Welcome back to another edition of health hack as I round out the week sharing with you resources that I make available to you to help you on your healing journey. And today, I want to share with you my podcasts. Now, I realize some of you might be listening to this on my podcast. But for those of you that are potentially watching on LinkedIn, or Facebook or YouTube, I also have a podcast called Don't wait for your wake up call, which you can find here on my website at your guided health journey. And if you click on the podcast tab, you can also see that blog shows up so you can choose to go to my blogs that come out once a month, as well as find all of the past editions of my podcast here all health hacks, as well as all of the individual interviews that come out every Saturday. In regards to both health and business, as well as a shop page on my website where you can find supplements that I recommend people are using on a daily basis simply because our nutrients in our soils are no longer there and therefore they're not in our food. And we are nutrient deficient. And that is the second cause of chronic illness earlier in the week I talked about the first cause being high toxic load. And then the second cause is nutrient deficiencies. So this is not medical advice. And if you are on medications, you definitely want to be talking to your pharmacist before you just start adding supplements to your regimen. But if you'd like to get an idea of the supplements that I do recommend the average person be taking because we're not getting enough of them through our soil systems. They are here on this page.
