Speaker:Have a listen and let us know what you think.
Speaker:Hi, this is Ben Hestley from Bull Shark Sports.
Speaker:Today's tip is about how to become an all court volleyer.
Speaker:How to become an all court volleyer is pretty simple.
Speaker:You simply need to volley from all parts of the court.
Speaker:So many times I see players either warming up for a match or in a practice session.
Speaker:They just get right on top of the net and start pounding away volleys.
Speaker:And that's not realistic to how it would work if you're transitioning from the baseline
Speaker:into the net area.
Speaker:Try some volleys from behind the service line, kind of in quote unquote "nomans land."
Speaker:Valley from the service line, volley just inside the service line, and then get up on
Speaker:top of the net and volley and then try to recover back for either high volleys or overheads.
Speaker:Stand in various parts of the court while you're rallying with your partner.
Speaker:That can help you autonomously work on your volley skills, hitting half volleys, hitting
Speaker:low volleys, hitting high volleys, even swinging volleys from way back in the court.
Speaker:Verry the skills of the volley and you will become a much better net player and easily transition
Speaker:more into the net.
Speaker:Hope that helps.
Speaker:Have a great day.
