Hi, this is Kim Beam. And today I'm going to share a meditation with you on how to make a decision. First, think about what it is that you are trying to decide. Notice your breath going in and out of your body. Notice where you feel it the most. Is it in your belly? Is it in your nose? And just notice what happens.

Now, bring to mind the decision you're trying to make.

I want you to play it out, just decide one way and step into the decision in one direction and imagine that you are now living a life in that decision. What does a morning look like for you in that decision? What does a day look like in that decision?

How do you move forward in that day?

Living a life in the decision on one side. Who are the people you encounter? What are the circumstances? What does the scenery look like? How

do you feel overall, in a general overall sense of well being, happiness, mood? How do you feel?

What are some of your worries on this side of the decision?

How do you feel inside your body as you think about these worries?

Any other stressors you can think of that come up as a result of making this decision on this side.

Are there any things that you're really excited about on this side of the decision?

Now, back up, and think about what happens if you decide for the other side of the decision. What does a day look like? How does a day feel? What does a morning look like? What does your morning routine look like? What has changed in your life as a result of making this decision?

For this other side,

how do you feel? Overall, inside your body, how do you feel?

What are you worried about?

On this side of the decision, what are you stressed out about?

On this other side of the decision, What is exciting for you and exuberant and makes you all lit up.

And now that you've had an opportunity to sit on both sides, one way and then the other, what do you think now? Just take a moment and pause and reflect.

And then come back to yourself when you're ready with maybe some new insights.
