Speaker A

Welcome to Love Notes from Rhonda.

Speaker A

And today I want to talk about what lens you're seeing through.

Speaker A

We call it your perception, your filter, your lens.

Speaker A

You might have heard me use any of those labels.

Speaker A

It's how you see the world.

Speaker A

How your thinking, feelings, sensations, et cetera, spirit are helping you see the world or hindering you seeing the world.

Speaker A

As we talk about in Fearless Living, we have a wheel of fear and wheel of freedom.

Speaker A

And what our goal is, is to support you to see the world through your wheel of freedom.

Speaker A

Life gets a lot easier, a lot more effortless, a lot more grace happens.

Speaker A

You don't feel put upon, attacked, et cetera.

Speaker A

You don't feel like the world's against you when you're living on your wheel of freedom.

Speaker A

So if you know your essential nature, that is the lens I'd love you to practice scene out of.

Speaker A

If you don't have your wheel of freedom, then what I'd like you to do is think about the lens in which you want to see the world.

Speaker A

Just to get you started imagining a filter before you.

Speaker A

And you could use the love lens.

Speaker A

I'm going to look at the world through the lens of love.

Speaker A

I'm going to filter the world through love or I'm going to filter the world through my soul.

Speaker A

What is my soul telling me?

Speaker A

I. E. Another way to think about that is your intuition or God or source.

Speaker A

Some of us think about soul as that part of us that helps us become who we're meant to be.

Speaker A

So if you were using your soul lens rather than your fear lens, what would you see and how would you see it differently?

Speaker A

What could you change about how you see things?

Speaker A

What would change?

Speaker A

So today I'd like you just to pay attention to the world around you and yourself as you go about your business today and ask yourself, what lens are you looking through?

Speaker A

Maybe with the bank teller you're looking through the lens of bitterness.

Speaker A

Or maybe you're looking through the lens of not appreciated with your boss, right?

Speaker A

So we're looking through different lenses and when we switch our lens like that, it causes us confusion and makes us feel bad about ourselves.

Speaker A

Why can I do it there with this person but not this person?

Speaker A

Why can't I have patience with that when I can do it over here?

Speaker A

We are confused by our out of alignment ness, right?

Speaker A

We're not in alignment and we're confused by that when we start making a decision to see the world through one lens, practicing the world through one lens.

Speaker A

And like I said, if you have your will of freedom.

Speaker A

I'd like you to start practicing seeing the world through the essential nature lens.

Speaker A

And if you don't have your wheel of freedom, choose the lens.

Speaker A

Is it gonna be through your soul?

Speaker A

Is it gonna be love?

Speaker A

Is it gonna be trust?

Speaker A

What is that lens you wanna practice seeing?

Speaker A

This helps you build the skills as well as the muscle of having power over how you see the world.

Speaker A

You have choice about the world.

Speaker A

You see, when we're victimized by it, it doesn't feel that way.

Speaker A

Right?

Speaker A

It doesn't feel that way at all.

Speaker A

It feels like the world is happening to us.

Speaker A

I understand.

Speaker A

I get it.

Speaker A

Happens to me still too yet recovery.

Speaker A

How fast can you recover?

Speaker A

Get back on your wheel of freedom or again choosing that lens.

Speaker A

And start making decisions, making choices, seeing people, seeing things, seeing yourself through this lens.

Speaker A

So if you don't have a lens, you're thinking, I don't know what lens to use, Rhonda.

Speaker A

I don't.

Speaker A

I don't know what to do.

Speaker A

Then I invite you to look through the lens of love.

Speaker A

And it's not loving equals people pleasing.

Speaker A

No, that's not love.

Speaker A

That's people pleasing.

Speaker A

I'm talking about the love that.

Speaker A

That includes yourself.

Speaker A

Let's put it that way.

Speaker A

That love, that includes yourself and not just other people.

Speaker A

That your needs equal my needs.

Speaker A

As we say in the course, get your needs met.

Speaker A

So we want to include you and include the other person and attempt to see through the eyes of love.

Speaker A

Because when you see through the eyes of love, you're practicing seeing yourself and others as innocent.

Speaker A

Which is a skill that is required to truly reach our highest potential to highest expansion, the highest, I'll just say actualization.

Speaker A

So I invite you to think about the lens today.

Speaker A

Pay attention to the lens.

Speaker A

You have more power than you know.

Speaker A

Until next time, be fearless.

Speaker A

I love you, Sa.
