Speaker:

We're so used to fighting fire with fire. I've done that in

Speaker:

We have all these blockages in us when we're children and they will

Speaker:

stay there until you can get them out. Whether it's through some

Speaker:

breathwork, whether it's being around people you feel safe

Speaker:

Peace is one of the higher vibrations that you can

Speaker:

actually experience within yourself. It's really, really

Speaker:

important to be that person that somebody comes home

Speaker:

to and is excited to come home to. Because I know a

Speaker:

lot of relationships these days have problems because...

Speaker:

Welcome to Krystal Rowe Impacts, a space dedicated to

Speaker:

empowering you to be the change that your bloodline has been waiting

Speaker:

for. Join me and together, let's inspire change. Kia

Speaker:

ora whanau and welcome back to the Krystal Rowe Impact Podcast. And

Speaker:

today we're going to talk about becoming a peaceful woman and

Speaker:

what that means in today's society, and how that

Speaker:

actually can impact not only yourself, but for

Speaker:

those around you. And today I have my amazing husband,

Speaker:

who I have had the pleasure and honor of

Speaker:

And today, whanau, I want to really highlight the

Speaker:

importance of being peaceful

Speaker:

and what that actually can do for those around

Speaker:

you. It's not an easy journey to actually get

Speaker:

to that point in your life. And there's a lot of work that

Speaker:

you need to do. There's a lot of choices that you need to make. But

Speaker:

most importantly, I think it's about the intention that

Speaker:

you want to be for somebody else. how you

Speaker:

want to show up for them, and how you want to represent

Speaker:

yourself as that person in not

Speaker:

only your partner's life, but your children. Like, are

Speaker:

you your loved one's safe space?

Speaker:

Are you the peaceful place that they want to rush home

Speaker:

to? Or are you chaos? Are you

Speaker:

fear? I encourage you to ask yourself that question. What

Speaker:

are you to your family? What are you to your children?

Speaker:

And most importantly, what are you

Speaker:

to your husband? Are you peace or are you chaos? My

Speaker:

love, I want to ask you a question. How has

Speaker:

me being a safe

Speaker:

and peaceful place for you to heal

Speaker:

in actually impacted or sped up

Speaker:

Being around you, my love, and since we've been

Speaker:

together has honestly 10x my healing journey

Speaker:

in many ways. And one

Speaker:

of the other podcasters, we talked about children

Speaker:

having love and safety. Growing

Speaker:

up, there was a lot of love in our house, but there

Speaker:

were times where there wasn't a lot of safety. With

Speaker:

safety, you have peace as well. So when I

Speaker:

started to feel the safety

Speaker:

with you, like I was able to let

Speaker:

go of a lot of things that were were

Speaker:

hurting me on the inside. You allowed that space for me

Speaker:

to just get it out, which is so amazing. And

Speaker:

we have all these blockages in us when

Speaker:

we're children, and they will stay there

Speaker:

until you can get them out, whether it's through

Speaker:

some breathwork, whether it's talking to someone about it, or

Speaker:

journaling, or just being

Speaker:

around people, you feel safe enough to

Speaker:

get this out. And I felt that with

Speaker:

you, like, since day one. And it was just so refreshing and

Speaker:

so beautiful to be able to just get out some

Speaker:

of these trapped traumas that I had

Speaker:

for me to grow faster. Yeah.

Speaker:

So yeah, you allowed me, there was one point right at the beginning,

Speaker:

actually, that you allowed space for me and I actually released released

Speaker:

a trauma with you that I'd held inside since

Speaker:

I was six years old. The feeling I

Speaker:

got after being able to just freely

Speaker:

bring that up with you, knowing that I had that safe space to

Speaker:

do so, I just

Speaker:

leveled up. I felt so free to

Speaker:

And I do remember that. It's one moment,

Speaker:

I think, early in our relationship. And

Speaker:

I remember holding you and

Speaker:

just wanting you to be at peace. Like

Speaker:

I didn't know what it was you were breaking

Speaker:

down to say the least. I think like

Speaker:

you were like breaking apart, releasing, being

Speaker:

fearful, acknowledging it, seeing it, living

Speaker:

it, like all of those emotions were coming out. I

Speaker:

just chose to be there

Speaker:

with you and just try and be

Speaker:

peaceful, to hold that peace, to try and

Speaker:

push it through into you while you're releasing all

Speaker:

It was, it was beautiful. You were, like,

Speaker:

you know now that you were the first person I've ever told this

Speaker:

particular situation and it was just

Speaker:

And I feel like if we can, as women, be

Speaker:

that pivotal point that

Speaker:

that part and play that role for

Speaker:

men, especially because we are trying to focus on men's

Speaker:

mental health a lot lately and all of

Speaker:

that. I feel like in today's society, it's

Speaker:

very masculine. You

Speaker:

know, I don't need a man kind of vibe. And

Speaker:

it's like a woman's world and

Speaker:

women are taking over. And that's great. It's

Speaker:

great. I strongly support

Speaker:

woman being empowered and going after their

Speaker:

dreams. That's how we raise our girls, to be

Speaker:

independent and strong, but also finding

Speaker:

that beautiful balance of peace

Speaker:

and harmony. And if we are that, because I

Speaker:

remember back in the days, you know, like you had your elder,

Speaker:

you had your nanny, you had your mom and that, and they all

Speaker:

were just so, wise, you

Speaker:

know, you've got your wise woman. And I think as well as

Speaker:

being strong and masculine and independent, having that

Speaker:

balance of harmony and

Speaker:

that perception of peace is equally

Speaker:

empowering. it's equally as strong.

Speaker:

It is so important. It is because then it allows

Speaker:

space for men and others, children,

Speaker:

friends, to be able to show

Speaker:

up as themselves, knowing that they're going

Speaker:

to be accepted. Because I

Speaker:

think we have talked about it like back in quite

Speaker:

a few episodes ago about the Hawkins Scale of Consciousness. And

Speaker:

peace is one of the higher vibrations that you

Speaker:

can actually experience within yourself. And

Speaker:

when you are on that vibration of peace, and

Speaker:

that's your goal to always achieve peace, everything

Speaker:

else flows. Like everything flows in

Speaker:

that direction that you're going and that you want

Speaker:

to achieve. I think that it's really, really

Speaker:

important to be that

Speaker:

person that somebody comes home to and is excited

Speaker:

to come home to. Because I know a lot of relationships these

Speaker:

days have problems because, you know, men are struggling at

Speaker:

work with the workload and then they come home and

Speaker:

then there's that pressure. But for you, when you've

Speaker:

had a big day at work and you know that you're

Speaker:

getting to come home to a peaceful partner

Speaker:

instead of somebody that's gonna pick on you

Speaker:

and, you know, judge you and point out what you haven't done.

Speaker:

Oh, it just makes your working day go a

Speaker:

lot quicker and you start to enjoy it a lot better as

Speaker:

well. Knowing that you're coming home to your

Speaker:

family full of peace and yeah,

Speaker:

You seem peaceful already. Yeah, I am actually. At

Speaker:

I think the reason to pursue becoming

Speaker:

a peaceful woman for myself is

Speaker:

not only empowerment within myself to

Speaker:

know that I am creating

Speaker:

a beautiful place for the people that I love, but

Speaker:

it also empowers other women to do

Speaker:

You're empowering me too, to be peaceful as well. Let's

Speaker:

say I do have a bad day and I come home with a bit of chaos and frustration,

Speaker:

and I'm approached with just peace. My

Speaker:

wife is just peaceful. So I'm going to mirror you. So

Speaker:

if you, like, bounce back at me and say, well, I've had an effing bad

Speaker:

day too, and this and that, then I just want to overtake. I

Speaker:

want to make my situation worse. But because you're peaceful,

Speaker:

I mirror that, which creates peace with inside me

Speaker:

as well. And it's just one beautiful,

Speaker:

And I love that too, because when this

Speaker:

world's already so crazy and there's so much problems,

Speaker:

And we're so used to fighting fire with fire. Like

Speaker:

I've done that in previous relationships. You've done that in previous relationships.

Speaker:

Yeah. And I think normalizing that, normalizing

Speaker:

the feminine role to be one of peace and harmony

Speaker:

and support and nurture, because that's what

Speaker:

the true essence of feminine energy is,

Speaker:

is that nurturing, that loving, that

Speaker:

kind and safe. It's like that motherly figure,

Speaker:

kind of just like I

Speaker:

just kind of feel like grandma vibes, you know, like you're

Speaker:

just thinking of just like when you see your little grandma and

Speaker:

she's just like everything, you know. And you'll

Speaker:

know that too, how you feel with your nan and how

Speaker:

much you just, you know, that one,

Speaker:

that one person. And I truly believe that we can

Speaker:

all be that, whether you're male or

Speaker:

female. You can always be that

Speaker:

peaceful, peaceful person. So if you loved that

Speaker:

episode and you could feel that peace that

Speaker:

we were experiencing and that we live by,
