I am doing morning show segments about feng shui, which I'm really excited about because they invited me and I love to be invited and it's really exciting to me that people are talking about the environment as a way to improve your life and have that be more mainstream.

And you know, I think 2019, when I started professionally working in feng shui, I had a little bit of hesitation around there being like, oh, is this going to be too woo of a topic?

I don't know if I ever even experienced any hesitation around feng shui.

So I love it.

I think it's great that it's become like, I don't know, it's trending again like it did in the 70s.

People are like, okay, what else can I do to improve my life?

Because there's so much noise going on in the world and my, my environment, that's one thing I can control besides my Mindset, my body.

I mean, our body is a vessel that we live in as well too.

Speaker B

But what else can.

What else is within our controls to help improve our lives?

And it's that environment component.

Speaker B

And so I'm going back, I'm returning to the studio next week, and the producers are the ones coming up with the topics, not me.

And they just happen to line up with all of my mission in working.

And that's, you know, I don't know if they're going through my content or not, but it makes it really super easy.

So we've been talking about how to create the spaces around us to align with who we're becoming, not with who we are right in this moment, but who we're becoming.

And I think that needs to be talked about more.

That's a piece of manifest.

That's the backbone, in my opinion, of manifestation.

It's like, how can you create something, bring it from your dreams or the ethers or wherever this ethereal world is that you're envisioning something?

How can you bring that into your reality and lived experience when it's something maybe you've never lived before?

And when you can do that, things really do start to click.

I really believe that's, you know, I mean, that's happened for me and I've seen that happen for others too.

So I think it's great that we're now just like some of the concepts of mindset and, and yoga and body work and all of these things.

Putting them together, it's going to help make people's lives just that much more fun.

You know, how we work with an energy map.

That's the grid of the nine life areas.

And it's like a tic tac toe board.

And springtime is associated with wood energy.

It's also associated with family and your lineage.

Speaker B

And also it takes us shifting into abundance, which is everybody's favorite, you know, the money corner.

So it's that, you know, for moving around the clock of the bagua, it's like the 9 and 10 o', clock, 9, 10, 11 o' clock of the bagua.

And that's very like upward.

Speaker B

So, like, you see these trees here.

Speaker B

It's like reaching high.

Speaker B

It's upward, it's fast moving, it's very young.

Speaker B

So when in winter, we were very yin, very quiet, subtle.

We were also planting seeds that we want to see spring about right now.

And so you may be experiencing that, the energy of the approach of spring.

And there's still some receiving on the top line.

So there's still an openness there.

And that's kind of been the theme that I wanted to bring into 2026, is the art of receiving.

I've been doing a lot of work around navigating and surviving and thriving in grind culture because it really is like the worst.

It's the worst.

I mean, it definitely perpetuates the constant fight or flight.

Yeah, that is.

Speaker A

I mean, we need that sometimes, right?

Speaker A

We need to pulse it in and out as we're always talking about.

We need that skill of running from the tiger.

Speaker A

But it is.

Speaker A

It is quite literally killing us to just as a society to.

Speaker A

To be in that place all the time.

Speaker B

Yeah, you're making.

Speaker B

I mean, you're making me think about a lot of concepts here.

Speaker B

Living in the young energy all the time.

Speaker B

You know, if you relate it back to body work, training, sports even.

Speaker B

I mean, just in a lifestyle too.

Speaker B

I just watched this video blog or vlog or vlog or whatever they're called, where a girl was talking about every time she traveled to a European country from the US she would be in Europe for a couple days and immediately, like, shed a bunch of weight.

Yeah.

Speaker B

And she was studying, like, she kept doing it and she was like, why?

Speaker B

And she would bring the foods from Europe back to the US to try to recreate it here, and she couldn't.

Speaker A

It wasn't food, it was the body.

Speaker B

I think it's the nervous system.

Speaker B

It's Just, you know, I mean, and also way it literally.

Speaker A

I mean, it is the food, like.

Speaker A

Okay, it is the food too, that is important.

Speaker A

Let me not.

Speaker B

She's healthy like us.

Speaker A

The way that your body processes food is literally different depending on which part of the nervous system you're currently in.

Speaker A

And what do most of us do day after day after day but eat in that stress state, which is the worst possible state, you know, your, Your blood, your body is preparing is.

Speaker A

Is.

Speaker A

Is to.

Speaker A

To run from the tiger.

Speaker A

So digestion doesn't matter.

Speaker A

At that point, your blood is being shunted away from your digestive system and into those, you know, areas that would be more important in running from the tiger.

So if you're not actually running from the tiger and you're eating food, like your body is not even in a place to digest the food.

Speaker A

The parasympathetic nervous system.

Speaker A

We, you know, the little moniker is rest and digest.

Speaker B

Yeah.

Speaker B

And I think that, like, that really stuck with me.

Speaker B

And that's coming to mind me in this energy, you know, we need to feel anchored in and safe in a place to be able to grow and reach high as a tree.

If you think of us as a tree.

And I think like where you're saying too is.

Is an extension of this, is being in this fight or flight all the time.

We're not able to nurture our foundations as well, to be able to weather little bits of stressors or wind, you know, as.

So all of these things are coming to mind.

To me, it's a story of earth above and lake below.

And I bet this will reinforce once I start reading the message of the I Ching, what we're talking about.

It feels like there's a bit of vitality in the air.

So we're working in function Feng shui with qi or life force energy.

And so anything like plants or even animals, people, anything that vitality, it really helps to nourish us.

When approaching good fortune.

Conscientious work pays great dividends.

Speaker B

So there is this clear road that's lying ahead.

That's the sense that we get when the seeds that have been lying dormant are ready to bloom.

So this is a time to be young energy, it's a time to be acting.

It's, you know, okay, pay attention.

Speaker B

If you can reflect back on all these little, little seeds that you've been planting and this isn't the time to like watch them.

Speaker B

We're asking to be integrated or to reacting or bring this into the physical world.

Speaker B

So yes, yeah, I mean, for example, like at the beginning of the year I invited in speaking opportunities and so now they're coming at me, a lot of them, I, I'm receiving them, I have to change the way I do things.

But I can't just sit there and watch them.

Speaker B

I have to touch them, I have to react to them.

Speaker B

This is the time to integrate them into your life.

Speaker B

So if those types of things have been happening in your life, it's a time, it's not going to last forever.

Speaker B

So you, you know, make those adjustments.

Speaker B

Preparing, in doing so, you're preparing for less fertile times because we know that's coming in the seasons of life that's coming, like I said, lots of receptivity at the top and some really strong inner and interpersonal energy there.

So relying on your inner work and also your collaborations and top line of guidance.

And sometimes it's caution says when a sage returns from seclusion to reenter the day to day world, good fortune falls on those they teach and help.

Seek objective advice from those you respect.

Particularly those who have not been caught up in your worldly affairs.

Their perceptions may provide you with fresh new perspective.

It's a season of new relationships.

In the bouncy of good time, new bonds are formed effortlessly.

Relationships born in spring can serve well to warm us in the following autumn and winter.
