Speaker A

Welcome to Love Notes from Rhonda.

Speaker A

And today is such a beautiful day.

Speaker A

Such a beautiful day.

Speaker A

What would happen to your life?

Speaker A

What would happen for you if you woke up every morning and the first words out of your mouth were, ah, today is such a beautiful day.

Speaker A

Now, whether it's those exact words or different words that are like that, right?

Speaker A

So you wake up in the morning, the first words out of your mouth, the first thought you think is, ah, what a beautiful day, or how glorious it is to be alive, or today is going to be the best day ever, or I am willing to be alive today, right?

Speaker A

Or whatever it is for you.

Speaker A

I invite you today to start thinking of something that you can think before you go to bed and also think when you wake up.

Speaker A

It will take practice, but eventually it'll become automatic.

Speaker A

And the first thought you'll think in the morning is the thought that you have trained yourself to think.

Speaker A

And I say the same thing before I go to bed every night and say the same thing when I wake up every morning.

Speaker A

And it's a prayer.

Speaker A

And you can use this.

Speaker A

Actually, Marianne Williamson gifted this to me and I gift it to you.

Speaker A

And it is the dear God, show me where I should go, what I should do, what I should say, and to whom guide me in all that I do.

Speaker A

I say that before I go to bed every night, and I say that when I wake up every morning.

Speaker A

Now, you can use that.

Speaker A

You can use something else, depending on your religious, spiritual philosophy on life.

Speaker A

And what I invite you to do is not let your thoughts be random.

Speaker A

Don't let your thoughts be random before you go to bed and when you wake up.

Speaker A

Those thoughts when you go to bed are what your body and brain, the last input they're getting before they're about to dream, before they're about to go into that night of sleeping.

Speaker A

So I want the last thoughts that I participate in, right, that I say out of my mouth, that I hear in my head and say out loud.

Speaker A

I want those to be thoughts that I want to be activated while I'm sleeping.

Speaker A

So when I wake up, they're even more true, even more real.

Speaker A

I'm even more surrendered to that.

Speaker A

And then in the morning, I want to dedicate my day to that thing that I believe in.

Speaker A

Again, you don't have to believe in the thing that I believe in.

Speaker A

I'm asking you to create something that can anchor you throughout the day.

Speaker A

So I find myself automatically saying that to myself many times during the day.

Speaker A

So if I am, you know, getting lost in my Thoughts, not from a daydreaming perspective, but like maybe, you know, getting overwhelmed or any of those types of things.

Speaker A

I might stop and say, dear God, show me where I should go, what I should do, what I should say, and to whom.

Speaker A

Guide me in all that I do.

Speaker A

That prayer supports me and it also gives me peace in order to sleep soundly.

Speaker A

I don't have ruminating thoughts when I go to sleep.

Speaker A

I don't wake up, knock on wood, in the middle of the night.

Speaker A

Those thoughts give me ease and comfort.

Speaker A

So like I said a minute ago, those don't have to be your words.

Speaker A

I'm just telling you what I do.

Speaker A

You must come up with your own.

Speaker A

And again, you may use mine as well.

Speaker A

But what would your morning be like if you said something to yourself to start paving the day, to start conditioning the day, to start conditioning your mind.

Speaker A

So I want you to think about that today.

Speaker A

How do you want to start your day?

Speaker A

It could be something as simple as today is a beautiful day, or today I'm willing to be fully alive, or today I'm willing to give my all, or today I'm willing to put a gentleness first.

Speaker A

Again, whatever it is can be your intention statement.

Speaker A

So you could use your intention statement as the thing that you say in the morning and at night.

Speaker A

Let's create ritual.

Speaker A

Ritual gives our body, heart, mind, spirit, an anchor.

Speaker A

The more anchors we have, the safer we feel.

Speaker A

So decide today.

Speaker A

How do you want to begin and end your days?

Speaker A

I invite you to make it impactful, powerful and empowering.

Speaker A

And of course, supporting you to be more fearless.

Speaker A

So until next time, be fearless.

Speaker A

I love you.
