Alexia (00:00.066)
Hello, hello, and welcome back to Elevate Daily. I feel like I'm gonna start singing, songing in that opener. Just get ready. Today, we're talking about something that could shift everything for you. The bold move that you keep avoiding. And I just wanna get real real, right? Like there's this feeling that lives inside of us where it's a hunger, as I like to call it. It's like this hunger I have inside of myself that whispers to me telling me,
You know that you know more. There's a vision. There's an idea. There's a step. There's a move that lingers in the quiet moments and in the whispers when you really allow yourself to receive and stay in deep connection to your highest vision. It could simply be this lingering feeling that you censure meant for more, but just something keeps holding you back. And I
get it and I know this feeling so well and I will just share even transparently as I came onto this podcast today, I had this moment where, and I'm gonna talk a bit more about the podcast journey in today's episode and the behind the scenes of the podcast journey. I came on the show now and put on the mic and did my little quick test just to make sure the sound was on and had a moment going like, ooh, my throat feels like it has a bit of a niggle in it, that little feeling where there's like a little bit of a
just not as smooth and clear as I love for it to be. And then I connected with my inner voice and was connecting with, does it feel in alignment to wait to do this at a different time? But my truth said, no, right now is the moment and actually show and walk with it all. And what that means to me is...
When I talk today about you making a bold move, I never love to paint a picture that when you move boldly, it comes with just everything being easy or everything being perfect. There's messiness and there's sweetness in the messiness. That is your rawness. That is your realness. That is the beauty of your human experience. You know, and I think when I bring this conversation forward with you today, I really want you to connect that.
Alexia (02:13.816)
Can you allow yourself to truly honor and open up and feel the bold move that wants to move through you? And I think a big piece of this is can I give you the invitation to trust that you were made for it if you are having the vision of it and that any stories you may have that you don't have it all figured out that you may be messy in the process.
Can you honor that there's magic in the messiness? There is magic. am trusting, even as I'm sharing with you today, I'm honoring that even me showing up when it's not perfect, when I don't feel perfect, that there's its own medicine and magic in that. And can you honor that on your journey? So I want to have, as we open the space today, I really want to give you this, that bold move you keep thinking about that lingers in the quiet moments.
It's not random. It's your next level. It's your elevated self calling, asking for your attention and telling you, it's your time. You were made for this. It's time to move. And so as you listen today, I really want to invite you to allow that bold move to potentially start to come into a deeper sense of clarity, a deeper sense of commitment.
Or if this is something that's completely fresh, but in your truth, there has been that feeling within you of calling you to want more, to know there's more within you, to know that you have more to give, more to share, more to show up for, more to lead, to know that this episode is here to really guide you. not only hearing, I'm going to share some actual transparent experiences of what I've seen and how I've walked through and really gone through this process of making a bold move.
And I'm going to actually give you a specific methodology that I use to really support you on making that world-class move. So with that, I really wanted to just really open by sharing a bit of the behind the scenes of my podcast journey. As you have been, if you've been listening since the first episode, this has been something that I have felt the whisper to do for years, years frankly. And you know, it's one of those projects that I also trust that
Alexia (04:33.544)
When I got the feeling now and as I'm going to share a bit about my story to actually bring it forward now was the most aligned time. So for a little bit of context, this year, I would say the first half of this year, I found to be quite challenging. And I've shared a bit about this in both my newsletter and little bits on Instagram. But yeah, if I'm just radically honest, I found that
I was doing all the things, I was moving in many ways and I do and I always have really been a deeply intentional person. And what I was noticing is I was still being intentional, I was still making important moves and I still had this lingering feeling that something was off. I had this feeling like my magnetism wasn't quite there, I felt like my motivation wasn't stable and solid. I found myself
just lacking luster and lacking creative inspiration. And I feel like we all came here to be these overflowing channels of expression and things to share and contributions to give. And I found that I felt very empty in that way. I didn't feel like I was coming and showing up in that overflow energy, which to me was just a signal of, it's time to get curious, Lex, and it's time to receive additional support.
because this matters. you're having this feeling, this is something that doesn't just linger in my work. Let's also be real. If there's a bold move you're being called to make and you're not making it, it plays out in all areas of your life. It's not just in work life. It's not just in leadership. Your leadership, you lead in every area of your life. So I found that that same feeling of lacking luster was happening in my work. Of course, that feeds into my friendships, my relationships, my marriage. If I'm not in my full
essence of showing up and feeling like I am completely in alignment with myself. I mean, that just ripples in so many ways beyond even what we know. So I received, I decided to make the choice and receive deep private mentorship support. And it was through that process of her guiding me into my highest vision that I got a lot of clarity. And this is why I love
Alexia (06:48.93)
visioning work, it's big reason why I focus so much in my processes and methods on bringing you into that highest elevated self vision for yourself. So was in that space I got really clear and I saw the real raw truth that what I really wanted to be doing, what I was feeling inside of myself was that everything I was focusing on right now was distraction from the one thing I really wanted to be doing, which was the podcast.
And so when I sat with that, got true with that. I honored it. Then of course it took me on initiation because what I will share is when you make bold moves and something I guide a lot is as you get clear on that bold moves, a lot of times it asks you to release certain things that are actually not in highest service of that one thing. Things that maybe in past times and past chapters of your life were deeply aligned. But when you elevate your identity, when you are truly in honest,
rawness with where you're at today in this moment, there's oftentimes things we have to be willing to allow to release. And so that led me to have to have hard conversations that asked me to be willing and courageous enough to walk away from projects that asked me to really take a moment to simplify a lot of things and some things that had been quotes working, but were not working for me anymore. And
After that process, let's say I realized I went, you know what? It's time for me to, now that I have this clarity, it's time for me to double down on this private mentorship support and it's time for me to go all in on this podcast. So from the date that I chose to do this, I had my session with my one-on-one mentor and we said, okay, the podcast is going to go out in one month. You have 30 days. Because when I tuned into my highest self, into my highest vision, that's what I saw.
I kept being shown this was not an internal intellectual choosing. This was a very energetically strategic move. I got the intuition of, this podcast wants to be launched in September. And again, something I really want to name is, okay, if I had been intellectually thinking about this, it made no sense to launch this podcast in that 30-day window at the time I did it.
Alexia (09:09.218)
because I was traveling. was currently in the States, so I was going between multiple different states visiting family. I had a one-week family vacation in the middle of this month. I was not in any of my usual, you know, just stability of home, of being nested. And also, I had no idea how to launch a podcast. I had no idea how to record a podcast. I had no idea how to create this whole thing. So 30 days in theory could have been just...
It could have felt to my mind and it did in a way feel nearly impossible. Yet my heart, my gut, my being, my highest self said that is your timeline move. And what's so amazing is through that commitment and through that incredibly potent support I invested in, in 30 days, I did it. And the most important part is I don't just care about what you create and what moves you make. I am deeply devoted.
to the process and who you become in the process. I am so proud of the person I became in that process of bringing the podcast to life because what I got shown in that experience, and this is why I'm so big on you following again those intuitive nudges is yes, in some ways it was challenging to do it. Yes, there were times or many moments I was like, I don't even know what microphone.
to buy. I don't understand. I need to design all the graphics myself for this podcast. wait, how do I get a trailer sound? There were so many things. And I just made a commitment to enjoy the process. And I was so motivated by such a deep why that I was moved by that bigger mission within me than just like my ego trying to deal with the to-do list. And this is why I say when I call you into a
bold move and a world-class move, it actually isn't as hard as I find us doing the constant grunt work moves that we get very caught up in naturally. And so I went through this process. get this podcast out. It really initiated me to let go of so much of my perfectionism. got me to not procrastinate. got me to get... You know it really helped me get good at? It helped me get very decisive.
Alexia (11:23.17)
I think that's one of the most beautiful things I've experienced and come into is honoring the power of being so in your own power that you become so decisive. Decisive from a deeply embodied soul, heart led space. So it was in that that I launched this podcast, right? And this podcast, not only...
have I wanted to do this podcast because I feel like there's so much I desire to share on this podcast. I desire the long form piece of content. I desire to hone my craft of speaking. I desire to connect in a deep way with you and this incredible community and movement that I'm here for. I desire for you to meet the incredible visionary pioneering leaders in my network, in my world who completely elevate my way of thinking, elevate my way of leading and bringing them
to you so you can also elevate yourself through their incredible gifts. And I wanted to, more than anything, honor who I desire to become in the process of bringing this podcast to life. This podcast is something that means so much more to me than just for any accomplishment or anything that my ego desires. This is really a truly soul-led project that feels
Like there's gonna be a ripple effect that I don't even know and I will never know, but I know in my heart of hearts matters. And so with that, literally you flash forward, I launched this podcast, I put it out in the world and literally I looked at my stats, I started looking, because I'm really not someone who tries to fixate too hard on metrics. I think knowing your numbers is incredibly important, but especially when it comes to content creation, especially when it comes to putting out.
impactful work. I think it's always a fine line of looking at the numbers, but also ensuring that you don't get controlled by what you think you should share versus what is really in your internal truth, what you are guided to share by, again, something bigger than you. I want to name something. I came into this journey of being my own boss and really honoring being a CEO because I didn't want to be controlled by
Alexia (13:43.18)
an exterior boss. I didn't want to be controlled by someone else telling me who I need to be, how I need to show up, the way I need to show up in specific results. I really desire that freedom. And yet what I find happens so often for so many entrepreneurs is their audience becomes their boss. They're so fixated on what their audience wants for them that they forget that actually what is your unique
gift is your unique expression, your unique vision. More than anything as CEO, you have to remember your greatest gift is being the visionary. That is your greatest contribution is honoring that every single one of us on this planet came here with a very unique vision. And by you owning that vision, showing up for that vision, if you're doing things that are so unlike anything in your industry that
maybe even disrupt your community at first. Your audience doesn't get it initially. If you stay in alignment with that vision and you hold the pose and you show up for it, that is how you become someone that is truly one of a kind. Can you think about specific people in a variety of industries that leaders you respect? If you look at, in the music industry, if you look at a Beyonce as an example, you can see how with so many of her albums and so many things she's done,
Beyonce's not even in a specific genre anymore. She even just went and did a song that's kind of a country vibe, right? She's really made a genre of her own by her being just so willing and over time showing up and consistently sharing what truly wants to channel through her, not what everyone else wants from her. And this feels really important because when I was really on this journey, I wanted to be committed.
to staying really in my own lane, staying embodied in what feels authentic for me, and boldly moving from that place. And what's beautiful is when I did go and finally check my stats, I found that I already have people listening in over 20 plus different countries across the globe. It's opened up doors for me. It's given me, shortly after I landed an incredible speaking opportunity.
Alexia (15:59.404)
with a very aligned organization. It's just this one bold move started to unlock so many other doors. And this is why I care so much about this conversation is that one bold move that you know in your heart of hearts you're here to do is actually the one piece of leverage that will give you so much leverage to make so many other areas of your life so much more easeful. And so, yeah, as I continue on this,
conversation today, I really want that to land. That it's not about doing more. It's about focusing on what truly matters. And a key piece is ensuring you feel supported. What I've come to learn is world-class leaders know the importance of not trying to figure everything out themselves, not trying to go at everything alone. They are very devoted to investing in themselves, investing in their growth and ensuring that they are deeply supported. They have strong support systems.
because that is actually what gives you the solid foundation to move with so much more speed, but also so much more depth. It's like you have a strong root system. So that way the branches, the fruits of your labor can actually thrive. And a big part as well that I want to emphasize is elevation and growth accelerates when you fully commit. So by you being in any way, shape or form half-hearted,
It actually is the thing that is consistently lagging and holding you back from true exponential style progress. And so one thing I want to really name that I want to land from even my story is it's not about being ready. Bold moves rarely happen when you feel ready is what I've seen over and over again. It's not about perfect timing because there's never a quote perfect moment for big steps. The only perfect moment is this moment, right?
Now, it's truly about actually owning your power. So bold moves do require you to step fully into your truest authentic power without outsourcing your power to external conditions, relationships, circumstances, and beyond. And it's about claiming your vision. Bold moves are not about comparing yourself to everyone else and their particular visions. It's about owning that you have the unique
Alexia (18:20.3)
vision and that if you avoid it, you are actually holding not only yourself back, but the world back from actually moving forward in the way it's truly meant to. So a couple of questions, because we know I love a good way of just reflecting on what I've just landed, what I've just shared here is what if your delay isn't about preparation? So any stories you have of like, I'll do that when, right? Like when I get that next credential,
when I get that next income in my business, when that person tells me they love me first, then I'll do that. Other question, what if it's about fear of your own power?
Let's let that one land for a moment. What if it's about fear of your own power? What if any stories you have that it's based on the perceptions of other people and their dynamics, or you're waiting on someone else to give you permission before you can make your move, what if you dissolved all of those dynamics and came back into this energy of anything that's holding you back is simply fear of your own power?
And I know sometimes I can feel a bit like, whew, to let that land, but the best part about this is if this is something you can really sit in, this is a great opportunity to actually realize you actually have the control.
And then the last question I'll bring here for now is what if the very thing you've been avoiding, that one thing, that one whisper, that one move is the actual gateway, the leverage to everything you desire. What if while you've been busy doing all the different things like I was earlier this year in so many ways, and the thing is when I was doing all of those things, I had all of these desires of what I wanted to create.
Alexia (20:13.002)
I was doing all these things and none of them were truly moving me forward in the ways I actually wanted and the way I knew in my gut I was meant to move forward. Funny enough, it was literally the moment I let that go, focused and committed on my one bold move that then it was like door open, door open, door open, this open, this open. Now, I have more of a journey of often having to get really conscious of more so where my no's are and more so having a deeper discernment filter on what I'm saying yes and what I'm saying no to.
And beyond my story, I just wanted to share two stories of clients that I've walked with as they've really gone through this process themselves. So I had one client, when she started working with me, there was a deep desire to really go into her leadership journey.
her leadership journey, she also felt like she was quite closed off. So she noticed she was very guarded in her heart space. So she knew that there was something deeper within her that she really was feeling called to do, but she didn't necessarily know what it was. And she also noticed that she was holding herself back from really experiencing deep love and afraid of honestly a lot of romantic relational dynamics. And it was through the journey of really getting into her highest self, going through this journey of like opening up her heart to really
feel into this vision that she got a lot of clarity that actually what was holding her back was that she needed to honor that she didn't feel called to be a naturopath anymore. So she had spent a couple of years in school, investing in higher education and becoming a naturopath. And yet her highest vision was showing her that is not what she actually desired, which you can imagine, right? Like we all meet these moments.
where sometimes the hardest thing about seeing your highest vision is we can get so caught up on the sunk cost of our time, our energy, our resources, everything we've invested in this vision that we've been on, this path that we've been on, that we can almost just get stuck in this journey of like, well, I've already done this much, so I might as well just finish it off when in reality, your highest vision is straight up saying, that is not your path. That is not what your highest self is desiring for you to do in this life. And so,
Alexia (22:23.64)
Through that process of her and I getting into that place, then we were able to map out a clear plan for her to exit, to have the conversation she needed to have, you know, really own that leaving school was what was meant to be for her. And through that process, what I witnessed was not only did she open herself up through that bold move of exiting, right? Sometimes the biggest bold move is the no. Sometimes the boldest move we have to make is honoring that we have to say no to something that we've been invested in for a long time.
I've held this space so much for people in leaving committed relationships that were no longer aligned, but were like the one thing that was actually creating a lot of stagnation in so many areas of their life and their elevation journey. And so when she said this no, what was so beautiful is that then I also got to witness that with this no, with the space she created in the exit, she then found that she opened her heart. She attracted a beautiful, loving, romantic relationship.
ended up clarifying a whole new path for her. She's been studying a variety of different therapeutic modalities and that's a path that really lights her up. And I think it's just so important to really name and why I wanted to share her story is because one, it honors that the clarity emerges when you commit to allowing yourself to fully see it and then you commit to actually taking the action that it requires to
allow yourself to then be on your most aligned path and that I've really found the importance of support. It's so powerful when you're held in space by someone else who can really support you and seeing the thing that oftentimes it can be a blind spot because it's not always the easiest thing to initially see because of like we've seen a variety of resource that's invested, a variety of expectations that can be entangled in these situations. So yeah, it's such a big one.
And the second story I just wanted to share was with another client that I've supported and walked with who she was doing really well with coaching. She had a good number of corporate opportunities that she had been doing for years. And frankly though, she felt unfulfilled. She felt like there was more that wanted to come through her. She felt like a bit plateaued in some ways. And more than anything, she just knew there was more magic within her.
Alexia (24:45.248)
And it was through her process and our process of really going into her elevated vision that it became really clear. And especially looking into her gene keys was a big piece here. It was really clear that a lot of her gifts and a lot of her contribution and her leadership lies in her incredible gifts in creativity. Her incredible gifts in...
supporting people with connecting to their intuition. So it was really through this that it was incredible to watch how something that she's been so good at and something that she does with so much joy and fulfillment was something that was initially really hard to imagine that that was actually her truest gift. But it was as we sat with it, as we were with it, as she was with that vision, as we were in that container, she really started to see, my gosh.
It's this thing within me that's been spiraling all around me. It's the thing that brings me joy in so many moments. It's the thing I'm constantly learning about. It's the thing I'm constantly exploring. And so when she really shifted that focus, not only did I watch that it just opened up so much joy and the clientele she started to work with, she found so much joy in connecting with and working with, but she also then launched her Substack and she really did it her way. She did it with her unique.
creative genius lens on it, which is what I care so much about is again, when you move and you honor your uniqueness, your unique vision, you really allow everything that you create, everything you produce to just be this beautiful expression of your insides on the outside in a way that gets to be really joyful and have a lot of meaning for you. And so one thing I just wanted to really let land about her story in particular is that
Sometimes the bold move asks you to make a bit of a pivot and trusting that what you've built until this point has been supporting you and now with that to create that next level of alignment and momentum, it may ask you to be brave enough and bold enough to really own something that maybe has been in some ways part of your journey, but you haven't fully allowed yourself to go all in and be known for. So,
Alexia (26:54.2)
for the final piece of today's episode. really wanted to share with you, as you know, I love the energetics. I love sharing it with you, these stories, so you can really see inside of yourself. And I hope already you've been getting some clarity on, like what is truly wanting to move through me next? Is I wanna ground it with my world-class move method. So this is a four-step method that I use to really go and to turn these visions into reality.
So the first step is to elevate into your 10X vision. And notice I don't say 2X or 3X or 4X because I find that that's where most people are focused. Most people are focused on the 2X jump, the 3X jump, the 4X jump. And this is where the greatest amount of competition sits is most people are focused on this slight jump in excellence, this slight jump in innovation, this slight jump.
But really when you vision as a 10x elevated self, that really gets you to think boldly. That gets you to think disruptively. That gets you to really step outside of the lines and the bounds of what conventional wisdom has shown and really honor the unique lens that you uniquely have. And when you go from that place, what I find is it's so much easier to see what's the one bold move. Because let's be real, when there's a 2x, 3x, 4x jump you're making, there's usually so many different strategies.
you can do to get there. But when you go for the 10X, there's usually like one key move you have to make. The thing is most of us don't do it because it's often can be quite scary, right? It can ask us to be willing to risk, to step outside of the norms, to be misunderstood, to put ourselves out there, to be vulnerable, to...
really trust ourselves on another level. So this first step is key. I really get you to then from that place really envision what is a goal? What's something that's bigger than you have likely even imagined thus far that really matters to you and to identify the bold move that will actually have that big impact. Then the second step is to embody your elevated self. So to align yourself with the person you need to beat and you need to become for this vision.
Alexia (29:08.494)
to really become a reality. I like to ground that big creative imaginative vision into, okay, and how does this lead to who you show up in your day-to-day life? How do you need to see yourself? How do you need to perceive yourself? What is the identity with intention that you walk in the world with? And you'll watch, it shifts so many dynamics around you with people and how you're related to by people. Any areas where usually you find that you...
have leaky boundaries, they go up for test in this step for sure. And then the third step is to make your bold move. This is really where I guide you in taking that game changing action. Like really going for it, moving through it, honoring that, oftentimes being misunderstood is just part of the journey. And then just really allowing yourself to honor and celebrate who you become in that process, holding the vision, building your resilience.
building that sense of knowing in your core, in the depths of your being, why who you are and why you're making this move matters. And then the fourth and last step is really setting you up with a roadmap for sustained momentum. So I'm not just about you making a move and then it's like, okay, great, I made the move. It's like, how does this now create compound interest that supports again this 10X vision?
So I'm really for you then building systems and structures to sustain momentum, specific rituals that support you on creating that compounding success longterm. And so with what I've just shared, I wanna give you a moment to just, again, encourage you to notice, is there one bold move you've been avoiding? And what would it take to commit to it fully right now?
What would it take to commit to it fully right now? And because I love to ground this in a way that you can really celebrate deeply, what would be one small step toward your bold move that you can commit to doing within the next 24 hours?
Alexia (31:12.184)
take a moment to really inhale this, exhale this, to be with this, to trust your gut, to trust your intuition. It can be having a conversation. It might be saying no to someone or something. It might be reaching out to someone. It might be investing in support. It might be
Writing a piece of content that's been really edgy and something you've been meaning to do for a while Whatever it may be but to really invite you to take that action as I'm not here for just us talking a lot I really want you in this space to be elevated by also moving and So I want to just share here as we start to close up this episode that so much of everything I've shared today. This is the heart
of Make Your Move, my four week mastermind that's happening from November 4th to November 29th. And it's really designed to help you activate your highest elevated 10x vision and make the bold move to really know with clarity, with conviction, with unwavering energetic solidity within yourself that you're here to move, that you're here to lead, that you're here to show up, that you're here to use your voice when it mattered most, that you're here to honor that you're not going to be understood by
a good number of people because you're really here to be understood by people who need your particular frequency, your particular leadership specifically. And if you desire to feel supported, I love creating experiences where not only are you asked to meet the depths of yourself, not only are you guided to really meet your elevated self and supported to show up as that version and to make the courageous moves,
I love giving you that experience where you get to feel celebrated, where you get to make the messy moments filled with an extra dose of joy because I am here for something you can see with me, something I really embody a lot and I stand tall in is I'm here for being courageous. I am here for showing up for the thing. I'm here for owning our competency and I'm also here for dancing through it, for laughing through it, for crying through it, for having a good time.
Alexia (33:11.692)
and remembering that it's always about the joy and the journey that I deeply, deeply, deeply care about. So if you're ready to take that step, if you're ready to feel that deep support, I love for us to experience, make your move together. And so if you feel the call to explore this, I have the link in the show notes for you to make your move and to join us. And if you have any questions, definitely send me a DM on Instagram on my profile, which is also in the show notes because
All I'll say here is your one bold move, the one you've been avoiding, could be the one that elevates everything. And something I love is I feel like the last quarter of every year is such a powerful time to really set yourself up for so much success going into the new year. I feel like so many people wait till January and February, which is just such a full season already. And I love to feel like I really set myself up with clarity.
with confidence, with solid foundations at this time of year. So that way when I go into the new year, there's already so much momentum behind me. And so if you're feeling that call, would love to do the journey with you. And yeah, until next time, I love to invite you to keep elevating one intentional day at a time. Big heart hugs always.
