Speaker AMay you become so acutely aware of the difference between what you think and how you feel and your body sensations and how you move through this world in fear versus freedom.
Speaker AMay your discernment grow ever larger.
Speaker AMay your discernment become more refined.
Speaker AMay your discernment have so much embodiment in every cell of your being that you now know when that thought is a fear response, when that feeling is attempting to share, educate, show you, love you, and move forward in freedom.
Speaker ARemember, every feeling serves fear and freedom.
Speaker AEvery thought can serve fear of freedom.
Speaker AIt is literally the lens in which you look at the world.
Speaker AThe filter in which you look through determines how you see anger, how you see I'm not good enough, right?
Speaker AAll of those things, all the situations in your life, everything that's ever happened to you, what's happening to you right now, what you're thinking right now, the problem you're having right now, the joy you're having right now, how you interpret it is based on the filter in which you're looking through.
Speaker AChange your filter, the world changes in an instant.
Speaker AThat's the miracle.
Speaker AAnd that's why we spend so much time here at Fearless Living, focusing on what are you afraid of?
Speaker AWhat is that Wheel of Fear?
Speaker AWhat is your core fear?
Speaker AWhat is that trigger?
Speaker AAnd then, of course, even more important, that Wheel of Freedom, what is your essential nature?
Speaker AWhat are those proactive behaviors?
Speaker AWhat is your wholeness?
Speaker AUsing the Wheel of Fear and Wheel of Freedom.
Speaker AThose are tools to support you in building up, expanding, refining your discernment so that you aren't tricked, that you aren't 20 miles down the road and go, oh, crap.
Speaker ANow, sometimes you're gonna go 20 miles down the road and say, oh, crap.
Speaker AAnd even then, you can use the filter of the Wheel of Fear or Wheel of Freedom, right?
Speaker AYou can use that.
Speaker ASo you're 20 miles down the road, oh, crap.
Speaker AWell, is it oh, crap?
Speaker AYes, for a second, it's oh, crap.
Speaker AWhen you have that realization.
Speaker AAnd then now what?
Speaker ANow how do you want to see it?
Speaker ASo everything you deem a mistake, a problem, an issue, a situation, anything that you wish wasn't happening in your life, all of those things, every single thing and every single thought and every single feeling and every single sensation, every situation can be looked through the eyes of fear or freedom.
Speaker AAnd it's your choice.
Speaker AKeep walking, though there's no place to go.
Speaker ADon't try to see through the distances.
Speaker AThat's not for human beings.
Speaker AMove within, but don't move the way fear makes you move.
Speaker AI want you to become like a beacon of freedom.

Speaker AAs you move through your day, you can flow in the river called freedom and move past the rocks or splash over them.
Speaker AYou have so much more power than you know.
