Whether you listened to one episode or the whole shebang this year, I'm extremely grateful. Looking back over the year, we've had some outstanding guests.

[00:01:00] Ross: Season four included some legendary voices, and Season five has had a phenomenally strong start with some unique festive treats. And I am indebted to all of our incredible guests. Our Advent offering was a three-part with Dr. Jutta Tobias Mortlock, Who is at the cutting edge of next generation Mindfulness, breathing new life into the research on collective mindfulness, which can help teams and organizations reach new levels of awareness and collaboration. Our Christmas present is a two-parter with Mike Jones, who founded Better Happy to enable Organizations to develop healthy, motivated, high performing managers, safe from burnout.

[00:01:37] Ross: I worked with Mike to co-design a leadership program using ACT, which has gone down a right treat. and our Christmas yet to come is a special two-parter with Dr. Haley Lewis, a fellow occupational psychologist who talks candidly about her career and her doctoral studies. She's been described as a combination of a high beam torch, a guardian angel, And a mountain guide to support leaders in [00:02:00] the challenges they face. Haley's research, explored the psychological factors enabling women who run micro-businesses in the UK to succeed.

[00:02:08] Ross: all in all are right. Christmas treat as ever. We're looking to bring you insights into the world of work from contextual behavioral science and evidence-based psychology to help you glow to work a bit more often I'm just scooting over to the news desk. There's a fledgling project in the design stage at the moment, bringing you those short, reflective cup-a-soup episodes that you love, and they'll be in a new audio home.
