Speaker:I aim for your cone on your end of the court and you aim for mine.
Speaker:Three minutes later, let's find out who wins.
Speaker:This works at any level and for any time period.
Speaker:You can work on fitness, footwork, targeting, and consistency.
Speaker:It's simple and it works.
