the parameters of that facial, our skin therapists have

the ability to add and take away. without

having to upsell to you at any time during

do what we're crafted to do, what we

specialize in, and we're able to give you the best

results possible in the hour that we have you. Now,

because it's very individualized and the experience is

completely different, It is not a generic one

size fits all kind of treatment that you would get in another

clinic. Now, what is a bespoke facial? A

bespoke facial treatment is a personalized, tailored

skincare experience that's designed to address your

individual unique skin concerns, your

needs, and your goals. And this approach recognizes

that each person's skin is distinctly different and

that a one-size-fits-all approach may not provide optimal

results. So bespoke facials often incorporate holistic

skincare principles. They're considering not only

the skin's surface, but also the interconnected

factors affecting skin health, such as your lifestyle, your

is what brings us to a bespoke facial treatment

and makes us so different to other run-of-your-mill clinics

out there. So how does a holistic skin treatment work?

Well, there's a few things you need to look out for. Firstly, the

consultation and skin analysis is

the process that begins the treatment. We

start, your esthetician or your skincare professional will start

discussing your skin concerns, your goals,

your lifestyles, and any specific issues that you want

to address. And this may include factors like stress levels,

dietary habits, and even your skincare routines. And

a detailed skin analysis is conducted to assess

the current state of your skin, identifying issues such

as dryness, oiliness, sensitivities, or

even specific skin conditions like acne or rosacea.

We will recommend the skincare that suits your skin

based on the skin consultation. Now, the professional will

select the products for you, specifically tailored to

address your unique needs. So if you've said to

the therapist that you want to address pigmentation, she's

gonna then put you onto a treatment pathway that's going

to address pigmentation, and then she's going to also recommend

skincare, such as vitamin C, et cetera, to

steer you in the right direction, to give you the right results

with your skin plan. Should you choose to go ahead with

that skin plan, your home care recommendations are

going to complement your treatments. So there's

going to be a synergy between the two, and that's how

you get your results. The ingredients that are chosen for

the effectiveness and their compatibility with your individual

skin type. This holistic approach is different because

a lot of places you go to, all they're doing is trying to

upsell you and give, you know, do more protocols

within that treatment time so that they can meet their

marketing, oh sorry, meet their targets for

the day, their sales targets. We don't work that way. When

you come in and you book for a signature facial and it's

$169, that's what you're going to pay for. Unless you change the treatment to something

else, that's what you're going to pay for. And within that facial, we'll

be able to do various things. We can customise your

mask depending on your skin condition or your

skin concern, and we can tailor it that way. And

so that's how you get your bespoke treatment. Along with

your skin consultation, your skin plan and

your home care recommendations. We

will also try to steer you towards more targeted treatment

modalities to make sure that we can really treat

the skin concerns that you have. And this can include a

combination of cleansing, exfoliation, microdermabrasion,

we customize masks, and we're in a very

unique environment where we can actually use holistic

massage techniques as well. We can recommend microneedling

for certain clients, depending on what you're trying to do. And then we

can go into more into high-end treatments like your Haifu and

your SQT by a microneedling treatments. It all

depends on your budget and how quickly you want to

see results. We often see people coming in a

month before their wedding. That's too late. We need to see you

at least six months or 12 months before your wedding date so

we can put you on the correct pathway to ensure that by

the time your wedding date rolls round, your skin is

looking beautiful and glowing with health and hydration.

We also incorporate things like breath work

and lymphatic drainage. We teach you how to do face yoga. These

are all elements that are completely free that you can do

at home. We're not actually making any money out

of it, but we know that when you come back into our salon, we're

gonna see a more improved skin. We're gonna see skin

with the correct blood flow. We're gonna see plump, hydrated

skin because you're following our recommendations. and that

detoxification and circulation is happening. So

we really spend the time to educate you on your home care and

with the bespoke facial, you can know that

we include the educational component and you can walk out

of here with professional skincare, with a skin plan

that makes sense, that works with your lifestyle and

is holistic and tailored to your individual needs. We

can also ask you sometimes to come back for a follow-up treatment because

we want to make sure that what we've given you is correct and we don't

need to make adjustments. And if we do need to make adjustments, we

do this at your follow-up appointment. So that's why we

ask you to come back. Our skin also has a 28 days

cellular turnover, so we want to be able to see you every

28 days, which is monthly, so we can see how the changes are

happening and if they're happening correctly. And if it's not happening

fast enough or you want to speed up the process, we can then

create a plan, a skin plan for you to get you into that, in

that direction so you can see some real results. Now

after all our facials, our skincare professionals may follow up with

our clients to assess your skin's response and provide

you with that guidance. We will give you aftercare cards, we'll

explain to you what you need to do after your treatment and

how to use your skincare that you're taking home. Now,
