Speaker A

Welcome to Love Notes from Rhonda and Happy birthday to Me.

Speaker A

Happy birthday to me.

Speaker A

Yep, today is my birthday.

Speaker A

Oh, my gosh.

Speaker A

You know, every year I.

Speaker B

Attempt to.

Speaker A

Create a memorable experience.

Speaker A

Whether that's relaxing, whether that's with friends, whether that's adventuring.

Speaker A

Whatever it is, I want it to be meaningful.

Speaker A

I'm a date person.

Speaker A

I like dates.

Speaker A

So for some people, birthdays don't matter.

Speaker B

For me, birthdays matter.

Speaker A

In fact, they matter so much that when I was younger, before Fearless Loving, I used to keep a pad of paper next to my phone and write.

Speaker B

Everybody'S name who called me.

Speaker B

And if you didn't call me, I'd be very upset.

Speaker B

Do you think I had some expectations?

Speaker B

Oh, yes, expectations.

Speaker A

I no longer do that.

Speaker A

And if you don't remember my birthday.

Speaker B

I'm cool with that too.

Speaker A

But before pre Fearless Living, I was not happy.

Speaker A

But now I can enjoy my birthday because I know it's a day to.

Speaker C

Honor me, honor my past, honor my presentation, and perhaps at times, create my future.

Speaker C

It's good not to live in expectations.

Speaker B

Anymore, instead, with intention.

Speaker B

So my intention today is to honor.

Speaker C

Myself, to appreciate and respect myself, to.

Speaker B

Write 10, 20, maybe even 30 acknowledgments.

Speaker C

And as many gratitudes to remind myself.

Speaker B

That I have been living a good life and that I do live a.

Speaker C

Good life because I'm living the life.

Speaker B

That I was destined to.

Speaker B

That is my destiny.

Speaker A

I believe that each of us are.

Speaker B

Born on this earth at this time.

Speaker C

Because we are meant for a purpose.

Speaker B

We do have something within us that is meant to bloom and blossom.

Speaker B

And we just don't know all the time.

Speaker B

We don't remember all the time that we're actually living it.

Speaker C

Whether we know it or not, we're actually living.

Speaker A

You're living.

Speaker B

And I'm living our destinies right now.

Speaker C

I was living on living in my destiny when I was in my black night, my dark night, my tough night for three years.

Speaker A

I was living my destiny when I.

Speaker B

Was living in my car.

Speaker A

I was living my destiny when I was an alcoholic.

Speaker B

Because all of those things got me here.

Speaker A

So I invite you to look at.

Speaker B

Your life.

Speaker C

And take some time for gratitudes and acknowledgments to remind yourself that.

Speaker A

Every single thing you've ever done has.

Speaker C

Brought you here in this moment, right.

Speaker B

Now that we're together.

Speaker C

May this day be a day for you to claim your unfoldment as I do the same.

Speaker C

May this be a day for us to remember that we are alive and.

Speaker B

We'Re born for a reason.

Speaker B

May this be a day that we.

Speaker D

Remember that our lives have meaning, whether we remember that or not.

Speaker D

And may we remember that we matter.

Speaker B

Even if nobody makes us feel that way, we do, because we're here.

Speaker B

And right now, we're here together.

Speaker D

So happy birthday to me and happy birthday to you.

Speaker D

Until next time, be fearless.

Speaker B

I love you.
