Speaker A

Welcome to Love Notes, Rhonda.

Speaker A

And life is good, isn't it?

Speaker A

Life is so good.

Speaker B

Life is good.

Speaker B

Life is good.

Speaker B

Life is good.

Speaker A

You've heard it said a million times, haven't you, that life is good?

Speaker A

You've seen the T shirts.

Speaker A

Life is good.

Speaker A

You've seen the hats, you've seen the coasters, You've seen the napkins.

Speaker C

Life is good.

Speaker A

You've heard other people talk about it.

Speaker A

You've probably said it.

Speaker C

Life is good.

Speaker A

So I want you to think about what you'd have to change within yourself.

Speaker D

What thought, what belief would you have to change within yourself to actually truly

Speaker A

stand in life is good.

Speaker A

Regardless of what's happening to you.

Speaker A

Good, bad, ugly, joyful, graceful, hard, Whatever is going on.

Speaker A

How could you truly say life is

Speaker D

good no matter what's happening to you?

Speaker A

See, we get caught up in saying life is good when life is easy or when we get a surprise or

Speaker D

when life is flowing our way, when

Speaker A

there is something happening to us that we like.

Speaker D

But life is good actually means that life is good all the time.

Speaker D

All the time.

Speaker A

But that's hard to swallow, that's hard to believe, that's hard to live inside

Speaker D

of, that's hard to stand for when

Speaker A

life doesn't feel so good.

Speaker D

So what belief would you have to release?

Speaker D

What thought would you have to let go of?

Speaker D

What do you say to yourself or feel that makes you say, well, life

Speaker A

isn't good right now?

Speaker A

So I want you to think today.

Speaker D

I want you to pay attention today.

Speaker A

What would you have to shift?

Speaker A

What would you have to let go of?

Speaker A

What would you have to change?

Speaker D

What would you have to embrace to truly follow?

Speaker D

Embrace, lead, believe that life is good no matter what.

Speaker C

Life is good.

Speaker C

Life is good.

Speaker C

Life is good.

Speaker D

When the mail's late.

Speaker C

Life is good.

Speaker A

When you fall and hurt your knee.

Speaker C

Life is good.

Speaker D

When a friend, well, kind of feels

Speaker A

like it's a betrayal.

Speaker C

Life is good.

Speaker A

When you are rejected.

Speaker C

Life is good.

Speaker A

When you feel somebody lied to you.

Speaker C

Life is good.

Speaker A

When you know you've lied.

Speaker C

Life is good.

Speaker A

What would you have to believe?

Speaker A

What would you have to let go of?

Speaker A

What would you have to embrace?

Speaker C

Life is good.

Speaker A

So that's your assignment today.

Speaker A

To think about what would you truly have to know, believe, accept.

Speaker A

To stand in Life is good.

Speaker A

All the time.

Speaker A

Until next time, be fearless.

Speaker A

I love you.
