Welcome to Love Notes from Rhonda.

And today, open your ears and open your heart, because I'm here to remind you that you are the very light shining on this earth, making it whole and complete and vibrant.

You are the light.

Now, you're not the only light.

And you're not source from within, only, right?

You are source from that thing that's bigger than us.

So we are all connected to the light.

I'm connected.

You're connected.

We're all connected to the light.

But as we've been sharing in these love notes, there is no one that shares the light like you do.

So let's just shut our eyes for a moment, shall we?

And take a nice deep breath.

In through the nose and out through the mouth.

Let's do it two more times.

Through the nose.

And out through the mouth.

In through the nose and out through the mouth.

Ah.

With your eyes closed and your shoulders down.

I just want you to imagine in your mind's eye.

Some people call it the third eye.

Want you just to imagine in your mind's eye that third eye of yours that there is a ball of light.

And that light is growing, getting bigger and bigger.

And that light that is started in that beautiful third eye of yours is moving all the way through your brain, your head, through your ears.

I want you just to imagine the light is coming out of your ears as it moves down your neck.

And I want you to imagine that that light is moving down through your body, through your neck, through your shoulders, washing over your shoulders, washing down your back, down your arms, past that elbow, filling up your arms with light.

Your hands, every finger is filled with light.

In fact, light is pouring from your fingers.

And that light is still going down your back.

And now it's going down your front, over your chest and stomach.

And that light is going down your private parts, down your butt.

And it's just encapsulating you from the inside out.

That light's going through your stomach and your liver, your gallbladder, your small intestine, your big intestine.

It's going through all your physical parts, all your body parts, inside and out.

It's going down your hips and down your legs, giving extra love to those hips of yours.

And knees.

Now it's going past your knees, down your calves and into your feet and moving through your feet.

Every single ounce of that light is moving through the entire right foot, left foot, all of your body parts, all of your.

All the parts of who you are.

So right now, I just want you to feel how it Feels for you to feel that light in every part of your body.

Is it pulsating?

Is it flowing?

Can you feel the twinkles?

Is it golden?

Is it white?

What color is that light that's moving through you?

That is all the way through every cell of your body and every bone and every organ?

And there's an overflow that's coming out your fingers and your toes and your ears.

And your eyes and your mouth.

The light is pouring out of you.

You have so much to give, so much light.

And that light is going into the ground from your feet, and it's going all the way to the center of the earth, to ground.

You.

Remind you that even though you're not made of this earth, you are part of this earth.

So as that light is going to the very center of the earth, I want you just to stretch your arms out if you can.

Stretch your legs out if you can.

Sit up if you can.

If you're not sitting up now, sit up straight and tall, or stand straight and tall if you're able.

And just feel the light pulsating through your fingers and toes and down to the earth and through your ears and eyes and mouth and up through your head.

It is now moving out of your head and into the sky.

And you are a beam of light.

You are a beam of bright light.

The very essence that's been given you from that thing bigger than us.

Whether you call God or source or the field, that light is within each of us.

And whether we know it or not, it is connecting each of us.

And when we forget who we are, let's remember the light that's moving through us right now.

That is who we are.

And what moves us, energizes us, lightens us.

Repeat after me, thank you for reminding me that I am made of light.

That even in the midst of heavy feelings, the light is within me.

Moving through me is me.

And I can access this light anytime I'd like.

I just have to remember I am made of light itself.

And this light connects each one of us, heals each one of us, empowers each one of us, loves each one of us.

Take a nice deep breath, And with this light flowing through you, you can, if you like, keep the light flowing and keep your attention on it for a little longer, if you'd like.

And when you're ready, the light is always there, always pulsating through you.

And we can live in this human reality.

So when you're ready, go ahead and feel your butt on the chair or your feet on the ground.

Or start wiggling your hands and feet ever so gently, ever so gently, ever so gently, ever so gently.

And slowly come back into the room.

And yes, you are still a light.

Open your eyes when you're ready.

You don't have to do it in any hurry.

Just when you're ready.

And just take a nice deep breath and remind yourself that you are the light.

The light is here for you, clearing you out, cleansing you, reminding you, loving you, lightening you.

You're made from the stars, and you are part and parcel of heaven.

The light is who you are.

Take a breath, and I invite you to walk through the earth today knowing that you are a light.

How wonderful it is to know that to be true.

And so it is.
