Speaker ATogether, we choose the uphill climb.
Speaker APursuing the hard best over the easy good.
Speaker AAnd discovering the extraordinary life waiting to be lived and lived out in community.
Speaker AWelcome to the show.
Speaker AI'm so glad you're here with me today.
Speaker AI am very pumped up for the series that I'm going to be stepping into over the next several weeks.
Speaker AYeah, it's all around dreams.
Speaker AYeah, dreams.
Speaker AI might even have to pull out some Fleetwood Mac or something to enjoy as we go over this topic.
Speaker ASo, hey, how have you been?
Speaker AHow are things going in your world?
Speaker AWhat's going on?
Speaker AThings have been very exciting in my world.
Speaker ALots of things happening.
Speaker AI've got some events coming up, some travel and some speaking events that I'm doing, which I'm pretty pumped up about doing the thing that I love the most, which is inspiring people to go to the next level, unlocking teams, helping teams find that extraordinary identity that.
Speaker AThat's inside of them.
Speaker ALike they have.
Speaker AThey have a.
Speaker AThere's a team identity.
Speaker AThere's a mix that comes, or when it comes together, that can be amazing.
Speaker AKind of like what you saw the Chicago bulls of the 80s when you saw that championship mix.
Speaker AWhen you see certain teams that are doing incredible things, there is nothing, nothing to me better than great teamwork.
Speaker AAnd great individuals are strong individuals or people that recognize how strong they are as an individual, but they realize that there is more to be done and had and to accomplish when you do that in relationship with other people.
Speaker ASo without any delay, just so you know, if you've been a person that's been waiting for the newsletter to come out, man, we have just been working on some other stuff and just trying to refine that newsletter.
Speaker ASo there is one coming out here shortly with some new stuff, and we're trying to streamline everything as an organization.
Speaker AWhat we're doing with.
Speaker AWith the uphill community, the business that I run, which is basically everything is underneath the brand, Tim Pecoraro.
Speaker ABut the main thing that I do is uphill strategies and the uphill community.
Speaker AAnd then I just launched Blank Pages Publications.
Speaker AI have my first.
Speaker AWell, my book is on there, my first kids book.
Speaker ABut I have another children's author that I'll be launching soon that will be on the publications and media label, which I'm so excited about.
Speaker AAnd so, anyways, I'll tell you more about that in the future.
Speaker AThere'll be probably some conversations with the author, just Trying to do some cool stuff to bring story out into the world that it's story that matters.
Speaker AThings that will inspire other people to go to new heights and do new things and go to next levels.
Speaker ASo I have so many neat things right here in front of me that I'm going to be looking.
Speaker ASo if you're watching and you're online going, what's he looking at?
Speaker ALook, I have all this up in my head but because I get so excited, I do have to have focal points because if not I can rabbit trail into some sidebars.
Speaker AI always find my way back.
Speaker ABut I really want to because of this information, I want to make sure that it's very structured, very or more structured and in order.
Speaker ABut I still like that freedom.
Speaker AI'm human, okay?
Speaker AI'm human and I do my best at being human.
Speaker ASo yeah, if you are following me on the socials, I want you to look at LinkedIn or on Instagram those are the two main spots.
Speaker ASo on Instagram it's at Tim Pecoro.
Speaker AOn LinkedIn it's just Tim Peckerrro.
Speaker AThe same thing.
Speaker AT, I M P E C P as in Paul E C O R A R O.
Speaker ASo Tim Pecoraro or IM Pecoro.
Speaker AYou can also go to the bio link in Instagram and you'll be able to find the newsletter.
Speaker AYou can find what I'm doing with the community.
Speaker AIt's never too late to jump in if you're interested.
Speaker AThis past Sunday I had 74 people from an organization.
Speaker ANow it's within my community, but it's a whole separate group that I just took through how to become a better Team.
Speaker AI spent an hour and a half with them and that's just phase one.
Speaker ABut man, it was so incredible, so awesome.
Speaker ABut if you're interested and you're, you want to say, man, how do I get in community, grow and learn and just, I just want to be around people who want all the noise pushed aside.
Speaker AI want people who are really wanting to be there to be accountability partners.
Speaker AThey want to help you grow.
Speaker AThey want to help you gain clarity, raise your standards and embrace your call.
Speaker ATwo and four more.
Speaker AIf that's you, go to theuphill.community and inquire.
Speaker ACheck it out.
Speaker AAnd if you want to get involved, you can always jump in.
Speaker AAnd yes, it is a membership community.
Speaker ASo this right here, everything I do here, it's free.
Speaker AIf you don't, you can just listen to this.
Speaker ATrust me, if you want to listen to this, you could Take this information and it can go make a difference in your life.
Speaker AAnd this cost you nothing but a little bit of your time.
Speaker AIf you want to grow with the community and get involved with some other people and have access to some other resources and such, hey, you're.
Speaker AThat's going.
Speaker AYou're going to spend a little bit of money for it, but you're worth the investment.
Speaker AOkay, but I can tell you this, it's not a ridiculous dollar amount where, and I'm not saying like I have, I have coached people for high ticket, as they call it, coaching.
Speaker AI've done all of that.
Speaker ABut by and large, that's not my goal.
Speaker AMy goal isn't to see how many high ticket items I can get and how many people.
Speaker AThat's not how I do it.
Speaker AYou're getting value here.
Speaker AIt's free.
Speaker AThe way I'm doing this is no different than what I do inside the community.
Speaker AThe difference in the community is I bring other pieces and tools together that are going to be very dedicated and focused on seeing you get to that next level.
Speaker ASo it's not a podcast a week.
Speaker AThis is regular interaction in helping you grow and go to the next level of your life.
Speaker AOkay?
Speaker ASo again, anyways, that's a whole nother thing.
Speaker ATheuphill community.
Speaker AIf you're interested, check it out.
Speaker AAnd if not, just keep listening to the show.
Speaker AIf you're listening on Apple podcast, Spotify podcast, audible, Odyssey, Substack, YouTube, however you're listening, follow the show.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AEspecially if you can find where I'm doing a series, because I'll build on it.
Speaker ASo this series, speaking of series, I'm so pumped up because over the next five weeks, I'd say it's going to be four to five weeks.
Speaker AWe're going to be diving into a powerful framework that's going to challenge, refine and strengthen your.
Speaker AReady?
Speaker ADreams.
Speaker AYes, these dreams.
Speaker AYou know that song?
Speaker AOkay, that's.
Speaker AThen, look, I want you to be able to know that your dreams are possible.
Speaker ANow, the difference between a dream and a goal is a plan, right?
Speaker ASo if you get a plan, you can meet your goals.
Speaker AIf you meet your goals, you can find your dreams.
Speaker AAll right?
Speaker ASo just remember that.
Speaker ASo if you've ever wondered whether your dream, though, is truly a dream, is it your dream, if it's attainable, or if you're wondering what's holding you back, this is gonna be a very helpful series for you, I believe.
Speaker AOkay?
Speaker ASo with that in mind, what I want you to know is we're gonna break down this journey into five steps.
Speaker AAll right?
Speaker AAnd so these five steps are gonna help you move from just hoping for your dream to actually living your dream.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AFrom hoping.
Speaker AHope is not a strategy.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker ABut to actually living your dream.
Speaker ASo each week we're gonna build on the last episode, ensuring that by the end, you have a clear vision and a solid plan and the confidence to take some action.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker ANow, what's really cool is what I'm talking to you about is what I'm doing in the community, but going much deeper.
Speaker ASo I.
Speaker ALiterally, everything I do is it runs parallel.
Speaker AI'm not doing this thing over here and then this other thing over here.
Speaker AHey, I love that.
Speaker ABut I do deep work and I try to stay in the seasons and get very immersed in it.
Speaker AAnd I try to, you know, not divide myself and conquer.
Speaker AI try to use my superpowers to the best of their abilities.
Speaker AAnd when there is something that I see that is a need, I try to go all in.
Speaker ASo I'm going to go do a talk tomorrow, and I'll be with a group of people and I'm going to be talking to this group of people about becoming distinguished people, distinguishing themselves and people of distinction in the work that they do.
Speaker AAnd this is a southeast region area of folks that work with disabilities and special needs.
Speaker AThis is a huge group with work that I truly believe in.
Speaker AI have a friend with with who adopted.
Speaker AThey have five kids of their own.
Speaker AThey adopted five kids with special needs in their life.
Speaker ASo they have 10 total kids.
Speaker AAnd this person's passion.
Speaker AI fell in love with the work that they were doing by meeting them and seeing how they did it.
Speaker AAnd it's not just that they had a compassion.
Speaker AIt's how they showed up with their gift and how they lived into that dream and how they took their superpower and they brought it into the room.
Speaker AAnyways, I digress, but that's what I'm going to be talking about because those people in the room have dreams for what they're doing, and I want to help them distinguish themselves in those dreams.
Speaker ASo here's what you can expect over the next several weeks.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker ADeep reflection.
Speaker ASo I'm going to give you some thought provoking questions to uncover what's really driving your dreams.
Speaker AI'm going to give you practical strategies, actionable steps to move from idea to execution.
Speaker AAnd I'm going to give you real stories, lessons from people who.
Speaker AWho've navigated the same challenges.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker ABecause I want you to have some real stuff.
Speaker AAnd then momentum building each Episode is going to build toward the breakthrough moment for you and your dream.
Speaker AAll right, so this five week pathway, here's what we're gonna cover over the next five weeks.
Speaker ASo this week we're gonna deal with the dream checkpoint.
Speaker ASo what does that mean?
Speaker ADo you own the dream?
Speaker ARight.
Speaker AWe wanna make sure that.
Speaker AAre you chasing your dream or somebody else's expectations?
Speaker AHow are you gonna get clarity about what you want?
Speaker AAnd then we will have reflection on that.
Speaker AWeek two, the next part two of this will be fueling your journey.
Speaker AIs your dream attainable?
Speaker ARight.
Speaker APassion is great, but do you have a plan?
Speaker AWeek three, the company that you keep, who's on your team, who's with you?
Speaker ASo success doesn't happen alone.
Speaker AOkay, you got to define success, but you also got to define the people that are going to be with you for that success.
Speaker AWinning with people requires you to grow with people.
Speaker AYou have to invite people in.
Speaker ASo who's influencing your journey and how do you identify those people?
Speaker AWeek four, it's about obstacles and.
Speaker AYou ready?
Speaker AGrit.
Speaker AOh, man.
Speaker AI've been doing a lot of talk around this word grit, and there's an acrostic for it that I've been using and I've been really enjoying it.
Speaker ABut basically week four is going to be about obstacles and grit.
Speaker ACan you handle resistance?
Speaker ARight.
Speaker ACan you handle it?
Speaker ARight.
Speaker AWe all want to know if we can handle some resistance.
Speaker AEvery dream has a cost.
Speaker AAnd the question is, is, are you willing to pay the price?
Speaker AWe always want people to invest in our dreams, but the question is, is you need to be the greatest investor in the dream more than anyone else.
Speaker AAnd then how do you turn obstacles into building blocks, into what you step on and build with instead of what you live under?
Speaker ARight.
Speaker AThat's what we're going to deal with.
Speaker AAnd then the fifth week is going to.
Speaker AWe're going to activate that dream.
Speaker AAre you ready to live this thing?
Speaker AYou know, clarity will lead you to action.
Speaker AWhen you get clear, it'll open the door for action.
Speaker AAnd then we're going to really address what's holding you back.
Speaker ASo the moment you stop waiting and you stop start moving forward is when you begin to feel that irreversible momentum that will.
Speaker AYou will not want to ever go backwards ever.
Speaker AOkay, so here's what I promised that I.
Speaker AWell, here's what I hope to give to you as my promise.
Speaker ABy the end of the series, you'll have a better defined dream that excites you.
Speaker AYou'll have a clear strategy so that you can Move forward.
Speaker AYou'll have the right support system in place or pieces of it.
Speaker AYou'll at least have identified it.
Speaker AAnd then you'll hopefully have the confidence to embrace obstacles instead of avoiding them.
Speaker AOkay, and then here's my favorite one.
Speaker AConcrete steps that you can take.
Speaker AA concrete step or building block that you can take toward making your dream real.
Speaker ASo hopefully, if you're.
Speaker AIf you're done second guessing, you are.
Speaker AYou're not.
Speaker AWe're not going to wait for perfect moments.
Speaker AIf you're that person that says it's time to move from idea to action step by step, well, that's what we're going to do in this first episode.
Speaker AOkay?
Speaker ASo this is how we're going to do it.
Speaker AWe're going to go in episode one.
Speaker ANow that I've given this to you, and basically I've laid out the framework, we're gonna jump right in.
Speaker AAnd each one of these weeks, there's going to be two key questions.
Speaker ASo these two questions for this week are, number one, is my dream really my dream?
Speaker AThat's question one.
Speaker AAnd question two is, do I clearly see my dream?
Speaker ASo what we're trying to do is create a dream checkpoint.
Speaker ADo you own it?
Speaker ARight.
Speaker ADo you own this dream?
Speaker ASo what we're looking for is that personal ownership and your passion in this.
Speaker ASo I want to start off by thinking, telling you about a young lawyer, okay?
Speaker AWho this lawyer, after years of pursuing a career in law, realized that they were chasing someone else's dream.
Speaker AIt wasn't their dream.
Speaker AI remember my mom saying, tim, you could be a good lawyer.
Speaker ABecause, yes, I do know how to argue.
Speaker AAnd a lot of times I argued for the wrong reasons, guys, right?
Speaker ABut I realized that the argument wasn't there for me just to debate.
Speaker AIt was to be able to say I could cut through all the noise and get people to talk about what the real thing was, right?
Speaker ASo that is something that I had to learn later in life.
Speaker AAnd I did eventually learn, okay?
Speaker AAnd I'm so grateful that I learned it.
Speaker ASo this person who they realized they were chasing as a lawyer, someone else's dream.
Speaker AAnd so they were living the dream basically, that their parents had envisioned for them and they weren't living their own.
Speaker ASo at first they didn't even know what their dream was until they finally made a dramatic change.
Speaker AOkay?
Speaker ASo a dramatic change.
Speaker AWe all need that.
Speaker ALike, you may be a person listening right now going, man, maybe that's what I feel.
Speaker AMaybe I'm living someone else's dream.
Speaker AThis is my Whole life, I've always wondered this.
Speaker AOr maybe you're saying, I've done that, Tim, and I'm still stuck and I can't get out of it.
Speaker ASo this is.
Speaker AThis story is of someone who woke up right, one day and they realized that while they were successful, possibly right, they were winning, they're successful.
Speaker AThey just weren't fulfilled.
Speaker AThey just didn't have that fulfillment part.
Speaker AI believe life is about us living a life that is fulfilled.
Speaker AIt's about realizing that we are individuals.
Speaker AYes, there are things that we can accomplish, but also we want to make a difference and we want fulfillment in those things.
Speaker AThings it's not just about.
Speaker AYou know, we want to be in connection with other things.
Speaker AWe want to know that.
Speaker AThat what we're tied to and what we're doing, that it actually has value.
Speaker ASo that's the same reality that many of us are facing.
Speaker ABut we don't have to get stuck on someone else's dream.
Speaker AYou know what?
Speaker AYou and I get to choose our own path.
Speaker AI mean, we really do.
Speaker ANow, I believe as a person, as a human being, and as a believer, I believe that each of us that we were created with a purpose.
Speaker AWe were created to live out a that.
Speaker AThat I believe with gifts and skills and talents that have a purpose, that we're to make a difference in this world for a reason.
Speaker AThere is a reason you and I are put in this life.
Speaker ASo I want to clarify this.
Speaker ASo here's what we're going to do.
Speaker AHere's the main thing we're going to cover.
Speaker AWe're going to clarify your own dream.
Speaker AI want to help you get your dream clear for yourself.
Speaker AWho are you?
Speaker AHow are you showing up?
Speaker AWhat do you think you were created for?
Speaker ALet's get into this.
Speaker ASo many of us will feel the expectations of other people.
Speaker AIt can be in sports, parents pushing their kids through sports, or in education, or because they're this professional, they want you to do the same thing.
Speaker AAnd because they went to college and did X, Y and Z, they expect you to do that.
Speaker AAnd that happens so much in life.
Speaker AParents, society, friends, you know.
Speaker ABut most of the time we're living our life and we're not stopping and asking ourselves, like, is this really my dream?
Speaker AWhose dream is this?
Speaker ASo that's why it's important to get into this personal ownership part.
Speaker ASo a personal ownership of a dream, is it?
Speaker AOr to get into it.
Speaker AThis, to me, is the critical stuff.
Speaker ABecause passion doesn't come from someone else's vision.
Speaker AYou can't give Me, your vision, and then my passion is there.
Speaker AYou can awaken my passion with vision, but you're not going to get the fullness of my vision or my passion from just your stated vision or what you think a vision is.
Speaker AIt's going to come from, from my desires, it's going to come from my values and what I feel is my purpose, my design.
Speaker ASo without ownership.
Speaker AHere's the key.
Speaker AWithout ownership, you'll lose the energy and motivation you need to sustain the journey.
Speaker AWhen you live your life trying to take passion that is inside of you and connected to someone else's vision, that is not sustainable, your passion can only be sustained by your vision.
Speaker AThat comes from you taking ownership that that has your desires, your value, your purpose, your head, your heart in sync.
Speaker AThat is something that can be sustained.
Speaker AIt doesn't mean you won't hit bumps and bruises and ups or have bumps and bruises and ups and downs.
Speaker ANo, you're going to have them, trust me.
Speaker ABut you can sustain.
Speaker AYou can sustain your pursuit, a dream that, that you don't own.
Speaker AGuess what?
Speaker AIt's going to feel like.
Speaker AIt's going to feel like a burden to you when you truly own your dream.
Speaker AIt feels like purpose.
Speaker AIt feels like calling.
Speaker AYou know, I do a whole keynote around.
Speaker AThere's a job, there's a career, and there's a calling.
Speaker AAnd I do it with a simple stick drawing illustration.
Speaker AAnd you'd be surprised how many people when I do this keynote that the light bulb goes off.
Speaker AOkay, now some people that are listening, I'm giving you a lot of content for you to go.
Speaker AYou know, many times guys, I do these shows and people just hijack it and go out and do a variation.
Speaker AI just crack it up.
Speaker ABut I'm living my dream.
Speaker AI love it.
Speaker ASo I'm gonna put this stuff out there.
Speaker AThere's nothing new under the sun, but you know, here you go.
Speaker AI just want you to know that you've got to know the difference between job, career and calling.
Speaker AThat's where you find yourself in your purpose.
Speaker ASee, I do what I do and I love it.
Speaker AI love what I do and I get to choose who I work with.
Speaker AI don't work with people just because I have to.
Speaker AI choose who I want to work with.
Speaker AAnd I've come to that point where I really appreciate it.
Speaker AAnd it's not because I'm living large or sitting on the top.
Speaker AAnd I'm.
Speaker ANo, I try to be a better human being.
Speaker AI try to be world class, meaning I may not win gold Silver or bronze.
Speaker ABut I was one of the 10 running that last race.
Speaker AOkay, I'm in the arena.
Speaker AYou may not know my name.
Speaker AI'm not worried about it.
Speaker ABut I'm running the race and I'm putting pressure on the one who wins.
Speaker AAwesome.
Speaker ABut I'm world class, you see, that's where I am.
Speaker AAnd I get paid.
Speaker ASee, I do all of that and I get paid.
Speaker ASo how about you?
Speaker AHow clear is your dream?
Speaker AYou know, I'd just like to know.
Speaker AIf your dream isn't clear, it's going to be very hard for you to figure out how to get to where you want to go.
Speaker AI want you to think about it.
Speaker ACan you describe your dream in one sentence?
Speaker ABecause clarity is going to be the foundation of any of your passion that you have.
Speaker AClarity needs to be the foundation.
Speaker AAnd if you don't know exactly what you want, how are you going to ever make it happen?
Speaker AAre you just going to stumble and fumble in that direction?
Speaker AI know sometimes that's what you want to do.
Speaker APeople say fake it till you make it.
Speaker AI disagree with that statement.
Speaker AI'm not faking anything.
Speaker AI'm making true, legitimate attempts.
Speaker AI'm gonna make it until I make it.
Speaker AI'm gonna go out there and say, this is really me.
Speaker AThis is my real attempt.
Speaker AI don't want mulligans.
Speaker AI don't want all the extra do overs.
Speaker AIf I miss it the first time, I'll come back and I'll take the loss of strokes.
Speaker ANow, I'm not a golfer or anything, but, yeah, if I'm.
Speaker AI guess if I have.
Speaker AIf the hole is a par three and I end up at seven.
Speaker AWell, if I still want to keep playing the game, then if I want to get a lower score, I'm gonna have to work on changing some things.
Speaker ASo I'm not going to come in and fake it and take some extra taking my strokes off and all that other stuff.
Speaker ANo, I want to play the game that I say that I want to play.
Speaker AIf I feel like I'm called to play that game and I want to do in a way that's going to challenge me, stretch me and cause me to grow.
Speaker AAnd then I'm going to find out what I'm really made of.
Speaker AIs it the idea of playing golf that I like or is it really I enjoy playing golf and I have to decide which one that's going to be because one is going to make me to where I can be world class and one of them is just going to make it to where it's just a hobby or something that I do and I don't really care or I shouldn't even be doing it.
Speaker ASo that's a game.
Speaker AI get it.
Speaker ASome people, it's their serious dream and all that stuff.
Speaker ABut what I'm saying is, is what's yours?
Speaker AAre you always looking for mulligans?
Speaker ASo how do you clarify.
Speaker AHow do you clarify your dream so well?
Speaker AOne of the things you have to do is you need to sit down because the shortest pencil is better than the longest memory.
Speaker AAnd you need to detail some things out.
Speaker AYou need to write your vision.
Speaker AYou need to make it clear.
Speaker AThis is like, I want you to sit down, I want you to.
Speaker ATo write your dream in one sentence.
Speaker AIf you can do it.
Speaker ANo fluff, no distractions.
Speaker AWhat's your core vision?
Speaker AAsk yourself, does this really excite me?
Speaker AGet rid of other people's opinions just for a moment.
Speaker ASuspend your need to listen to someone else's voice.
Speaker ASuspend your need to outsource your thinking and find out, do they approve.
Speaker AJust let it go.
Speaker AWhat you desire is what will keep you going when the going gets tough.
Speaker AAll right?
Speaker AI want you to ask yourself, does this dream truly align with what makes me excited?
Speaker ADoes this make me want to get out of bed in the morning?
Speaker AThat's a big question.
Speaker ASo I'm going to give you my example, all right?
Speaker AJust to help you out in case you're wondering, well, gosh, Tim, that's so huge.
Speaker AHow am I going to write out my dream in one sentence?
Speaker ASo it's a long sentence, but I'm going to give you an example.
Speaker AThis is something that I put down prior to recording this show just to help you, because I thought about it like, you know, give them an example.
Speaker ASo here's an example.
Speaker AYou ready?
Speaker AI want to build a people and leadership development business.
Speaker AOkay?
Speaker AThis is what I do.
Speaker AThat empowers individuals to grow personally and professionally, developing the confidence, the clarity and resilience needed to function at a high level while living as a whole, healthy and purpose driven person.
Speaker AThere you go.
Speaker AThat's a dream.
Speaker AIt says what I want to build, says what I want to do, says how I want to do it.
Speaker ARight?
Speaker ASo reflection questions, these are things that you should reflect on and obviously just listen back to it.
Speaker AWell, I'll give give it to you one more time before I give you these reflection questions.
Speaker AI want to build a leadership in people development business that empowers individuals to grow personally and professionally.
Speaker ADeveloping the competence, clarity and resilience needed to function at a high level while living as a whole, healthy and purpose driven person.
Speaker ANow, if you notice, I didn't talk about a promotion.
Speaker AI didn't talk about.
Speaker AThey're gonna have a title because to me.
Speaker AThrow the titles out.
Speaker AThe.
Speaker AMy key is function.
Speaker ADo you function?
Speaker AThat's the key.
Speaker ADo you function?
Speaker ALike that's what I look for.
Speaker AAll right, so reflection questions.
Speaker AThis is what I want you to think.
Speaker AIf no one else's opinion mattered, what would you pursue?
Speaker AThis is going to help you write your one sentence.
Speaker AThis is what you can reflect on.
Speaker ANo distractions.
Speaker AIf no one else's opinion mattered, what would you pursue?
Speaker AAnd don't say nothing, because if it's just nothing, this is the wrong podcast to listen to.
Speaker AI am not the guy of leisure.
Speaker AI'm the guy that says hard, best, uphill work on it.
Speaker AOkay, here's another reflection question.
Speaker AWhen you think of your dream, does it excite you or does it drain you?
Speaker AAnd then can you describe your dream in one clear sentence?
Speaker ARight, that's what you're looking for.
Speaker AThose are your three reflection questions.
Speaker AIf no one else's opinion mattered, what would you pursue?
Speaker AThe second question is, when you think of your dream, does it excite you or drain you?
Speaker AAnd number three, can you describe your dream in one clear sentence?
Speaker AAll right, so here's my closing challenge for you.
Speaker AEven for me, I work on this all the time.
Speaker AYour first step after listening to this episode, I want you to write down your dream in one clear sentence.
Speaker ANo jargons, no fluff, Just what's the essence?
Speaker ALike, what's the essence of your dream?
Speaker AThis simple act of clarity can change everything for you.
Speaker AAnd then I want you to share it with someone you trust and get their honest feedback.
Speaker AAnd does it resonate?
Speaker ADoes it excite you?
Speaker ADoes it excite them right about you?
Speaker ASo just think about that, because next week, what I'm.
Speaker AWhat we're going to do is we're going to continue this on.
Speaker AAll right?
Speaker ANext week, we're going to.
Speaker AWe're going to dive deeper into whether your dream is really attainable.
Speaker ADo you have a plan?
Speaker ADo you have a strategy to make it real?
Speaker ABecause we're going to talk about the reality of turning that dream into something tangible and how to break it down into achievable steps.
Speaker AAnd I promise you, you don't want to miss it.
Speaker AYou don't.
Speaker ASo your reflection questions again.
Speaker AIf no one else's opinion mattered, what would you pursue?
Speaker AWhen you think of your dream, does it excite you?
Speaker AOr does it drain you?
Speaker AAnd can you describe your dream in one clear sentence?
Speaker AWork on that.
Speaker ASo that way the next episode you listen to, you'll be able to move right along with me.
Speaker AI believe in you.
