Welcome to Love Notes from Rhonda.

Speaker A

And time is ticking.

Speaker A

Tick tock, tick tock, tick tock.

Speaker A

The end of the year is upon us.

Speaker A

And have you soaked in squeeze the juice from.

Speaker A

Have you claimed all you'd like from this year?

Speaker A

Jezebel has.

Speaker A

That's what she's telling you.

Speaker A

She's saying, yes.

Speaker A

Yes, I have.

Speaker A

Have you?

Speaker A

Have you claimed all that you could, all that you can, all that you are now?

Speaker A

Am I saying, did all your dreams come true this year?

Speaker A

No.

Speaker A

Am I saying that you've held yourself 100% accountable?

Speaker A

No.

Speaker A

What I am saying is that time is ticking.

Speaker A

And are you using your time well?

Speaker A

So whatever it is that you're doing with your time, claim it as your own, claim it as good and done, claim it as yours.

Speaker A

Because it's not about, oh, I'm using every single minute as productively as I can, or I'm loving myself fully every single minute that I can, or O, A, B, C or D, it's, am I accepting?

Speaker A

Am I loving?

Speaker A

Am I owning what is happening right here and right now, whether I want it to be or not, whether I want this thing to happen or not, whether this thing is something I am not inviting into my life or not.

Speaker A

So think about TikTok.

Speaker A

Tick tock, tick tock.

Speaker A

Where are you in your claiming and owning and embracing and accepting time as is, as it is right here and right now?

Speaker A

Time is ticking.

Speaker A

And Jezebel says, yes, yes, time is ticking.

Speaker A

And when you embrace, accept, own, claim, a funny thing happens.

Speaker A

Time becomes limitless, Time becomes eternal.

Speaker A

Time becomes unimportant.

Speaker A

Because what does become important is you being you.

Speaker A

Fully, completely, imperfectly you.

Speaker A

And when you can love that, when you can love that person, when you can love that happening around you, when you can love what is, Then time no longer matters.

Speaker A

And when you hear the tick tock, tick tock, tick tock, you won't even care.

Speaker A

So think about how you have a relationship with time, knowing the year is about to end.

Speaker A

Are you excited?

Speaker A

Are you anxious?

Speaker A

Are you worried?

Speaker A

Are you fretful?

Speaker A

How do you want your relationship time to be?

Speaker A

And start practicing that.

Speaker A

Because then days, years, decades won't be so important or put on a pedestal.

Speaker A

They'll just be one more day, one more year, one more decade in the flow of your life, the flow of being you.

Speaker A

Until next time, be fearless.

Speaker A

I love you, Sam.
