Speaker AFancy, Fancy Pansy.
Speaker BI am doing morning show segments about feng shui, which I'm really excited about because they invited me and I love to be invited and it's really exciting to me that people are talking about the environment as a way to improve your life and have that be more mainstream.
Speaker BSo.
Speaker BAnd you know, I think 2019, when I started professionally working in feng shui, I had a little bit of hesitation around there being like, oh, is this going to be too woo of a topic?
Speaker BI don't know if I ever even experienced any hesitation around feng shui.
Speaker BSo I love it.
Speaker BI think it's great that it's become like, I don't know, it's trending again like it did in the 70s.
Speaker BPeople are like, okay, what else can I do to improve my life?
Speaker BBecause there's so much noise going on in the world and my, my environment, that's one thing I can control besides my Mindset, my body.
Speaker BI mean, our body is a vessel that we live in as well too.
Speaker BBut what else can.
Speaker BWhat else is within our controls to help improve our lives?
Speaker BAnd it's that environment component.
Speaker BAnd so I'm going back, I'm returning to the studio next week, and the producers are the ones coming up with the topics, not me.
Speaker BAnd they just happen to line up with all of my mission in working.
Speaker BAnd that's, you know, I don't know if they're going through my content or not, but it makes it really super easy.
Speaker BSo we've been talking about how to create the spaces around us to align with who we're becoming, not with who we are right in this moment, but who we're becoming.
Speaker BAnd I think that needs to be talked about more.
Speaker AThat's a piece of manifest.
Speaker AThat's.
Speaker AThat's the backbone, in my opinion, of manifestation.
Speaker ARight, exactly.
Speaker ABefore it's there.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker BIt's like, how can you create something, bring it from your dreams or the ethers or wherever this ethereal world is that you're envisioning something?
Speaker BHow can you bring that into your reality and lived experience when it's something maybe you've never lived before?
Speaker BAnd when you can do that, things really do start to click.
Speaker BI really believe that's, you know, I mean, that's happened for me and I've seen that happen for others too.
Speaker BSo I think it's great that we're now just like some of the concepts of mindset and, and yoga and body work and all of these things.
Speaker BPutting them together, it's going to help make people's lives just that much more fun.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker AWell, why don't we make that the essence of our check in question today?

Speaker BAnd what can they add to or manipulate within their environments to make their lives easier, more fun to make clearer directions.

Speaker BBut I'm just paying attention to what they are.
Speaker BBe interesting if this one card boils down what those two were.

Speaker BSo the energy around the collect collective right now is the approach of spring what we're in spring.
Speaker BTechnically cool, but that's exactly.
Speaker BI didn't want to say that.
Speaker BSpringtime is associated in feng shui.
Speaker BYou know, how we work with an energy map.
Speaker BThat's the grid of the nine life areas.
Speaker BAnd it's like a tic tac toe board.
Speaker BAnd springtime is associated with wood energy.
Speaker BIt's also associated with family and your lineage.
Speaker BAnd also it takes us shifting into abundance, which is everybody's favorite, you know, the money corner.
Speaker BSo it's that, you know, for moving around the clock of the bagua, it's like the 9 and 10 o', clock, 9, 10, 11 o' clock of the bagua.
Speaker BAnd that's very like upward.
Speaker BSo, like, you see these trees here.
Speaker BIt's like reaching high.
Speaker BIt's upward, it's fast moving, it's very young.
Speaker BSo when in winter, we were very yin, very quiet, subtle.
Speaker BWe were also planting seeds that we want to see spring about right now.
Speaker BAnd so you may be experiencing that, the energy of the approach of spring.
Speaker BAnd there's still some receiving on the top line.
Speaker BSo there's still an openness there.
Speaker BAnd that's kind of been the theme that I wanted to bring into 2026, is the art of receiving.
Speaker BI've been doing a lot of work around navigating and surviving and thriving in grind culture because it really is like the worst.
Speaker BIt's the worst.
Speaker AI mean, it definitely perpetuates the constant fight or flight.
Speaker AYeah, that is.
Speaker AI mean, we need that sometimes, right?
Speaker AWe need to pulse it in and out as we're always talking about.
Speaker AWe need that skill of running from the tiger.
Speaker ABut it is.
Speaker AIt is quite literally killing us to just as a society to.
Speaker ATo be in that place all the time.
Speaker BYeah, you're making.
Speaker BI mean, you're making me think about a lot of concepts here.
Speaker BLiving in the young energy all the time.
Speaker BYou know, if you relate it back to body work, training, sports even.
Speaker BI mean, just in a lifestyle too.
Speaker BI just watched this video blog or vlog or vlog or whatever they're called, where a girl was talking about every time she traveled to a European country from the US she would be in Europe for a couple days and immediately, like, shed a bunch of weight.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker BAnd she was studying, like, she kept doing it and she was like, why?
Speaker BAnd she would bring the foods from Europe back to the US to try to recreate it here, and she couldn't.
Speaker AIt wasn't food, it was the body.
Speaker BI think it's the nervous system.
Speaker BIt's Just, you know, I mean, and also way it literally.
Speaker AI mean, it is the food, like.
Speaker AOkay, it is the food too, that is important.
Speaker ALet me not.
Speaker BShe's healthy like us.
Speaker AThe way that your body processes food is literally different depending on which part of the nervous system you're currently in.
Speaker AAnd what do most of us do day after day after day but eat in that stress state, which is the worst possible state, you know, your, Your blood, your body is preparing is.
Speaker AIs.
Speaker AIs to.
Speaker ATo run from the tiger.
Speaker ASo digestion doesn't matter.
Speaker AAt that point, your blood is being shunted away from your digestive system and into those, you know, areas that would be more important in running from the tiger.
Speaker ASo if you're not actually running from the tiger and you're eating food, like your body is not even in a place to digest the food.
Speaker AThe parasympathetic nervous system.
Speaker AWe, you know, the little moniker is rest and digest.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker BAnd I think that, like, that really stuck with me.
Speaker BAnd that's coming to mind me in this energy, you know, we need to feel anchored in and safe in a place to be able to grow and reach high as a tree.
Speaker BIf you think of us as a tree.
Speaker BAnd I think like where you're saying too is.
Speaker BIs an extension of this, is being in this fight or flight all the time.
Speaker BWe're not able to nurture our foundations as well, to be able to weather little bits of stressors or wind, you know, as.
Speaker BAs I'll say, like wind or seasons.
Speaker BSo all of these things are coming to mind.
Speaker BTo me, it's a story of earth above and lake below.
Speaker BAnd I bet this will reinforce once I start reading the message of the I Ching, what we're talking about.
Speaker BAnd then moving the future energy.
Speaker BI'll just.
Speaker BI'll just tip on is affluence.
Speaker AOh, I like that one.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker BIt looks like a tattoo.
Speaker AWe called it a squid something.
Speaker AThird eye, fire.
Speaker ASquid.
Speaker AI don't remember.
Speaker BSquid.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker BIt's interesting graphic.
Speaker BSo it's like, you know, the pyramid up high and a pyramid below, fire above and sky below.
Speaker BA lot of duality.
Speaker BAlso like that eye kind of looks like if you look at it like it kind of has roots.

Speaker BSo in a weird way, the approach of spring is everything that we're.
Speaker BYou know, it feels good.
Speaker BThings are moving again.
Speaker BDays are getting longer.
Speaker BIt feels like the times.
Speaker BAnd, you know, I'll agree with that.
Speaker BIt feels like there's a bit of vitality in the air.
Speaker BSo we're working in function Feng shui with qi or life force energy.
Speaker BAnd so anything like plants or even animals, people, anything that vitality, it really helps to nourish us.
Speaker BWhen approaching good fortune.
Speaker BConscientious work pays great dividends.
Speaker BSo there is this clear road that's lying ahead.
Speaker BThat's the sense that we get when the seeds that have been lying dormant are ready to bloom.
Speaker BSo this is a time to be young energy, it's a time to be acting.
Speaker BIt's, you know, okay, pay attention.
Speaker BIf you can reflect back on all these little, little seeds that you've been planting and this isn't the time to like watch them.
Speaker BWe're asking to be integrated or to reacting or bring this into the physical world.
Speaker BSo yes, yeah, I mean, for example, like at the beginning of the year I invited in speaking opportunities and so now they're coming at me, a lot of them, I, I'm receiving them, I have to change the way I do things.
Speaker BBut I can't just sit there and watch them.
Speaker BI have to touch them, I have to react to them.
Speaker BThis is the time to integrate them into your life.
Speaker BSo if those types of things have been happening in your life, it's a time, it's not going to last forever.
Speaker BSo you, you know, make those adjustments.
Speaker BPreparing, in doing so, you're preparing for less fertile times because we know that's coming in the seasons of life that's coming, like I said, lots of receptivity at the top and some really strong inner and interpersonal energy there.
Speaker BSo relying on your inner work and also your collaborations and top line of guidance.
Speaker BAnd sometimes it's caution says when a sage returns from seclusion to reenter the day to day world, good fortune falls on those they teach and help.
Speaker BSeek objective advice from those you respect.
Speaker BParticularly those who have not been caught up in your worldly affairs.
Speaker BTheir perceptions may provide you with fresh new perspective.
Speaker BIt's a season of new relationships.
Speaker BIn the bouncy of good time, new bonds are formed effortlessly.
Speaker BRelationships born in spring can serve well to warm us in the following autumn and winter.
Speaker BWe still have a few seasons to come, but pay attention.
Speaker BI like that it's talking about looking for guidance from someone that's not caught up in the minutia of what you're, of what you're doing, your daily life.
Speaker BLike they don't have that.
Speaker BThey're not getting pulled into your story.
Speaker BIf you're feeling a little bit of that fight or flight or you're being chased by a tiger, they don't know that, but.
Speaker BSo that's a great resource to find, whether that be a score mentor if you're a business owner or someone in your field.
Speaker BBut look for that outside perspective.
Speaker BThat's top line guidance and that will really help you.
Speaker BAnd then an open minded approach brings success.
Speaker BOrganizations that value performance over superficial qualities advance more quickly than those that take a complacency or clicky attitude.
Speaker BAvoid prejudices against those of different backgrounds.
Speaker BWhen laziness creeps into your personal life, radical action may be necessary to change this energy.

Speaker AWell, I think that what I took from it, especially based on what we were talking about in the beginning in relation to your environment, is to create an environment that promotes that relaxation, that parasympathetic nervous system response so that you are, you know, in a place where you can then fertilize the.
Speaker AYou know, all the newness and where you can recover and restore and recharge so that you.
Speaker AYou have the energy and the vitality to navigate all the.
Speaker AAll the newness and all the upcoming change and chaos.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker AWith ease and grace.
Speaker BYeah, I think that's really perfect.
Speaker BYou know, add to that, think about.
Speaker BHave a little small reflection on what seeds you might have planted earlier in this year, and where are you seeing these indications of that showing up?
Speaker BSo you know what?
Speaker BYou need to be nurturing.
Speaker BAnd I think that we get so distracted that I think a lot of us forget, like, oh, this is exactly what I planted.
Speaker BAnd it's showing up because you're so caught up in the doing of things that you might not even notice that's happening.
Speaker BSo I would pay attention to that.
Speaker BAnd also, I think, you know, in this energy, no matter when you find this episode, but in this energy, take a scan of your environment and look for areas around you that feel stuck or stagnant or something that you can't even look at, that you need to ignore, and then do what you can to make it more inviting.
