Melissa Deally:and sharing more tools with you that we use in working with our
Melissa Deally:unconscious mind in order to achieve the change that we want
Melissa Deally:in life quickly and have it be very effective and lasting. So
Melissa Deally:today I want to ask you, are you tired of feeling irritated,
Melissa Deally:frustrated, annoyed, those minor negative emotions? Because if
Melissa Deally:you are and you would like to feel differently, then we have a
Melissa Deally:really cool technique called collapsing anchors. And what we
Melissa Deally:do in this technique is we create, first of all, an anchor
Melissa Deally:of the feel good emotions that you do enjoy, feeling like
Melissa Deally:laughing out loud and love and feeling powerful, feeling
Melissa Deally:confident, etc, all of these great emotions. And we stack
Melissa Deally:those anchors together so that you can really bring out that
Melissa Deally:wonderful series of emotions, and then we have the minor
Melissa Deally:negative emotion that you no longer want to feel, and we
Melissa Deally:collapse it into those powerful positive emotions, and it just
Melissa Deally:dissipates because you're Feeling overwhelmed in a
Melissa Deally:positive way with those positive emotions, and that minor
Melissa Deally:negative emotion is gone, and in that process where teaching your
Melissa Deally:unconscious mind how to respond in terms of how you feel to
Melissa Deally:certain triggers, and you can collapse that negative emotion
Melissa Deally:and have it disappear into those positive, powerful emotions. So
Melissa Deally:again, this technique is quick, it's easy, it's fast, it's
Melissa Deally:lasting. And what I will talk about next time are the major
Melissa Deally:negative emotions. So today we're just talking about those
Melissa Deally:minor ones, irritated, frustrated, annoyed. The major
Melissa Deally:ones are along the lines of anger and sadness and hurt and
Melissa Deally:grief and guilt and rage and shame, those ones I'm going to
