Steve and Kathy Boyls

[00:00:00] Speaker: All right. Welcome back to the Mission Life podcast. Today we're joined by Steve and Kathy Boyles, authors of I've Been To Heaven. Their story spans a life-threatening medical crisis, a fierce season of prayer, and an encounter with eternity that changed everything together. They share testimony of hope, faith, and God's nearness in our most desperate moments.

[00:00:19] Speaker: Steve and Kathy, welcome to the show.

[00:00:21] Speaker 2: Welcome.

[00:00:22] Speaker 3: Thank you.

[00:00:23] Speaker: Wow. Exciting. Yes. Excited to have you. Hey, Steve. Let's start with you here. Before all this began to unfold, what was life like for you and Kathy, leading up to the illness, and did you sense at all that something significant was on the horizon?

[00:00:43] Speaker 3: To answer the last part first, no I did not think anything significant was in the works. But it's funny how God can have a way of making things work out pretty good, even in the worst of times. But no, life for me was I write software. I've been a software developer for 35 years, [00:01:00] so that's what I do, and that's what I had been doing.

[00:01:03] Speaker 3: I was actually writing some software for a pastor who's got an online presence and I'd written some software for him, and so it needed to be updated. And so I was basically just updating the software that I had written for him. And that's basically what my life was like. We go to church on Sundays and Kathy works.

[00:01:22] Speaker 3: That's how my part of the story goes. Leading up to what happened. Kathy can share what about hers?

[00:01:29] Speaker 2: I think the Lord really prepared me for what was coming because in 2018 my mom died and I had lost my dad in 2009. I got more serious about my prayer life and I really wanted a special place to go to pray in the house that was quiet and there weren't any distractions.

[00:01:51] Speaker 2: And when my mom died, I put all of her boxes in this small room at the top of the stairs and shut the door and didn't wanna deal with it. And [00:02:00] when I was praying about, Lord, where can I go? The living room isn't real conducive to quiet times of prayer. The Lord said you have that room at the top of the stairs.

[00:02:09] Speaker 2: And I thought yeah, but no, it's all those boxes. I don't wanna deal with that. And the Holy Spirit said you could clean it out. So I was obedient and I cleaned it out and I turned it into my prayer room. You can use a closet, you can use a corner of a room, you can use a chair, you can use a prayer room.

[00:02:31] Speaker 2: But I think everyone needs to have a special place where they can go to be with God, to talk to the Father, to meet with Jesus. And so I was up there daily, just praying Steve would join me sometimes or he could meet right in his office at home. But that was just a real preparation for those times that I ended up using that prayer room quite a bit when he was in the hospital.

[00:02:59] Speaker: When you [00:03:00] were sharing Kathy. My, my ears honed into the word obedience, right? And I thought that was just such an interesting statement that the Lord prepared you in the sense, but it involved your preparation and your obedience to what he had said. And so many times we can miss it because we think we hear the Lord, or we're just too busy to hear the Lord.

[00:03:18] Speaker: And we missed some of his preparation by not obeying or being a little bit delayed in our obedience. And so that's just so amazing that the Lord and his mercy really prepared you for what was to come the fight of your life, so to speak, and the fight for his life.

[00:03:32] Speaker: And it's amazing that God was working upstream in your life to get things ready. And Steve, walk us through what began to happen, what was the situation that ended up resulting in you having this heavenly encounter?

[00:03:45] Speaker 3: It probably all started towards the end of November of 2021.

[00:03:50] Speaker 3: I was starting to feel bad. I didn't really think much about it because, you've had colds before and stuff like that. Thought it was just a cold, something like that. And we had gone out [00:04:00] to celebrate my birthday and I was not having a fun time at my birthday celebration.

[00:04:06] Speaker 3: We went to a restaurant that I liked to go to, and it just wasn't, it was like trying to make myself have fun or enjoy it, trying to make myself smile. And it just wasn't, it wasn't going well. Then it turned out that Kathy and my daughter also ended up getting sick and we all got tested and we all had COVID.

[00:04:25] Speaker 3: I'll say this before Kathy does, 'cause she always likes to say it, but she got us some medicine to take and everybody was taking their medicine. I was taking mine and I started feeling better. So I quit because I thought, ah, it's working. I must be okay. So I quit Kathy and my daughter took theirs and they got over everything just fine.

[00:04:45] Speaker 3: But I kept getting worse and worse. Kathy got a oxygen concentrator because I was really having a hard time breathing. My oxygen saturations were fairly low 85, something like that, needed to be a lot higher. But I couldn't get comfortable. I still couldn't [00:05:00] breathe well and she was still battling the COVID at the time and she thought the best thing to do would be to possibly take me to the emergency room to see if they could take better care of me

[00:05:11] Speaker 3: my daughter had more like a cold effect. Kathy had a really bad headache and it was hard for her to concentrate and I couldn't breathe. We were all a mess at the time. So they took me to the emergency room and I went in with my daughter and they got me checked in and told my daughter she had to leave 'cause she couldn't come in.

[00:05:30] Speaker 3: And then they took me up to the ICU and then they put me in a room and then I was like, basically I couldn't see anybody in my family for 20 days. So I'll let Kathy say something here.

[00:05:44] Speaker 2: I had just dropped him off. Our daughter was a senior in high school at the time and I said, just go in with daddy and I'll go park the car and I'll be right there.

[00:05:54] Speaker 2: She called me, I was parking the car and said, mom, they won't let me in, and they're not gonna let you in either, so you might as [00:06:00] well just pick me up. So I had this sinking feeling that if this wasn't good, maybe this was the wrong decision because I'm a pediatrician, so I don't know anything about the adult.

[00:06:09] Speaker 2: ICU never worked in an adult ICU. And God did provide I have five doctor girlfriends that were all adult doctors who helped me through this and they would help me navigate things that would go on in the adult ICU. But they did decide by a committee that I could not see 'em for 20 days.

[00:06:29] Speaker 2: And so I couldn't see what was going on. I had no control over anything. And, it was a, an awful time.

[00:06:41] Speaker 3: So after that, I went into the hospital on December 29th, 2021.

[00:06:46] Speaker 2: Ninth.

[00:06:47] Speaker 3: I'm sorry. December 9th of 2021. And then on December 14th, they had decided that I needed to be on a ventilator, although I thought I was doing okay without being [00:07:00] on a ventilator.

[00:07:00] Speaker 3: 'cause I was just on a nose cannula and I thought I was doing okay. I was sleeping okay at night, except when they come in to wake you up to, do something. I think they do that so you don't get well but anyway due to some circumstances that were going on at the time, they put me on the ventilator and I had agreed to it.

[00:07:19] Speaker 3: And because basically after about four or five days of being there I'm ready to leave. I'm like, I wanna get outta this place because all I could do is be in a bed. I couldn't even get up to go, I couldn't get outta the bed,

[00:07:30] Speaker 2: you had that mask.

[00:07:31] Speaker 3: Yeah, and so anyway I was like really wanting to get out and due to some circumstances that happened I won't, I'll bypass those details right now, but they ended up putting me on a ventilator and when they put me on the ventilator, they said, oh, you're only gonna be on it for, seven to eight days and you'll be just fine and then we can take you off and you can probably go home.

[00:07:54] Speaker 3: And I'm thinking, okay, that sounds great. I wanna know when I can get outta here because nobody had told me. [00:08:00] So I'm looking for an exit date. And that was the first time I got one. And so I thought, okay, I can do that. They didn't tell me anything about being on Ventilator, what all it entailed, what all it meant, the repercussions of it all.

[00:08:11] Speaker 3: I had no idea. It wasn't what I thought it was gonna be. So this was certainly a case of uninformed consent because I was not informed of anything that was gonna go on. Wow. So next thing I know, I'm laying in bed and then I'm out of it. Kathy can tell you more the medical part, but it was during that time shortly, after they knocked me out, that I had an angel appear to me and he said, hello, Steve.

[00:08:37] Speaker 3: My name is Maruka. You spell that. M-A-R-Z-U-K-A. I'm here to take you to heaven for a little while your body heals. And so I said, okay, because what else am I supposed to do? My body stayed in the bed. My body didn't leave, but your spirit, soul, and body. My body stayed, but my mind and my spirit left my body,

[00:08:59] Speaker 3: I [00:09:00] wasn't brain dead or anything like that, and I was breathing. I may not have been in really good shape. But, my spirit was able to leave. My body went with the angel and we went to heaven. And it was a pretty fast trip. It doesn't take long to get to heaven and your spirit, and you can see some amazing things along the way.

[00:09:17] Speaker 3: But we got to heaven pretty quick. And there I was, people I knew at the time. He said, I'm gonna take you to heaven for a little while, while your body heals. So I realized right then this is not a one way trip. This is gonna have a return flight coming back.

[00:09:33] Speaker 3: I was happy to hear that, but I was also really excited to see what Heaven was like because I just had never even given it a lot of thought. Kathy can fill in on that.

[00:09:44] Speaker: Wow. I just wanna, Oh

[00:09:46] Speaker 3: yeah.

[00:09:47] Speaker: You were, as you were going, like you experienced some things. You left the earth you travel in a sense.

[00:09:52] Speaker: You saw some amazing things. Can you share with that as you're like your yeah. It didn't take long, but you saw some amazing things.

[00:09:57] Speaker 3: Yeah. Okay. So you gotta realize that you, [00:10:00] here on earth, our eyes have a very narrow light spectrum of colors that they can see. Your spirit man has a much expanded vision field that it can see different colors.

[00:10:10] Speaker 3: So what I saw. Which really amazed me was pretty amazing. But it was, the part of God's creation you don't see with your regular eyes, because I was seeing like gas formations and all kind of stuff that you would see with the Hubble telescope or James Webb Space telescope, just in some amazing things.

[00:10:28] Speaker 3: Yes, they went by really quick. But I did see 'em and it was just one of the most amazing things that I have ever experienced. You, I would get excited here if I got to see a rocket blast off, that's kinda nothing compared to getting to see what, they spend hundreds of millions of dollars on satellites that will take a picture of the same thing that I got to see for free.

[00:10:48] Speaker: That's amazing. And just such, it gives such, credence to the Psalms and talking about how the universe declares majesty and just what you the stars and the, wow. It's just so amazing that you got to pass through some of those things that [00:11:00] we read about even in scripture.

[00:11:01] Speaker: And then we experience with, with our modern technologies in small ways.

[00:11:04] Speaker 3: Small. And when you say that, the universe, is talking about God's glory and, we read that or hear that and we don't really know how to picture that.

[00:11:14] Speaker 3: God's amazing, the stuff he does is just incredible. And to actually be able to, hear that verse or hear that song and put a picture behind it is, that's life changing. That's amazing. That's, it's incredible.

[00:11:30] Speaker: Wow. So he's flying through the universe and, getting ready to experience heaven.

[00:11:34] Speaker: Kathy, you're Earthbound. What were you experiencing?

[00:11:38] Speaker 2: Yeah, so I joke that we should have called this book Joy in Heaven and Hell on Earth because he had the fun part and I got the hell on Earth part, and I didn't know he was having so much fun. But when he got placed on the ventilator we, but prior to that, we were texting a little bit back and forth and couldn't really talk on the phone much because [00:12:00] he had that CPAP mask on.

[00:12:02] Speaker 2: It was really a pain to try to talk on the phone with that. So I knew what the implications were of being on a ventilator. I knew he didn't, and I couldn't go still for 20 days to see him and to watch over things. So I had to send the angels to his room to watch over him.

[00:12:25] Speaker 2: I could not be there to look and see what was going on. So I did a couple of things. I made a document with about four pages of healing scriptures. Because I've been taught faith since I was nine years old. And I have been taught the power of God's word that is the most powerful thing in the universe.

[00:12:47] Speaker 2: And so I began to speak those scriptures over Steve every day. Since I couldn't be with him, I would have a nurse in the room, FaceTime with his phone [00:13:00] so that I could see him. And it was quite shocking at first to see my husband on a ventilator. But I had to get over it and I had to get down to business.

[00:13:10] Speaker 2: And that was prayer and speaking the word, I don't know what to do. And before those words could come out of my mouth, the Lord said, you know what to do. And then I thought, and I went, yeah, I do, because God's word is more powerful than anything else.

[00:13:29] Speaker 2: And so every day for an hour or two I would get on the FaceTime and I would speak the word over him and pray for him and send the angels to his room every day to watch over him. So that was a huge God's word gave me a lot of hope. 'Cause nothing else was giving me hope.

[00:13:49] Speaker 2: Everything else was a bad report and it just kept getting bad and worse. And then it get a little tiny bit better and then it would. Get bad again. And so this was this big rollercoaster going [00:14:00] up and down all the time. And unfortunately, or I don't know, fortunately or unfortunately, I know more than lay people do because I am a physician.

[00:14:07] Speaker 2: So I knew what all the implications were of everything I was hearing. And they didn't mince words either. So it was rough. He had a very slim chance of survival. He went through many problems on the ventilator. He had kidney failure, he had pneumonia three times. He had many points at which he could have died.

[00:14:28] Speaker 2: And many people, unfortunately, in his position did die. But we had to keep praying, speaking God's word. I had some very select people that I talked to and communicated with who I knew would pray in faith and agree with me. And so that's how it went.

[00:14:48] Speaker: It's that minority report. I think it's so amazing that you heard the report of what was happening in the physical, but you took the report of what was happening in the [00:15:00] spiritual.

[00:15:00] Speaker: And so it's so important that we feed ourselves that faith. When the world's dark and we're hearing all the bad reports, we've gotta be the people that listen to the two. We gotta listen to the Caleb and the Joshua and not the rest of the other people.

[00:15:11] Speaker: And we listen to that minority report to give us what we believe. And I think it's just so important that, we do understand the power of the word. That like the angels, they respond to the word of the Lord. And so when we speak that they adhere to that.

[00:15:24] Speaker: They don't listen to our words necessarily, but they do listen to the father's words. And when you are speaking that into the, it's like you were speaking life into the atmosphere. And that's so important because, I even was thinking about how just facing, facing a giant facing Goliath, you had to sit there and you had to turn your face toward it.

[00:15:38] Speaker: And you had to look your husband in the eye and look at him, face to face. And that was a challenging situation. Yet you didn't go by what your physical eye saw, but you went by what your spiritual eye saw, and you spoke to that and you called it out and wow.

[00:15:51] Speaker: What a testimony to faith and testimony to, just the Lord working in your life. That he had been working upstream since nine in your life about faith. And you had been obedient [00:16:00] and putting that room, up at the top of the stairs to pray and that you had been faithful and in those small things that when you needed it you were faithful to believe God for the big things you saw him come through.

[00:16:10] Speaker: Wow, what an amazing testimony of faith and speaking and declaring the word so well.

[00:16:14] Speaker 2: Talking really about one of my new favorite scriptures, which is second Corinthians four 18. I'll start with verse 17. It says, for our light affliction. So Paul calls all this stuff a light affliction, wow. Which is, but for a moment worketh for us a far more exceeding an eternal weight of glory while we look not at the things which are seen but at the things which are not seen for the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal. And so I had to learn to look into the unseen realm.

[00:16:49] Speaker 2: And in the unseen realm Steve was getting better coming home. There was no other result that I allowed myself to think about. [00:17:00] So that is something that is so important 'cause there's so much going on all around us in a realm that we cannot even see. The angelic host is on our side.

[00:17:09] Speaker 2: God sends them to work on our behalf. And so they are there and they are doing a lot that we don't see. And when we pray and we look with our eye of faith into the unseen realm, it gives us great hope.

[00:17:25] Speaker 4: Amen.

[00:17:26] Speaker 3: Just so to touch on what Kathy's about, the faith that she was using is that, a lot of people have a lot more faith in their laundry detergent, cleaning their clothes than they do in Word and coming true with it, and there's not a product that people buy or use that will guarantee a hundred percent. God's word never fails. That's a hundred percent. Okay. Wow. So that's just something I'll throw out there to think about.

[00:17:49] Speaker: Amen.

[00:17:50] Speaker 4: Yeah.

[00:17:50] Speaker: So she's declaring faith over you. She's speaking the word. You're going through the universe, you're seeing things that, you've.

[00:17:57] Speaker: Only seen, via image from the Hubble telescope [00:18:00] you arrived to heaven. What's that? What's it like? We got pearly gates. There's Peter waiting there at the door. What does that look like?

[00:18:06] Speaker 3: I didn't go through any pearly gates. So I'll dispel a couple of conceptions.

[00:18:10] Speaker 3: I didn't see a cloud in heaven. Okay? There's no clouds. I didn't see a pearly gate because, no one's gonna come barging in and attacking heaven. So they don't need gates, god's there and he can shoo 'em away whenever he needs to. And I didn't see Peter standing by any door,

[00:18:25] Speaker: harps?

[00:18:26] Speaker: You see any harps?

[00:18:27] Speaker 3: I didn't see harps, but I did see a lot of musicians who played a lot of different instruments. I'm sure harps are somewhere in heaven.

[00:18:34] Speaker: Okay?

[00:18:34] Speaker 3: So if you're looking for a harp, I'm sure they can find you one.

[00:18:38] Speaker: Alright, perfect.

[00:18:40] Speaker 3: But when I got to heaven, I landed.

[00:18:43] Speaker 3: In this area that had a lot of grass. And the grass was amazing. Normally I don't get too excited about grass because usually you have to cut it or weed it or, trim it or do something.

[00:18:54] Speaker 3: There's a lot of work associated with it. But the grass there was amazing. It was like it bounced. You could [00:19:00] walk on it and it was like a springy thing. It's not gonna eject you 10 feet, it's got some bounce to it. It's soft if you slept in heaven, which I didn't sleep the whole time I was there, I don't think you sleep in heaven at all, but you could probably sleep on that that grass would be better than the softest mattress that you could probably come up with here.

[00:19:17] Speaker 3: So I landed next to this building. And I'll describe it as what I would call a welcoming center. Because I walked in, it was pretty elaborate looking on the inside. It had big chandeliers, and the chandeliers had these big jewels precious that were size of grapefruit and footballs and just huge, but they glowed and gave out this light.

[00:19:37] Speaker 3: And that lit up the room. The sky outside is blue. It's a light blue. It's beautiful. There's no shadows in heaven because there's no darkness, there's no shadows because God is the light of heaven. So that's a weird concept because, we don't need a son because God is the light.

[00:19:54] Speaker 3: So anyway, we go into this building and this man standing behind this pretty ornate looking desk, [00:20:00] says, welcome to heaven. Steve Marzuk is gonna be your guide. He's gonna show you everything that you need to see while you're here. And at the time I noticed that there were these four carvings on the wall.

[00:20:12] Speaker 3: One of 'em was a mountain scene, one of 'em was a valley scene, one was a meadow scene, and one was kind of like Paul described as like a beach scene. And so those were the places. I later on figured out that those were on the wall and those are the places I've been going to. So it was kinda like, equated to you go to a travel agency and you see the Eiffel Tower or Big Ben or the Coliseum, and those are places that you can go and visit at those locations.

[00:20:38] Speaker 3: But these were like pictures of places that I was gonna go see. Although I didn't know that at the time because that's not what the guy said. He just said, you're gonna see what you need to see and Mazua is gonna be your guide. We left the building and the first place I got to go to was the meadow scene.

[00:20:53] Speaker 3: And the meadow was this huge expanse of land with this beautiful grass. And then it had [00:21:00] huge patches of these just amazing colored flowers. More of those amazing colors that you won't see here on earth, but, the colors are interwoven. It's not like it's a solid leaf or a solid color for everything.

[00:21:12] Speaker 3: Everything like mixes and swirls together, and some of 'em sparkle, some of 'em glow. They're all just amazing different things to see on these flowers. And they have an amazing fragrance that you can smell. It's hard to describe.

[00:21:24] Speaker 3: It really is. And there were also these huge trees that I later realized those are mustard trees from mustard seeds. Now what does God's word say about a mustard seed? That's how your faith. Starts out it doesn't end up that way. It grows into these huge, amazing trees, and that's what our faith needs to do.

[00:21:46] Speaker 3: It can't stay a seed. It should actually keep growing into these big, magnificent looking trees, which had all kind of birds flying in and out of them. There's wildlife in heaven. People, I don't know why people think there's not just because it doesn't say so in the [00:22:00] Bible doesn't mean that there isn't.

[00:22:01] Speaker 3: So I saw 'em.

[00:22:04] Speaker: Wow.

[00:22:04] Speaker 3: And so anyway one of the first things I see is this pack of dogs coming up to me. Yes, there's dogs in heaven. These dogs happened to be my dogs that had died and gone to heaven. Somebody said that if you love your pet, you'll see 'em in heaven.

[00:22:19] Speaker 3: I guess if you don't love your pet, maybe you won't. But I saw mine. Ours all ended up in heaven because we loved them all. When they died, they were all in pretty bad shape because they were just old and had gotten ill.

[00:22:29] Speaker 3: But in heaven, their coats looked beautiful. They were vibrant. They were happy. They were full of life. They were running around play with each other. They came up to me and I got to play with them. I got to pet 'em, and they all looked beautiful. One of my dogs, we named him Poppy. Kathy says that he made us his retirement home. He just ended up in our garage one day and wouldn't leave. So we kept him, he had one eye and a bad limp because looked like he had been in an accident a scar that went from his collar down his front leg.

[00:22:58] Speaker 3: He wasn't in the best of [00:23:00] shape, but he was a good dog and we just kept him. And so anyway,

[00:23:03] Speaker 2: we tried to find his owner,

[00:23:05] Speaker 3: but we couldn't. Yeah. Yeah, we tried to, I don't think anybody wanted to claim him. So we took him to the vet. There wasn't a chip or anything,

[00:23:11] Speaker 3: I think somebody just dumped him off in our neighborhood. But anyway, he found his way into our garage and just took up home there. So in heaven, he had both eyes. His coat was just beautiful. He didn't have any scars, no limps, or he looked amazing. And all the other dogs that we'd had that couldn't walk when they passed away they all looked good.

[00:23:31] Speaker 3: They were all running around having fun. Everybody was in perfect condition. So that was fun. That was an exciting thing to see yes. Your dogs or cats. I didn't see any cats, but I didn't ever have any cats. So maybe somebody has cats will see their cats.

[00:23:45] Speaker: Wow. I think that'll make a lot of dog lovers happy.

[00:23:48] Speaker: The cat people? We have a cat. I don't know.

[00:23:50] Speaker 3: Okay.

[00:23:51] Speaker: And, but they're the cat that we had before. Amanda didn't really like, so I don't know, man.

[00:23:55] Speaker 3: Maybe he'll be with you. Maybe the cat.

[00:23:57] Speaker: He'll just be with me. He'll follow me around the dead.[00:24:00]

[00:24:00] Speaker 3: But that's one of the most exciting things people have told me that I've said is that oh good, they're so happy they're gonna see their cats or their dogs in heaven, their pet.

[00:24:08] Speaker: Amazing. Wow.

[00:24:10] Speaker 3: And then after that I saw a friend of mine named Gary that I used to work with.

[00:24:14] Speaker 3: Gary was tall and overweight and we kinda kept encouraging to try to, lose some weight and he just never did. So he is like one of the first people I see. And when I see him in heaven, he is about the same height, but he looks great. He's in shape, he looks like he's been to the gym, working out or something.

[00:24:31] Speaker 3: And everybody I saw looked like they were in their mid twenties to maybe 30. I'm not a great judge of age, but I'd say that's the age range that people seem to be looking like. And, gary looked great. So I went up to him and was able to start talking to him.

[00:24:45] Speaker 3: And I said Gary, so how do you like it here? So I know that sounds like a really crazy question because you're in heaven. What is there not to but having not ever talked to anybody that had been there, I asked him, how do you like it here? And he goes, oh, it's great.

[00:24:57] Speaker 3: He goes, I can eat whatever I like and I [00:25:00] don't gain any weight.

[00:25:02] Speaker: That's awesome.

[00:25:03] Speaker 3: So anyway, that was pretty interesting because I, while I was there, I did manage to eat some food and it was amazing. It was pretty good. And then I got to see after I spoke with him for a while, I got to see my niece her name's Beth.

[00:25:16] Speaker 3: And she passed away in a car wreck about a week before she was supposed to get married. This was back in the mid nineties. That was really pretty bad. The tragic because like I said, she was supposed to get married in a week. So that was pretty awful.

[00:25:31] Speaker 3: But, she looked young, she looked beautiful, she just was amazing. And I got to talk to her for a while. She said that she hangs out with her dad, which was my brother. He passed away in a car wreck about six months after we got married. But she said that they get to hang out together and do things together I guess in heaven is that you could hang out whoever you went with.

[00:25:51] Speaker 3: My niece said that she got to hang out with whoever she wanted to. My brother was hanging out with her. My mom and dad happened to be [00:26:00] together when I saw them. I don't know if that was outta convenience 'cause they both knew I was gonna be there or if they just liked to hang out together, but they were both there.

[00:26:07] Speaker 3: I tend to think they probably liked to hang out together, so I bet you can hang out with whoever you want to. I saw Kathy's mom and dad and again, they all looked in their mid twenties, maybe 30. They all looked healthy and pretty amazing. It was just an amazing experience just to be able to meet those people.

[00:26:24] Speaker 3: I also ended up getting to meet one of my grandmothers, so that was pretty fun.

[00:26:29] Speaker: Wow. Yeah I'm still taken aback. I just wanted to confirm I did hear this and some my research for this, you can confirm, Steve, that there is indeed ice cream in heaven.

[00:26:40] Speaker: That's correct.

[00:26:40] Speaker 3: Yes, there is.

[00:26:41] Speaker: And it's better than Baskin, robs.

[00:26:43] Speaker 3: Oh, yes.

[00:26:45] Speaker: Okay.

[00:26:45] Speaker 3: Sorry for Baskin Rob fans, but yeah, I'm sorry. The heaven ice cream is incredible. Yes. I'm a big vanilla fan. I like to say that vanilla is like a blank canvas that you can decorate any way you want to.

[00:26:57] Speaker 3: The angel, Mazua is a pretty [00:27:00] interesting, story because he's my guardian angel. He told me that he has been my guardian angel since I was conceived. Not just since I was but since I was conceived.

[00:27:09] Speaker: Wow.

[00:27:09] Speaker 3: And he told me that he had saved my life more times than I'll ever know.

[00:27:13] Speaker 3: And I can imagine that because I can think of some times, I'm a wonder dog, how did I ever get out of that? And maybe when the event was going on, I was trying to figure out what was going on, but afterwards, and I'm thinking, okay I'm still breathing. I'm still walking and talking. How did I survive that?

[00:27:29] Speaker 3: And I'm sure those were some of those times when he saved my life and I didn't know about it. But yes, we were doing a walk one time and he told me that he said, you haven't been here for a while and you hadn't eaten anything. Are you hungry? And I didn't really think much about it at the time but then I thought, yeah, I guess I am hungry.

[00:27:46] Speaker 3: So he pulls out this copper colored fruit. It was big, a roundish type thing that looked like it was about as big as a softball or something, but it was copper colored and I started eating it and it tasted, it [00:28:00] was a sweet, sweet taste. It reminded me a lot of an apple, a different look but very similar in taste, but a little bit more on the sweet side.

[00:28:09] Speaker 3: So that was really good. And it wasn't messy. And the ice cream wasn't messy either because right after that he gave me some vanilla ice cream and 'cause he's been with me since I was conceived. He knows that I like vanilla. So he gave me vanilla ice cream and it didn't melt.

[00:28:26] Speaker 3: It didn't run, it didn't do anything. I was just able to walk and talk to him and enjoy eating my vanilla ice cream. It was just amazing.

[00:28:33] Speaker: That's encouraging. In heaven. I won't get stains outta my shirt because I'm notorious for getting stains on my shirt from dripping and filling and all sorts of things.

[00:28:41] Speaker 4: For washing machines.

[00:28:42] Speaker: Wow. This is, I won't have a big, whatever on my white robe

[00:28:48] Speaker 4: stain. No stain in heaven.

[00:28:49] Speaker 3: No stains in heaven.

[00:28:51] Speaker: Now, I'm curious, as you shared the name of this angel, how do you say it?

[00:28:56] Speaker 3: Mazua.

[00:28:57] Speaker: Okay. Have you done any research as to what that name [00:29:00] means at all, or,

[00:29:00] Speaker 3: actually I was told by it's a long story, but to give you the answer it's a Middle Eastern name.

[00:29:06] Speaker 3: It's used in several Middle Eastern countries. And this was a guy from the Middle East. He was Arab, who told me that the name means blessed or one who God provides for.

[00:29:18] Speaker: Wow. Amazing. That's so cool. So in your experiences you had ice cream, which, that in itself was pretty amazing.

[00:29:24] Speaker: But you were having these joyous reunions with different people from your life, but there was one person in particular that you got to meet and it was somebody that you really didn't know on earth. Can you share that story?

[00:29:36] Speaker 3: Sure. So when Kathy had been pregnant, she had been pregnant for four or five weeks, and she always thought that it was gonna be a boy.

[00:29:44] Speaker 3: And since Daniel is her favorite biblical name she won the name Daniel. And, I was okay with that. I,

[00:29:50] Speaker: me too,

[00:29:51] Speaker 3: Sometimes we would wonder like, who, what are we gonna name our daughters when, we kinda go back and forth. But with Daniel I liked the name I said, sure.[00:30:00]

[00:30:00] Speaker 3: So anyway, she had this miscarriage and we lost the baby. And so then that was outta my mind after that. 'cause I thought there's nothing we can do. We just have to go on. Kathy never really forgot about that. And so I'm walking with Mazua and we're walking across this field and this little boy, and I hadn't seen too many before then, but this little boy comes up to me and stops right in front of me, and I look down at him and he goes, hi, my name's Daniel, and I think you're my dad.

[00:30:31] Speaker 3: And of course I'm like if you can be shocked in heaven, I was shocked. Okay. Because it was a big surprise. And, because I really hadn't thought anything about it since, Kathy had the miscarriage and, and I'd always wanted a son, but I never got to have one.

[00:30:45] Speaker 3: He told me who he was and I said we were gonna have a little baby, and we thought it was gonna be a boy and we were gonna name him Daniel. And he said I've been here since I was very little. And I said, your mom would love to see you.

[00:30:57] Speaker 3: And he said, she's really pretty. And he said, yeah, I [00:31:00] know. So people in heaven, they can see us. I don't know how much they watch us, but I do know that they can see us because my dad said something similar to that. Daniel said that he saw what Kathy looked like, so you know, they know.

[00:31:15] Speaker 3: And so for anyone who's ever lost a baby, for whatever reason, you may have lost it. That baby's gonna be there waiting for you. Yeah. So that was pretty incredible. I got to play catch with him, like I said, he was five or six, but he had a good arm and we played catch for a long time.

[00:31:32] Speaker 3: Since there's really no time in heaven, there's nothing to gauge. But it was pretty amazing. It was a great experience. I can wait to go back again, but when I go back again, I'll be happy to know he's gonna be there and I can play some more with him,

[00:31:45] Speaker 4: yeah.

[00:31:46] Speaker: Kathy would like you to wait for a little bit longer.

[00:31:49] Speaker 3: Yeah. I think God's got something for me to do, so I don't think I'm going back just right now.

[00:31:55] Speaker 2: Not

[00:31:55] Speaker: As a mom, Kathy what's that like for you knowing that Steve had this experience [00:32:00] and this encounter with a son that you both didn't get to meet and to spend time with and to build a relationship?

[00:32:06] Speaker: He got to play catch with your son. What's that like for you?

[00:32:10] Speaker 2: It's pretty amazing. I don't share this too often, but when he had all the memories of heaven come back, and it was not immediately when he came back and woke up on the ventilator, but weeks later, and he started having all these memories of a place he'd gone to and prayed about it for a while and was a little nervous about sharing it with me. But as he started sharing some things, I would ask him, did you ever see any children when you were there? And he'd say Nope. No children, no.

[00:32:44] Speaker 2: And I asked him probably a few times, and then one time he just started telling me that story. I remember seeing this little boy and I was like, whoa, you need to say this all [00:33:00] again. Start from the beginning. Tell me every little detail. I wanna know what he looks like. I wanna know how tall he is.

[00:33:05] Speaker 2: I wanna know, what his features are. It was really pretty amazing that God cares and takes care of our little ones even in heaven. I was just thrilled. We've talked about this story a lot, so I can usually get through it.

[00:33:20] Speaker 2: I used to not be able to, without crying a lot every time you would share it, but it really is amazing.

[00:33:27] Speaker 4: Wow. Thank you guys for sharing that. I know that will encourage so many people who have experienced a loss or maybe more than one loss in that way. And it's not easy.

[00:33:39] Speaker 4: But God is so merciful and that's such a beautiful story that you guys shared and just such a amazing encounter. What hope that gives to parents that, have gone through the grieving so Awesome. That's amazing.

[00:33:51] Speaker 2: Yes, and he was young. This is 19 years after that miscarriage, but he was still young I don't know if the Lord maybe lets him [00:34:00] stay young so that we can enjoy them as children when we go eventually.

[00:34:05] Speaker 3: Yeah, he looked like he was like five or six and I guess top of his head came up a little past my waist or something. It's hard to gauge, but, I could tell he was not a toddler, he was bigger than that,

[00:34:16] Speaker 2: you said he played with other kids?

[00:34:18] Speaker 2: Yeah, Jesus played with him.

[00:34:19] Speaker 3: Yeah. So he said he grew up in this place. Where all these other little babies were. And then Jesus comes and plays with them. Wow.

[00:34:27] Speaker: Oh

[00:34:27] Speaker 4: wow.

[00:34:27] Speaker: Man, it doesn't get better than that. Wow. He had the best play partner in the universe.

[00:34:32] Speaker 3: Bet hide and seeks tough though.

[00:34:34] Speaker 3: 'cause I'm sure Jesus can find you really fast. Yeah.

[00:34:36] Speaker: That, that might be, yeah. You probably gotta find a different game for that one. What was, you saw a lot, you experienced a lot, as you reflect back, what is it that maybe you most reflect on, you find yourself most pondering about that experience?

[00:34:52] Speaker: That you look back and like that was I'm sure with all highlights, but what is something that really stood out or maybe most surprised you about [00:35:00] Heaven?

[00:35:02] Speaker 3: Like you said the whole experience was a surprise because Kathy, I never wanted to read a book or hear any DVD or anything about somebody else's experience in heaven.

[00:35:12] Speaker 3: It just never appealed to me to do that. So the whole thing was pretty amazing. But, if I had to pick three events, obviously number one is getting to go to the throne room and see Jesus the whole throne room was pretty incredible.

[00:35:29] Speaker 3: Because it's, just filled with heaven love. There's no strife. None of the things that we experience here on earth are there in heaven, except maybe the love, joy. Because there's no conflict in heaven, people don't get offended at the drop of a hat.

[00:35:45] Speaker 3: People just, know who Jesus is and Jesus in their heart. And we're saved by the blood. So they know. There's no reason to be upset. It's just love. Joy, peace, protection. When I was in the throne room I felt like [00:36:00] I was in the safest place I could ever be.

[00:36:02] Speaker 3: When Jesus gave me a hug I felt like nothing touch me. So that whole experience in the throne room there was a couple little stories about this I tell you, if you don't mind.

[00:36:12] Speaker 3: So I saw two Thrones. One of 'em had God, the father in it, and the other one had Jesus in it. God, the Father was this light that emanated from this throne. I couldn't make out a feature, but God is the light of heaven because you could see that light wherever you were in heaven.

[00:36:28] Speaker 3: That's why there were no shadows in the throne room. But the throne room was just, incredibly beautiful. When God spoke, he thundered. If kinda listen. You can make out what he is saying. But it was pretty incredible. Jesus came down and spoke to me, showed me a couple of pictures of myself.

[00:36:44] Speaker 3: Both of 'em, I was in the same position, but I was laying on the floor and he goes, this is you. This was a black and white picture. He said, this is you, but you're gonna be just fine. But it looked like I was really pale, looked like I was, I don't know, death warmed over something like that.

[00:36:58] Speaker 3: But I looked really bad, but he said, you're gonna be [00:37:00] just fine. And then the next picture was exactly the same pose, but it was an all color picture. And I had on. What I'll just call like red and white striped pajamas. And he said, this is you, but you're gonna be just fine. He goes, you're healed by my blood and my righteousness.

[00:37:17] Speaker 3: And so I, he gave me a big hug and I told him I loved him and I thank him for his sacrifice. Then he spoke to me and told me some stuff that I don't know if it is, related to some other stuff I saw while I was in heaven. But the throne room experience was obviously number one.

[00:37:34] Speaker 3: Number two would be meeting my son Daniel. Number three would just be getting to see all the other people that I'm gonna be able to see again, and I know we're there. My experience with walking around with my angel was pretty wild too. That was pretty amazing. 'Cause I had a lot of conversations with him and so I learned a lot just from talking to him.

[00:37:53] Speaker 3: And I think that was part of the reason that he showed me around so I'd have that opportunity. But one [00:38:00] of the things that he told me was that I asked him how long he had been serving the Lord, and he said since the very beginning, and he said he had a choice at one point in time, but he chose to stay with the Lord.

[00:38:11] Speaker 3: And the devil took a third of the angels. Mazua was one of the ones who didn't go. And he said he been serving the Lord since the beginning, and it was just really neat. He had a really cool big broad sword that he carried across his back. He showed it to me.

[00:38:26] Speaker 3: He said It will cut through anything. There's nothing can. Keep it from cutting through it, except the sheath on its back. He said that's the only thing that protects it from cutting through anything. But it was pretty cool. And then gosh okay, in the throne room when we were walking into the throne room Mazua pushes me forward and he stops and kneels down.

[00:38:45] Speaker 3: And then when we left the throne room, because it was time for me to go back to Earth, I asked him, so why did you push me forward and you kneel down? And he said, I kneel before the Lord because he is my master and I serve him. And that's the way I show [00:39:00] him my loyalty. And I said why did you push me forward?

[00:39:03] Speaker 3: And he goes, because you don't need to bow down because you're his family. You're his son. You don't have to bow down. You can go before the Lord. Boldly. That's what the Bible says, that we go before the Lord boldly. I never made my kids crawl to me when they wanted to come to talk to me about something and nobody else does either.

[00:39:22] Speaker 3: God's a much better parent than we so why would God make us bow down and crawl to him? I know at some point in time we will bow down before Jesus and declare that he is king of Lord of Lords. To come into his presence we can go boldly there and we don't have to crawl and beg and grovel.

[00:39:39] Speaker 3: Some people have this imagination that we do.

[00:39:41] Speaker: Wow. It's what an incredible image because we read those scriptures that it says, come boldly before me, in the time of, when you need grace and come boldly to the throne of grace. And that's just such a powerful imagery.

[00:39:54] Speaker: And as I was looking, there's always the different people that can be skeptics and say, oh, what about this [00:40:00] experience? And, we want to. Look at these sorts of experiences, whatever that is, and measure it by the word. And I love how you shared that when the father spoke he had a thunderous voice because that's really the voice that we see in scripture as well.

[00:40:12] Speaker: Most people just heard thunder, but a few people, heard, this is my son, but most people were like, yeah, it just sounded like thunder. But if you were really listening, I thought that was really interesting how you said that if you were listening, you could almost hear it.

[00:40:23] Speaker: And the person that was writing that down was really listening to the father, that this is my son and whom I'm well pleased, but most people, they didn't hear that. And I love how. When God gives us these experiences that he also, he won't go against his word either.

[00:40:38] Speaker: And so I love how your experience is in alignment with the word the cat sing is definitely in alignment with the word I'm joking. But no, it's just, amazing how the father, sits there. But Jesus came, he came so near to you and I'm just wondering, I know that you shared this before.

[00:40:53] Speaker: What did Jesus look like? So many of us talk about beholding the face of Jesus. What did he look like [00:41:00] and what feelings and what emotions did that evoke and what emanated from him?

[00:41:06] Speaker 3: Oh, that's a lot of questions, but let me see where I can start here. So Jesus looked like to me, he was about six foot tall.

[00:41:14] Speaker 3: He had longish hair. He had a beard, looked fairly well trimmed. And he had blue eyes. I've heard people say that the Bible says that Jesus had eyes of fire. Think about a flame. What is the hottest part? What color is the hottest part of a flame if you turn on a gas stove, the hottest part is gonna be blue.

[00:41:34] Speaker 3: If you look at a log burning fire, the hottest part's gonna be blue. That was pointed out to me by my lovely wife here. The eyes I saw were like a really intense blue, but in that. Intense blue was love and peace. I felt love when I looked into, when I saw those eyes, I felt love and peace and protection, just so many things.

[00:41:59] Speaker 3: And then he [00:42:00] had on a white robe with a purple sash that went across his chest. I saw the holes in his feet. If you've ever seen a picture of, I always have a hard time remembering the girl's name.

[00:42:10] Speaker 2: Oh, a

[00:42:12] Speaker 3: cayenne.

[00:42:13] Speaker: Yeah.

[00:42:13] Speaker 3: That is probably one of the best pictures that you'll see that look like what I saw.

[00:42:20] Speaker 3: So if you wanna get a really good idea of what Jesus looks like, that would be what I saw.

[00:42:27] Speaker: Wow. Amazing. Wanna, pivot this just slightly, 'cause we know you share this in the book and we want our listeners to get this book. But, how has really your experience in heaven, even if it was just, a short moment in your life, a short period of time in your life, how has that changed the way that you live your daily life, you know how you love people, how you even, live out your normal daily life.

[00:42:52] Speaker: What does that look like now?

[00:42:55] Speaker 3: A couple of things. First off I think I have a lot more empathy for people. [00:43:00] If I see somebody that's going through something I feel more empathy for 'em. I want them to be able to get out of the situation that they may be in, that they're having problems with.

[00:43:10] Speaker 3: I'm probably more bold to share things than I used to be before I had this experience. I know I'm a lot more sensitive to a lot of things. I'm more sensitive to emotional things, emotional sensitivities and I'm more aware spiritually because I've been able to see angels on many occasions since I've been back.

[00:43:33] Speaker 3: When I get into an area that's got really amazing praise and worship where the focus is. Singing to God as opposed to singing about God. I can really get into the worship and I start seeing things in the spirit that I would've never seen prior to this. And I kinda surprised me the first couple of times it, happened to me, but, now I'm getting more used to it and just trying to be more aware [00:44:00] of it.

[00:44:00] Speaker 3: So my spiritual sensitivity has gotten a lot stronger. I'll put it that way. And I used to be able to watch pure Flix or what's the other one? Oh, the pure Flix, they have a lot of Christian movies.

[00:44:11] Speaker 4: Hallmark?

[00:44:11] Speaker 3: Yeah. They're very similar to Hallmark, except in fact he created both of those channels be, he wanted to do more. Christian oriented, so he made pure Flix. Anyway, I used to be able to watch those and kinda laugh 'em off thinking, oh, that's silly. It's just a kinda silly story. Now I'll sit there and sniffle and get those, tears out of my eyes because I'm thinking, oh, I'm so sweet.

[00:44:31] Speaker 3: So anyway, I'm much more sensitive in that sense now,

[00:44:34] Speaker: sure.

[00:44:35] Speaker 3: So anyway, yeah. I just like to, I have more empathy for people. When I see somebody that's in really bad shape I'll have a real heart for 'em and wanna pray for 'em.

[00:44:44] Speaker 3: And maybe if I'm driving by and see somebody, I'm not gonna stop the car and pray, but at least I'll start praying to the Lord, to help that person. Which I might've just driven by and never done anything before.

[00:44:56] Speaker: And Kathy, your experience, what has that been like now that [00:45:00] Steve's come back and he's experienced that and you, in writing this book, what's it been?

[00:45:03] Speaker 2: Well, Steve is just definitely more spiritually aware. Definitely when we pray every night and we really try to enter into the Lord's presence and listen to him. And Steve just, he hears the Lord speak regularly. He sees into the spirit realm fairly regularly.

[00:45:25] Speaker 2: So it's very different that way. Let me just share one thing about angels just because the unseen realm is so real and we need to know that, on the other side in, the dark side. People do know that there is a dark side and that is real as well. But God is so much more powerful and so many more with us than with the enemy.

[00:45:50] Speaker 2: And so if we would just realize that, we cannot see it, but we can use our faith and see things with [00:46:00] the eyes of our faith. I was praying when Steve was in the hospital in a very low point for me. He was doing really poorly and it was very much a life and death situation. I was praying with a friend of mine who is a missionary, by the way, on the other side of the world, about 12 hours difference from our time zone.

[00:46:20] Speaker 2: And she and her husband, very strong prayer warriors and they would stay up all night praying for Steve. And we would take, 'cause I was awake when they were sleeping, and we'd go back and forth. We were praying on the phone, and my friend Marilyn did not know that I was sending those angels to Steve's room every day, but we're praying.

[00:46:42] Speaker 2: And she said, Kathy, the Lord is showing me Steve's room. He's taking me in the spirit. I can see it. I can see him laying in the bed. I see the machines and the monitors and everything. I see him. And I said, really? And she said, and I see all these [00:47:00] angels in that room, and there are two angels, one on either side of the door.

[00:47:07] Speaker 2: And they will not let any evil come into this room. And the Lord is telling me that this room is an embassy of heaven. And so I was like, wow, of course I'd been sending the angels to the room, so I guess I shouldn't have been surprised. But when you actually hear it and someone actually sees it, because the Lord allows them to see it, it's oh my goodness.

[00:47:34] Speaker 2: One time we were praying and I asked for 200 angels around our house and Steve, like very calmly and everything, just immediately he saw them and he said, I see them. And then he started to describe the two rows of angels and what they looked like all the way around our house.

[00:47:51] Speaker 2: And I was like, what? You see them? Are you kidding me? And he goes, yeah, I see them. So it is so real, [00:48:00] some of us get to see it and then others of us have to use our faith. But it doesn't matter whether you can see it or use your faith, they are still there.

[00:48:10] Speaker 4: Yeah. It reminds me of that story of Elisha and the servant when they were, surrounded and Elisha said, oh Lord, that you would open his eyes that he could see.

[00:48:18] Speaker 4: And Elisha, it doesn't say that he actually saw it himself, but he believed that they were there and the servant was the one who saw the angelic host surrounding the enemy.

[00:48:31] Speaker: Wow.

[00:48:31] Speaker 2: Yes. And they surround us. And if we would just realize what God has provided for us and the power of his word, we wouldn't doubt no matter what we're going through.

[00:48:45] Speaker: That's amazing. Wow. We could just keep on going, but we know you recount more of this in the book, so we wanna make sure we're conscious of your time as well. We'd love to pivot just with a couple quick questions, some fun questions for you here as we begin to [00:49:00] close out.

[00:49:00] Speaker: Amanda, would you like to ask the first fun question as we begin to wrap this up?

[00:49:07] Speaker 4: Yeah. What's a quirky or silly thing, Steve, that you maybe took for granted on Earth that seen in heaven helped you appreciate more?

[00:49:20] Speaker 2: Silly.

[00:49:21] Speaker 3: Oh, I guess it's not, I don't know that it's silly, so Bara has been with me for forever. So when he gave me the vanilla ice cream, he said here's some vanilla ice cream for you. And I said, oh, vanilla, that's my favorite.

[00:49:34] Speaker 3: And he rolled his eyes. He goes, yeah, I know. And then we went to this place with the palm trees and the sand, and it kinda reminded me of a beach that you might see here in Florida. And I said, oh, wow. I love palm trees. This is great. And he goes, yeah, I know. I've been on all your vacations.

[00:49:49] Speaker 3: The deal is that we have an angel and they follow us around. Now your angel is, is only if you're not born again, you still have an angel, but your [00:50:00] angel's not really doing anything for you. He really can't because he doesn't have permission. When you have accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior, that angel is now on duty full time and they will take care of you and watch over you.

[00:50:13] Speaker 3: I don't know if that is quirky because people usually don't think too much of angels. I know. I didn't think a whole lot about 'em. But now I'm very aware of them. So I guess that, hopefully that answers your question.

[00:50:26] Speaker: Yeah. Two other quick ones. If you're having experience had a soundtrack to it what song would be playing on a repeat?

[00:50:34] Speaker 3: Oh, wow. Oh my goodness.

[00:50:38] Speaker 2: Oh, you went to that comp?

[00:50:40] Speaker 3: I did go to a concert and they played handles Messiah. So I don't know if that was the one, it might've been the soundtrack from Chariots of Fire.

[00:50:50] Speaker: Wow.

[00:50:50] Speaker 3: I don't know. I'm trying to come up with something. It's not gonna be probably most of the music I might be listening to today but

[00:50:57] Speaker: hallelujah.

[00:50:58] Speaker: I like, I think that's [00:51:00] pretty, pretty amazing. Yeah. And last one, if you had to give a heaven report, like you're a news anchor, you have to, you're reporting on heaven, you had to give a news report in 30 seconds how would you sum it up? Hey, this is Steve reporting from heaven. Here's.

[00:51:15] Speaker: What's going on.

[00:51:16] Speaker 3: Okay. This is Steve reporting from heaven and I'm reporting that the sky is a light blue color. There's not a cloud in the sky. The weather is perfect. You might just call it conditions. So the conditions are perfect.

[00:51:27] Speaker 3: The food is great. The people are amazing. It is a great place to visit and it's a great place to stay.

[00:51:35] Speaker: It's a great place.

[00:51:36] Speaker 3: You'll have perfect accommodations when you come here.

[00:51:40] Speaker: Love it. So the book is, I've Been to Heaven. Tell us how our listeners can purchase your book.

[00:51:47] Speaker: Where can they get that and how can they connect with you guys?

[00:51:50] Speaker 3: The, probably the best place to get it is you can find it on Amazon. And if you just look for, I've been to Heaven book. [00:52:00] Or I've been to heaven, Steve Boyles. It's B-O-Y-L-S with no e. Most people like to put an E in there.

[00:52:07] Speaker 3: You can find the link there on Amazon, or if you go to Steve and Kathy b.com, that'd be Kathy with a K. There's a page there that has all the different online locations that you can buy it at. Sometimes you can find it at, it is just been out for a month or so, a month and a half, maybe two months, six weeks.

[00:52:26] Speaker 3: And it's starting to get into some of the stores like Barnes and Noble. You might be able to find one you can order at those places. And hopefully they're gonna start carrying a, larger quantities of the book. But the online locations are the ones that I mentioned that you can get them.

[00:52:41] Speaker 2: And if you wanna connect with us the probably I do have an email associated with our website. So it's Kathy with a k, so K-A-T-H-Y at. Steve and Kathy b.com. So if you wanna send us an email or you wanna connect with us or have us come [00:53:00] talk to your group, we're happy to do that.

[00:53:03] Speaker: Amen. Absolutely.

[00:53:04] Speaker: Listeners, as always, we'll have those in the show notes for you, Steve and Kathy. Wow, what an honor to have you guys on the show. Thank you so much for being faithful to record the experience and to write those things down so that way one that you guys can remember, but also two, that all of us can begin to experience it and we can get our hopes up for heaven and what it, what all is going to entail.

[00:53:25] Speaker: So thank you for giving us that small glimpse today. And listeners, make sure you go out and get the book so you can read all about this experience more in detail. We speak blessing over you guys and we look forward to just seeing how God continues to use you guys and this book to bless so many.

[00:53:39] Speaker 3: Thank you so much. We appreciate the invitation to be here.

[00:53:43] Speaker: Amen. Thank

[00:53:43] Speaker 2: you.
