Trey Gerrald:

Chelsey.

Trey Gerrald:

How are ya?

Chelsey Donn:

I am good.

Chelsey Donn:

I'm burning the candle on all of the ends and you know, but it's good.

Chelsey Donn:

I'm so happy.

Chelsey Donn:

I'm always happy to be here with you.

Chelsey Donn:

Try.

Chelsey Donn:

This is like the cherry on top of every day.

Chelsey Donn:

I mean that

Trey Gerrald:

San Tino's cherries.

Chelsey Donn:

not cherries of fire.

Chelsey Donn:

Cherry is like a delicious sundae with a cherry on top.

Trey Gerrald:

Yes.

Trey Gerrald:

I enjoy being here as well.

Trey Gerrald:

And we enjoy all of you for joining us.

Trey Gerrald:

Chelsey, is there any, um, anything that is like ruffling your feathers at

Trey Gerrald:

Tell us, is there something that you would like to.

VOICEOVER:

Lodge A Complaint.

Trey Gerrald:

About,

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

Listen, I don't know who my beef is with here.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Chelsey Donn:

And like it's nature probably and trees you know, when you're walking on the sidewalk

Chelsey Donn:

And you trip.

Chelsey Donn:

I don't know why it's like, you know, some people like.

Chelsey Donn:

I think like unlucky where if there's gum on the floor, like they're going

Chelsey Donn:

Or if there's poop, there's going to be the one that steps in it.

Chelsey Donn:

Like if, if there is a rise in the sidewalk, when I'm, I am going to be the one that

Chelsey Donn:

I think I might be an earthquake tree root thing, but sometimes it's

Chelsey Donn:

Why is nobody intervened?

Trey Gerrald:

I think that is like a taxpayer thing.

Trey Gerrald:

Right?

Trey Gerrald:

I do know that my actually, I talked about them, uh, on like two episodes ago, my friends

Trey Gerrald:

works for the city and they like repave potholes and stuff like that.

Trey Gerrald:

That's like the division of like what your city taxes are going to, but yes, it is

Trey Gerrald:

They literally can break up cement.

Chelsey Donn:

I know, like we need the trees.

Chelsey Donn:

I love the tree.

Chelsey Donn:

It's like, listen, I don't think it's the tree's fault.

Chelsey Donn:

I think it's our fault.

Chelsey Donn:

You know, like somebody should take care of the trees.

Chelsey Donn:

The trees are just there being trees, providing oxygen, doing their thing.

Chelsey Donn:

You know, we're the ones that have to take care of them and take care of the streets so that

Trey Gerrald:

That is like a funny thing, especially in Manhattan, like the constant

Chelsey Donn:

yeah, what's your complaint?

Chelsey Donn:

Try lay it on us.

Trey Gerrald:

Well, I had one written down and then literally minutes before we started recording

Trey Gerrald:

And it spills out.

Trey Gerrald:

humiliating and embarrassing.

Trey Gerrald:

When you knock over a cup at a restaurant and then like everyone turns and looks

Trey Gerrald:

But it's very humiliating.

Trey Gerrald:

It's like being dumb.

Trey Gerrald:

Like suddenly everyone looks at you and like gives you that little look like, oh, you idiot.

Trey Gerrald:

Like.

Trey Gerrald:

But it just happened to me on my desk because I have this very expensive

Trey Gerrald:

This is from my favorite apothecary and cold spring, New York.

Trey Gerrald:

I just opened it yesterday throughout the week.

Trey Gerrald:

I store my microphone behind my monitor.

Trey Gerrald:

So I was wheeling it around and I have knocked over my cup of water multiple times.

Trey Gerrald:

So I knew to hold my water.

Trey Gerrald:

So my water wouldn't spill, but what didn't, you know.

Trey Gerrald:

this new Reed diffuser literally fell over.

Chelsey Donn:

Ah,

Trey Gerrald:

That's probably was $40

Chelsey Donn:

Oh, no.

Trey Gerrald:

wasted literally one quarter of that.

Chelsey Donn:

Oh no.

Chelsey Donn:

Oh, that's the worst.

Trey Gerrald:

and it's really the worst.

Trey Gerrald:

because there's no one to blame, but me, but oh, I just hate

Chelsey Donn:

I'm sure we can find someone else to blame, um,

Trey Gerrald:

I need to know for my mental health.

Trey Gerrald:

Oh, I hate you gravity.

Chelsey Donn:

yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

It's gravity's fault.

Trey Gerrald:

I think it's Murphy again.

Chelsey Donn:

It could be Murphy.

Trey Gerrald:

Murphy's law.

Trey Gerrald:

How dare you?

Chelsey Donn:

So does the room smell nice at least, you know, because of whatever spilled out.

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah, I mean, that's my hope is that it's going to saturate the wood

Trey Gerrald:

So has a harder stench than it when it just diffuses through the reeds.

Trey Gerrald:

So it

Chelsey Donn:

Right.

Chelsey Donn:

It's not as

Trey Gerrald:

little metallic right now, like,

Chelsey Donn:

Uh,

Trey Gerrald:

yeah, but

Chelsey Donn:

I hate that that sucks.

Chelsey Donn:

That's so upsetting.

Chelsey Donn:

I hate whenever I smell anything over at all, I was watching an episode of curb and it sort of

Chelsey Donn:

Everybody's looking at you, like you're like senile or something,

Chelsey Donn:

Cause they knocked everything over and it is interesting.

Chelsey Donn:

Cause it's like, if you're young and you knock something over your slim muscle,

Trey Gerrald:

you know what?

Trey Gerrald:

I'm referencing

Chelsey Donn:

she'll meal.

Chelsey Donn:

She'll

Trey Gerrald:

It's all to that

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

Like, yeah, like you're senile.

Chelsey Donn:

Right.

Chelsey Donn:

And if you're our age, it's just, I dunno.

Trey Gerrald:

Well, similar to your complaint now, if an old person falls, we

Chelsey Donn:

Right.

Trey Gerrald:

That's the first thought that comes to mind?

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

If I fall, they're just like, oh no, I don't know.

Chelsey Donn:

Like, I just feel like when I fall it's it's like scarier because I'm a fat person

Chelsey Donn:

I don't know.

Chelsey Donn:

That's just like people.

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah, for sure.

Chelsey Donn:

It's like, I have this thing.

Chelsey Donn:

I know this is a little bit of a tangent, but every time I go to a

Chelsey Donn:

Like I like wiggle the chair a little bit because I'm like, if I sit on the chair,

Trey Gerrald:

And at

Chelsey Donn:

And I break the chair.

Chelsey Donn:

It looks a lot different.

Trey Gerrald:

That is, that is like a wild, deep trauma response.

Trey Gerrald:

you chair in your life or something?

Chelsey Donn:

my God.

Chelsey Donn:

Yes, I

Trey Gerrald:

So there we go.

Chelsey Donn:

well, I had a moment when I was taking a stand up comedy class of all

Chelsey Donn:

This is so embarrassing.

Chelsey Donn:

I sat on one of those like white plastic lawn chairs, because it was one of those,

Chelsey Donn:

So I happened to be left with this lawn chair and I sat on it and I could feel

Chelsey Donn:

I just sort of like jumped up, like right away so that I wouldn't fall.

Chelsey Donn:

But like everybody in the class sort of knew.

Chelsey Donn:

What was going on.

Chelsey Donn:

And then every other class, after that, there was one chair that was like a beautiful,

Chelsey Donn:

And so every single time I would arrive at class, even if I was late, that chair was waiting for me.

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

I know.

Chelsey Donn:

Ah, perks, you know, what can I say?

Trey Gerrald:

Everyone was looking out for you.

Chelsey Donn:

Everyone was like, you know what?

Chelsey Donn:

Let's let's give her the nice chair.

Trey Gerrald:

But those lawn chair, things, those that happens all the time, that.

Trey Gerrald:

isn't

Chelsey Donn:

Okay, good.

Trey Gerrald:

the structural integrity of those plastic chairs commonly wore, especially

Trey Gerrald:

Yes.

Trey Gerrald:

I've experienced that as

Chelsey Donn:

Oh, good.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Chelsey Donn:

That makes me feel better.

Chelsey Donn:

Thank you.

Trey Gerrald:

All right.

Trey Gerrald:

Well,

Chelsey Donn:

at that.

Chelsey Donn:

That was like a bonus.

Chelsey Donn:

That was like a bonus.

Chelsey Donn:

Exhale.

Trey Gerrald:

feel like that, felt like one of our after-show chats.

Chelsey Donn:

Well, there you go.

Chelsey Donn:

If you're wondering

Trey Gerrald:

All right,

Chelsey Donn:

of that in

Trey Gerrald:

let's go forward and Chelsey.

Trey Gerrald:

Are you ready to go head?

Chelsey Donn:

Oh my God.

Chelsey Donn:

I'm so ready.

Chelsey Donn:

Let's go

Trey Gerrald:

Whew.

Trey Gerrald:

Yes, queen less.

VOICEOVER:

Assess That Kvetch.

Trey Gerrald:

All right.

Trey Gerrald:

So today is another vs episode.

Trey Gerrald:

And today Chelsey and I are going to cover both a one-star review and a five star

Chelsey Donn:

That's right for this versus episode, Trey is reading the

Chelsey Donn:

So to determine who reads first, we got to flip that quota.

Chelsey Donn:

I think it's my turn to guess.

Trey Gerrald:

Yes,

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Chelsey Donn:

Heads.

Trey Gerrald:

it's tails.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Chelsey Donn:

I was on a little bit of a streak.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay, great.

Chelsey Donn:

So that means that we are going to hear the five star review first.

Trey Gerrald:

All right.

Trey Gerrald:

So today we're covering the bridal salon: Pronovias.

Trey Gerrald:

Pronovias is a wedding dress boutique situated in New York city.

Trey Gerrald:

Originally it opened in 1922 as a Barcelona boutique.

Trey Gerrald:

The store evolved into an international franchise with over 4,000 points

Trey Gerrald:

It has earned a reputation for providing customers with a seamless and

Chelsey Donn:

We know nothing about that.

Trey Gerrald:

So at the time of recording, there are 117 reviews for Pronovias on TheKnot

Trey Gerrald:

They were a 2014 pick for TheKnots best of wedding award.

Trey Gerrald:

So with all of that background info, let's get into this versus a battle on wedding gowns.

VOICEOVER:

Review That Review.

Trey Gerrald:

All right.

Trey Gerrald:

So today I am reading the five star from TheKnot.com and this is a Review

Chelsey Donn:

Canopius in Barcelona.

Chelsey Donn:

Oh, wait, wait, wait.

Chelsey Donn:

Pronovias Novia is Novia, like has a wife, wife in Spanish Novia.

Trey Gerrald:

it's like probably like for the wives or whatever.

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah, like for the wives.

Chelsey Donn:

Wow.

Chelsey Donn:

so happy that we just figure that

Trey Gerrald:

I be saying no,

Chelsey Donn:

Novia means wife.

Trey Gerrald:

Okay.

Trey Gerrald:

I don't know, whatever.

Chelsey Donn:

Pronovias

Trey Gerrald:

All right.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Trey Gerrald:

and here's the Review!.

Trey Gerrald:

I said yes to the dress and it was the best experience ever.

Trey Gerrald:

I have to say I chose my dress and bridal salon before reading any reviews because I fell in love

Trey Gerrald:

After reading the reviews for Pronovias, I was definitely a little nervous that this was the

Trey Gerrald:

Well, it taught me not to believe everything you read because they couldn't have been more wrong.

Trey Gerrald:

I was at their flagship store in New York, four separate times for my initial try-on

Trey Gerrald:

Each time I was in and out, they took me on time for all of my appointments, and

Trey Gerrald:

Mu dress arrived on time, even in the middle of a worldwide Pandemic.

Trey Gerrald:

My seamstress Mauritz was the sweetest lady and did a fantastic job altering my dress.

Trey Gerrald:

She even made me a matching face mask from the extra fabric.

Trey Gerrald:

Clara, the manager was amazing and very knowledgeable about all things bridal!

Trey Gerrald:

Overall.

Trey Gerrald:

It was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend getting your dress here.

Trey Gerrald:

And this was written October 21st, 2020.

Trey Gerrald:

So that was right at a scary time.

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

That was a scary time.

Chelsey Donn:

I'm happy for Michelle, that she was still able to get married, you know?

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah,

Chelsey Donn:

All right.

Chelsey Donn:

So I, I like this.

Chelsey Donn:

Review!

Chelsey Donn:

what I find, what I find interesting about it is, you know, how they went there without

Chelsey Donn:

So that's interesting to me.

Trey Gerrald:

It is an interesting point to take when you're leaving a five star

Trey Gerrald:

My experience is not indicative from all of the stories online.

Trey Gerrald:

And I'm going reference that I see a sea of bad reviews.

Trey Gerrald:

Like I, I think there's value there.

Trey Gerrald:

It also sort of instantly makes me suspicious that it's a planted Review!

Trey Gerrald:

because there's like leaning in so hard that like there were, there are

Trey Gerrald:

If this is truthful, which we'll discuss, I appreciate that.

Trey Gerrald:

They're like luck that wasn't my experience.

Trey Gerrald:

And I would wholeheartedly recommend

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

I don't know why, because, you know, usually I'm very sus, but like I do believe

Chelsey Donn:

Like, oh, you're just sort of looking through wedding dresses.

Chelsey Donn:

You happen to find it.

Chelsey Donn:

This is the location of it.

Chelsey Donn:

You call them up, you make an appointment.

Chelsey Donn:

And then later on, you know, you're kind of Googling to follow up and you're like, oh shoot.

Chelsey Donn:

Like, I can believe that narrative.

Chelsey Donn:

And because I can believe the narrative.

Chelsey Donn:

I like that Michelle is taking us through this process because maybe somebody else

Trey Gerrald:

that's a good point.

Chelsey Donn:

I mean, Michelle's not alone.

Chelsey Donn:

There are other five-star reviews here.

Chelsey Donn:

It is a three point.

Chelsey Donn:

What was it?

Chelsey Donn:

3.6.

Chelsey Donn:

So.

Chelsey Donn:

You know, it is a hard thing.

Chelsey Donn:

We, we deal with this all the time.

Chelsey Donn:

That's why we do the one and five, because it's like, some people are going to have

Chelsey Donn:

And I think with weddings, it's just so hard because it's like the

Trey Gerrald:

stakes are the highest.

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah.

Trey Gerrald:

Actually, I think that does sway me on the truthful versus shady scale here because.

Trey Gerrald:

I believe that you would be just like looking through wedding dresses online or just like

Trey Gerrald:

A'.

Trey Gerrald:

like if I were working for Pronovias and I wanted to flush out some of the negatives, I

Trey Gerrald:

Cause it isn't saying that you're brand loyal.

Trey Gerrald:

You're just like obsessed with the stress and then you hunt it down.

Trey Gerrald:

You know?

Trey Gerrald:

I actually appreciate that.

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah, I appreciated that too.

Chelsey Donn:

And again, like I've, I've helped several friends pick out wedding dresses at this point.

Chelsey Donn:

And I know between all the Pinterest boards and stuff like that, like it's very

Trey Gerrald:

Well, I do think that most people aren't like aware of bridal designers,

Chelsey Donn:

Right.

Chelsey Donn:

It's not as identifiable.

Chelsey Donn:

if you're not somebody that's getting a

Trey Gerrald:

the world.

Chelsey Donn:

or an Oscar de LA Renta dress,

Trey Gerrald:

Because hypothetically you're getting married once, hopefully.

Trey Gerrald:

So it's not like something you're keeping tabs on constantly.

Trey Gerrald:

So you are sort of coming at it blind in many ways,

Chelsey Donn:

yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

I also liked that they gave specific names, so they give us more than just Mauritz.

Chelsey Donn:

I feel like there was another name in there as

Trey Gerrald:

Clara

Chelsey Donn:

Clara.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Chelsey Donn:

Clara.

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

Who's

Trey Gerrald:

Oh, the one spelling grammar is M U instead of M Y my address arrived.

Trey Gerrald:

But other than that, it's gorgeous and no other issues.

Chelsey Donn:

I liked the fact that they told us about the mask additions,

Chelsey Donn:

That's something that I guess, you know, as part of the consideration,

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah, I think that's a really cute actually, I don't know if there's enough

Chelsey Donn:

Right.

Chelsey Donn:

Exactly.

Chelsey Donn:

That's what I'm sort of looking for.

Chelsey Donn:

Like, can I, how can I ascertained whether or not, you know, other people are going to

Trey Gerrald:

I would imagine it might be common to look up reviews and feel nervous

Chelsey Donn:

Definitely.

Trey Gerrald:

like that might actually be pretty common.

Trey Gerrald:

So I appreciate Michelle mentioned it.

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

And she hit on a few points that were interesting.

Chelsey Donn:

I, I, I wonder if she was teeing up anything about the negative reviews, because she talked about,

Chelsey Donn:

So like hitting those points is interesting and a little bit.

Chelsey Donn:

Maybe defensive of the store?

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah, I agree.

Trey Gerrald:

But I don't think there's much humor here, but I like the Review!

Trey Gerrald:

it feels level, head.

Chelsey Donn:

I agree.

Chelsey Donn:

All right.

Trey Gerrald:

I think I could crown this.

Trey Gerrald:

What do you think?

Chelsey Donn:

I think I can cry Michelle C last than.

Trey Gerrald:

All right.

Trey Gerrald:

So Chelsey and I each have our own set of zero to five crown cards and in an effort

VOICEOVER:

The Queens are Tabulating.

Chelsey Donn:

All right.

Chelsey Donn:

I'm holding up three and a half.

Chelsey Donn:

Crowns.

Chelsey Donn:

Trey is holding up four crowns.

Chelsey Donn:

I gave Michelle three and a half crowns, cause I thought it was a little

Chelsey Donn:

I really liked that she addressed the concerns of the other reviews, because I

Chelsey Donn:

And I think she gave nice general strokes of the experience.

Chelsey Donn:

I just wish maybe there was like a tiny bit more specificity.

Chelsey Donn:

not funny, we had a little bit of a spelling error, uh, but nothing wrong with the Review!.

Chelsey Donn:

So a solid three and a half for me.

Chelsey Donn:

Why?

Chelsey Donn:

For.

Trey Gerrald:

I mean, I do feel very similar to you, but I went up to four.

Trey Gerrald:

Because I do think the ultimate impact here, it might have a deal breaking situation For.

Trey Gerrald:

me, where it's like, okay, it's possible to have a very great experience here, even though

Trey Gerrald:

Can I make sure Mauritz is my seamstress?

Trey Gerrald:

Like, you know, I could really sort of navigate power.

Trey Gerrald:

I like that it's level headed, especially in the bridal wedding industry.

Trey Gerrald:

It's like, everything is so high emotion.

Trey Gerrald:

So for that reason I gave it four crowns.

Chelsey Donn:

that makes sense.

Chelsey Donn:

You and I tend to differ in that regard.

Chelsey Donn:

I really like a good novella.

Chelsey Donn:

You like you like when they're more straightforward?

Trey Gerrald:

I think so.

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Chelsey Donn:

I love that.

Chelsey Donn:

All right.

Chelsey Donn:

Well, good.

Chelsey Donn:

Solid.

Chelsey Donn:

Review!

Chelsey Donn:

trey.

Chelsey Donn:

I guess to see if our opinion is swayed.

Chelsey Donn:

Once we hear the other side of the argument.

Trey Gerrald:

All right, so we'll take a quick break.

Trey Gerrald:

And when we come back, we're going to hear Chelsey's I guess, novella version BRB.

Chelsey Donn:

BRB.

VOICEOVER:

We'll be right back.

Trey Gerrald:

It's time to take a quick spin on the Meryl-Go-Round for our game.

Trey Gerrald:

Brady.

Chelsey Donn:

Here's the deal.

Chelsey Donn:

Trey and I have each picked a rotten scathing, pithy One-Star-Zinger.

Chelsey Donn:

And with 30 seconds on the clock, we'll take turns, trying to recite the

Trey Gerrald:

Just like queen Meryl Streep, who does it all.

Chelsey Donn:

before the clock runs out.

Trey Gerrald:

All right, Chels.

Trey Gerrald:

Whats your Zinger for today.

Chelsey Donn:

So you guys know my favorite is to do the crazy gag gift moments.

Chelsey Donn:

And this is from Amazon.

Chelsey Donn:

It is a one-star review written by Mychal with a very unique spelling.

Chelsey Donn:

M Y C H a L.

Trey Gerrald:

Hm.

Chelsey Donn:

This is a one-star review by Michael for a beer belly Fanny pack.

Chelsey Donn:

And it's kind of gross.

Chelsey Donn:

You guys was an,, I'm a fan.

Chelsey Donn:

I, I wouldn't mind marrying someone with a little beer belly.

Chelsey Donn:

I'm not even going to lie, like actually probably preferable in my case.

Chelsey Donn:

Um, but I don't think I would like it if they were wearing a beer belly Fanny pack, just

Chelsey Donn:

It is a Fanny pack with a photo of a beer belly.

Trey Gerrald:

Is it Harry.

Chelsey Donn:

it's, it's actually a little less hairy than you probably think, but

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

So the subject is this isn't funny.

Trey Gerrald:

No.

Chelsey Donn:

And the Review!

Chelsey Donn:

is God.

Chelsey Donn:

Why does beer have calories?

Chelsey Donn:

That's it?

Trey Gerrald:

All right, Mike cow,

Chelsey Donn:

I know.

Chelsey Donn:

Right.

Trey Gerrald:

I'm going to strap you into a disgusting can of Natty light.

Chelsey Donn:

Ooh, such college memories.

Chelsey Donn:

Let's

Trey Gerrald:

you ready?

Chelsey Donn:

I'm ready.

Chelsey Donn:

Let's do it.

VOICEOVER:

Three, Two, One, GO!.

Chelsey Donn:

Why does beer have calories?

Chelsey Donn:

Trey Gerrald:

That was six diva.

Chelsey Donn:

Yay.

Chelsey Donn:

All right.

Chelsey Donn:

Trey.

Chelsey Donn:

Where is your zinger from today?

Trey Gerrald:

I have a One-Star-Zinger from Good ol ratemyprofessors.com.

Chelsey Donn:

Love that.

Trey Gerrald:

This is for an anthropology professor at UC Davis

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Trey Gerrald:

and the Review!

Trey Gerrald:

is an absolutely mind numbingly, horrible lecturer.

Chelsey Donn:

Oh my God.

Chelsey Donn:

those.

Trey Gerrald:

wordy.

Trey Gerrald:

I'm going to stumble.

Trey Gerrald:

I have I'm for sure.

Trey Gerrald:

I'm positive.

Chelsey Donn:

All right.

Chelsey Donn:

I'm going to strap you into a marble composition notebook.

Trey Gerrald:

Ooh, that's my iPad cover.

Chelsey Donn:

Oh my God.

Chelsey Donn:

Amazing.

Chelsey Donn:

All right, so don't get any paper cards.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Chelsey Donn:

Strap yourself into that cardboard exterior.

Chelsey Donn:

let's get this.

Chelsey Donn:

Meryl-Go-Round spin shallowly.

Trey Gerrald:

Let's do it.

Trey Gerrald:

Here we go.

Chelsey Donn:

All right.

Chelsey Donn:

Let's do it.

VOICEOVER:

Three, Two, One, GO!.

Trey Gerrald:

Absolutely horrible.

Chelsey Donn:

Trey Gerrald:

Absolutely my numbingly horrible lecturer,

Trey Gerrald:

absolutely mind horrible.

Chelsey Donn:

Disney film into our

Trey Gerrald:

absolutely my numbingly horrible lecturer by boy.

Chelsey Donn:

all right.

Chelsey Donn:

Good job.

Chelsey Donn:

Trey.

Trey Gerrald:

Thank you.

Chelsey Donn:

I loved the readings there.

Chelsey Donn:

I really, I mean, book debt, what can I say?

Trey Gerrald:

Thank you,

Chelsey Donn:

Five trey.

Trey Gerrald:

but to make sure you are big winner.

Chelsey Donn:

Yay.

Trey Gerrald:

mazal Tov, Chelsey,

Chelsey Donn:

you.

Chelsey Donn:

Thank you.

Chelsey Donn:

Thank you.

Chelsey Donn:

I caught the bouquet.

Trey Gerrald:

I'm always a bridesmaid, never the bride.

VOICEOVER:

Review That Review.

Trey Gerrald:

All right.

Trey Gerrald:

We are back from that rousing game break.

Trey Gerrald:

And now Chelsey Donn.

Trey Gerrald:

It's time for your one star review.

Chelsey Donn:

Let's do it.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Chelsey Donn:

So this is a one-star review for Pronovias.

Chelsey Donn:

As we've mentioned, it is written by Laura T.

Trey Gerrald:

Okay.

Chelsey Donn:

All right, here we go.

Chelsey Donn:

SEAMSTRESS STREAKED BLOOD ON MY GOWN.

Chelsey Donn:

READ ON!

Chelsey Donn:

Please, please, please.

Trey Gerrald:

Ah,

Chelsey Donn:

Order a Pronovias dress, but avoid the flagship location in Midtown Manhattan.

Trey Gerrald:

oh,

Chelsey Donn:

I was not one of the small pushy, bridal boutiques kind of bride.

Chelsey Donn:

So I found the huge glamorous flagship store, very attractive because they do tons of

Chelsey Donn:

I liked the big setting.

Chelsey Donn:

But what happens with a big setting is that you get lost.

Chelsey Donn:

And this is what happened to me.

Chelsey Donn:

Last fitting.

Chelsey Donn:

I scheduled a month in advance and brought my whole family with me to learn, to

Chelsey Donn:

All appointments scheduled way in advance.

Chelsey Donn:

NO WORK HAD BEEN DONE ON THE DRESS!.

Trey Gerrald:

Oh, no.

Chelsey Donn:

Nothing!

Chelsey Donn:

I was forced to come back one week later, right before my wedding extremely

Trey Gerrald:

Oh.

Chelsey Donn:

Sat in waiting room for 45 minutes while manager falsely chatted me up.

Chelsey Donn:

Seamstress, arrived, sweating, and thanking me for giving her more time.

Chelsey Donn:

After taking dress home, opened the bag.

Chelsey Donn:

Seamstress had pricked her finger and streaked BLOOD DOWN THE FRONT OF MY GOWN!

Trey Gerrald:

Oh

Chelsey Donn:

four days before my wedding

Trey Gerrald:

God.

Chelsey Donn:

forced to find out of town dry cleaners and pay $300 bill.

Chelsey Donn:

Then noticed Garnett was SNAGGED on the lower part of the dress.

Chelsey Donn:

Didn't bother fixing it because blood was main concern.

Chelsey Donn:

Total mess con contacted store.

Chelsey Donn:

All they did was apologize and pay for the dry cleaning.

Chelsey Donn:

Contacted corporate after wedding asked for a full refund on dress because they

Chelsey Donn:

They absolutely refused to refund me.

Chelsey Donn:

It was 1700 and said they did enough paying the dry cleaning bill.

Chelsey Donn:

So get your Pronovias dress at one of the many NYC shops, not the flagship.

Chelsey Donn:

TOTAL NIGHTMARE.

Chelsey Donn:

I should be suing them to be honest.

Chelsey Donn:

Whew, Laura T Laura T spill the tea on

Trey Gerrald:

Pronovias.

Trey Gerrald:

whoa.

Trey Gerrald:

Okay.

Trey Gerrald:

Wait, what is a Garnet?

Chelsey Donn:

Is it a fab?

Trey Gerrald:

something that was wrapped, whatever.

Chelsey Donn:

Something was wrapped.

Trey Gerrald:

I think my favorite part of the survey view is when Laura T says sat for 45

Chelsey Donn:

I know I was like, what does that even mean?

Chelsey Donn:

I mean,

Trey Gerrald:

I get a clear picture, even though I don't know what it

Chelsey Donn:

Same, obviously there was some sort of major flub up

Trey Gerrald:

multiple times with the schedule.

Chelsey Donn:

with the scheduling, I don't know what was happening behind the scenes,

Chelsey Donn:

It actually kind of reminded me a little bit of the wedding cake Review!

Chelsey Donn:

moment where it's like throw in the girl that doesn't know anything about the wedding cake

Chelsey Donn:

Like that's how I see the situation where the owner was probably like, you know,

Chelsey Donn:

Tell me about it.

Chelsey Donn:

Like, it's clear that they were.

Chelsey Donn:

You know, trying to, I understand.

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

Say face exactly.

Trey Gerrald:

I wonder what the reverse here is.

Trey Gerrald:

Like, if you are the bride and you miss one of these appointments, I wonder if there's a fee,

Chelsey Donn:

probably, there's always some sort of double standard.

Chelsey Donn:

I mean, the blood on the dress.

Trey Gerrald:

can't you just imagine?

Trey Gerrald:

Do you think that this is Murray it's from the other one?

Trey Gerrald:

Or do you think they have multiple seamstresses?

Chelsey Donn:

I think they have more, I don't think is Murray it's.

Chelsey Donn:

I don't think Marines would do that.

Chelsey Donn:

I just wonder, like, what was the lead up?

Chelsey Donn:

Was it like, she showed up and the manager had to go to the back and be

Chelsey Donn:

Her wedding is like in a day.

Chelsey Donn:

Do we still didn't do the changes?

Chelsey Donn:

Do them really fast.

Chelsey Donn:

And then the woman was trying to do them really fast and hurt herself in the middle of it.

Trey Gerrald:

I think that's sort of the narrative that Laura might be thinking,

Trey Gerrald:

And that just makes me go into like panic mode as the same stress.

Trey Gerrald:

Cause you know, you know that your manager has told you, like, somehow this ball was dropped.

Trey Gerrald:

have to get here as soon as you can and like make this work and then you accidentally cut yourself.

Trey Gerrald:

It's sort of like, then you go into panic

Chelsey Donn:

think that the seam stress didn't tell the manager?

Chelsey Donn:

Because I feel like even though this is really bad and I'm sure either way Laura would have

Chelsey Donn:

We had this accident, like, you know, obviously accidents happen.

Chelsey Donn:

We want to take care of it.

Chelsey Donn:

We're going to get a dry clean, we're going to do whatever we're going to take 20% off the dress.

Chelsey Donn:

Like if they had addressed it at that point, you know, I'm sure Laura would have

Chelsey Donn:

Like what if Laura didn't open the dress until the day of her wedding,

Trey Gerrald:

until the

Chelsey Donn:

that would have been

Trey Gerrald:

well, that's the other too, is like, I wonder, I wonder if I do, for whatever

Trey Gerrald:

So if going off of that assumption that either either the seamstress didn't notice or the same

Trey Gerrald:

you are going to have to refund fully.

Trey Gerrald:

I would imagine at that point, so it's possible that the manager was

Trey Gerrald:

And then an issue arises, we're gonna say no refunds.

Trey Gerrald:

I mean, I'm

Chelsey Donn:

if you would have to, like, I mean, this is a terrible situation, but I wonder if.

Chelsey Donn:

First of all.

Chelsey Donn:

I do think I agree with Laura.

Chelsey Donn:

I think they should have done more.

Trey Gerrald:

I do too, actually.

Chelsey Donn:

just paying for the dry cleaning is not enough.

Chelsey Donn:

Like I always get upset whenever somebody like really messes something up and they

Chelsey Donn:

Like.

Trey Gerrald:

Emotional distress.

Chelsey Donn:

There's like so much that goes into this and, and just paying for the

Chelsey Donn:

It's just like, oh yeah, we're going to pay for fixing our error.

Chelsey Donn:

Well, duh,

Trey Gerrald:

Right, right.

Trey Gerrald:

I mean, I appreciate that.

Trey Gerrald:

They covered the dry cleaning.

Trey Gerrald:

I appreciate that.

Trey Gerrald:

That, that didn't seem to be an issue.

Trey Gerrald:

It is interesting to me.

Trey Gerrald:

I, I recognize that it's like, just get through the wedding and then we'll deal with it.

Trey Gerrald:

But there is something that then feels a little, like you've lost some power in

Trey Gerrald:

Rather than like in the moment, be

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah.

Trey Gerrald:

is outrageously unacceptable,

Chelsey Donn:

I guess, but at the same time, it's like, if you're that close to your wedding, you

Chelsey Donn:

I will bring this to a dry cleaner.

Chelsey Donn:

We will figure it out.

Chelsey Donn:

We will get the money back later.

Chelsey Donn:

I don't, we don't have to think like that, addressing it after the wedding is done.

Chelsey Donn:

It makes sense to me, I'm

Trey Gerrald:

It does make sense

Chelsey Donn:

I'm sure they took photos.

Chelsey Donn:

I'm sure like they, which is interesting.

Chelsey Donn:

Can you do photos on TheKnot?

Trey Gerrald:

I don't know.

Trey Gerrald:

I don't think so.

Chelsey Donn:

okay.

Chelsey Donn:

Cause that would have been really powerful if there photos, of course, but this is unacceptable.

Chelsey Donn:

This is a very useful Review!.

Chelsey Donn:

I mean, besides the fact that like it's gross, I think like, If I was going to go to Pronovias,

Trey Gerrald:

keep

Chelsey Donn:

that like this does not happen to me otherwise, bye!

Trey Gerrald:

I agree.

Trey Gerrald:

I think that it has like outrageously valuable.

Trey Gerrald:

I, I just want to point out it's interesting that they start through Review!

Trey Gerrald:

with, please, please, please, buy here, but not at this one.

Trey Gerrald:

And then they end with please by the stress at a different, like, that is So, wild to me

Trey Gerrald:

Pinpoint They be like in RegEd

Chelsey Donn:

Yes.

Trey Gerrald:

God.

Trey Gerrald:

I imagined that seems just freaking

Chelsey Donn:

God, me too.

Chelsey Donn:

Me too.

Chelsey Donn:

I was just going to address that.

Chelsey Donn:

I'm so glad you brought it up because that first line is like everything.

Chelsey Donn:

But I think that that leads into the trustworthy factor here, right?

Chelsey Donn:

Because it's like, we've read plenty of reviews where they just like throw in sort

Chelsey Donn:

And it feels like.

Trey Gerrald:

piling

Chelsey Donn:

Piling on, like, you're just like trying, like you have this issue and I would

Trey Gerrald:

I think you're right.

Trey Gerrald:

I think that's why it feels so truthful.

Chelsey Donn:

It really, really does.

Chelsey Donn:

Like, I, I believe, I believe that my belief that this is their experience.

Chelsey Donn:

I see the passion.

Chelsey Donn:

I mean, clearly we had a lot of all caps moments, but It's funny because if you

Chelsey Donn:

It's like a, it's like an internal thing.

Chelsey Donn:

Like no work was done on the dress to work was done.

Chelsey Donn:

Again, there was blood on the front of my gown.

Chelsey Donn:

It was snagged was a total nightmare.

Chelsey Donn:

Like if you're just reading the bullet points, you know, you get the full narrative,

Trey Gerrald:

So then do we think that narrative is common or a fluke?

Trey Gerrald:

I mean, I imagine the blood as a fluke, but I kind of, at first I really wanted

Trey Gerrald:

You're going to get lost in the fray.

Trey Gerrald:

I think that's like not factual.

Trey Gerrald:

Uh, but.

Trey Gerrald:

I do feel like it could be common.

Trey Gerrald:

It could be common.

Trey Gerrald:

I mean, they forgot to alter it

Chelsey Donn:

That's bad twice,

Trey Gerrald:

That is so that is so beyond the pale to

Chelsey Donn:

Not as that's bad.

Chelsey Donn:

I mean, once is one thing twice.

Chelsey Donn:

I mean, I do.

Chelsey Donn:

I think it's common.

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

I think that it's probably common amongst honestly like the wedding dress industry

Trey Gerrald:

Really

Chelsey Donn:

I have, I mean, not this situation, but just like other situations, thankfully,

Chelsey Donn:

Like I think it is presumptive to say that it's just because it's the flagship store.

Chelsey Donn:

I think we're grasping for an explanation here because so.

Chelsey Donn:

Bizarre and these sort of smaller boutiques while interestingly enough,

Chelsey Donn:

I do think that they, in my mind, at least the way this is all being described,

Chelsey Donn:

And like, you're the only one that has the appointment that day.

Chelsey Donn:

And it's all about you and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.

Chelsey Donn:

You know,

Trey Gerrald:

definitely an air of that.

Chelsey Donn:

There's definitely an air of that, which I guess maybe could be missing in

Chelsey Donn:

I wonder how many other people go to this location?

Chelsey Donn:

I guess that's something that I'm feeling a little bit confused about.

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah.

Trey Gerrald:

I'm unsure.

Trey Gerrald:

What do you th this is neither here or there, but struck me.

Trey Gerrald:

What do you think about Laura inviting their entire.

Trey Gerrald:

Family for the final fitting.

Chelsey Donn:

Not

Trey Gerrald:

that seems like such, but it feels like such a giveaway.

Trey Gerrald:

I mean, I recognize it's like to learn how to tie the bustle and stuff, but the

Chelsey Donn:

I don't know.

Chelsey Donn:

I mean,

Trey Gerrald:

it just feels like the big reveal, like to invite the whole family to come for

Trey Gerrald:

But maybe that maybe I'm I'm unaware because I don't do.

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

I mean, that didn't, that didn't raise any flags for me.

Chelsey Donn:

I think that, that, that makes sense.

Chelsey Donn:

Especially if you have a dress with a difficult bustle, my sister had a dress with a D

Chelsey Donn:

And it still took us a long time.

Chelsey Donn:

So.

Trey Gerrald:

when was this written?

Chelsey Donn:

This was written in 2018.

Chelsey Donn:

So pre pandemic,

Trey Gerrald:

I wonder, because to me, I feel like $1,700 for a wedding dress isn't that crazy?

Trey Gerrald:

Obviously that's a lot of money that's a privileged statement, but I feel like

Trey Gerrald:

And when you look at the budget of a wedding, 1700 doesn't seem that outrageous to me.

Trey Gerrald:

I mean like wedding rings, like at Tiffany's are a thousand dollars.

Trey Gerrald:

So this is like,

Chelsey Donn:

No is low for a dress, but I don't know.

Chelsey Donn:

funny when I first read that part, I was like, are they talking about the full refund or are

Chelsey Donn:

Like did they have to have a few sessions with their life coach

Trey Gerrald:

well, they said though dry cleaning was 300, so that's like a large

Chelsey Donn:

and then $1,400?

Chelsey Donn:

That is emotional.

Trey Gerrald:

I took that as the price of the gout, which in my mind, if

Trey Gerrald:

It's not even that much.

Chelsey Donn:

Right.

Chelsey Donn:

Well, that's why I think they were saying it was only $1,700.

Chelsey Donn:

I don't know.

Chelsey Donn:

I definitely think they could have done more.

Chelsey Donn:

They should have done more.

Chelsey Donn:

I'm I'm on Lord he's side, you

Trey Gerrald:

Wait devil's advocate at the beginning of the Review!

Trey Gerrald:

to does Laura mention how early in the process they bought the dress, because we

Chelsey Donn:

They don't, but they said that they scheduled the last fitting for a month in advance.

Chelsey Donn:

And you know, if they're scheduling it in advance, they must've gone several months prior.

Trey Gerrald:

that was my only sort of devil's advocate is like, was Laura

Chelsey Donn:

then it says, well, no, because the next sign, after that, you know, they

Chelsey Donn:

They say all appointments scheduled way in advance.

Trey Gerrald:

what does that even mean though?

Chelsey Donn:

Well, I mean, I feel like way in advance me and if they're saying it was

Trey Gerrald:

know, I think I'm on Laura T side

Chelsey Donn:

I think we have to be on Lord he's side.

Trey Gerrald:

We never really addressed humor or entertainment.

Chelsey Donn:

right.

Chelsey Donn:

Not humorous, really.

Trey Gerrald:

cause

Chelsey Donn:

Um, not a funny matter, really, almost like a horror movie.

Trey Gerrald:

But I thought it was funny, especially under the context of a horror movie.

Trey Gerrald:

the death.

Trey Gerrald:

The funny part to me is that Laura assumes that they pricked the finger, like the explanation

Trey Gerrald:

I just think prick seems very dainty and delicate,

Chelsey Donn:

right.

Chelsey Donn:

Actually, that is interesting because sometimes it's like a prick and then they're saying they

Chelsey Donn:

So it's like if I think of a prick, I think of like a little dot of blood,

Trey Gerrald:

But different than streaked.

Chelsey Donn:

streak across the front of the gowns.

Chelsey Donn:

Seems like there's no way that the seamstress could have missed that.

Trey Gerrald:

I think a street blood as like Carrie's face and carry.

Trey Gerrald:

I think Carrie's gown is devoured, but I think their face a straight to the blood, what.

Chelsey Donn:

I'm like the garden, it was snagged on the lower part of the dress.

Chelsey Donn:

So that's, I guess that's like a second issue, right?

Chelsey Donn:

So it's like the first issue is that the blood and the second issue is that

Chelsey Donn:

This is not looking good for Pronovias in my opinion.

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah.

Trey Gerrald:

I think I could crown west.

Trey Gerrald:

All right.

VOICEOVER:

The Queens are Tabulating.

Chelsey Donn:

All right.

Chelsey Donn:

I'm only up four crowns treys holding up four and a half crowns.

Chelsey Donn:

Trey, let us know why four and a half crowns or Laura T

Trey Gerrald:

I only took a half crown off because of this final hour discrepancy

Trey Gerrald:

I trust Laura.

Trey Gerrald:

I don't think this is humorous.

Trey Gerrald:

I, I think that this could be common to fear that you're being lost in the fray.

Trey Gerrald:

If it's a huge flagship, the spelling was great.

Trey Gerrald:

I liked the synopsis of the cap caps.

Trey Gerrald:

Like you could just get the bullet points.

Trey Gerrald:

think it's incredibly unique information, very valuable.

Trey Gerrald:

I think they should have got a refund and I don't think I ever really feel that.

Trey Gerrald:

But I am curious now, was it like a little bit of blood or was it like very noticeable blood I wish

Trey Gerrald:

If I fell in love with a gallon from this company and I was.

Trey Gerrald:

Called the day before every fitting to make sure that everything is good to go.

Trey Gerrald:

And I would say, don't just say yes.

Trey Gerrald:

Can you please put me on hold, go back, look at the gown.

Trey Gerrald:

Confirm it's been altered.

Trey Gerrald:

Come back to the phone, take me off hold and say yes.

Trey Gerrald:

Before I trot my little ass down there.

Trey Gerrald:

dieting.

Trey Gerrald:

I'm trying to get fitted for the stress.

Trey Gerrald:

Like this is very serious.

Trey Gerrald:

So four and a half for me.

Trey Gerrald:

I'm really sore.

Trey Gerrald:

Sorry.

Chelsey Donn:

I'm really sorry.

Trey Gerrald:

I'm really sorry.

Trey Gerrald:

Laura T I'm from Canada and I F feel for you and thank you for sharing your

Trey Gerrald:

So that's why Chelsey, why did you say four?

Chelsey Donn:

Really like good arguments, try it.

Chelsey Donn:

Almost making me feel like I should reconsider an, Aplara two to a four and a half.

Chelsey Donn:

I agree with everything.

Chelsey Donn:

You said so many great things about those.

Chelsey Donn:

Review!

Chelsey Donn:

love the like cap synopsis, like really interesting technique.

Chelsey Donn:

Really good cautionary tale here.

Chelsey Donn:

I guess I gave it four because I thought this isn't going to be everybody's experience.

Chelsey Donn:

And I know that that's like, you know, crappy because.

Chelsey Donn:

This was Laura T's experience, but I still don't think everyone is going to have this experience.

Chelsey Donn:

And I am trusting Michelle where, you know, I think if I went in armed with Michelle's Review!

Chelsey Donn:

and made sure that I had the same stress that, that she had, I think I would be okay.

Chelsey Donn:

And because of that, I gave Laura T4 crowns, but I so feel for you Lord Lortie and I

Chelsey Donn:

And.

Chelsey Donn:

That you had to go through this.

Chelsey Donn:

And I hope that Pronovias learned a lesson after this experience at very least.

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah.

Trey Gerrald:

I have.

Trey Gerrald:

So, oh, that's tough.

Trey Gerrald:

It's an example of just give the refund because this Review!, it's going to be on the internet for

Chelsey Donn:

Right.

Chelsey Donn:

It's like what mark two Minnelli was saying, like, you know, like sometimes you

Chelsey Donn:

like this.

Chelsey Donn:

On your page, you know, it is.

Chelsey Donn:

And, and the other thing, I'm not sure, I'm not, sorry.

Chelsey Donn:

I'm not as familiar with, with Knot, can you have a reply or no?

Trey Gerrald:

you can.

Trey Gerrald:

DJ spend foul

Chelsey Donn:

Oh, that's right.

Chelsey Donn:

What am I saying?

Chelsey Donn:

Yes.

Chelsey Donn:

So like, that's another thing I guess I could, I could say against Pronovias here is that if

Trey Gerrald:

I don't know.

Trey Gerrald:

It's tough.

Chelsey Donn:

Even just to respond to Laura and say, you know what, we, re-read your review.

Chelsey Donn:

We thought about the situation.

Chelsey Donn:

Again.

Chelsey Donn:

We want to refund you if you would be, if you would consider.

Chelsey Donn:

Taking the Review!

Chelsey Donn:

down.

Chelsey Donn:

We'd appreciate it.

Chelsey Donn:

We just, you know, like they, I just feel like it's an, it's an interesting

Chelsey Donn:

is another opportunity for the company to step up, you know, and we've seen it happen

Chelsey Donn:

and say, you know, after speaking to management, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.

Chelsey Donn:

Right.

Trey Gerrald:

can get points back.

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

Yeah, you can get points back.

Chelsey Donn:

And so I think that if Pronovias is not looking at that Knot page, they ought to be,

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah.

Chelsey Donn:

you know, and that's sort of my final thoughts on Pronovias.

Chelsey Donn:

I think that the dresses must be really nice because we're hearing that consistently

Trey Gerrald:

Yeah definitely.

Trey Gerrald:

I think the fault lies at Pronovias because it's awful circumstance, but that's again, at

Trey Gerrald:

true.

Trey Gerrald:

It's possible that that could be fabricated, but and then if there's

Chelsey Donn:

it's not Laura T's fault, but Laura T has to deal with it, you know?

Trey Gerrald:

All right.

Trey Gerrald:

Chelsey definite journey.

Trey Gerrald:

All right.

Trey Gerrald:

My queen, we have reached the most Regal portion of our show Chelsey.

Trey Gerrald:

Who are you inducting this week for?

VOICEOVER:

My Royal Highness.

Chelsey Donn:

thanks for asking.

Chelsey Donn:

Try.

Chelsey Donn:

So sometimes My Royal Highness sees come out of real life circumstances.

Chelsey Donn:

I was changing my sheets in my bed recently and I gave my comforter a nice, good shimmy shake.

Chelsey Donn:

Um, and in the process, I guess I had the remote control in the bed.

Chelsey Donn:

And so it, it got lost behind the bed.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Chelsey Donn:

Then I wanted to watch TV and they could not find the remote for a very long time.

Trey Gerrald:

Oh, my God.

Chelsey Donn:

And then I thought, God, you know, like what first world problems, not everybody.

Chelsey Donn:

Has a TV.

Chelsey Donn:

Okay.

Chelsey Donn:

Let alone a remote control.

Chelsey Donn:

And then also what did we do before the remote control?

Chelsey Donn:

You know,

Trey Gerrald:

got up on our,

Chelsey Donn:

got

Trey Gerrald:

and we.

Trey Gerrald:

turned dial.

Chelsey Donn:

Exactly, exactly.

Chelsey Donn:

And it's just so funny to me.

Chelsey Donn:

These modern day conveniences that we just totally take for granted

Chelsey Donn:

I think we ought to take a moment to thank the remote control and

Chelsey Donn:

So I don't know, but whoever you are thank you because you've made our

Chelsey Donn:

You know, appreciate things like you, remote control until we don't have you for an hour.

Chelsey Donn:

So with all that in mind, I would love to take this moment to acknowledge you remote control

Trey Gerrald:

That's a good one.

Chelsey Donn:

Oh, wait.

Chelsey Donn:

Is it good?

Trey Gerrald:

Also like those universal remotes that are like, we'll do like

Chelsey Donn:

Oh, yeah, those setting those up sometimes can be, you know, Trey, Trey witnessed

Chelsey Donn:

So you can only imagine

Trey Gerrald:

So Kelsey's microphone, cradle has like bands like, uh, like rubber bands basically

Trey Gerrald:
