

What is their major competitor?

Trey Gerrald:

Pet

Chelsey Donn:

Pet co.

Chelsey Donn:

Pet co.

Trey Gerrald:

Petco.

Trey Gerrald:

Right.

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah.

Trey Gerrald:

Okay.

Trey Gerrald:

Anyway, so that, that just is

Chelsey Donn:

Great.

Chelsey Donn:

That was answered.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay, cool.

Trey Gerrald:

Well, you know, something that's coming up for me, for former

Trey Gerrald:

The district manager 'I feel like they're probably responsible for however many

Trey Gerrald:

So like there's A' certain number of stores where you're gonna be dealing with that dm,

Chelsey Donn:

right.

Trey Gerrald:

like so much of the hostile work environment like could technically not apply

Chelsey Donn:

That's true.

Trey Gerrald:

management.

Chelsey Donn:

Yes, and 'I think that's probably gonna be true of every review.

Chelsey Donn:

There's gonna be certain environments that are more hostile than the others.

Chelsey Donn:

But 'I think that what is universal here is isn't hr just hr?

Chelsey Donn:

So like hrs course of action is gonna be that they're gonna then disclose the dm.

Chelsey Donn:

And what that DM does with the information is up to them, right?

Trey Gerrald:

'I.

Trey Gerrald:

Guess 'I don't really know how human relations works, but.

Chelsey Donn:

'I mean?

Chelsey Donn:

'I.

Chelsey Donn:

'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Guess that we just have to review this in two ways, cuz 'I can't remember

Chelsey Donn:

If you could do this, but like let's say 'I did live in Michigan and I'm reading

Chelsey Donn:

And then 'I didn't live in Michigan and 'I wrote this review.

Chelsey Donn:

Right?

Chelsey Donn:

Because there might be somebody that's in the, that district applying.

Trey Gerrald:

You know, it, this is like so challenging

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah.

Trey Gerrald:

in my mind, 'I get that this is like A' specialty inside of A' retail store.

Trey Gerrald:

So like that 'I, I'm sure it is different.

Trey Gerrald:

They mentioned having health insurance, which is amazing.

Trey Gerrald:

But the, it's just so challenging.

Trey Gerrald:

'I mean, it's also interesting to me how former employer, former employee mentions that

Trey Gerrald:

So they must have like, I've never thought about that.

Trey Gerrald:

Like there must be A' certification, right?

Chelsey Donn:

Yes.

Chelsey Donn:

And they also said they were there for eight years.

Chelsey Donn:

So it's like if you do any job anywhere for eight years, 'I, you know, hopefully you're

Chelsey Donn:

Cuz you've given eight years of your life to it.

Trey Gerrald:

But like, is there A' certification?

Trey Gerrald:

Like do you, like, do you just go to PetSmart and fill out an application and

Chelsey Donn:

'I think that the way that it works from like other reviews

Chelsey Donn:

Don't know if it's that you get the certification through them or if you

Chelsey Donn:

So it's not A' groomer, but like you're the one that like is gonna give it A' bath and

Chelsey Donn:

So there is A' ranking system.

Trey Gerrald:

'I.

Trey Gerrald:

Who wants

Chelsey Donn:

This is why 'I gave My, Royal Highness to the the, the groomers because I'm

Trey Gerrald:

'I mean it really is.

Trey Gerrald:

And 'I love animals, but like 'I just feel.

Trey Gerrald:

So many dogs and cats, specifically cats don't want to be dealt with.

Trey Gerrald:

So it's like you just never have any idea, and it's not like you're like working

Trey Gerrald:

This is like an animal that doesn't have any say in the matter and they don't know

Trey Gerrald:

It's A'

Chelsey Donn:

levels of annoyance from owners and you know, lots of things.

Trey Gerrald:

'I recognize the stress.

Trey Gerrald:

And like the hostility of the client, which is like this dog on top of the fact that like

Chelsey Donn:

There's all this drama.

Trey Gerrald:

so full of drama.

Trey Gerrald:

So yes, 'I wrote down drama.

Trey Gerrald:

What do you think the drama

Chelsey Donn:

'I don't know.

Chelsey Donn:

But what's really cool is that 'I, 'I, hope this came across my reading, but

Chelsey Donn:

So it's like there is drama with the coworkers.

Chelsey Donn:

Like that is like clear.

Chelsey Donn:

'I don't know.

Chelsey Donn:

Maybe it's like competing for clients or stealing clients or stealing supplies like 'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Don't know what the drama could be.

Chelsey Donn:

Trey, you might know more than me.

Chelsey Donn:

You, you were kind of closer to this industry.

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah, 'I mean 'I.

Trey Gerrald:

Just 'I.

Trey Gerrald:

Feel A'.

Trey Gerrald:

Like I'm ju I'm very curious what the age ranges of the groomers are cuz like, 'I 'I know that like

Chelsey Donn:

Right, exactly.

Trey Gerrald:

get it, you know?

Trey Gerrald:

And

Chelsey Donn:

And even if it's just like A' moment of recognition, it's like, okay, 'I

Trey Gerrald:

And then there's always just like the work dynamics

Trey Gerrald:

So it's like there's usually A' common enemy when like there's someone that doesn't

Trey Gerrald:

So like 'I, see how drama is just inherent, but 'I, 'I, there's something very funny

Trey Gerrald:

Monica is on shift tonight.

Trey Gerrald:

'I fucking hate Monica.

Trey Gerrald:

Monica is so bad at the buzz cut.

Chelsey Donn:

Yes,

Trey Gerrald:

Anytime Monica has to polish the nails, she gets polished all over the table.

Chelsey Donn:

Monica never cleans up her hair.

Chelsey Donn:

She never sweeps.

Chelsey Donn:

Have you ever seen her with A'?

Chelsey Donn:

Have you ever seen her with A' Brew?

Chelsey Donn:

With A'?

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah, with 'I.

Trey Gerrald:

allergic

Chelsey Donn:

'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Think she must be allergic to it.

Chelsey Donn:

I've never once seen her pick it up.

Chelsey Donn:

Never does she sanitize her table Cause Donn don't think she does.

Trey Gerrald:

Oh wait, like first sentence or maybe even the subject, 'I.

Trey Gerrald:

Love that.

Trey Gerrald:

They call it the grooming salon.

Chelsey Donn:

that is what they call it.

Chelsey Donn:

'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Think the grooming salon.

Trey Gerrald:

Is that specific to PetSmart

Chelsey Donn:

No 'I feel like there's like other places that call it that.

Chelsey Donn:

Cuz that's the idea.

Chelsey Donn:

Is that like, oh, I'm gonna drop my dog at the salon for the day, you know?

Trey Gerrald:

Okay, so then 'I also want to talk about the pettiness within the culture because,

Chelsey Donn:

Sure, sure, sure.

Trey Gerrald:

because 'I recognize even like at any of the jobs that I've had, if

Trey Gerrald:

Spread faster than you want it to.

Trey Gerrald:

So clearly A' former employee had A' little more trust to like whoever they were sharing that with.

Trey Gerrald:

But then for it to get to management and then management like turns you in and like

Chelsey Donn:

with the possible new employer.

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.

Trey Gerrald:

'I mean that is so crazy.

Trey Gerrald:

That's so

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah, that's just

Trey Gerrald:

'I mean that if that is true, if we're, if we're taking that as

Chelsey Donn:

yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah.

Trey Gerrald:

that really underlines and defines the hostile environment to A' T, because if

Trey Gerrald:

Like that just sounds like A'

Chelsey Donn:

Right and 'I think that's what it is.

Chelsey Donn:

You know, regardless of how much is based off of, you know, former employee's own

Chelsey Donn:

But if we're to take them at their word, obviously they do believe that this was A' nightmare.

Chelsey Donn:

This was their nightmare

Trey Gerrald:

And they also say that they were outside of the 10 mile radius,

Chelsey Donn:

exactly.

Chelsey Donn:

'I mean it's pretty bad.

Chelsey Donn:

Like hon, like here, let's put it, let's discuss it this way since it's A' new format of A' review.

Chelsey Donn:

If you were considering, let's just like pretend that you were considering being A'.

Chelsey Donn:

Is there another word you'd rather me use besides groomer

Trey Gerrald:

You can say dog groomer,

Chelsey Donn:

A' dog stylist.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay, so if you were gonna apply to be A' dog stylist, okay.

Chelsey Donn:

And you read this review under the Indeed, would you apply for the job?

Chelsey Donn:

Say you're in Michigan, would you apply for the job?

Trey Gerrald:

Honestly, 'I would, because 'I tend to feel like when it comes to my

Trey Gerrald:

'I have felt that in my experience and and 'I know that my work ethic is not everyone's work ethic.

Trey Gerrald:

So 'I would still apply.

Trey Gerrald:

Like 'I.

Trey Gerrald:

Don't think 'I would use this to rule out.

Chelsey Donn:

this wouldn't be A' deal breaker for the application.

Chelsey Donn:

Would it like bring you some questions that you might wanna ask in your interview?

Trey Gerrald:

It would definitely make me sleuth, which 'I have done for any job I've ever taken.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Chelsey Donn:

It would initiate sleuthing.

Trey Gerrald:

I'll go in Cognito multiple times to see like, does it

Trey Gerrald:

Does it look like they're overwhelmed?

Trey Gerrald:

Does it look like you see people like on their phones, like leaning

Chelsey Donn:

What are the vibes?

Chelsey Donn:

Do 'I have A'?

Chelsey Donn:

Friend of A'.

Chelsey Donn:

Friend of A' friend

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah, but if 'I was not in Michigan,

Chelsey Donn:

Right.

Trey Gerrald:

'I would literally not.

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah, 'I would totally disregard this cuz 'I do think it's very specific to the region.

Chelsey Donn:

Interesting.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Chelsey Donn:

'I.

Chelsey Donn:

'I feel like this would be pretty strong for me.

Chelsey Donn:

'I don't.

Chelsey Donn:

If 'I was in Michigan and 'I knew 'I was gonna be maybe working with these people,

Chelsey Donn:

'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Think if 'I decided that 'I still wanted to be A' dog stylist to the stars of

Chelsey Donn:

'I think 'I would maybe ask some questions in the interview, like what's the environment like?

Chelsey Donn:

Is there A' Manager on the floor?

Chelsey Donn:

Blah, blah, blah comes up 'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Don't know.

Chelsey Donn:

Maybe 'I would ask those kind of questions.

Chelsey Donn:

So it, it's impactful for me.

Chelsey Donn:

And then generally 'I agree with you.

Chelsey Donn:

'I think that like even generally speaking, it would encourage me to sleuth, right?

Chelsey Donn:

Like even if 'I wasn't in Michigan, 'I, think maybe 'I would still be like, oh, let me see

Chelsey Donn:

'I would probably go to the Yelp of my store.

Chelsey Donn:

Like those kind of things just to do like A'.

Chelsey Donn:

Little bit more research for sure.

Trey Gerrald:

But 'I do think that the whole eight years 'I mean that is A'

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah,

Trey Gerrald:

And to know that it ended the way that it did if like in this narrative

Trey Gerrald:

It does sound justified.

Chelsey Donn:

'I, just feel like it sounds genuine.

Chelsey Donn:

Like 'I really believe that former employee is like really just letting their heart out

Chelsey Donn:

And 'I like have to share my experience with other people.

Chelsey Donn:

Just 'I if it does resonate with anyone or anyone does see red flags that she'll have worn them.

Chelsey Donn:

You know?

Chelsey Donn:

Or if you're like thinking about going out on your own or something and you wanna start there

Trey Gerrald:

Right?

Trey Gerrald:

And like 'I do see PetSmart as like A' retail store.

Chelsey Donn:

right.

Trey Gerrald:

So 'I really, and the only retail I've ever done was Joanne's, but 'I

Trey Gerrald:

And even at Joanne,

Chelsey Donn:

why she was like, even though my manager insisted that 'I take

Trey Gerrald:

no time.

Chelsey Donn:

Right,

Trey Gerrald:

Like 'I experienced that too because it's like, it's an impossible thing

Trey Gerrald:

But 'I also know that with retail, it's like sometimes management is just like someone has

Trey Gerrald:

So that is another reason why I'm, I'm hearing in this review, like it just sounds so site specific.

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah, 'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Think that that's fair.

Trey Gerrald:

but this whole question about this HR conversation, like

Trey Gerrald:

Call to have A' meeting.

Trey Gerrald:

They just like terminated like that seems like it's all hearsay.

Chelsey Donn:

But like did they terminate?

Chelsey Donn:

That's why 'I got A' little confused in the review because

Trey Gerrald:

okay?

Trey Gerrald:

Me too.

Chelsey Donn:

cuz it was like, did they terminate you or did they like hear that you were leaving?

Chelsey Donn:

So then they like jumped the gun and terminated you.

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah, because the way former employee writes it in the narrative, they, they

Chelsey Donn:

It's like they went to hr, they told HR what the deal was and then HR like

Chelsey Donn:

And then so, so A' former employee decided they were no longer happy working in this environment.

Chelsey Donn:

So they tried to apply for A' new job.

Chelsey Donn:

And then they found like 'I, don't know.

Chelsey Donn:

There's A', there's A'.

Chelsey Donn:

It's A'.

Chelsey Donn:

Little messy.

Chelsey Donn:

It's A'.

Chelsey Donn:

Little messy.

Trey Gerrald:

Also this whole conversation around open availability is one of the biggest

Trey Gerrald:

Requires you to have open availability and that's so obnoxious cuz no one's

Chelsey Donn:

'I know, but 'I also think that that was sort of A' weird place to end.

Chelsey Donn:

Like 'I feel like we sort of reached A' natural conclusion before that

Chelsey Donn:

'I almost wish that they would've like if they wanted to include that point,

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah, but the current that runs through it, all that 'I

Chelsey Donn:

Right, right,

Trey Gerrald:

what I'm like hearing is like there's not enough time to take your breaks

Chelsey Donn:

More than 10 dogs in eight and A' half hours.

Trey Gerrald:

A' lot.

Trey Gerrald:

That's like

Chelsey Donn:

That's

Chelsey Donn:

' Trey Gerrald: I mean.

Chelsey Donn:

like, what is that 40 minutes A' dog?

Chelsey Donn:

If, if that,

Trey Gerrald:

'I mean That does sound crazy.

Chelsey Donn:

sounds wild.

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah.

Trey Gerrald:

And 'I love the term PO

Chelsey Donn:

A' progress report.

Chelsey Donn:

It does.

Chelsey Donn:

Those kind of things are universal.

Chelsey Donn:

Like I'm sure the progress report is something that everybody that works at PetSmart has to do.

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah.

Trey Gerrald:

But how detailed do you think this progress report is?

Trey Gerrald:

Like how much time

Chelsey Donn:

'I don't know, but it takes time to do.

Chelsey Donn:

It's like another task.

Chelsey Donn:

It's like A'.

Chelsey Donn:

It's like A'.

Chelsey Donn:

It's like an admin task in the middle of like you having to do supermarket sweep with the dogs.

Trey Gerrald:

That's what 'I was gonna say.

Trey Gerrald:

It definitely is like, it seems like it's A' left brain and probably the grooming is right brain.

Trey Gerrald:

Like it is sort of like annoying

Chelsey Donn:

right.

Chelsey Donn:

Exactly.

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

And then like I'm sure you also have to deal with like, let's say A' dog was really mad at, and

Chelsey Donn:

You know, like then you gotta deal with that.

Chelsey Donn:

There's gotta be so much stuff that these groomers have to deal.

Trey Gerrald:

And it is that situation where it's like you've made appointments for the day.

Trey Gerrald:

So it's like as soon as something goes wrong, then the entire rest of the day is backed up.

Trey Gerrald:

One last thing, 'I thought you were saying, Caroline, but 'I think

Chelsey Donn:

Caroline.

Trey Gerrald:

That's how you reach hr.

Trey Gerrald:

'I guess.

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah, so 'I guess it's like if 'I, I'm sure like when you're in your training

Chelsey Donn:

And one of our caring like facilitators will be there to help you or

Chelsey Donn:

So like maybe that's like the first line of defense is the care, Caroline.

Chelsey Donn:

And then from there, either they handle it or they're like, I'm gonna connect you with hr.

Chelsey Donn:

This is more of an HR.

Chelsey Donn:

'I

Trey Gerrald:

'I mean, maybe I'm just really like Pollyanna and ignorant, but

Chelsey Donn:

It seems like for whatever reason, and 'I mean, it could just be

Trey Gerrald:

Was there Humor, entertainment.

Chelsey Donn:

'I mean?

Chelsey Donn:

'I was entertained in the fact that 'I felt like there was A'.

Chelsey Donn:

Lot of heart in here.

Chelsey Donn:

'I.

Chelsey Donn:

'I wouldn't say humor necessarily.

Trey Gerrald:

Oh wait, one more thing about spelling, grammar are, so

Trey Gerrald:

Is there any cap, any capitalization?

Chelsey Donn:

See?

Chelsey Donn:

Not

Trey Gerrald:

is anything like screaming

Chelsey Donn:

The only thing that's ca No, it's not the only thing.

Chelsey Donn:

There's no screaming.

Chelsey Donn:

Actually, 'I don't, I'm trying to look.

Chelsey Donn:

'I don't think there's A', single exclamation point in this whole.

Trey Gerrald:

'I really like that.

Trey Gerrald:

Something's very classy about that.

Trey Gerrald:

And italics bold is so much more provocative than all caps.

Trey Gerrald:

You know what 'I

Chelsey Donn:

they do 'I, think like accomplishments was italicized.

Chelsey Donn:

'I don't, like, they sometimes just do like A', one off italic.

Chelsey Donn:

But I'm just realizing this.

Chelsey Donn:

Try not A' single exclamation point in the entire review.

Trey Gerrald:

That has an impact on me.

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah, me too.

Chelsey Donn:

All right, I'm glad.

Chelsey Donn:

Thank you for asking that.

Chelsey Donn:

That was A'.

Chelsey Donn:

We've never looked at that before.

Chelsey Donn:

'I think we should pay A'.

Chelsey Donn:

Little more attention to that in the future, but yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

Good on the punctuation.

Chelsey Donn:

Former employee.

Chelsey Donn:

All right.

Chelsey Donn:

Should we crown?

Trey Gerrald:

'I.

Trey Gerrald:

Think 'I can crown.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah, let's do it.

Trey Gerrald:

So ChelseyBD and 'I each have our own set of zero to five crown cards.

Trey Gerrald:

In an effort to be fair and not influence one another, we will both

VOICEOVER:

The Queens are Tabulating.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay, interesting.

Chelsey Donn:

I'm holding up four crowns, Trey's holding up four and A' half crowns.

Chelsey Donn:

This is super 'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Interesting to me cuz 'I feel like all of the points that kind of got knocked

Chelsey Donn:

So I'm sort of surprised that you ended up higher than 'I did, but let's talk about it.

Chelsey Donn:

Why four and A' half crowns,

Trey Gerrald:

Well, 'I had four, and then 'I bumped it up to four and A'

Trey Gerrald:

'I think it might be A' little site specific.

Trey Gerrald:

But that being said, 'I think that any culture that is cultivated could

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

Starts at the Yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

Top.

Trey Gerrald:

But 'I also recognize that, you know, this is A' nationwide company.

Trey Gerrald:

That has tons of locations and tons of personalities.

Trey Gerrald:

So 'I, just 'I, 'I, 'I, 'I, 'I.

Trey Gerrald:

Just don't venture to think that it's going to be typical that the culture will be

Trey Gerrald:

But do 'I think it could be common?

Trey Gerrald:

Perhaps, but 'I think that's probably, it's just an interesting amalgamation of like A' retail.

Trey Gerrald:

That hosts A' Specialty Skill or like A' Craft, you have to be trained and like

Trey Gerrald:

So that is sort of like the glaring, like 'I, don't know what the ultimate

Trey Gerrald:

It's only A' negative half ground for me because 'I do think it's not A' laughing matter.

Trey Gerrald:

'I was entertained.

Trey Gerrald:

'I think like the punctuation is like beautiful.

Trey Gerrald:

It's to the point, 'I feel that former employee is grounded.

Trey Gerrald:

They're not being ruthless and outrageous.

Trey Gerrald:

They're pleading their case in A' way.

Trey Gerrald:

That feels truthful and the impact is like 'I think it's pretty valuable.

Trey Gerrald:

And it's pretty unique.

Trey Gerrald:

'I mean if you wanna know what it's like, read former employee reviews, you know what 'I mean?

Trey Gerrald:

And, and, and the fact that this person worked there for eight years, that is such A'

Chelsey Donn:

Positive.

Trey Gerrald:

So much positive.

Trey Gerrald:

So, um, that's why 'I said four and A' half.

Trey Gerrald:

Like, it's so almost A', Review, Queen,

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah.

Trey Gerrald:

But like 'I could even say if this is indeed, like maybe it is A', Review,

Chelsey Donn:

In A' way that feels honest.

Trey Gerrald:

but to declare that this is what it is to work for this company, 'I, I'm not sure.

Trey Gerrald:

So that's why 'I took half crown off.

Trey Gerrald:

Why did you say four?

Chelsey Donn:

Well, 'I, Trey, 'I really agree with everything that you just said, so I'm not

Chelsey Donn:

Um, 'I did take the one crown off because 'I thought you made A'.

Chelsey Donn:

Good point that maybe when 'I was sort of interviewing you, maybe this wouldn't

Chelsey Donn:

Former employee 'I think they're super classy.

Chelsey Donn:

Classy choice with A' punctuation.

Chelsey Donn:

Love the, like it really stands out, like even aesthetically, that one sentence that's bolded

Chelsey Donn:

Like, it just feels like it was, it's A' classy way of throwing out A' clear

Chelsey Donn:

And 'I, you know, 'I 'I hear A' former employee and 'I 'I hope that they're now

Chelsey Donn:

And for that reason, for Crown.

Chelsey Donn:

Very, very high score for A' brand new platform.

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah,

Trey Gerrald:

Good job.

Trey Gerrald:

That was so fun.

Trey Gerrald:

Pet smart.

Chelsey Donn:

Pet's Smart.

Chelsey Donn:

Is it smart to work there?

Chelsey Donn:

'I?

Chelsey Donn:

Don't know.

Chelsey Donn:

I'm not, I'm not, you know, gonna shit on Pet Smart as A' whole, because 'I 'I

Chelsey Donn:

And this isn't about PetSmart.

Chelsey Donn:

This is about PetSmart room.

Trey Gerrald:

Correct

Chelsey Donn:

So 'I, just wanna state that for legal reasons.

Trey Gerrald:

What is the one 'I?

Trey Gerrald:

Think Pet 'I 'I can't distinguish.

Trey Gerrald:

Pet Smart versus

Chelsey Donn:

Petco 'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Know 'I always get them confused.

Chelsey Donn:

Myself,

Trey Gerrald:

they're both red and blue.

Chelsey Donn:

they, their 'I, their logos are like almost identical.

Chelsey Donn:

It's stupid.

Trey Gerrald:

Right.

Trey Gerrald:

But

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

But maybe intentional.

Trey Gerrald:

is the one 'I Go 'I.

Chelsey Donn:

'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Honestly don't know either.

Chelsey Donn:

'I 'I, 'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Never know.

Chelsey Donn:

Am 'I going to A' PetSmart or A' Pet Cow?

Chelsey Donn:

Could be either.

Chelsey Donn:

I'm not

Trey Gerrald:

But 'I do know that in Key West there's A' Pet Supermarket.

Chelsey Donn:

Oh, just food and

Trey Gerrald:

No, no, no, no.

Trey Gerrald:

It's exactly the same store concept,

Chelsey Donn:

okay.

Trey Gerrald:

but their branding is like yellow and it feels very much like A' Dollar General.

Chelsey Donn:

Oh, interesting.

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah, yeah,

Chelsey Donn:

there's gotta be some sort of psychology with the colors that

Trey Gerrald:

right.

Trey Gerrald:

Like fast food

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah,

Trey Gerrald:

psychology.

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah.

Trey Gerrald:

Anyway, really fun,

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah.

Trey Gerrald:

Good job, ChelseyBD.

Chelsey Donn:

Thank you.

Chelsey Donn:

That was fun.

Chelsey Donn:

'I always liked going down new roads with you Trey.

Chelsey Donn:

So thanks for indulging in that and 'I.

Chelsey Donn:

Hope you guys enjoyed it as listeners, something A' little different.

Trey Gerrald:

well, beep, beep, hop on in

Chelsey Donn:

Yes, exactly.

Chelsey Donn:

Different road.

Chelsey Donn:

Let's go down it together or we just did.

Chelsey Donn:

Awesome.

Chelsey Donn:

Cool.

Chelsey Donn:

I'm fine.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Chelsey Donn:

Trey, we did it.

Chelsey Donn:

We reached the most regal portion of our show.

Chelsey Donn:

Who are you inducting this week?

Chelsey Donn:

Trey for?

VOICEOVER:

My Royal line.

Trey Gerrald:

Well, 'I am so thrilled that you asked, because 'I would love

Trey Gerrald:

'I purchased on Amazon back in July of 2022.

Trey Gerrald:

When 'I got my new car, and this is A' product that is A' super callous.

Trey Gerrald:

I'm gonna read it to you.

Trey Gerrald:

It's called cup holder tray for car cup holder expander for car drink holders,

Trey Gerrald:

Now jeans 30 slash 32 slash 38 slash 48 ounce Camelback 32 slash 40 ounce detachable tray

VOICEOVER:

'I, it's super coloristic.

Trey Gerrald:

'I don't think that we've ever had A' SPAC as My Royal Highness.

Chelsey Donn:

but this was certainly A' Super Cali for the super callus.

Trey Gerrald:

So, okay, so basically what this is it, it twists into like A' car cup holder and then

Trey Gerrald:

So you could technically fit like your giant.

Chelsey Donn:

A' cup holder like restricts you to only having like A' Grande from Starbucks,

Trey Gerrald:

Right.

Trey Gerrald:

This will hold A'

Chelsey Donn:

you could have A' trta.

Trey Gerrald:

And the reason 'I wanted this to begin with was 'I

Trey Gerrald:

So 'I could put A' coffee mug in my cup holder.

Chelsey Donn:

You feel like you could mug it while driving.

Trey Gerrald:

Oh, 'I do every day in my life because of this product.

Chelsey Donn:

Oh,

Trey Gerrald:

But what's.

Chelsey Donn:

that's so funny.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay, go ahead.

Trey Gerrald:

Well, remember how we talked about spills when you're rushing

Chelsey Donn:

Oh, that's why 'I was thinking it was in the house still.

Chelsey Donn:

Like you, you're 'I.

Chelsey Donn:

That is, that is like some sort of 'I don't know next level skill to be able to balance.

Chelsey Donn:

A' mug in A' car.

Trey Gerrald:

Well, 'I always put A' Ice Cube in it, so I'm not gonna get burned.

Trey Gerrald:

But yes, even David and 'I have had conversations where he's driving and we're in his car.

Trey Gerrald:

He doesn't like me to have A' cup of coffee.

Chelsey Donn:

'I know cuz every other human would put it in like A', you

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah, 'I know, but 'I 'I don't like that.

Trey Gerrald:

It then it's too hot cuz it never cools down and then it burns you.

Chelsey Donn:

Oh, interesting.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Trey Gerrald:

Like 'I need it to be open.

Trey Gerrald:

But 'I do have A' travel mug from Starbucks that has like A' little twisty lid.

Trey Gerrald:

So it feel it is A' mug.

Trey Gerrald:

You don't need the lid.

Trey Gerrald:

But anyway, so, okay, so 'I bought this because 'I wanted to have the little slit so that the mug

Trey Gerrald:

But this actually has A' little twist.

Trey Gerrald:

Tray on top.

Trey Gerrald:

So when 'I treat myself to killing my body with fast food, 'I have A'.

Trey Gerrald:

Nice little place to put my burger and fries or 'I can place my phone on the

Chelsey Donn:

It's like A', little like D A', little desk.

Chelsey Donn:

A'.

Chelsey Donn:

Little mini

Trey Gerrald:

A'

Chelsey Donn:

your car.

Trey Gerrald:

That's right.

Trey Gerrald:

It's like, what were those, do you remember in the nineties we had those little like study?

Chelsey Donn:

Oh, lap desks,

Trey Gerrald:

It's like A' lap desk.

Trey Gerrald:

Now the only sort of thing that isn't Royal Henessy is that you, it always

Trey Gerrald:

So anytime David is with me, 'I have to sort of disassemble it, which is unfortunate.

Trey Gerrald:

But we're gonna ignore that cuz this is My, Royal Highness.

Trey Gerrald:

So,

Chelsey Donn:

Right.

Trey Gerrald:

'I am inducting this, not necessarily this brand, but just this invention

Trey Gerrald:

Um, so 'I can always throw like my straw wrappers or my like napkins and stuff.

Trey Gerrald:

So 'I don't have

Chelsey Donn:

'I love this like car organization moment for you.

Trey Gerrald:

The stuff gets me so excited.

Trey Gerrald:

So today, 'I am inducting these gorgeous car cup expansions so that

Trey Gerrald:

It's also like, it doesn't have to be coffee.

Trey Gerrald:

It can be these now jean bottles that are like giant, you know, like they're

Trey Gerrald:

So 'I really encourage anyone who travels A' lot in their car.

Trey Gerrald:

And likes to like, you know, hydrate or if you

Chelsey Donn:

Or once the big gulp from 7-Eleven

Trey Gerrald:

gulp for that Slurpee, then go and, and treat yourself.

Trey Gerrald:

It's 2399 on Amazon and 'I love it.

Trey Gerrald:

'I mean 'I, literally, like I'll never not be able to have it again in my life.

Trey Gerrald:

So

Trey Gerrald:

for that reason, yes, I'm inducting you cup holder, traer car, cup holder,

Chelsey Donn:

Very nice.

Trey Gerrald:

Do you just fit everything in your car cup thing you like are fine?

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

Um, well, you know, my car sort, it has like A' built-in one of those mini desks, like 'I

Chelsey Donn:

And no, 'I don't really 'I mean 'I use my cup holders A' lot.

Chelsey Donn:

But 'I guess most of the things that 'I use are the proper size.

Chelsey Donn:

But it is making me think maybe 'I should invest in this.

Trey Gerrald:

Do you have beverages in your car

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah, 'I.

Chelsey Donn:

'I.

Chelsey Donn:

'I mean like I'll have A' Vitamin Water zero or something like this that

Trey Gerrald:

and those will fit.

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

Or my other Review That Review White water bottle

Trey Gerrald:

'I was gonna say, all of our water bottles are this little slim profile.

Chelsey Donn:

So they fit

Trey Gerrald:

Right,

Chelsey Donn:

for me.

Chelsey Donn:

So like 'I don't know 'I mean, but there was A' time when 'I was

Chelsey Donn:

But 'I don't think that would fit.

Trey Gerrald:

right.

Chelsey Donn:

Anyway, it's A' good induction.

Chelsey Donn:

It's something I'm gonna consider purchasing myself.

Trey Gerrald:

I'm obsessed with it and it's so cheap and it like has A' huge impact.

Trey Gerrald:

So those are the best.

Chelsey Donn:

Love it.

Chelsey Donn:
