Speaker AI hope you've enjoyed the week.
Speaker AI hope you've felt some shifts at least loosened up some of those patterns and problems that maybe have been holding you back for quite some time now.
Speaker AToday we're going to look at how we can take action to keep the pattern.
Speaker AIf you haven't broken it already, there's a couple of things you can do to keep loosening it up, if you like, and if you feel you have broken it, there's some things you can do to actually keep keep moving forward.
Speaker ASo the first thing to do is just to reflect on the week.
Speaker AIf you've got a pen and paper, just write down or say out loud, what's one way you've changed how you think, feel or act because of the journey that you've been on this week.
Speaker ANow, I know that I've been working with this process as I've recorded the podcast, and I know I've had some massive shifts this week personally.
Speaker AAnd I think one of them is the decision making is really important and it's something that we're going to follow upon in this episode.
Speaker AThat bit about not just committing, but having conviction behind your decisions, having conviction that this is done, that the new life that you visualized yesterday is yours, that you're anchoring it in and you're taking on the.
Speaker AThe identity of that new person now that we've let go of all of the pattern and whatever problem or stuckness that you came up with.
Speaker AAnd the other thing is to celebrate really, to really look back at everything that you've done and to celebrate the win, celebrate the shifts, whether they're really small, doesn't matter whether there was a massive shift.
Speaker ABrilliant.
Speaker AGive yourself a high five or a happy dance just for taking part this week.
Speaker AAnd then commit to that one thing, choose the conviction, the one thing you'll keep doing to nurture this change.
Speaker AYou've got the recordings now, you can go back and use these anytime you want.
Speaker ASo maybe it's about visualizing, maybe it's the anchoring, maybe it's the parts integration, the integrating the conflict.
Speaker AAim to take something like one action, small action a day or one action a week.
Speaker AMaybe it's using your anchor daily or repeating a new belief or stepping into your new identity.
Speaker AWhatever it is for you that reinforces this pattern break, that reinforces the new you, the new choice that you've made, that you're committed to, that you have conviction for, that you're passionate about this new life that we've visualized, this new version of yourself that you want to live.
Speaker AAnd that's really the sum of today, is to really choose that.
Speaker AChoose to celebrate, but also to choose to celebrate going forward.
Speaker AIt's something that we don't do, I believe we don't do often enough.
Speaker AAnd as I say, we've been working with the unconscious mind this week.
Speaker AAnd the unconscious mind will follow what you celebrate.
Speaker ASo really celebrate everything, celebrate the small things and remember to take an inventory at the end of each day and just acknowledge what you've achieved, how far you've come, write it down so that you can look back, maybe do an audit at the end of each month.
Speaker ABecause often we're so busy moving forward that we forget, get to celebrate.
Speaker AAnd it's that celebration, that kind of audit of life, of living that allows us to see what's really, truly important.
Speaker ABecause it's easy sometimes to aim to meet a goal, meet that goal and move on to the next thing without acknowledging the growth.
Speaker AAnd your unconscious mind loves that acknowledging because it teaches it to look for more.
Speaker ASo it's actually really quite important.
Speaker AIt has been an amazing week.
