Speaker:Hello there, Modern Man. In today's episode, we're going to
Speaker:talk about the Get Hard System. It's my special system which I
Speaker:use to restore your sex life again and your erection again.
Speaker:It's the Get Hard System. And today we're going to talk about
Speaker:the 2025 version. So stay tuned. We're going to dive deeply into
Speaker:it, but I'm also going to give you things that you can do at
Speaker:home if you cannot come to my office to get the Get Hard
Speaker:System.
Speaker:The Get Hard System is a comprehensive system that I
Speaker:created to involve total restoration of your sexual
Speaker:function, involving the brain, your emotion, your hormone, your
Speaker:nerve, your blood vessels and your muscle, working together
Speaker:cohesively to restore function again. And the Get Hard System
Speaker:will get you functioning in as little as five days, but
Speaker:sometimes even take months. But it is a comprehensive system to
Speaker:heal you from the inside out so you can get more function again.
Speaker:But if you cannot come to my office to get this, then you can
Speaker:actually do this within the Modern Man Club, where we will
Speaker:coach you on things that you can do at home that can be as
Speaker:effective. It just won't take as fast as in the office getting
Speaker:this Get Hard System, but you will get results.
Speaker:So what is the Get Hard System about? The Get Hard System
Speaker:involves six system. The first system is the brain. Let me show
Speaker:you on this slide right here. Why the brain? Because nothing
Speaker:will work down below if the brain is not in the right spot.
Speaker:The brain has to be relaxed. The brain has to be attuned to the
Speaker:senses, the five senses that you have, which is the vision, your
Speaker:nose, your mouth for taste, and hearing and touch. So the brain
Speaker:has to be relaxed. First of all, it has to be a two to the five
Speaker:sensor. That's how you get aroused. Okay? Arousal starts
Speaker:from the sensory feedback that you have from your eyes, your
Speaker:nose, your mouth, and your hearing, and your mind has to be
Speaker:calm. How do you calm your mind? Through nasal breathing like box
Speaker:breathing that I show you. So do refer to this episode here where
Speaker:I talk about nasal breathing using the box breathing
Speaker:technique. How do you also calm down the brain? Through sleep.
Speaker:Sleep for seven hours at night. Stop porn. Stop smoking. This is
Speaker:a must, because if you want to get your erection back, you've
Speaker:got to stop porn and stop smoking, because don't drink
Speaker:alcohol. You can still drink about two drinks a day. That's
Speaker:not bad. And first starts on the brain. Gotta address the brain.
Speaker:The second part is your emotions. How do you calm down
Speaker:your emotions? Kind of almost the same thing as the brain,
Speaker:because when you get the five sensors that go to your brain,
Speaker:and it's mixed in with how you're feeling at that moment,
Speaker:you feel anxious, you feel distracted, you feel depressed,
Speaker:then the signal is not going to go to your heart and increase
Speaker:your heart rate to increase more blood flow. So emotion has to be
Speaker:in the right state. That's why doing nasal breathing will help
Speaker:you relax. Sleeping will help you heal and relax your mind,
Speaker:because when you sleep seven hours at night time, you also
Speaker:have psychological healing as well. Stop porn, because porn
Speaker:messes up with your emotion in your mind as well. You meditate,
Speaker:you will stay attuned to your body. So the five senses in the
Speaker:brain, and then the emotion, and then even still in the brain.
Speaker:Now we're still in the brain, hormones get released in the
Speaker:pituitary gland. So the hormone gets released the pituitary
Speaker:gland, which then stimulates testosterone to be released from
Speaker:your testicles. So then the hormone has to be in an optimal
Speaker:state. And if you sleep well, you will make more hormones as
Speaker:well too. You can also increase your hormones levels, such as
Speaker:testosterone, through the Mediterranean diet, through
Speaker:exercise such as high interval exercise, but it could be a
Speaker:boxing, it could be rowing. It could be low impact, such as
Speaker:even yoga or pilates. My favorite again, sleep. Sleep is
Speaker:very important for hormone production. That's when your
Speaker:testosterone hormones are being made at night time. Testicle
Speaker:massage, refer to this video that I show you how to do
Speaker:testicle massage, just for a few minutes a day, will help
Speaker:increase more testosterone production in your testicles,
Speaker:and also the Good Morning Wood smoothie. The Good Morning Wood
Speaker:smoothie is full of antioxidant, full nitric oxide, which then
Speaker:also will help increase hormone as well as increasing blood flow
Speaker:as well.
Speaker:So these are things you can do at home, if you're in my office,
Speaker:the hormone we would do blood work, and we would, if we find
Speaker:that your testosterone level is a sub optimal, or you start to
Speaker:have symptom from low testosterone or the condition
Speaker:called hypogonadism, then we would supplement testosterone
Speaker:replacement therapy with either injection or with pellets. So
Speaker:that's hormone, but you can do this at home too to optimize
Speaker:your level.
Speaker:The next part of Get Hard System, number four, is the
Speaker:nerve. As you can see on the slide there, the nerve can also
Speaker:be optimized by, again, the Mediterranean diet, exercise,
Speaker:and there are certain supplements that we give you,
Speaker:like Omega 3, like nitric oxide, will help with the nerve
Speaker:function. Because you need the nerve to go from the brain to
Speaker:your heart to the penis, to work optimally, so you can get the
Speaker:signal to have the muscle be relaxed, so it can have more
Speaker:blood flow. So you do the diet and exercise at home and the
Speaker:supplement. But in my office, I would actually harvest your own
Speaker:stem cells, such as the platelets from your blood, and I
Speaker:would put that into the penis to stimulate more blood flow, as
Speaker:well as do focus shock wave therapy to the penis as well as
Speaker:to the prostate and the pelvic muscle. And Botox, Botox
Speaker:injection to the penis muscle or the corpus cavernosum will also
Speaker:help with the nerve conduction as well, too. So in the office,
Speaker:a little bit more invasive, but faster, and work right in the
Speaker:targeted area, because don't do this at home, but just take
Speaker:time, maybe up to about six to eight weeks, maybe three months.
Speaker:But you have to be consistent.
Speaker:So number five of the Get Hard System is the blood vessels,
Speaker:because the erection is all about getting increasing blood
Speaker:vessels in the penis. You don't have enough blood flow to the
Speaker:penis, and that if the blood doesn't stay in the penis,
Speaker:you're not going to get a functional erection. You can get
Speaker:an erection, but then you lose the rigidity fairly quickly. So
Speaker:how do you improve blood vessel function so that way you can get
Speaker:more blood flow down there? Again, the Mediterranean diet
Speaker:exercise, the penis pump. The penis pump will bring in more
Speaker:oxygenated blood to the penis as well and expand the muscle. And
Speaker:you get an immediate erection by using the penis pump. I believe
Speaker:that the penis pump is the man's best friend. I think every man
Speaker:over 25 should use the penis pump, whether he has ED or not.
Speaker:It's his penis exerciser. And then next is stop smoking, of
Speaker:course, and moderate your alcohol. When you drink too much
Speaker:alcohol, it's going to damage the blood vessels as well. How
Speaker:much is too much alcohol? Probably no more than three
Speaker:drinks a day. And again, nitric oxide supplements, and you can
Speaker:do this at home with taking nitric oxide supplements, the
Speaker:one I recommend that we have here, which is the arugula. Also
Speaker:moderate your alcohol, stop smoking, use the penis pump
Speaker:every day, if you can, once a day, every day, and then
Speaker:exercise and the Mediterranean diet. Then you go to my office,
Speaker:we would tell you to do the same thing, but then we would do we
Speaker:use your stem cells, such as your platelet from your blood.
Speaker:We would put that into the penis. And also do focus
Speaker:shockwave treatment to repair the blood vessels, and then
Speaker:Botox again to repair the blood vessels. And then we will also
Speaker:put you in my new treatment, which is the E-chair, the
Speaker:magnetic chair, which then does 10,000 Kegels exercises for you.
Speaker:By doing that, it also bring in new blood vessel to the pelvic
Speaker:area as well as to the penis. You probably check out my video
Speaker:right here, where I talk about the chair and how it helps with
Speaker:erection.
Speaker:The sixth system, and the last system is the muscle, which is
Speaker:the muscle of the penis, the corpus cavernosum. So at this
Speaker:point you can do it at home by again, how do you optimize the
Speaker:penis muscle or the corpus cavernosum? Is the Mediterranean
Speaker:diet, exercise, penis pump, moderate alcohol, stop smoking,
Speaker:stop corn, nitric oxide supplement and doing your Kegel
Speaker:exercises. You can do Kegel exercises at home as well. Check
Speaker:out my video where I talk about Kegel exercises and how to do it
Speaker:at home. And if you're in my office, we would just do
Speaker:something more powerful and that get your result quicker, which
Speaker:is, again, the stem cells such as the platelets from your
Speaker:blood, and focus shockwave therapy, Botox injection will
Speaker:also relaxes the muscle. Botox works like Viagra, it relaxes
Speaker:the muscle, so that way the penis muscle can be engorged
Speaker:with the blood and then the electromagnetic chair, which
Speaker:then will strengthen the pelvic muscle, which again helps with
Speaker:erection.
Speaker:So review, the Get Hard System involves six systems working
Speaker:together, harmonizing and creating the beautiful process
Speaker:of an erection. If the erection works perfectly, this would take
Speaker:couple of minutes and you're there. When you're young, it's
Speaker:probably a couple of minutes when you get older, maybe a
Speaker:little bit more, but it worked well and asynchronously work
Speaker:well. So just know that you have this in your body as programmed
Speaker:to work beautifully in synchrony. This is programmed in
Speaker:the part of your brain that works smooth, and it is there
Speaker:even though you're not getting an erection. Maybe one of the
Speaker:system is not working well, and this needs to be optimized. And
Speaker:I have given you on today's episode how to optimize this at
Speaker:home without even coming to my office. It takes work, it takes
Speaker:consistency, it takes persistence, but it is possible.
Speaker:Coming to my office and getting the Get Hard System. I just use
Speaker:your stem cell. I use Botox and I use the chair. I now use
Speaker:testosterone replacement therapy just to get you boosted up and
Speaker:ready to go quicker. But you still have to do the diet, the
Speaker:exercise, the sleep, and also relaxation and meditation as
Speaker:well too. Yout can't ignore that. Can't ignore how important
Speaker:diet exercises and that is really for your sexual function,
Speaker:also for your healthy heart as well too. So just know that the
Speaker:Get Hard System is a comprehensive system that will
