embrace in my life and being consciously aware of

energy and how it actually impacts not only myself, but

my surroundings and everybody around me. You

may notice sometimes when you get up in the morning and

you're feeling a little bit off and then the rest of the day

is off, that's the energy that you're bringing to the table. So

when you wake up on purpose, with purpose, you

Speaker:

set your standard for the day. And when you're

Speaker:

intentional about the actions that you take, you

Speaker:

bring that energy and you bring that fire. And

when we want to live a life by design and with intention and

focus to go places, to achieve goals and

Speaker:

to really strive for life, you really do need

to be waking up on purpose, with purpose, with a reason to

Speaker:

pursue the day. And so when I say energy

Speaker:

doesn't lie, You will probably remember

Speaker:

times when somebody walks into the room and you're like, Oh, what's up

Speaker:

with her or that angry guy. And

Speaker:

that's energy speaking for people. And

Speaker:

so it's something I want you to encourage. I want to encourage

Speaker:

you to remember is that when you enter

Speaker:

a room. your energy speaks for you. And

Speaker:

once you actually master your energy, it

Speaker:

can significantly enhance your life and

Speaker:

the quality of the people that you surround yourself with.

Speaker:

Now, actions do speak louder than words, but again, energy

Speaker:

speaks louder. So remember that when you walk into

Speaker:

a room, how are you gonna be perceived and how do you wanna

Speaker:

be received by the people as well? I

Speaker:

love one of the sayings that I try and

Speaker:

remember a lot and that is that you

Speaker:

can influence a room, you don't have to absorb the

Speaker:

room. So there might be times that you turn up somewhere or

Speaker:

you go to work and the energy's like intense, you

Speaker:

can tell something's gone down. and you have a choice. You

Speaker:

either absorb and conform to what's going on

Speaker:

around you or you stand in your truth and you stand in

Speaker:

who you are and you remember the purpose that you woke

Speaker:

up with and you embrace that and you stand

Speaker:

strong in that and you use your energy. to

Speaker:

influence those that are around you. Maybe

Speaker:

you can drop down to somebody and

Speaker:

say, are you okay? Like, what's going on? Instead of

Speaker:

being like, oh no, what's going on? Like, shit,

Speaker:

be freaked out. Or you can actually, honestly,

Speaker:

you can really influence people around you

Speaker:

when your energy is strong and true. Not saying

Speaker:

every day you're going to wake up and life's going to be great. Sometimes we

Speaker:

all wake up on the wrong side of the bed, but there are conscious

Speaker:

choices that you can do to impact your energy and

Speaker:

your vibrational frequency. Now there's

Speaker:

this guy and his name is Dr. Hawkins and

Speaker:

he has the scale of consciousness. Now in

Speaker:

this world, we either live in fear or

Speaker:

we live in love and the two can't coexist. It's

Speaker:

like the different polarities in the world, the sun and the moon,

like there's always going to be a sunrise and there'll always be a

sunset. It doesn't matter if we see it,

it's always happening. And with

the Dr. Hawkins scale of consciousness when I

found this and I came upon this, I have never

ever been the same about my energy. And it's all a

choice. And I absolutely love the fact that

we get to choose our energy. Now, there's different

frequencies of fear and love. So I've

even framed this. So this is how much I love this.

us on a low vibrational frequency where we

just suffer. We just get by in life. We struggle. Everything's

hard. Everything's shit. Nothing works out for me. I

have a negative mindset because negative things

happen to me. We have all the excuses in the world. And

that's natural and it's normal because

when we operate from a place of fear, How

can we expect to call in good things? How

Speaker:

can we expect to experience love when we're so

Speaker:

fearful of it? How can we expect to feel

Speaker:

joy when we're ashamed of who we are? If

Speaker:

we're feeling guilty, how can we experience a

Speaker:

purpose and have a reason to live? So on

Speaker:

the Dr. Hawkins scale of consciousness, in

Speaker:

fear we have different frequencies and different feelings and

Speaker:

emotions such as guilt, grief, and fear. So

Speaker:

once we start to move and raise our

Speaker:

vibration, and our frequency that we operate

Speaker:

from, we actually get into a place of

Speaker:

courage. The courage to maybe strive for

Speaker:

a little bit more in life or the courage to begin

Speaker:

a self-healing journey, a self-discovery journey, figure

Speaker:

out who you are and why you're here. And then we start

Speaker:

to get by in life and the world start turning a little

Speaker:

bit more and we're more focused on the energy, not

Speaker:

only that we give out, but that we receive. And

Speaker:

then we actually raise our vibration a bit more into

Speaker:

purpose and acceptance of ourselves. When we actually accept

Speaker:

who we are. My gosh, it's amazing. It's

Speaker:

life changing. And you actually start to love who you

Speaker:

are. And one of my goals last year

Speaker:

when I first found this amazing tool was

Speaker:

joy, which is up here at the top in

Speaker:

flow. And I want to talk about flowing in

Speaker:

energy. So when we're in our flow, everything

Speaker:

works just like a river. you're just in there and

Speaker:

you're going and you're just, everything works out. And

Speaker:

when I focused my life on joy, everything,

Speaker:

didn't matter what negative thing came up because

Speaker:

we're all human and things come up all the time. And when

Speaker:

I'd have a disagreement with my husband or my kids would

Speaker:

sort of bring me to an angry level or I'd get frustrated or

Speaker:

confused, I would remember that I

Speaker:

am focused on having a joyful vibration.

Speaker:

And that state keeps me in flow. And

Speaker:

then before you know it, I'm flowing out of that. frustration

Speaker:

or that anger or that low vibration and

Speaker:

I'm back in love. And when love is our focus,

Speaker:

everything else can just transform and

Speaker:

work out beautifully. So I want to quickly touch

Speaker:

on as well, energy hygiene. So

Speaker:

you know when you are on a good vibe and

Speaker:

you experience something like road rage

Speaker:

and you're like, oh my God, like, and you're just

Speaker:

like, what is wrong with that person? you

Speaker:

can actually completely block it out. It's more

Speaker:

important for you to let that person go off on

Speaker:

their tangent than entertain that thought.

Speaker:

Entertain that energy because there's, for example, like

Speaker:

recently I was parked up at the supermarket and

Speaker:

my husband ran in and this lady got out of her car and

Speaker:

she hit my car, my car

Speaker:

door. So straight away, I'm like, looked out my window and I'm like,

Speaker:

wow. And she had just the most miserable energy.

Speaker:

And I'm like, natural reaction. this

Speaker:

bitch. So I get open my door and I'm like, yo,

Speaker:

like you cannot just hit my car. Are

Speaker:

you going to say something like you could say sorry at least like

Speaker:

she went to say sorry and she was so miserable and

Speaker:

just yucky in her energy that she couldn't even. spit

Speaker:

out the words, sorry, I hit your car. And she was like, well, I

Speaker:

just, I just touched the bumper, which she did. She did only touch

Speaker:

the bumper, but the fact was, and then I went to say something

Speaker:

and I thought, shit, actually. It's not even worth spending

Speaker:

energy on this lady. So I turned around, I hopped in the car

Speaker:

and I took a couple of deep breaths and I just cleansed my

Speaker:

space, cleansed my mind, cleansed my energy. So then

Speaker:

when my husband got back to the car, I was like, this bitch. And

Speaker:

then I told her and I wasn't angry and it wasn't like I

Speaker:

was holding on to that negative energy. And that's

Speaker:

the power of being able to cleanse your energy really quickly. So

Speaker:

I want to also touch on learning to control

Speaker:

your energy. So it is a

Speaker:

process. It's part of a transformative journey

Speaker:

that empowers you to shape the quality of your life. And

Speaker:

when you actually decide to do this

Speaker:

kind of work, it really does transform on

Speaker:

every level. So you have to

Speaker:

trust your gut. You have to learn to know

Speaker:

what your intuition is trying to tell you. You are

Speaker:

the only one that's responsible for your energy. You are

Speaker:

the only one that can raise your vibration. And overall, it

Speaker:

is a mindset. It's what you choose

Speaker:

to interact with. It's what you choose to bring to the

Speaker:

table. So if you choose to be somebody that

Speaker:

is a high vibe, that when you walk in the room,

Speaker:

people are like, yeah, she's arrived, or

Speaker:

they might not even notice you. And it's always

Speaker:

up to you. So you can be the

Speaker:

one that makes the party come alive.

Speaker:

Or you can be the one that nobody notices. And

Speaker:

both are equally as important. But

Speaker:

I can tell you now that when you have a high vibration

Speaker:

and you bring that energy, you're in flow. And

Speaker:

that's ultimately where we want to be. So if
