Speaker:Gotta have intermittent fasting products to help bump up your weight loss results.

Speaker:Um, actually I've got a few blog posts, uh, on this topic.
Speaker:I have a podcast episode about how much apple cider vinegar
Speaker:has helped me, but I really.
Speaker:Do mean it.
Speaker:Once I started adding one to two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to my
Speaker:daily diet, um, and making my homemade a CV weight loss cocktail, uh, that I break
Speaker:my fast with every day, I was amazed.
Speaker:No joke, it undeniably.
Speaker:Catapulted my weight loss results.
Speaker:Adding a tablespoon, that's it.
Speaker:A tablespoon of apple cider vinegar or a CV to your day can be a
Speaker:very, very valuable tool to use throughout your weight maintenance
Speaker:and your weight loss journey.
Speaker:And there are truly so, so, so many incredible apple cider vinegar.
Speaker:Benefits.
Speaker:A CV contains acetic acid, which has been shown to reduce appetite.
Speaker:It also increases feelings of fullness.
Speaker:A CV boosts metabolism, it improves insulin sensitivity, and I really,
Speaker:really believe that it promotes fat loss.
Speaker:Scientific studies suggest that consuming apple cider vinegar closely before.
Speaker:Or during a meal can also help improve insulin resistance and balance
Speaker:blood sugar levels, and this is gonna help prevent spikes that may
Speaker:contribute to cravings and overeating.
Speaker:I've been breaking my intermittent fast with brag, apple cider
Speaker:vinegar every single day.
Speaker:I've missed a few days here and there, but pretty much every single
Speaker:day for the last four plus years now, and that's because it really, really
Speaker:works and it makes me feel incredible.
Speaker:It really helps with digestion too.
Speaker:My husband does it, um, different reasons, but.
Speaker:All the same benefits.
Speaker:Um, you can get it at just about any grocery store.
Speaker:You can of course order it from Amazon.
Speaker:I usually get mine from Thrive Market.
Speaker:Um, it's online and I found that to be the cheapest for me.
Speaker:But I do have to pay like $60 a year to have that thrive, membership.
Speaker:But no matter where you get it, it's only about five to $7 for a 16 ounce bottle.
Speaker:And that will last you quite a while.
Speaker:Moving on to number two on my gotta have IF list.
Speaker:We have LMNT or element electrolyte Packets.
Speaker:So throughout my intermittent fasting and weight loss journey, I experimented
Speaker:with many different electrolyte drink mixes and powders and supplements.
Speaker:And after a whole bunch of trial and error, I finally found the best
Speaker:electrolytes for my body element.
Speaker:Raw unflavored electrolyte packets.
Speaker:So element electrolyte packets are an energizing hydration supplement drink
Speaker:mix, and it, they can easily be mixed with plain or sparkling mineral water.
Speaker:I personally like mine mixed with sparkling water.
Speaker:I just think it tastes better, uh, the importance of electrolytes
Speaker:while intermittent fasting.
Speaker:Cannot be overstated.
Speaker:Proper electrolyte balance really is crucial for optimal hydration,
Speaker:for nerve function and muscle function, which are all essential
Speaker:for overall health and wellbeing.
Speaker:By ensuring that you're getting an adequate intake of essential minerals
Speaker:through an electrolyte supplement during intermittent fasting, especially
Speaker:extended fasting, we can enhance our energy levels, boost our immune system,
Speaker:prevent muscle cramps and tiredness, and support cognitive function and just.
Speaker:Overall promote a smoother fasting experience.
Speaker:This really is one natural dietary supplement, I guess you could say,
Speaker:that you do not want to miss out on.
Speaker:When I was first starting out with fasting.
Speaker:Um, those little electrolyte packets helped me out so, so much.
Speaker:Uh, they helped me push through my fasting windows as my body was
Speaker:getting used to fasting and building up that kind of like fasting muscle.
Speaker:So at first I used them several times a week.
Speaker:I just pop a element, pack it out, mix it in with my water, and drink it around.
Speaker:You know, I don't know.
Speaker:When I was first starting, I figured like around 14, 16 hours I was starting
Speaker:to get a little bit cranky, a little bit hangry, and so that really helped out.
Speaker:But now that I am so used to fasting, I only use these, element supplements.
Speaker:When I do an extended fast of more than say 24 hours, which now is only about
Speaker:once a week or a few times a month.
Speaker:So it is important, however, to note that if you are concerned about fasting clean,
Speaker:and that of course is what I do, um, it is essential that you use the plane.
Speaker:Raw and unflavored element electrolytes so that you don't unintentionally break
Speaker:your fast with flavored electrolytes that contain extra ingredients, like
Speaker:added sugar and Element does have, a bunch of yummy different flavors, but
Speaker:save those for your eating window.
Speaker:If you wanna make sure that you don't break your fast.
Speaker:Alright, number three is Kirkland Organic Coconut Oil.
Speaker:Coconut oil is a zero carb healthy fat food, and healthy fats play a very
Speaker:crucial role in supporting weight loss.
Speaker:During intermittent fasting, studies have shown that coconut
Speaker:oil is thermogenic, which means.
Speaker:Eating it can help to rev up your metabolism and increase
Speaker:fat burning in the body.
Speaker:I use coconut oil in so many different ways, um, including I
Speaker:cook and I bake with coconut oil.
Speaker:Sometimes you can swap out different, you can swap out butter or you can
Speaker:swap out different baking oils.
Speaker:For coconut oil, I add one to two tablespoons of coconut
Speaker:oil to just about every.
Speaker:Fat burning weight loss smoothie that I make.
Speaker:I add it to coffee sometimes now, not during my fasting window,
Speaker:because it will, it does have calories and it will break your fast.
Speaker:But if I am in my eating window, a lot of times, uh, if we're having like an
Speaker:early dinner, I like to get decaf coffee and putting coconut oil in your coffee.
Speaker:Oh, it is so, so good.
Speaker:It's like a natural, healthy, super yummy creamer replacement.
Speaker:That , makes your coffee even more fat burning.
Speaker:So, uh, drizzle melted coconut oil over yogurt.
Speaker:That is so good.
Speaker:Or sometimes I put it over.
Speaker:Air popped popcorn.
Speaker:Pop a spoonful or two of coconut oil into the microwave and heat it for
Speaker:about 20 seconds and it will completely change to a liquid form and then
Speaker:drizzle away and enjoy the yumminess.
Speaker:My favorite way though to use coconut oil is to make my super yummy keto
Speaker:diet friendly coconut fat bombs.
Speaker:My coconut oil fat bombs are so, so delicious, and they will help
Speaker:you fast, easier, and longer too.
Speaker:They are the perfect ending to your eating window, um, that crushes your sweet tooth.
Speaker:It's, um, a satisfying and healthy fat burning treat really.
Speaker:So my favorite brand of coconut oil is Kirkland Organic Coconut Oil.
Speaker:But you can use other brands.
Speaker:Just make sure that the label reads these words, organic, unrefined, and
Speaker:virgin, and you'll be good to go.
Speaker:Next up is number four.
Speaker:And that is Quest Protein Powder.
Speaker:Incorporating a high quality protein powder like Quest into your intermittent
Speaker:fasting routine is an essential component of a successful fasting routine.
Speaker:During intermittent fasting, you have limited eating windows and.
Speaker:That's why it's so important to make every meal count in terms of
Speaker:nutrition and getting enough protein is really important, but sometimes
Speaker:it can be very difficult to do.
Speaker:Getting enough protein helps you feel fuller for longer.
Speaker:Reducing the likelihood of overeating during your eating window.
Speaker:Protein aids in muscle preservation, ensuring that your body
Speaker:primarily burns fat for energy.
Speaker:And finally, protein can help regulate blood sugar levels, which can be
Speaker:particularly beneficial for individuals with insulin sensitivity issues.
Speaker:A good quality protein powder, um, and, and making that into an on the
Speaker:go, uh, meal replacement, or, uh, a meal that goes along with your meal.
Speaker:Um, shake is a great way to conveniently add in more protein to your day.
Speaker:I love Quest protein powder for a whole bunch of awesome reasons.
Speaker:Number one.
Speaker:The high protein content quest, uh, protein powder is packed with like
Speaker:20 plus grams of protein per serving.
Speaker:It's low in added sugars.
Speaker:Quest protein powder typically contains very few grams of sugar
Speaker:per serving and very minimal.
Speaker:Added sugar, which can really be important for controlling calorie
Speaker:intake and your blood sugar levels.
Speaker:Quest is low in carbs and it's also pretty low calorie, especially when comparing
Speaker:it to other protein powders out there.
Speaker:It's super convenient.
Speaker:Quest has a bunch of delicious options and a big variety of flavors.
Speaker:It's really versatile.
Speaker:You can incorporate Quest protein powder into a ton of different
Speaker:weight loss recipes and smoothies, sweet treats and desserts, and
Speaker:it's super easy to bake with too.
Speaker:Quest has quality ingredients, and last but not least, the
Speaker:price is very cost effective.
Speaker:I use and love all the different flavors, chocolate, vanilla, peanut
Speaker:butter, but the flavor that I love and use the most is salted caramel.
Speaker:I think I have like 15 different recipes on my website that use the

Speaker:You have got to try it.

Speaker:Number five, kettlebells.
Speaker:Okay, not a food item, but definitely a gotta have item if you wanna
Speaker:get serious about, succeeding.
Speaker:Along your intermittent fasting journey.
Speaker:So another, like I said, effective intermittent fasting weight loss
Speaker:boosting strategy is to add in a little strength or resistance training
Speaker:to your regular exercise routine.
Speaker:And kettlebells are a. A really easy and effective way to do just that.
Speaker:I love kettlebells.
Speaker:They are easy to use and you can carry them around to wherever you need to, and
Speaker:it's really important to combine lifting some weights or some resistance training
Speaker:with your intermittent fasting routine.
Speaker:Lifting weights promotes muscle gain and muscles need more energy, which
Speaker:means they burn more fat for fuel.
Speaker:Intermittent fasting, on the other hand, helps your body become more
Speaker:efficient at using stored fat for energy.
Speaker:So when you do both together, your body becomes a fat burning machine.
Speaker:It's like having a dynamic duo working around the clock to melt
Speaker:away those extra pounds for you.
Speaker:, I've got a three piece set of kettlebells, all different weights that I love.
Speaker:I got them from Amazon a few years ago.
Speaker:I try to do two kettlebell sessions a week.
Speaker:I just search up kettlebell workouts on YouTube.
Speaker:Carolyn Gervin is my fave.
Speaker:She has a really, really good 15 minute and a 30 minute full body
Speaker:kettlebell workout, that I love to do.
Speaker:Like I said, it's free.
Speaker:Juice and Toya are great too.
Speaker:They have kettlebell, workouts on YouTube that really do get the job done.
Speaker:I'll go ahead and leave the link to the kettlebell set that I
Speaker:have in the show notes for you.
Speaker:Number six.
Speaker:The only bean, which are at a Mame snack packs.
Speaker:Everybody needs a crunchy potato chip, like snack that's healthy
Speaker:when they are losing weight.
Speaker:One that they can grab and go eat in the car on the way to work or when you're
Speaker:on vacation or you hit a midday slump.
Speaker:Um, at work, the only.
Speaker:Bean snack packs are super high in protein.
Speaker:They're low carb, they're gluten free, and they are so, so delicious.
Speaker:They have a bunch of different fun flavors like ranch and wasabi and
Speaker:buffalo, and sea salt and sriracha.
Speaker:Yum, yum, yum.
Speaker:And did I mention how darn healthy?

Speaker:tumbles around and does something magical inside your tummy, but it curbs your
Speaker:appetite and it gets rid of those nagging hunger pains so that you can fast, easier.
Speaker:And longer and lose more weight with intermittent fasting.
Speaker:LaCroix Sparkling Water is probably my favorite brand because it's
Speaker:packed with natural ingredients.
Speaker:It tastes delicious, has zero sugar, zero calories, and offers
Speaker:both plain and flavored varieties.
Speaker:I usually get my sparkling water from Aldi Foods if you've got a Aldi near you.
Speaker:Take advantage of it.

Speaker:Leave the flavored kinds for your eating window.
Speaker:You don't want to take any chances with possible insulin spikes, or,
Speaker:um, breaking your fast accidentally.
Speaker:Alright, moving on to number nine on my list.
Speaker:Delay.
Speaker:Don't deny by June Stevens, the book, the best book.
Speaker:It.
Speaker:Truly is a groundbreaking book in my opinion.
Speaker:This is the book that started it all for me.
Speaker:It taught me about the many benefits of intermittent fasting and about
Speaker:the real possibility of reaching a healthy weight, and it did it in such
Speaker:a simple, easy to understand way.
Speaker:Since reading this book and adopting this fasting diet plan, my life
Speaker:has been forever transformed.
Speaker:I, I really just gotta say, um, it's an extremely quick and it's an easy read.
Speaker:And Jen Steven's the author.
Speaker:She's a definite fasting guru.
Speaker:She's relatable and she really has a gift for teaching and for
Speaker:explaining, and her writing style is, is actually quite entertaining too.
Speaker:So I think I read the whole book in less than four hours.
Speaker:Delay Don't deny.
Speaker:Completely changed my life.
Speaker:I know I said it, I already said it a few times, but I really do
Speaker:believe, um, it's a must read book.
Speaker:When you are serious and deciding to do if f Okay, last but not
Speaker:least is kind of a silly one, but um, number 10 is a ninja blender.
Speaker:So if you plan on consuming weight loss smoothies regularly, like I do.
Speaker:I would highly suggest that you invest in an extremely efficient blender,
Speaker:and I love fat burning smoothies.
Speaker:You do have to be careful with what you put in them.
Speaker:I think that's going to be my November 30th.
