So Expansion alchemy is a wellness platform in the realms of B2B. in the realms of personal development, health, relationships, financial wealth, as well as feel better so they can be more productive so they can have better relationships. How they have better relationships with their spouses is how they have a relationships with their with their other employees and coworkers as well. And, just their finances go up as well, and then you can retain your employees for longer. They want to stay in your company longer because they're happier, they're more productive, they feel better, they're healthier, and they just want to work for you a little bit longer.

And so I wonder, you know, who might look at this and go, oh, well, yeah, I mean, that sounds great, but I don't want too much. Whew. Like, yeah.
Speaker 2 00:02:38 That's why I say, the matrix here. I separate them, of course. So my work is all who I am all the way through. However, the business side, I do have a corporate background. I worked in corporate America for over ten years, and alchemy is more of that holistic, that groundedness, not the woo we're going to like soar around in the cosmos. Okay, we're going to breathe. Let's show you the science of what a breeding technique, how that reprograms your system. Let's show you the science of that and then try that out with your team.

For the corporate side, that's completely different, because those are the people that want to see the science evidence at the back stuff. Yeah. And what does that look like in a workspace versus let's go fly in the cosmos. It's just fun. But not for everyone.

So let's, let's think about, you know, some of the evidence based, research or findings or experiences that, that you may have seen or witnessed, that really does have a place in a, you know, what we might call like a very mixed audience, typical workplace. maybe they're all committed to personal growth and and that sort of thing. So that all sounds good. So where do you fit in and what are some of the tools that you see that are very practical? They're accessible.
Speaker 1 00:04:13 And you know what? They are going to help drive the results that most founders and people leaders are looking for within their organization.
Speaker 2 00:04:22 Yes. So I'll give you one tip that I actually just started giving off to, to some of our clients. And they are loving it. So simple gratitude around. We think gratitude like, oh, I'm grateful for I'm grateful for this phone. I'm grateful for this. I'm grateful for this. But not only what you're grateful for, but why you're grateful for it, why you're grateful for it. Science has shown that that switches up your like your system inside of you, and it puts you into the energy of again, why you're grateful for it. It brings you back into that moment. Okay, someone a coworker did this for me. My wife did this. I'm so grateful that today I got acknowledgement from a coworker. Try it with your team. Next time you have a team meeting. Sit in a circle. Your Monday standup meetings, whatever it might be, and do a round of gratitude, whether it's personal or work related, and see the slight shifts of changes that you start seeing within your employees.
Speaker 2 00:05:22 Within your team, you will notice that they will start feeling better. If they're feeling better, if they're feeling more appreciated. Appreciate it. I felt so underappreciated when I worked in corporate America. It's just a simple thing of going around sharing a gratitude. If they're feeling more appreciated, they want to work more for you. They'll feel better. They'll be like, okay, I had a great day. All of a sudden. Like, Susie has a smile on her face all day and you're like, what just happened? Simple gratitude.
Speaker 1 00:05:53 yeah. So you had talked about, you know, in your weekly meeting, you know, you know, keeping space for that moment of gratitude, you know, maybe like a Thanksgiving dinner, right? Okay, everybody, share one thing that you're thankful for. Which is great. but, you know, kind of growing from that, which I think is a great place to start. and I don't mean to make light of that. I'm just being silly here, but, what I'm really interested is, as people, leaders, what are some other things that we can do? I've got some ideas, and I bet you're going to name the one I'm thinking of.
Speaker 1 00:06:31 What are some other things that we can do to create or inspire content and a culture of gratitude? in our workplace, in our family and our communities and beyond.
Speaker 2 00:06:46 There's so many things that we could do. Not only gratitude, meditation, breathwork. These words are popping up all of the time on social media throughout, throughout their buzzwords. So like gratitude, meditation, breathwork, but really living in it not only, and this is what I was saying a little bit earlier, is not only what you're grateful for, but why you're grateful for. So you're fully embodying this? Why I'm grateful for it. And start living that, as I'm sure you've all heard of it. Like, live as if, like as if you're trying to be something. Well, live as if you are already grateful for what it might be for Susie, helping you for your wife doing whatever for your kids, saying thank you, making you one of those like, spaghetti necklaces that I'm thinking of. Just be being in that environment, of being grateful and living as if you're grateful and just inspiring, constantly inspiring others to be grateful for everything and then journaling, meditating, all of that is complementary to it.
Speaker 1 00:07:51 Yeah. tell me a little bit about the trends that you've been observing as you've worked with your personal clients. And then after that, I really want to get into how you work with other professionals in this space because you provided to someone that's listening. They're resonating with what you're talking about, and they also have clients. We're going to get to that in just a second. but but again, just general trends and what you're seeing, maybe it's challenges that have been, you know, a specific challenge that has become more and more pronounced over the years. Or if you're looking in your crystal ball a little bit and you're looking at the road ahead of 2025, you know the things that you would recommend to leaders, to say, yeah, I'd, I'd probably get on the stick on this.
Speaker 2 00:08:40 So something that I'm seeing often and whether it's working B2B or B2C is people's worthiness. People are not feeling worthy of getting a promotion, of finding love, of making more money. Just people aren't feeling worthy.
Speaker 2 00:08:57 And this has been a trend that I've been seeing for multiple years now, and I am still seeing it. I'm going to keep still seeing it. So just have that appreciation for your employees, for your spouses, for everyone. So people start feeling worthy and then also working on yourself so you know you are worthy of that promotion, whether that's sitting in a simple meditation, whether that's watching a personal development film, whether that's whatever going on a walk and connecting to nature, whatever it might be, working on that with yourself, but also giving appreciation to others so people can feel that reciprocal reciprocity goodness, and so they can feel that they are worthy within themselves as well. And the people that surrounded them.

You know, there are some serious this is the last thing I want to talk about on this subject matter because it's it's fascinating. but not only are there kind of emotional or productivity justifications for this, but if you just want a healthier community, if you want a healthier workplace, if you want a healthier family, there are real connections between the practice of gratitude and just better health outcomes.

Speaker 2 00:10:23 so I truly believe the more that you are grateful for everything, the more that you receive the universe, God, whatever you might call it, will give you more. So just being grateful for the little things. Thank you. Thank you for waking up today. Thank you for me having my health today. Thank you for my spouse. Thank you for it being sunny today. It's been raining for a long time. I'm so grateful that it is sunny right now. So you're going to keep amplifying that and what you focus on. You keep amplifying and you do receive more of that. So let's talk a little bit about expansion alchemy and how you work with other professionals who are in, you know, and then I'll, I'll have you maybe define who it is that we're talking about and how you work with other. I don't say they're consultants, coaches or folks within this space. Yeah.

Speaker 2 00:11:16 We have a B2B as well as a B2C section. So on the B2B side, well, for both of them actually we have a 12 mentors. So it's not only me. You're not only getting access to me, but you're getting access to 11 other mentors as well. Each one of the 12 who we do one live class a month. So once a month you get 12 classes. There's a back office portal where you can watch all of the replays. All the classes are done live on zoom, and then once the class is done, it gets uploaded to the portal. You can go back. It's organized by the mentors names, and then it's also organized by our five pillars. So personal development, health relationships holistic and financial wellness. So you can go back and watch any of the replays. We do do some in-person events. We've done in-person events. And I would love to do like this is 2025 goals is like big events where people come to us. I've had visions of this, like we're going to be in a big stadium expansion, alchemy with all 12 teachers, 12 teachers get an hour or two, whatever it might be weekend long.
Speaker 2 00:12:13 I don't know yet, but we'd love to do in like big in-person events. But we do do some in-person stuff. and yeah, it's $99 a month per employee, 999 for the year, depending on the size of your company will depend on, the final price points. You can pay quarterly. You can pay yearly. For example, if you have, 100 employees, it's about, $75,000 for the year for all of you.
Speaker 1 00:12:42 Yeah. okay. So, and like clients that are companies that you've worked with thus far, can you tell me a little bit about their experience?
Speaker 2 00:12:52 Yeah. So they're absolutely loving it. Most of them we are we are fairly new. We've only been around for a little bit over a year and a half, and our clients are corporate clients that we've had, have been around for a couple of months. So no one's been through the entire year yet with us. so I can't speak to that. however, they are loving it. we are seeing lots of people.
Speaker 2 00:13:14 Be more productive, be happier. We've had some testimonials. It was one of my favorite testimonials ever was this gentleman came into one of the classes and he's like, I am not a crier ever. Especially in a like a professional setting where I have other teammates around me. And but this class just moved me. I was able to like, release some doubts that I had within myself that I didn't even know that I was able to have within myself, that I didn't know that I had within myself. And thank you. Just thank you so much, going back into that gratitude and just appreciation. And I love that because so many of us were like, okay, I need to be tough. Especially like the corporate hustle mentality men like, I need to be I need to be just strong. And this man just broke down in the middle of the classes and he's like, that was I was vulnerable for the first time in a long time. That's one of my all time favorite testimonials that we have.

Again, yes, worthiness, but also some kind of blocks within them.
