[00:00:00] Welcome back to Catching Up with Katie.

[00:00:02] I feel hung over and I had not a single

[00:00:05] drop of alcohol this weekend. But it's

[00:00:07] called the Hor Show Hangover.

[00:00:08] >> Yes.

[00:00:09] >> For a reason.

[00:00:10] >> And we were we weren't very far from

[00:00:12] home. We were at the Ran World Show,

[00:00:16] which Yeah. Everyone's like, why are

[00:00:18] there so many world shows? You know,

[00:00:20] that's just the big shebang at the end

[00:00:22] of the year. It is. It is actually open

[00:00:24] to the world. It people just didn't

[00:00:26] travel for it. It's a newer organization

[00:00:29] and so uh it was a bit smaller than

[00:00:32] let's say the AQA World Show or the APA

[00:00:35] World Show, but but yeah, uh I don't

[00:00:37] know if you I don't know if you notice

[00:00:40] >> in the middle of the table.

[00:00:41] >> Let's check it out.

[00:00:42] >> Whoa.

[00:00:43] >> There's there's a couple of trophies

[00:00:44] there. Uh because Kennedy

[00:00:48] >> is that actually Kennedy?

[00:00:49] >> No, I thought I thought of that, too. I

[00:00:51] was like, how cool would it be? Like

[00:00:53] you.

[00:00:53] >> So apparently these are handmade and the

[00:00:55] guy who makes them when you win it will

[00:00:59] customize it to your rone.

[00:01:01] >> So he will put it will put Kennedy on

[00:01:03] there. That's cool.

[00:01:04] >> He will if you want to.

[00:01:05] >> So are we do that or

[00:01:08] >> I think they look close enough.

[00:01:09] >> Okay.

[00:01:10] >> I think they're fine. Um but yeah, so we

[00:01:12] we just had a really good horror show.

[00:01:14] Ended yesterday filming today cuz this

[00:01:18] needs to go out tomorrow.

[00:01:22] Uh, but we brought Rachel in today uh

[00:01:24] because we had no one else.

[00:01:26] >> It's a last

[00:01:27] >> last resort.

[00:01:28] >> I'm just kidding. I do want to hear

[00:01:30] about uh is your back still broken?

[00:01:33] That's what I want to hear first. That's

[00:01:34] what the people want to know.

[00:01:35] >> Okay. Um, yes. And I also have a bulging

[00:01:39] disc.

[00:01:40] >> So, what did they say have to do for

[00:01:41] that?

[00:01:42] >> Uh, physical therapy and possibly

[00:01:44] injections

[00:01:46] >> like a horse.

[00:01:46] >> Uhhuh. Honestly, exactly like it. When

[00:01:49] you when you go to like people doctors,

[00:01:52] do you like know things because of the

[00:01:54] horses?

[00:01:55] >> No,

[00:01:55] >> because of the horses.

[00:01:57] >> I mean, I would assume they're about the

[00:01:59] same, but I'm not like

[00:02:01] >> I mean,

[00:02:02] >> I'm certainly desensitized to pregnancy

[00:02:04] and birth.

[00:02:04] >> Oh, good.

[00:02:05] >> Okay. So, for the Zodona, Matt's wife is

[00:02:08] literally about to give birth.

[00:02:09] >> About to f

[00:02:11] >> about to fall out.

[00:02:12] >> She's past her safe date. It's fine.

[00:02:14] >> Way past safe date. Yeah. So, when you

[00:02:16] go to baby doctor appointments, do you

[00:02:18] do they say some verbiage that makes

[00:02:20] sense to you now?

[00:02:21] >> Uh,

[00:02:22] >> I don't know. I've never been in a human

[00:02:24] birth situation.

[00:02:25] >> Uh, ever hit you with a h progesterone

[00:02:29] levels look nice.

[00:02:31] >> I don't pay attention. It looks a little

[00:02:32] lax in the past on the ultround.

[00:02:34] >> No, you don't know that until they come

[00:02:36] out.

[00:02:36] >> Lags in the past. Um but um like

[00:02:40] whenever like they're doing the

[00:02:41] ultrasound and like I'm looking at it

[00:02:44] was a bad example.

[00:02:46] >> Yeah, sort of. It's mostly just like in

[00:02:49] the moment of birth like when she's

[00:02:50] having it.

[00:02:51] >> Oh, you feel you feel it right at home.

[00:02:53] >> All right, baby's out.

[00:02:55] >> Are you filming it?

[00:02:56] >> Huh?

[00:02:56] >> Are you going to film it?

[00:02:58] >> No, I did I did all I could just being

[00:03:00] supportive. I like had a fan on her

[00:03:02] face. I almost got like tangled in her

[00:03:04] hair and

[00:03:04] >> Oh, Lord.

[00:03:05] >> Yeah. I would tell you to like go sit

[00:03:08] down.

[00:03:08] >> No, it was great. 10 out of 10. Would do

[00:03:11] it again.

[00:03:12] >> Okay.

[00:03:12] >> Um, so you know, Yeah. I mean,

[00:03:15] >> what are the uh, you know, when a fo is

[00:03:18] born, we're like, okay, it needs to

[00:03:20] stand. Obviously, that's not a thing

[00:03:21] with your human baby.

[00:03:24] >> Dip dip the u

[00:03:25] >> monium. They dip the umbilicus.

[00:03:27] >> The umbilicus. Dip the mcconium.

[00:03:29] >> They swab it.

[00:03:30] >> They swab it.

[00:03:31] >> I know. When she came out, I like

[00:03:32] dropped to the floor and went

[00:03:36] like, "Mr. Turban, look at your baby."

[00:03:40] >> Did uh Did you do the cord?

[00:03:43] >> Yeah. I don't remember. I did. You

[00:03:45] >> I did.

[00:03:45] >> I It was all a blur, though. I couldn't

[00:03:47] remember. Like I don't I No, I did it.

[00:03:49] But

[00:03:50] >> did did your doctors be like, "You want

[00:03:51] to catch it?" Because I've seen some

[00:03:53] things on TikTok where people are like,

[00:03:54] "Yeah, they let my husband like deliver

[00:03:56] my baby."

[00:03:57] >> I pulled my own out.

[00:03:59] >> You Courtney Kardashian did. Oh my god.

[00:04:02] >> How do you What? Huh?

[00:04:03] >> Because I I just went through my legs

[00:04:05] and just

[00:04:07] >> very feral primal. Primal head and one

[00:04:11] arm.

[00:04:12] >> Which one?

[00:04:13] >> Really? Rowan. I was Oh, it was

[00:04:15] terrible. It was like 26 hours of labor.

[00:04:19] >> I wanted to die. They almost sent me

[00:04:21] home. They're like, "You're you're just

[00:04:22] not progressing." So after 26 hours, I'm

[00:04:25] likem.

[00:04:27] >> So So they did they cut you or did

[00:04:30] >> No, it just they gave me the drugs

[00:04:32] finally and I could relax and just

[00:04:34] >> I see

[00:04:34] >> it. Yeah. Went very well from there. But

[00:04:37] >> I will be getting the drugs.

[00:04:38] >> Do do it.

[00:04:40] >> Yeah,

[00:04:40] >> I highly recommend it.

[00:04:41] >> Um not that I'm pregnant right now,

[00:04:43] guys. Don't take that like that. Um so

[00:04:49] baby comes out, you cut the cord, they

[00:04:52] swab the thing. I'm trying to think of

[00:04:53] the the similarities here. Past the

[00:04:55] mcconium. They're not going to stand for

[00:04:57] a good 10 to 14 months. But

[00:05:00] >> you do need like skin-to-skin. It's kind

[00:05:02] of like the mom licking.

[00:05:04] >> Yeah. Nick knickered and

[00:05:05] >> you're just like,

[00:05:06] >> did they have to put salt on her?

[00:05:08] >> Uh,

[00:05:10] no. But we put it in a barrel for later,

[00:05:13] obviously. Did you get it uh Matthew?

[00:05:15] >> Did you get it?

[00:05:16] >> He swung by. He swung by later. And

[00:05:18] >> did you uh Did you get it encapsulated?

[00:05:20] >> No, you can't do that. Um, that's about

[00:05:22] the only thing I know you can't do.

[00:05:23] >> No, we didn't.

[00:05:24] >> I wanted to get a little bracelet of it.

[00:05:27] >> Oh my gosh.

[00:05:28] >> Not like the encapsulated.

[00:05:30] >> Okay. I thought you meant like the

[00:05:32] bracelet of the cord.

[00:05:34] >> Oh god. Okay.

[00:05:36] >> I'm just I'm just imagining right after

[00:05:37] you're like she's holding a baby and

[00:05:39] everything. You're like,

[00:05:40] >> "So you lean over throw that out. Lean

[00:05:42] over to the knife. You're like real

[00:05:44] quick. What are you doing with that?"

[00:05:46] >> So it's all just like all this is like

[00:05:47] trash. Let's just go out the next day.

[00:05:50] >> So

[00:05:52] Well, I was about to get on something

[00:05:53] that's a conspiracy theory there and

[00:05:54] we're just not going to get there.

[00:05:55] >> We really went on the whole pregnancy

[00:05:56] trying to get there.

[00:05:57] >> Take it there, but we did.

[00:05:59] >> Um, so yeah, you might have to just like

[00:06:01] jump and run at any moment though. Is

[00:06:03] that why you're in a suit?

[00:06:04] >> No, I'm This is what I'm just trying for

[00:06:06] catching up with Katie. I did almost

[00:06:07] watch a YouTube video for like birthing

[00:06:10] in a car cuz like the last time she woke

[00:06:12] up and she was like

[00:06:13] >> had like, you know, her water had

[00:06:15] started leaking or whatever. Like, oh,

[00:06:16] we should go to the hospital and went to

[00:06:17] the hospital and had a baby. Like it was

[00:06:18] never like the baby's coming type

[00:06:20] situation. So that's what I'm more

[00:06:21] nervous about. Yeah. Like we're like an

[00:06:23] hour from the hospital.

[00:06:24] >> So I was like birthing it in the car.

[00:06:26] Like I would for sure if I felt like I

[00:06:29] could.

[00:06:29] >> Yeah.

[00:06:29] >> But I didn't end up watching the YouTube

[00:06:31] video. So I would be out of luck.

[00:06:32] >> I mean you've been around enough horse

[00:06:34] bursts.

[00:06:34] >> Yeah. And I've seen the Andy Griffith

[00:06:35] show and I've like

[00:06:36] >> Oh my gosh.

[00:06:37] >> I'm I'm too confident that I think I

[00:06:41] could just handle it.

[00:06:42] >> Yeah. Like you see it in westerns all

[00:06:43] the time. They're like, "We don't have a

[00:06:45] doctor." Like the the husband's gonna

[00:06:47] have to do it. Just get me some hot

[00:06:48] water and tow. All you need is hot water

[00:06:49] and towels.

[00:06:50] >> But like what what's the hot water for?

[00:06:51] I've always wondered.

[00:06:52] >> Sterilization.

[00:06:53] >> Wiping them off.

[00:06:54] >> Wiping them off.

[00:06:55] >> Cleaning them up and

[00:06:57] >> Okay.

[00:06:57] >> Yeah.

[00:06:58] >> You know, just hot water and

[00:07:00] >> just just hot out.

[00:07:03] >> Um

[00:07:03] >> and something to bite on.

[00:07:04] >> I'm very glad that she uh

[00:07:06] >> stick held out because I think at one

[00:07:09] point you were like, I think I have to

[00:07:11] go. I think we're having a baby today.

[00:07:14] Well, she just like this is just a

[00:07:16] different process. Like she's like the

[00:07:18] she's doing the the the and I'm so naive

[00:07:21] on this subject. She's doing like the

[00:07:23] the things as opposed to like the water

[00:07:25] is leaking. Now we're going to go do all

[00:07:26] this. It's like we're doing the process

[00:07:28] like oh she this is happening. So like

[00:07:30] okay now we're in like what's probably

[00:07:31] going to happen within a week or

[00:07:32] whatever. Like

[00:07:34] >> these things are progressing. So it

[00:07:36] could be it's like hey you know we're

[00:07:37] just on we're going to find out more

[00:07:38] today in like an hour.

[00:07:40] >> Yeah. Has she lost her mucous blood yet?

[00:07:42] >> She has. soon.

[00:07:45] >> What What's that? What time window?

[00:07:47] >> Like a week. I was say a horse is a

[00:07:50] horse is like tomorrow to two weeks.

[00:07:51] >> 12 hours to two weeks. Yeah.

[00:07:53] >> Yeah.

[00:07:54] >> So,

[00:07:55] >> well, that's that's cool. I'm very

[00:07:56] excited to Are we saying are we allowed

[00:07:58] to say her name? If not, it's

[00:08:00] >> Yeah. I don't

[00:08:02] >> It's just been It's just been different.

[00:08:04] It's just like the first one we were

[00:08:05] just like, "Oh my gosh, first baby." And

[00:08:06] whatnot. And we're like Maddie made a

[00:08:08] comment yesterday. She She like feels

[00:08:10] bad for her because we weren't like Oh

[00:08:13] my gosh, your belly because there's just

[00:08:15] another live one right there. You know,

[00:08:16] it's just so

[00:08:18] >> second time around is a lot folks.

[00:08:21] >> So, I feel that a little bit.

[00:08:23] >> Um well, jumping back to the the horse

[00:08:25] show.

[00:08:26] >> Um a lot of people were like, "What is

[00:08:30] what does this mean?" Like what? Like

[00:08:32] you you're saying this is a ran world

[00:08:34] show, but then you're going to the NSBA

[00:08:35] world show and then you're going to the

[00:08:36] AQHA world show and then you're going to

[00:08:38] the Congress and like what this is just

[00:08:41] words at this point and I'm like well

[00:08:42] kind of it is like it is just kind of

[00:08:44] like what you

[00:08:45] >> want it to be. And so like

[00:08:47] >> I made a video explaining it as best as

[00:08:50] I could and the comment section

[00:08:53] >> instead of being like, "Oh, okay sense

[00:08:56] now." was like, "How very American of

[00:08:59] you to make it all about you. It's not

[00:09:01] the world. And oh, it was so wild. Like,

[00:09:04] did you all the comments?

[00:09:06] >> No, I was just like,

[00:09:07] >> did you make a bad video?

[00:09:11] >> Like stock horses,

[00:09:14] >> which is in the United States generally

[00:09:16] like thought of as quarter horses and

[00:09:18] paint horses and like appaloosas and

[00:09:20] stuff like that. So stock horses, they

[00:09:23] all kind of have the same standard for

[00:09:25] their like how they're built, how they

[00:09:27] move, the same types of classes at the

[00:09:29] shows, that kind of deal. Quarter

[00:09:31] horses, and I want to be careful with

[00:09:34] how I say this because I don't want to

[00:09:36] like take away from any other breed.

[00:09:39] >> Mhm.

[00:09:39] >> But like quarter horses tend to be like

[00:09:41] the standard and they're the foundation.

[00:09:43] So, for that reason, like Appaloosas, an

[00:09:46] Appaloosa mayor can breed to a quarter

[00:09:49] horse stallion, but like I I couldn't

[00:09:51] breed one of my mayors to an Appaloosa

[00:09:54] stallion and register it quarter horse.

[00:09:56] >> Like,

[00:09:57] >> appaloosas are allowed to bring in

[00:09:58] quarter horse blood, but we're not

[00:10:00] allowed to bring in Appaloosa blood.

[00:10:02] >> Yeah.

[00:10:02] >> Same thing with like paints. So, like

[00:10:04] there are double registered paints and

[00:10:06] quarters. I don't know how all that got

[00:10:08] started. I don't know how it works. So

[00:10:09] like my double registered mayors who are

[00:10:11] paying quarter they can kind of breed

[00:10:14] with either and and I don't know it's

[00:10:17] kind of it's kind of weird but those are

[00:10:19] like the breeds and then there are color

[00:10:22] registries. So for the color registries

[00:10:26] you have to be first a part of one of

[00:10:28] the stock breeds. So you have to be

[00:10:31] horaloosa

[00:10:33] or a paint horse. And then if you're a

[00:10:36] palamino or a buckskin or in this case

[00:10:40] oone,

[00:10:42] you can be a part of the color registry

[00:10:44] and they have their own separate kind of

[00:10:46] deal like you go it's kind of it gets

[00:10:49] smaller and smaller because you're just

[00:10:51] limiting the amount of horses that can

[00:10:52] be in the association

[00:10:54] >> and the Ron horse association is newer

[00:10:57] and so there's just not that many people

[00:10:59] there like and and it's getting bigger

[00:11:00] and it was bigger this year and I

[00:11:02] sponsored the super horse and I was so

[00:11:03] happy that we got to see this really

[00:11:05] cool show and and I mean I thought there

[00:11:07] was a good amount in my class. There was

[00:11:09] 19 in my class.

[00:11:10] >> Um so like if it keeps getting bigger,

[00:11:12] it'll have to be split into

[00:11:15] prelims and then go into finals and all

[00:11:17] that good stuff. So um

[00:11:19] >> yeah, because it wasn't that long. It

[00:11:20] was four days.

[00:11:21] >> Yeah. Uh they don't have as many classes

[00:11:24] as they would like to as well they want

[00:11:26] to grow. Um and so for that registry you

[00:11:29] have to either be ran or have a ran

[00:11:32] parent. They probably as they get bigger

[00:11:35] will limit it to where it's like okay

[00:11:37] the rone bred horses so the horses that

[00:11:39] have ran parents are over in these

[00:11:40] classes and then the rans are in these

[00:11:42] classes but like they do the same thing

[00:11:43] with buckskins and with palaminos and I

[00:11:45] think they do it with dun and I don't

[00:11:47] know

[00:11:47] >> but the comments are upset that it was

[00:11:49] called the world show.

[00:11:50] >> Yeah. And I'm like well here's the

[00:11:52] thing.

[00:11:52] >> Are there any restrictions?

[00:11:54] >> No.

[00:11:55] >> So there's no geographical restrictions

[00:11:56] on

[00:11:57] >> No. Absolutely not.

[00:11:58] >> So anyone in the world could

[00:11:59] >> Nobody in the world just showed up.

[00:12:01] >> No. But like at the world show, like I

[00:12:03] remember as a youth kid at the AQHA

[00:12:05] world show, which people say the same

[00:12:06] crap about that. I'm like, "No, there

[00:12:08] were so many countries." Like, it was a

[00:12:10] whole thing, one of the one of the

[00:12:13] evenings at the youth world show, we

[00:12:14] would have like our parade of states and

[00:12:17] countries. And so like Canada, Austria,

[00:12:19] Germany, Italy, um there was some South

[00:12:24] American countries. I think there was

[00:12:25] Mexico and Argentina. And like I mean it

[00:12:27] was a lot of countries. And um a lot of

[00:12:30] them would bring over kids that would

[00:12:34] lease horses in the United States so

[00:12:35] they didn't have to like fly the horses

[00:12:36] over. But there was tons of of

[00:12:38] participants that were international.

[00:12:39] And so same thing for like the paint

[00:12:43] world and the NSBA world and stuff like

[00:12:44] that. Like people come over. It's mostly

[00:12:46] that they like house their horses here

[00:12:49] >> and then so there's not a whole lot of

[00:12:52] transporting horses over. Um but this is

[00:12:55] just smaller. It is open to the world.

[00:12:57] And the thing that I was trying to get

[00:12:59] across that just really wasn't

[00:13:00] resonating from the video I made the

[00:13:02] other day was that like our breed is the

[00:13:05] American quarter horse. It's not that oh

[00:13:07] this is the American championship. No,

[00:13:09] the American quarter horse is the breed

[00:13:10] and it's everywhere.

[00:13:12] >> Mhm.

[00:13:12] >> Denver bred quarter horses like American

[00:13:15] quarter horse is the breed. Denver bred

[00:13:17] them in Germany in France. Australia, in

[00:13:21] Australia, in um Canada, in Austria,

[00:13:25] like like there's one coming in New

[00:13:27] Zealand next year. Like he he bred them

[00:13:29] all over the world. So, it's just that

[00:13:31] our breed originated here, so that's why

[00:13:33] the world show is here. But it's from

[00:13:35] everywhere.

[00:13:35] >> Are we uh are we going to get to go see

[00:13:37] some of those?

[00:13:39] >> Yeah, that's another thing I've been

[00:13:40] pushing for is uh

[00:13:42] >> international travel.

[00:13:43] >> International. I really think we need to

[00:13:45] go to Australia cuz there's Australia.

[00:13:47] >> They were the ones that were mean in my

[00:13:49] comics.

[00:13:50] >> Well, there's a lot of things that can

[00:13:51] kill you in Australia.

[00:13:54] >> But there's a lot of

[00:13:55] >> regular spiders are terrifying now.

[00:13:59] >> Um

[00:13:59] >> and people in the comments.

[00:14:01] >> That's true. Terrifying. Um, but yeah, I

[00:14:05] I don't want to take away from the

[00:14:08] people that won and had a very

[00:14:10] successful R world show because it is a

[00:14:13] cool thing and it is it is like

[00:14:15] >> you know hopefully in the next like we I

[00:14:17] want to help them get the word out so

[00:14:19] that it does become this like huge

[00:14:22] shebang and their numbers are up. But

[00:14:23] like even still there were very nice

[00:14:26] horses there. There were very good

[00:14:27] riders there. But all that to say, I am

[00:14:29] extremely proud of my my rone world

[00:14:32] championship. I would be too. I'm very

[00:14:34] proud of it and my I love the trophies

[00:14:36] and Kennedy was great and Taff Dickerson

[00:14:39] showed her in the senior and so spoiler.

[00:14:41] >> Um some people were like did you uh did

[00:14:44] you give him the trophy? And I was like

[00:14:46] no I didn't.

[00:14:48] >> You should have though

[00:14:49] >> because here's why.

[00:14:51] >> Here's why it it's always dependent on

[00:14:53] He didn't care. It's always dependent on

[00:14:55] like your No, he didn't. your deal with

[00:14:58] the trainer because I was going to show

[00:15:00] her in the senior and who's to say I

[00:15:02] wouldn't have won on her in the senior

[00:15:04] and I would have gotten that trophy and

[00:15:06] I he was like you should let me show her

[00:15:08] and I was like okay

[00:15:13] >> but what happened was that he did show

[00:15:15] her and he did win

[00:15:16] >> he did

[00:15:17] >> he if he expressed like a sort of like

[00:15:20] >> I'd have been like I'll have you one

[00:15:21] made but I know a guy

[00:15:22] >> that's a fair compromise

[00:15:23] >> I know a guy um

[00:15:24] >> are we able to talk about your go in

[00:15:27] >> I think I mean

[00:15:29] >> cuz she was kind of naughty.

[00:15:30] >> Naughty already. It's out there. I mean

[00:15:32] you've probably posted

[00:15:33] >> I've posted about it on Tik Tok and

[00:15:34] stuff.

[00:15:35] >> Yeah.

[00:15:35] >> So

[00:15:35] >> cuz she was naughty.

[00:15:36] >> She was naughty and I don't know why my

[00:15:38] the worst ride of the entire show was

[00:15:42] the Ran World Show.

[00:15:44] >> I don't know cuz she's so smart and

[00:15:46] she's

[00:15:47] >> she does take notice of when things are

[00:15:50] like different

[00:15:51] >> and so they had us trot down the center.

[00:15:53] Normally I'm like heck yeah that's so

[00:15:55] fun. not on Kennedy. Um, we will be

[00:15:57] practicing that. It felt very we don't

[00:16:01] know where we're going. It felt very

[00:16:02] like, well, let's just go straight,

[00:16:04] Kennedy. Like, let's just

[00:16:05] >> what's what's a straight line?

[00:16:06] >> Let's just go straight.

[00:16:08] >> And um, she can she could take notice

[00:16:11] when things are different. Like even

[00:16:13] Stephanie said at the Kentucky show,

[00:16:15] they had them enter into the left

[00:16:18] >> instead of the right one day and she was

[00:16:20] like, "Huh,

[00:16:21] >> that's different. Hate it." and like

[00:16:23] acted different like she she takes

[00:16:26] notice and she likes her routine. She's

[00:16:28] just a very uh

[00:16:29] >> very quirky girl.

[00:16:30] >> Yeah.

[00:16:31] >> And so immediately like I trot her down

[00:16:34] the center. I was one of the first ones

[00:16:35] in

[00:16:36] >> I have to go line up on the rail because

[00:16:38] that's just how they were trying to make

[00:16:40] it like a big show and that's what you

[00:16:41] do at the

[00:16:42] >> at the world show and all that good

[00:16:44] stuff.

[00:16:45] >> Well,

[00:16:46] I I I stand there and I'm waiting. We

[00:16:48] have like 14 more horses to come in. So,

[00:16:51] I have a minute before they're ready to

[00:16:53] go. Yeah.

[00:16:54] >> And we're having to just stand there and

[00:16:55] I'm like, "Just stand here. That's all

[00:16:57] you have to do." And she is like

[00:17:00] like just like going. I don't know what

[00:17:02] she's doing. Um she's sneezing.

[00:17:05] >> Yeah, I know. That's her allergies were

[00:17:07] acting.

[00:17:07] >> Sneezing every 5 seconds.

[00:17:08] >> That's her tail. We were talking about

[00:17:10] that.

[00:17:11] >> And I don't know because we wiped her

[00:17:12] nose out afterwards and she didn't do it

[00:17:13] for Taft. She didn't do it for Taft. So,

[00:17:16] that was great. Um, but it it was a very

[00:17:20] quirky go and there was a lot of traffic

[00:17:22] and

[00:17:24] there was a lot of different speeds

[00:17:27] going on.

[00:17:28] >> Also noticed that

[00:17:29] >> there was a lot of passing. There was a

[00:17:32] lot of it was just it was just different

[00:17:35] than than a lot of the classes we've

[00:17:37] already been in.

[00:17:38] >> You had like a herd of five behind you.

[00:17:40] I will say there is something about like

[00:17:41] you're in a quiet pleasure class and you

[00:17:43] just hear the

[00:17:46] >> like behind you. It's it's a little

[00:17:48] >> a little daunting, but she held it

[00:17:50] together good enough and she is

[00:17:54] fancylegged enough to the right uh which

[00:17:57] someone um posted to circus music. So

[00:17:59] that was great. But to the right she did

[00:18:01] look a little bit marchy other than that

[00:18:03] >> which was funny.

[00:18:06] >> Was funny.

[00:18:08] If if you're going to troll, that's

[00:18:09] probably a funny way to do it.

[00:18:11] >> Well,

[00:18:12] you know, it it's uh

[00:18:14] >> as we look upon the trophies and

[00:18:16] whatnot, we can

[00:18:17] >> It is something I expected. It is

[00:18:18] something I expected. I was like, as

[00:18:20] soon as I

[00:18:21] >> if I do, if I win a trophy, if I win

[00:18:23] something that's like a title, I already

[00:18:25] knew there was going to be people being

[00:18:26] like, "She bought that. I already knew."

[00:18:29] >> I just feel like you have more haters

[00:18:30] than like most celebrities. I feel like

[00:18:32] I don't even see enough a lot of

[00:18:34] celebrity hate as much. I feel like it's

[00:18:36] the same people

[00:18:38] on all platforms.

[00:18:40] >> Maybe.

[00:18:41] >> I don't know. There's like this group of

[00:18:43] hateful people and they just go

[00:18:45] everywhere on a pilgrimage.

[00:18:46] >> But I will say the 13-year-old little

[00:18:48] girls are so mean.

[00:18:50] >> Really? Really? Those are the ones.

[00:18:52] >> They're the meanest little horse girls

[00:18:54] >> in person or God. No, not in person. No,

[00:18:57] they're not brave. But they're

[00:19:00] >> But they're mean on the online.

[00:19:02] >> You certainly couldn't do any. I feel

[00:19:04] like you could have more of a response

[00:19:06] online than you could in person. I feel

[00:19:07] like if a 13-year-old came and just

[00:19:08] roasted you in person, what would you

[00:19:10] do?

[00:19:10] >> I don't I think it laugh.

[00:19:11] >> Probably hug her. I'd be like, "I'm so

[00:19:13] sorry.

[00:19:13] >> Not me, dude. I would be decimated.

[00:19:15] >> That would destroy me." Yeah.

[00:19:16] >> I think I'd just be like, "What made you

[00:19:18] want to do that? Where's your mom?"

[00:19:20] >> See, that's my online response, not my

[00:19:23] inerson response.

[00:19:24] >> Really?

[00:19:25] >> I'm telling you, if I if I was near a

[00:19:28] group of what 12, 13 year olds and I

[00:19:32] said, "Oh, yeah. something something

[00:19:33] something and one goes uncle thought he

[00:19:36] cooked.

[00:19:37] >> What does that mean?

[00:19:38] >> I don't know. It's

[00:19:41] >> useful slang apparently.

[00:19:43] >> Uh it means the old guy thought he just

[00:19:46] did something.

[00:19:47] >> Somebody posting clown music to my video

[00:19:49] I can laugh at. But somebody like as I'm

[00:19:51] walking by going d would roast me.

[00:19:54] >> That would I'd have to go back to the

[00:19:55] car and just go home.

[00:19:57] >> A

[00:19:58] >> but anyway

[00:20:00] here same reason I'm not wearing a suit

[00:20:01] today.

[00:20:03] as easily manipulated as we are.

[00:20:06] >> His wife made fun of him.

[00:20:08] >> She didn't make fun of me per se, but

[00:20:11] >> to show what minimal amount it takes to

[00:20:13] >> Let me tell you what I

[00:20:14] >> change direction.

[00:20:16] >> Let me tell you what I was looking for

[00:20:18] and then I'll tell you what I got. What

[00:20:19] I got was reasonable.

[00:20:21] >> Um I was looking for Oh, I'm I'm putting

[00:20:24] it on and you see me for the first time

[00:20:26] in the morning and I get something like,

[00:20:28] "Oh my gosh, you should wear suits more

[00:20:30] often. You look incredible. That's what

[00:20:32] I want. Cuz I'm making a choice putting

[00:20:35] it on this morning. It's what I

[00:20:36] >> So, you had the suit on?

[00:20:37] >> I had it on.

[00:20:39] >> That's what makes I was wearing had it

[00:20:40] on at home and uh she said, "Oh,

[00:20:47] >> oh,

[00:20:47] >> what? Where are you going?" She said

[00:20:50] thought I was going to court.

[00:20:51] >> Oh.

[00:20:52] >> I said, "Why would you be going to

[00:20:54] court?"

[00:20:54] >> We're going to go film a catching of

[00:20:55] Katie. And she said,

[00:20:57] >> "Oh, okay. Um, you know, there's like a

[00:21:00] heat advisory today, right? And at this

[00:21:04] point, I'm taking it off. Like,

[00:21:07] >> so she wasn't roasting you. No,

[00:21:09] >> she wasn't roasting me. But there was a

[00:21:11] lot of things other than how amazing I

[00:21:12] looked. And I was like, you know what? I

[00:21:14] probably am just going to alluding to

[00:21:16] you should keep it on.

[00:21:18] >> Nothing alluding to I should keep it on.

[00:21:20] More of like a, you know, it's going to

[00:21:22] be really hot today. You're wearing a

[00:21:24] jacket.

[00:21:25] >> You're right. I'm going to sweat through

[00:21:26] it. It's going to be horrible. What a

[00:21:27] terrible idea if I take it off and I'm

[00:21:29] going to put on my regular shirt and get

[00:21:30] late.

[00:21:30] >> Well, I walked in late. I slept I

[00:21:32] overslept. It's fine. I do that all the

[00:21:34] time. But um I walked in in my pajamas

[00:21:38] as I do every morning and uh walked to

[00:21:42] go change and Matt's just standing there

[00:21:43] in a suit and I was like,

[00:21:45] >> "No, he was sitting like awkwardly in

[00:21:47] the corner."

[00:21:48] >> Awkwardly. I was straight up horrifying.

[00:21:52] >> Sure.

[00:21:53] >> There was there was a there was a an air

[00:21:56] about me. They say

[00:21:57] >> it.

[00:21:58] >> That's what they say. Okay.

[00:21:59] >> Yes.

[00:22:00] >> And to my defense, I walked by walked by

[00:22:01] Maddie this morning. She goes,

[00:22:04] >> she had no my outfit this morning.

[00:22:06] >> I'll tell you that was advice. So um

[00:22:09] >> and the the comments towards me were not

[00:22:11] um they were very reasonable things to

[00:22:14] say.

[00:22:15] >> Well, I had on pajama pants mad and was

[00:22:17] like, "You have on a suit." And he was

[00:22:21] like, "Yeah." And I was like, "Do you

[00:22:22] see what I look like?" He's like, "Yeah,

[00:22:24] I do see what you look like right now."

[00:22:25] And I was like, I'm going to go put on,

[00:22:28] I guess, just a regular shirt and

[00:22:30] leggings like I normally do because no

[00:22:32] one told me we were dressing.

[00:22:33] >> We're elevating things around here.

[00:22:34] >> This is just something I'm trying I'm

[00:22:36] just trying to They say dress for the

[00:22:38] job you want, not the one you have. So,

[00:22:41] >> he doesn't want this job.

[00:22:42] >> Any future lawyers out there?

[00:22:44] >> Any noted?

[00:22:46] >> No. Um, I'm just trying something out. I

[00:22:48] saw really this whole thing was sparked

[00:22:49] on a real of a guy who's doing on a

[00:22:51] podcast environment. He wore something

[00:22:53] similar to this and I thought, "Man,

[00:22:54] that just looks great. I'm gonna give

[00:22:55] that a shot."

[00:22:56] >> I mean, if you had a black cowboy hat

[00:22:57] on,

[00:22:58] >> I almost dawned the white one that I do

[00:23:00] have that I got at Kentucky. You should

[00:23:03] have ded it, but it didn't.

[00:23:04] >> A black felt would really pull it

[00:23:07] together.

[00:23:08] >> I'm working on

[00:23:08] >> I could go get my cowboy.

[00:23:10] >> No, I'm working on getting one made.

[00:23:13] >> I think you need some like alligator

[00:23:14] boots, too.

[00:23:15] >> The distant future or not in the near

[00:23:17] future, but I'm wanting like a custom

[00:23:18] one made by one or two specific hat

[00:23:21] companies. Do you get to dawn your

[00:23:22] cowboy hat at any upcoming shows?

[00:23:25] >> If somebody's driving,

[00:23:27] >> which is somebody we'll always be

[00:23:28] driving.

[00:23:29] >> Is someone driving to Oklahoma?

[00:23:31] >> Yeah.

[00:23:32] >> Who?

[00:23:34] >> Cool.

[00:23:34] >> Always on default assume. And then we'll

[00:23:36] talk about it.

[00:23:36] >> So, do we want to load my car up then?

[00:23:39] >> Mhm.

[00:23:39] >> Either one. Fine. I think somebody needs

[00:23:42] to drive.

[00:23:44] >> I mean, we we just need a car

[00:23:46] >> just because the equipment and stuff.

[00:23:47] Gosh, mighty the what it would cost to

[00:23:49] fly.

[00:23:49] >> Stephanie's driving with the horse

[00:23:50] trailer. So, we can always put a lot of

[00:23:52] stuff in the horse trailer as well.

[00:23:53] >> I also

[00:23:54] >> I can I can put a hat in a horse

[00:23:55] trailer.

[00:23:56] >> Personally, it's just nice to have a

[00:23:58] car.

[00:23:58] >> I think it is too. I think

[00:23:59] >> it's nice to have a car. Somebody's

[00:24:00] going to end up renting one and then

[00:24:02] it's just if

[00:24:02] >> we always um we always buy a lot of

[00:24:06] stuff.

[00:24:06] >> That's the other like that. That only

[00:24:08] took two horse shows to learn.

[00:24:10] >> Yeah, we always buy a lot of stuff. And

[00:24:13] I don't want to make the mistake that I

[00:24:15] did last time where I was like, "Oh

[00:24:17] yeah, Aaron, take my trophies home. I'll

[00:24:20] get them later. And it's been a full

[00:24:22] year. Like I don't want if I I'm not

[00:24:25] gonna say I'm getting trophies. I'm just

[00:24:26] saying if a trophy is got

[00:24:29] >> Yeah.

[00:24:29] >> It's coming home.

[00:24:31] >> Yeah.

[00:24:31] >> With me and we'll be right there.

[00:24:34] >> Well, we'll probably make a little

[00:24:35] thing.

[00:24:36] >> We got to figure out where to put the

[00:24:37] freaking trophies. I was I was thinking

[00:24:39] of the list. So, like I had a bunch of

[00:24:41] trophies as a kid, but they're in

[00:24:43] storage. I They're not coming out. We're

[00:24:45] just going to start fresh with Denvers

[00:24:47] from last year. And so when I do bring

[00:24:50] them home, and at this point I'm like,

[00:24:51] well, I'll just leave them there and if

[00:24:52] he does acrewue anything else this year,

[00:24:54] I'll just get like a photo shoot made

[00:24:56] with all his stuff. Yeah.

[00:24:57] >> So we'll probably at the end of the year

[00:24:58] bring it all home. Well,

[00:25:01] >> I did I I counted what I have. I was

[00:25:03] like, shoot, I already have a lot of

[00:25:04] stuff to put on the wall for Denver and

[00:25:07] like have

[00:25:08] >> in in office space or whatever that we

[00:25:10] create,

[00:25:11] >> you know. He has three Congress bronzes,

[00:25:14] three sets of uh or three Congress

[00:25:17] champion belt buckles, a Congress champ

[00:25:20] or a reserve Congress set of Spurs. Um

[00:25:24] he has an NSBA World Championship thing.

[00:25:28] Um he has an NSBA reserve championship

[00:25:31] thing. They're huge. Um

[00:25:33] >> don't flame me for this.

[00:25:35] >> Yes. H

[00:25:36] >> Have you bred him to Kennedy?

[00:25:39] >> That's his mother.

[00:25:40] >> Yeah, that's right. Like what a great

[00:25:43] idea.

[00:25:45] >> We're have we're talking super horse

[00:25:48] baby.

[00:25:52] >> That's his mommy.

[00:25:57] >> Crazy idea, guys.

[00:26:01] >> I'm sorry. I flamed I've asked

[00:26:03] >> He's like, "You know what? What about

[00:26:04] Code Red?"

[00:26:05] >> What?

[00:26:07] >> That's her daddy.

[00:26:09] wild come together here. It's just like

[00:26:12] it all came together for me live on the

[00:26:14] podcast here.

[00:26:15] >> But yeah, we already have a bunch of now

[00:26:17] these

[00:26:18] >> Yeah,

[00:26:18] >> we got we got some hardware. And so at

[00:26:21] the NSBA World Show, Penelopey's

[00:26:24] possibly to be showing.

[00:26:25] >> Oo,

[00:26:26] >> possibly. So that's one. We'll see.

[00:26:29] >> This year, who's riding her?

[00:26:32] >> Jamie.

[00:26:33] >> Jamie English. English.

[00:26:35] >> The horse trainer.

[00:26:36] >> Oh, Mr. and Mrs. English. You haven't

[00:26:38] you haven't seen Penelopey in two years?

[00:26:41] >> Has she she been gone? Who I've been

[00:26:42] looking at? Dafany,

[00:26:44] >> probably.

[00:26:44] >> Yeah.

[00:26:45] >> So,

[00:26:45] >> Oh, Penelopey's grown. She's grown girl.

[00:26:48] >> One of the early Yeah.

[00:26:49] >> She's she's she's she's old Trudy's

[00:26:51] girl.

[00:26:51] >> Yeah.

[00:26:52] >> Remember it was our first She was our

[00:26:54] first She was our first fo ever

[00:26:57] together.

[00:26:57] >> Wow.

[00:26:58] >> Yeah.

[00:26:58] >> You weren't there for her birth, but

[00:27:00] >> Oh, yeah.

[00:27:01] >> We missed it.

[00:27:01] >> Oh, yeah. Missed it. Um anyway,

[00:27:06] she's gonna possibly be like cracking

[00:27:07] out for the first time and and showing,

[00:27:10] but that's just all up to her because

[00:27:11] again, she's three. She's young. We just

[00:27:13] go

[00:27:14] >> Denver was three when you showed him.

[00:27:16] >> He was.

[00:27:17] >> Yeah,

[00:27:17] >> he was. And then

[00:27:19] >> are you trying to redeem yourself there

[00:27:21] so much?

[00:27:22] >> Denver it has the possibility of

[00:27:24] showing. So I think it is a little BS

[00:27:26] that world doesn't have an amateur

[00:27:29] performance stallions class. So I don't

[00:27:32] get to that just flows off the tongue.

[00:27:33] >> I don't show him I don't get to show him

[00:27:35] in the halter at the NSB world which

[00:27:36] sucks. But

[00:27:37] >> really

[00:27:38] >> a professional will will show him in the

[00:27:40] open and then I'm think I think at least

[00:27:44] and then he'll show in a couple of

[00:27:47] western writing classes most likely.

[00:27:50] If a class arises and we think it's a

[00:27:52] good idea at the time I might show him

[00:27:55] in a pleasure class. It's five. I'm

[00:27:58] showing Kennedy in the novice and the

[00:28:01] amateur.

[00:28:03] Super steep classes. Let's not even

[00:28:04] think something's going to come with

[00:28:05] those. Um

[00:28:06] >> or we could manifest positive things.

[00:28:10] >> If anything, the level one might

[00:28:12] >> that's not her style. She likes to think

[00:28:13] of the worst then come out with first

[00:28:15] place. Then I show Hollywood in

[00:28:19] potentially

[00:28:21] um we we haven't decided because I think

[00:28:22] there is some scheduling conflicts but

[00:28:24] possibly the trail the the level one

[00:28:26] trail and then the level one and the

[00:28:28] amateur western riding. So there's 10

[00:28:30] classes that are being that my courses

[00:28:32] are showing in

[00:28:34] >> at SBA world

[00:28:35] >> and that's in

[00:28:37] >> August Tulsa.

[00:28:38] >> Is there one in November?

[00:28:40] >> The world show.

[00:28:41] >> That's the one I've been remembering.

[00:28:43] What's in

[00:28:44] >> world show? Congress. Congress.

[00:28:45] >> What's in September? NSBA.

[00:28:48] >> There's something in September.

[00:28:49] >> So September I will be going to the AMHR

[00:28:52] Nationals.

[00:28:54] >> Where is that? Somewhere fun.

[00:28:55] >> Tulsa.

[00:28:57] >> That's okay.

[00:28:57] >> Okay. We've been to Tulsa. Tulsa.

[00:28:59] Thought it was going to be somewhere

[00:29:00] new.

[00:29:01] >> Huge fan of Tulsa.

[00:29:02] >> Love Tulsa. I I would like to go a

[00:29:04] couple days early. We are going to go

[00:29:05] and I'm going to potentially show

[00:29:08] Gretchen

[00:29:10] >> get your horse.

[00:29:13] >> But no big trips in September.

[00:29:15] >> I don't think so. I think No, we've

[00:29:17] we've just Okay,

[00:29:18] >> we're just going to be bop out there.

[00:29:20] Catch show.

[00:29:21] >> So, you might be gone for a week.

[00:29:23] >> Not a week. Three days.

[00:29:26] >> Why are y'all Are y'all trying to plan a

[00:29:27] vacation?

[00:29:28] >> I am trying to plan a vacation.

[00:29:34] uh but anyway that's a lot of short

[00:29:36] shores.

[00:29:36] >> The first week of September will be

[00:29:39] literally dedicated to dove hunting

[00:29:41] though.

[00:29:42] >> So

[00:29:46] >> y'all hate that video. So

[00:29:47] >> but y'all do no one likes that video.

[00:29:49] >> No one

[00:29:50] >> we keep doing it but no one likes it

[00:29:52] >> for some reason.

[00:29:53] >> No one wants to watch it. I Well,

[00:29:58] >> we're going to give it to you.

[00:29:59] >> We're going to keep We're going to keep

[00:30:00] trying. We're going to keep trying.

[00:30:02] >> Bringing something new to the table

[00:30:03] every year.

[00:30:04] >> Um Rachel, have you watched any of our

[00:30:07] YouTube videos?

[00:30:10] >> Unfortunately, I have not.

[00:30:12] >> Well, can you can't even get the home

[00:30:15] team on board.

[00:30:16] >> Just don't think of it, honestly. I

[00:30:18] don't really watch your Tik Tok or

[00:30:20] Facebook either.

[00:30:21] >> I appreciate that.

[00:30:21] >> I don't ever get it on my feed ever.

[00:30:23] Your stuff never comes on my

[00:30:25] >> feed. Hers is the first one that pops up

[00:30:27] and it's like

[00:30:27] >> And she goes, "It's breeding." And I'm

[00:30:29] like, "Nope,

[00:30:32] >> Maddie watches it."

[00:30:33] >> That's funny.

[00:30:35] >> Matt Maddie watches it.

[00:30:36] >> Well, I mean, it comes up on her stuff.

[00:30:38] >> Okay.

[00:30:41] >> Um,

[00:30:42] are you And Chrome doing better these

[00:30:45] days?

[00:30:46] >> We are. He's in training and he's doing

[00:30:49] very well.

[00:30:50] >> Chrome broke her back, by the way.

[00:30:51] >> Yes.

[00:30:52] >> Chrome's a horse.

[00:30:53] >> Chrome's a horse and he broke her back.

[00:30:55] >> Yeah. Love him to death.

[00:30:56] >> Pretext. Is he uh is he doing well with

[00:31:00] the trainer? Have you ridden him?

[00:31:01] >> Yeah, I've ridden him three times. Um

[00:31:04] he's

[00:31:04] >> since

[00:31:05] >> Yeah,

[00:31:06] >> you have.

[00:31:07] >> Yeah,

[00:31:07] >> with a busted back.

[00:31:08] >> She shouldn't be, but she is.

[00:31:10] >> Okay. The orthopedic guy said it was

[00:31:12] fine as long as I didn't fall off.

[00:31:14] >> Well,

[00:31:14] >> that was the same case the first time.

[00:31:16] >> Yeah,

[00:31:18] >> true. We're just kind of like farting

[00:31:21] around. We're not like loping and doing

[00:31:23] a bunch of stuff. We just kind of poop

[00:31:25] around.

[00:31:25] >> What are your plans with him? Do you

[00:31:26] just have him? Are you going to do

[00:31:28] something with him?

[00:31:28] >> No. I'm hoping

[00:31:30] >> and like wasn't like a

[00:31:31] >> What a way to ask.

[00:31:32] >> Yeah, that was a genuine

[00:31:33] >> Are you gonna actually do something?

[00:31:34] >> Yeah.

[00:31:36] >> So, he's an old show horse and he was

[00:31:38] not a fan of it. So, we're just going to

[00:31:40] like trail ride and

[00:31:42] >> just Yeah.

[00:31:43] >> Okay.

[00:31:44] >> I mean, I don't feel like they really

[00:31:47] did what he's probably really good at,

[00:31:48] though, which is probably the ranch

[00:31:50] riding. Like, I think he

[00:31:51] >> he'd be way cuter in the ranch rail and

[00:31:53] stuff like that than being a pleasure

[00:31:54] horse. I think like western writing he

[00:31:56] would have been great at too but no.

[00:31:58] >> See if a lead change.

[00:31:59] >> Mhm. Is it good?

[00:32:01] >> I haven't done it in couple years but

[00:32:04] >> I wouldn't start right now.

[00:32:05] >> No.

[00:32:07] >> I'd warm him up given your condition.

[00:32:09] >> He's Thank you for that.

[00:32:10] >> I I think I think you need to make it a

[00:32:12] goal for 2027 to crack him out at one of

[00:32:14] the Murphy'sboro bro shows.

[00:32:16] >> You know the trainer he is a ranch

[00:32:18] riding trainer. So, and I did tell him

[00:32:21] if he wanted to show him, he totally

[00:32:23] could cuz he loves him.

[00:32:24] >> Mhm.

[00:32:25] >> He He's like He's a good boy.

[00:32:28] >> I think you should crack him out. I

[00:32:29] mean, it's 30 minutes away.

[00:32:31] >> It's so steep there, though. Like the

[00:32:33] ranch riding.

[00:32:34] >> But that's that honestly takes pressure

[00:32:36] off.

[00:32:36] >> Yeah.

[00:32:37] >> If you're going into like It's so steep

[00:32:39] here. I'm purely going to just show. I'm

[00:32:41] not going to win.

[00:32:43] >> So, I'm going to need to borrow your

[00:32:45] like shraps and a shirt. And

[00:32:47] >> your legs are this big, Rachel. They my

[00:32:50] shafts would be you could put both of

[00:32:52] your legs in.

[00:32:53] >> Can I wear like because I have black

[00:32:54] ones?

[00:32:56] >> Yeah. Okay.

[00:32:56] >> I wore the one of the days I wore my

[00:32:58] regular stuff just because it was like

[00:33:00] too

[00:33:00] >> Yeah.

[00:33:01] >> close together like of the Western

[00:33:03] Pleasure stuff. So I Yeah. I I wouldn't

[00:33:06] think to I I I saw somebody at this last

[00:33:08] show who was just in their jeans. Like

[00:33:10] it doesn't matter.

[00:33:11] >> The fits at this last show were were

[00:33:13] great. And there is one one particular

[00:33:16] um lady

[00:33:18] >> that it may not even be the same woman.

[00:33:20] It just I just may like

[00:33:21] >> have made it up.

[00:33:22] >> Have made it up.

[00:33:24] >> What?

[00:33:27] >> Nothing. I've interrupted too much

[00:33:28] already

[00:33:30] that you just reminded me. It may not

[00:33:31] even be the same woman. That reminded me

[00:33:33] back to a time when there was the ran

[00:33:36] thing. The all the ran horses were out

[00:33:38] there and there was a lady in a like a

[00:33:41] copper shirt.

[00:33:43] There was a lady that looked that had

[00:33:44] the same color scheme.

[00:33:46] >> I filmed her for like eight minutes and

[00:33:48] went,

[00:33:49] >> "Oh my gosh, that's not Katie,

[00:33:52] >> but it was in the practice bin."

[00:33:54] >> That's why I was just warming up and I

[00:33:55] was just following the ran and copper

[00:33:57] shirt and just Yeah. Yeah. And at one

[00:34:00] point she goes and I went, "Oh my gosh,

[00:34:03] that's not what am I doing?" And then I

[00:34:05] saw you in the other warm-up from a

[00:34:08] distance. She's not even in here. I'm

[00:34:10] just nonchalantly filming you.

[00:34:13] >> Yeah, we may need to get

[00:34:14] >> They're really good at your job.

[00:34:16] >> Sponsor,

[00:34:16] >> getting the coverage.

[00:34:17] >> Maybe like they can do like shirts like

[00:34:19] they do race cars.

[00:34:20] >> They do that like all the professionals

[00:34:22] have embroidery patches all over their

[00:34:24] shirts.

[00:34:24] >> Are you not a professional?

[00:34:25] >> Yeah.

[00:34:26] >> No, I'm an amateur.

[00:34:28] >> She's an amateur.

[00:34:28] >> When do you become a professional?

[00:34:29] >> I will never become a professional

[00:34:30] >> ever.

[00:34:31] >> No, by choice.

[00:34:33] >> What are we doing here?

[00:34:35] >> Not even going pro. What are we doing?

[00:34:38] You know, we're not trying to be the

[00:34:39] best.

[00:34:40] >> Oh, we're trying to be the best of the

[00:34:41] amateurs.

[00:34:42] >> Okay. Okay.

[00:34:44] >> I know. I know that. Like that's a

[00:34:46] thing, but that sentence is so funny.

[00:34:48] >> Amateur is just 19 and over,

[00:34:51] >> right?

[00:34:51] >> It's just the age group.

[00:34:52] >> Yeah. We don't want to be professional.

[00:34:53] We just want to be the best amateurs. We

[00:34:56] talk about

[00:34:56] >> like uh

[00:34:58] what do you call

[00:34:58] >> best nonpro?

[00:34:59] >> Best nonpro.

[00:35:00] >> Nonpro. Okay. I like that.

[00:35:01] >> Nonpro is better.

[00:35:02] >> Nonpro.

[00:35:03] >> Go back to your You got to derailed you.

[00:35:06] It was literally the only thing I was

[00:35:08] going to say was that there was one lady

[00:35:10] that always had like the highest quality

[00:35:12] drip

[00:35:12] >> just dripping

[00:35:13] >> dripping dripping dripping. She wore a

[00:35:14] um

[00:35:16] >> I couldn't even describe it, but it it

[00:35:18] was to the akin to like the old western

[00:35:22] flowery blue and white plates or

[00:35:24] whatever. And it just looks so great.

[00:35:26] >> I'm curious which one like was it?

[00:35:30] >> I'm either going to give you the brown

[00:35:32] horse. I'm going to give you the short

[00:35:33] >> describe her outfit. Oh, what I just

[00:35:36] said.

[00:35:36] >> He said it was like the blue and white

[00:35:37] plates like

[00:35:39] >> like those old western plates.

[00:35:40] >> I can't think of somebody.

[00:35:41] >> I know. But um

[00:35:42] >> Oh, and who had one had the like the

[00:35:45] blue pants?

[00:35:46] >> I loved that.

[00:35:48] >> That was

[00:35:50] ridiculous.

[00:35:51] >> I don't even know what color that was.

[00:35:53] >> It was like powdery dusty.

[00:35:54] >> Yeah. And your shirt that you had was my

[00:35:56] favorite shirt. Yeah. The waffle.

[00:35:58] >> The waffle. I like the waffle.

[00:35:59] >> I liked that one.

[00:36:00] >> Looked fantastic. And to uh we are like

[00:36:03] 45 minutes here, but um I did want to

[00:36:05] not pass up what we talked about this

[00:36:08] last horse show, which was throwing in

[00:36:09] an idea for catching up with Katie of

[00:36:11] doing like a little ride and sip.

[00:36:14] >> A little sip and saddle.

[00:36:15] >> Sip and saddle.

[00:36:16] >> So y'all were serious.

[00:36:18] >> I was serious.

[00:36:19] >> Mhm.

[00:36:19] >> They want to do a little sip and sit on

[00:36:21] a horse. That would be so fun.

[00:36:24] >> Literally just film that.

[00:36:26] >> We could do it.

[00:36:26] >> We could do it. We could for sure do it.

[00:36:28] Um but we just, you know.

[00:36:30] >> Okay. Okay, but my thing is, okay, we

[00:36:31] got to wait for weaning because the

[00:36:34] horses that we would do for sip and sit,

[00:36:36] first of all, we need to do it in the

[00:36:37] arena first because none of y'all know

[00:36:38] how to ride.

[00:36:39] >> I mean,

[00:36:40] >> so we have we do it in a contained area.

[00:36:42] >> I've loped on Ethel.

[00:36:44] >> You have loped on Ethel.

[00:36:45] >> It was a brief.

[00:36:46] >> Wow.

[00:36:48] >> So surely you could.

[00:36:48] >> We're going to do it in a area first. We

[00:36:51] are not trail riding. So I'd be on

[00:36:53] Kennedy.

[00:36:54] >> Mhm.

[00:36:55] >> Who Who Who's the roster? Who's on who?

[00:36:58] >> I would probably take Ethel. She's more

[00:37:00] comfortable with me though.

[00:37:01] >> She straight up woke me.

[00:37:03] >> Honestly, I do think Matt needs Ethel.

[00:37:06] >> Oh, wait. No, no, no, no, no. What did

[00:37:08] we just No, that was who was a better

[00:37:09] writer. I was about to say we talked

[00:37:10] about this on Katie and she said that he

[00:37:12] was a better writer.

[00:37:13] >> Bo doesn't get ridden anymore.

[00:37:17] >> Annie's Annie is going to be back in the

[00:37:19] roster. Ricky,

[00:37:21] >> we'd all just be in chariots around the

[00:37:22] minis.

[00:37:23] >> Gracious.

[00:37:24] >> That is my grand plan.

[00:37:25] >> I know. We just be doing chariot rides.

[00:37:28] It is my grand plan that when we all

[00:37:30] move to a giant horse compound that we

[00:37:32] all have our own mini and chariot and we

[00:37:34] just go for little evening.

[00:37:37] >> Yeah, cuz the roads are like they're

[00:37:40] barren. No one goes there. It's out

[00:37:42] middle of nowhere. So, we're just on

[00:37:44] >> Absolutely. Um

[00:37:45] >> Yeah. I hate to be taken out at 70 miles

[00:37:47] an hour on a park stretching though.

[00:37:50] >> Oh gosh, that's terrifying.

[00:37:53] >> It's just a scene.

[00:37:54] >> Who else? Who else is in the writing

[00:37:56] room? Gray scene.

[00:37:58] Gracie,

[00:38:01] >> Gracie, Annie, Ricky.

[00:38:02] >> I want one of the black ones though.

[00:38:04] Raven or um

[00:38:05] >> Indie.

[00:38:06] >> I wrote Raven. Raven's good.

[00:38:07] >> Raven is good walking. She's got

[00:38:09] nvicular stuff. So, she just can't do

[00:38:12] >> We're just sitting.

[00:38:13] >> Mhm. Just sitting.

[00:38:15] >> They can be in their stalls. Like, we

[00:38:17] can sit in corresponding stalls. I mean,

[00:38:20] it's got to be on horse.

[00:38:23] >> So, we all just sit in a circle out in

[00:38:25] the arena. Well, maybe walk just like

[00:38:27] doing like little or not like I think a

[00:38:29] trail ride like I didn't even think

[00:38:30] about that. That would be so fun. Um but

[00:38:32] um I think just going on a trail ride

[00:38:34] your horses side would be fun.

[00:38:37] >> Um but

[00:38:38] >> what we need to do is if we go somewhere

[00:38:40] go to a trail ride place where

[00:38:43] super broke cuz mine are like

[00:38:46] >> ew I'm outside of an arena like

[00:38:49] >> well Cedars in Lebanon does trail rides.

[00:38:51] >> Really?

[00:38:52] >> Mhm.

[00:38:53] >> Interesting. I think I I think I've went

[00:38:55] on one one time in my life as a kid.

[00:38:57] >> I went on one a couple years ago in

[00:38:59] Colorado and it was so fun because I got

[00:39:03] on this litano peron mix named Charles

[00:39:08] and he and I were always in the back. I

[00:39:11] could never get like I was like can I

[00:39:13] open him up and they were like you can

[00:39:15] try. And I got him to a nice brisk trot.

[00:39:18] >> Nice.

[00:39:19] >> I could not get that thing to caner. But

[00:39:22] also they're trained for like non-riders

[00:39:25] to ride them and they're like we stay in

[00:39:26] a line like they

[00:39:29] >> they know their job. So Jonathan was on

[00:39:31] I can't remember his name. He was on

[00:39:32] this gigantic like quarter person mix.

[00:39:36] >> They put us on the big boys. Um

[00:39:39] >> so he he he kept thinking he was like

[00:39:41] she's trying to kill me. And I was like

[00:39:43] I was like she's stomping at flies.

[00:39:45] She's fine. Um

[00:39:48] >> yeah. I don't think I've ever seen

[00:39:50] Jonathan ride.

[00:39:52] >> Uh, I've seen him ride twice.

[00:39:54] >> I think you need to do a video of giving

[00:39:56] him a lesson. Stephanie could give him a

[00:39:58] lesson.

[00:39:58] >> I think I would have to be from afar.

[00:40:00] >> I'm miked up. I'm not allowed to talk to

[00:40:03] him.

[00:40:04] >> And then Stephanie's giving him the

[00:40:05] actual lesson.

[00:40:06] >> Like Beck and her child.

[00:40:07] >> Yes.

[00:40:08] >> You have to be

[00:40:09] >> I have to be away.

[00:40:10] >> You have to be away.

[00:40:12] >> I think it'd be cool to do a like one of

[00:40:14] those ones that you go camping at the

[00:40:15] end, too. Like you just go ride your

[00:40:16] horse.

[00:40:17] >> That sounds terrible. No, dude. I'm just

[00:40:19] I'm getting old. Like I'm I'm feel I'm

[00:40:21] I'm feeling the pressure of like I'm if

[00:40:24] I don't start doing these things, then

[00:40:25] I'm going to not want to like I'm gonna

[00:40:27] not want to do that at 50,

[00:40:29] >> right?

[00:40:29] >> So I just feel like I'm just going to

[00:40:30] have to start doing

[00:40:31] >> My parents used to be badass and do that

[00:40:32] stuff. They used to go to Montana and

[00:40:35] trail ride for 10 days straight and they

[00:40:37] just camped

[00:40:39] >> and they bathed in the river.

[00:40:40] >> Yeah. Like there's things like it'd be

[00:40:42] cool for you to do if you weren't

[00:40:43] involved in horse showing, but like

[00:40:45] those like um event things like you can

[00:40:47] go like put in turn in your phone if you

[00:40:49] want to or whatever and like it's like a

[00:40:50] western thing. So like you go and

[00:40:52] essentially cosplay western.

[00:40:54] >> The place that we went normally lets you

[00:40:56] round up cows, but the cows were already

[00:40:59] shipped out for the year cuz it was

[00:41:01] getting cold.

[00:41:01] >> Be so cool. That'd be so fun. Why don't

[00:41:03] we go do that?

[00:41:04] >> Yeah, Katie, let's make a YouTube video

[00:41:06] on it.

[00:41:07] >> We try to just for fun.

[00:41:09] >> I'll look into it. What if we just go do

[00:41:10] it just for fun?

[00:41:12] >> We don't even film it.

[00:41:13] >> September.

[00:41:14] >> Yeah. The second week.

[00:41:16] >> I feel like we need to have a we need to

[00:41:18] go do a trip or something.

[00:41:19] >> Yeah, I know. Or a cruise.

[00:41:20] >> Even if it's not.

[00:41:21] >> I've said okay,

[00:41:23] >> but I'm scared of boats.

[00:41:24] >> I

[00:41:24] >> I I can't do a cruise.

[00:41:25] >> have said that we need a team building

[00:41:28] trip forever. And I have said I would

[00:41:31] supply tickets for a cruise. I have said

[00:41:34] that for two years. I've said it for two

[00:41:37] years. And guess who

[00:41:40] puts the kibash on it?

[00:41:43] >> I I can't do I can't do a cruise.

[00:41:44] >> Well,

[00:41:46] >> I bet you look I bet you'd look a gift

[00:41:48] horse in the mouth.

[00:41:49] >> I I would I think I would enjoy

[00:41:51] >> to it.

[00:41:52] >> I would enjoy a cruise,

[00:41:53] >> but I won't do it.

[00:41:56] >> Okay.

[00:41:56] >> I would enjoy I like the concept.

[00:41:58] >> I know what you're thinking. Is it

[00:41:59] because

[00:42:01] >> the germs?

[00:42:03] >> Um, no. But that's added to the list.

[00:42:06] Oh, that's one of my top like

[00:42:08] >> any kind of like public pool situation

[00:42:10] like that.

[00:42:10] >> And that's a cruise is just one big

[00:42:12] public pool just

[00:42:13] >> do a buffet over a public pool.

[00:42:15] >> So we we went on a cruise ship that was

[00:42:20] um I saw maybe two children the entire

[00:42:24] time.

[00:42:24] >> And that is the thing is like I I know

[00:42:26] for myself I'm speaking as somebody

[00:42:27] who's never been on one and I know that

[00:42:30] there are cruise liners that's not like

[00:42:32] the Disney cruise liner, right? like you

[00:42:34] could go.

[00:42:34] >> So we went on the Celebrity and it was

[00:42:36] it was a well we went there because my

[00:42:38] my grandfather has to have gambling

[00:42:41] wherever he goes.

[00:42:42] >> That would be that would be interesting.

[00:42:44] >> And so he went on the he wanted the

[00:42:46] celebrity because it had gambling. So

[00:42:49] when you go to port you can't gamble but

[00:42:51] when you're in the sea you can. And so

[00:42:53] it had like a casino and everything in

[00:42:54] it. Um it had

[00:42:57] very little children. Like I saw maybe

[00:43:00] two the entire time. The pools were very

[00:43:03] chill, very not overcrowded. Um,

[00:43:08] I thought it was great. It was not o it

[00:43:11] wasn't very, you know, rowdy and it was

[00:43:14] >> it's almost a sense of and maybe

[00:43:15] claustrophobia is not the word, but

[00:43:18] that's exactly what it is.

[00:43:19] >> It's a huge ship, but I still can't get

[00:43:22] off of it. And there's something to be

[00:43:24] said about

[00:43:24] >> you can get off of it just about daily.

[00:43:25] But there's but there's a lot of and I

[00:43:28] am will sit here and say that like all

[00:43:29] of these things that like I like

[00:43:31] dislikes about it is probably something

[00:43:32] that I could very easily get over if

[00:43:35] Katie was like hey I got four tickets

[00:43:36] going on this cruise. I don't know

[00:43:37] >> if I went ahead and bought them

[00:43:38] >> like I could I could get over it.

[00:43:42] >> That being said it's just like those are

[00:43:43] my those are my things is like the

[00:43:45] claustrophobia of it and

[00:43:47] >> like sometimes I'll be in my office or

[00:43:49] in the house or somewhere. Sometimes

[00:43:52] I'll just be somewhere and I'll think

[00:43:54] maybe I'm gonna have a panic attack here

[00:43:57] and I need I gotta get out of this. I

[00:43:59] got to get out of where I am and I'll go

[00:44:01] outside and I'll I can go anywhere. I

[00:44:04] can leave.

[00:44:05] >> You can get outside on a cruise ship.

[00:44:06] >> No, you can't.

[00:44:07] >> Yeah, you can't.

[00:44:09] >> Not at 1000 p.m. when you're in your

[00:44:11] room and you're like, I have to get off

[00:44:12] this boat.

[00:44:14] >> But even then, like I could off the

[00:44:15] boat.

[00:44:15] >> Being able to go like walk on the deck,

[00:44:17] I think would be nice. Like if it was

[00:44:19] like a

[00:44:19] >> It would be really nice. Hey everybody,

[00:44:20] lights out at 10:00. Oh no.

[00:44:23] >> With that logic though, you can't go

[00:44:25] anywhere because it's like you can't go

[00:44:26] you can't get home. So it's like, oh, I

[00:44:30] could walk outside of my Airbnb at 10

[00:44:33] p.m., but I can't I can't leave here. I

[00:44:35] can't get home.

[00:44:36] >> I I know.

[00:44:38] >> So

[00:44:39] >> it's I guess it's more of like a It's

[00:44:40] not even that. It's like, hey, if the if

[00:44:42] if it went down, we are getting hijacked

[00:44:45] by pirates or whatever. Like I am

[00:44:47] screwed. And and literally as comical as

[00:44:50] that, like, hey, I'm in the ocean. If

[00:44:51] this thing goes down, like I'm I'm

[00:44:53] sinking in the ocean. And like as

[00:44:55] comical as that is, like that is is

[00:44:57] enough to be like, okay, vacation trips.

[00:45:00] Well, cruise is probably 10th on the

[00:45:01] list. Yeah. Like that's enough for me.

[00:45:02] >> I I'm with

[00:45:03] >> all all these other things I can get

[00:45:05] over like I'm not a fan of public pools.

[00:45:07] Get like a nice cruise ship or whatever.

[00:45:09] Like we can go have adult time or

[00:45:11] whatever. Fantastic.

[00:45:12] >> What about

[00:45:13] >> it's just you know

[00:45:14] >> a trip to the Bob.

[00:45:16] >> What is that?

[00:45:16] >> It's in Montana. It's like a very remote

[00:45:20] wooded area. And then we could just pack

[00:45:23] horse in. It's like three days. Go see

[00:45:27] the the wall. I think it's the wall.

[00:45:30] It's the Chinese wall. I think

[00:45:32] >> China wall.

[00:45:32] >> I thought you meant like the northern

[00:45:33] wall.

[00:45:34] >> Interesting.

[00:45:35] >> That like kept the white walkers out.

[00:45:36] I'm also at the point where I if I go on

[00:45:40] a vacation and I lot time to be away and

[00:45:42] whatever, I want to not be with horses.

[00:45:49] >> Like,

[00:45:49] >> yeah.

[00:45:50] >> Does that make like, you know,

[00:45:51] >> for sure?

[00:45:52] >> I like I'm like I I want like a

[00:45:55] >> like we're about to go to Vegas.

[00:45:56] >> I'm like I want to not see a horse while

[00:45:59] I'm here.

[00:46:00] >> I get that.

[00:46:01] >> Like I love them. I I do. But I like and

[00:46:05] I also need some suggestions because

[00:46:06] we're going very soon and I haven't been

[00:46:08] since I was 14 years old. Like I went

[00:46:10] with my dad for a work conference thing.

[00:46:12] Um

[00:46:14] >> I take that back. I went to Shot Show

[00:46:15] one year but we we went for a very short

[00:46:19] amount of time. Um

[00:46:20] >> you have to go to a circ show

[00:46:23] >> that that Okay. So like we'll probably

[00:46:25] do two nights worth of stuff. Cir totle

[00:46:27] absolutely is like a have to. I don't

[00:46:29] care which one. Have to do that. Oh,

[00:46:32] >> I've seen CA. I've not seen O.

[00:46:34] >> Go see O.

[00:46:35] >> And then I don't know what else to do

[00:46:37] the other night and we're going with

[00:46:38] Evan and Rebecca and I'm like I stayed

[00:46:41] in the Venetian the last time and I

[00:46:43] think it's so pretty with like the

[00:46:45] gondilas like in the middle and

[00:46:46] everything but I'm like do we do we

[00:46:49] branch out? Do we go somewhere else?

[00:46:51] >> I think there's a lot of cool hotels.

[00:46:53] >> Yeah,

[00:46:53] >> I would look into

[00:46:54] >> So that's like our current vacation.

[00:46:56] >> Yeah.

[00:46:56] >> So do we just go to Vegas as a group?

[00:46:59] No, that's too

[00:47:00] >> we can't like and that's the thing. It

[00:47:02] was like you were all you were all for

[00:47:04] the Vegas. You were all for a cruise and

[00:47:06] we tried to get you to go to a corn maze

[00:47:08] down the road and you were like

[00:47:10] >> I want a haunted corn maze.

[00:47:13] >> It was a haunted corn maze.

[00:47:14] >> Yeah. And that is Yeah. No do spooky.

[00:47:17] >> Doesn't do spooky.

[00:47:19] >> A haunted maze.

[00:47:19] >> You cannot compare the two.

[00:47:21] >> That's true. Have you been to New

[00:47:23] Orleans?

[00:47:24] >> No, I have not. Feel like you

[00:47:25] >> I would honestly.

[00:47:26] >> You'd like New Orleans. I would probably

[00:47:28] cry through it, but I like history

[00:47:30] enough that I'd probably like the ghost

[00:47:31] tour.

[00:47:32] >> It's not scary. You would like the

[00:47:34] vampire tour, too, too.

[00:47:36] >> Let's go do it.

[00:47:37] >> You would like New Orleans. I don't like

[00:47:39] It's certainly one of the places like

[00:47:40] after three days I'm like, "Okay." I

[00:47:42] like New Orleans during the day. Like at

[00:47:43] night, it's just like

[00:47:45] >> grab the kids, grab the wife, we got to

[00:47:47] get to the hotel.

[00:47:49] >> Yeah. Um but other than that, it's

[00:47:52] great. The food great. You You would

[00:47:54] really really really like it, I think.

[00:47:55] And it's that whole like big old long

[00:47:57] road.

[00:47:57] >> Okay. Where is our team building?

[00:47:59] >> Yeah. Yeah. Help us out.

[00:48:01] >> We'll have the different locations.

[00:48:04] >> Where are we going? Because I want to go

[00:48:07] somewhere tropical.

[00:48:09] >> I'm down for that.

[00:48:10] >> Down for that.

[00:48:10] >> I want somewhere warm. We could do that

[00:48:13] island.

[00:48:14] >> What will uh we will take into the

[00:48:17] highest consideration

[00:48:19] the most liked comment destination

[00:48:23] >> even if it's a cruise.

[00:48:26] And us three will have a good time.

[00:48:27] >> They will have a good time.

[00:48:29] >> It cannot be international because I'm

[00:48:30] funding the trip

[00:48:31] >> and I don't have my passport. Okay.

[00:48:33] National

[00:48:35] most liked comment national destination.

[00:48:38] That's

[00:48:39] >> the only international way to do it

[00:48:40] would be cruise.

[00:48:41] >> Mhm.

[00:48:42] >> For like the Caribbean stuff.

[00:48:43] >> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

[00:48:44] >> That would be the only way.

[00:48:45] >> I'm more than happy with staying in the

[00:48:47] contiguous. He's like we can stay in the

[00:48:50] neighborhood.

[00:48:52] We can stay here. Let's just let's just

[00:48:54] have a sleepover.

[00:48:56] >> Let's just put a tent in the gravel lot.

[00:48:58] Uh that's one thing I can't bring myself

[00:49:00] to do except whenever Lily's ready to do

[00:49:02] it.

[00:49:02] >> What?

[00:49:03] >> Just camp in the backyard. Like, no, I
