Welcome back to another episode of Health Hacks as I continue sharing with you my biggest learnings from 2024 and today, I want to talk to you about are you running the love story or the horror show of your life? Because here's the learning, you can change it. If you're running the horror show, you can change it into running the love story, and that is so empowering. And I absolutely love this and the reminder of this learning is so important, because you see your childhood programming and all of your life's experiences are impacting the filters within your unconscious mind, and every experience that you have happened to you in life or happen for you in life, goes through those filters, and then it creates what we call an internal representation, or the movie screen in your mind's eye. And so is that the love story and or is it the horror show? And those filters, all humans have the same categories of filters, and they are how you move through time, matter, space, energy, as well as your beliefs, your values, your decisions, your language, your meta programs, the basis of your personality, and then all of your memories, and all of those are the categories of filters, and then all of your life experiences puts data into those filters. And because no two of us have ever lived identical life experiences, your the content in your filters are as different as your fingerprints. And so no two of us has the exact same life, and the way we approach life and look at life is different. We're literally creating our own reality every single day. And so if based on your childhood programming and life experiences your filters are having, you run the horror show, the good news is, is that you can change that using the world's most powerful mind body tools, we can literally shift those filters for you so that you can start to run the love story and move into feeling empowered and joyful and positive about your life. And so this is such a valuable lesson, just for the fact that you can change it. As I said, you're creating your own reality every single day, and it can be changed when we change those filters. And that's something that until I did training in NLP timeline therapy, hypnotherapy and NLP results coaching, I'd never stopped to think about the fact that I was creating my own reality every single day, and that it was largely based on my thoughts and my experiences, going through my filters and when we have the ability to let go of the baggage from the past, to use the right tools to rewrite that inner narrative. We can literally shift the filters, which shifts the outcome, and you get to run the love story. Because wouldn't you much rather run the love story than the horror show?
