Speaker:all had this moment where we criticize ourselves for the way

Speaker:regularly engage in negative self talk, negative thinking,
Speaker:performance rather than pleasure is another major confidence

Speaker:vulnerability. And five, people pleasing. Overcoming these
Speaker:barriers can lead to a healthier, more fulfilling
