What matters the most to you?

Speaker A

What matters the most to you?

Speaker A

What is the thing that matters the most?

Speaker A

As we begin this love note from Rhonda, I want you to contemplate what matters to you the most.

Speaker A

I think about my sister.

Speaker A

And if I think about what matters the most to her, yes, she loves her children, of course.

Speaker A

Yet what matters the most to her in her life is health.

Speaker A

It's her top value.

Speaker A

It's the thing that she puts before anything else.

Speaker A

Now, again, if there was something about her children, I'm not saying that they don't matter, but I've seen her make choices to put her health first.

Speaker A

She's the kind of person that goes to the farm to get her fresh eggs and cuts her vegetables every Sunday and for the rest of the week and eats them all, you know, all day long, every day.

Speaker A

She juices every morning.

Speaker A

She takes a hour and a half, at least, hike every morning, takes a walk after dinner every night, and does yoga two, three, four times a week.

Speaker A

Plus she meditates every day.

Speaker A

My sister spends about four to five hours, if not six hours focused on her health every day.

Speaker A

That is what matters most to my sister.

Speaker A

If I think about what matters most to me, it's God.

Speaker A

I think about God a lot.

Speaker A

I talk to God a lot.

Speaker A

And I start each day and end each day with God.

Speaker A

I'm a God girl.

Speaker A

Whether you call that universe, spirit, soul, whether you're not a God person, I'm asking you, what matters most to you?

Speaker A

My relationship with God is the most important thing to me.

Speaker A

My relationship to God for me, gave me my purpose, gave me fearless living, gave me permission and the nudge and the right to do what I do today.

Speaker A

It gives me the confidence to do what I do today.

Speaker A

And it gives me all of my ideas.

Speaker A

I believe that I am sourced from God itself.

Speaker A

I don't think of ideas, they come to me.

Speaker A

That's what matters most to me.

Speaker A

I want to be and live in the flow.

Speaker A

So what matters most to you?

Speaker A

What matters most to you?

Speaker A

If you think about your life, I want you to reflect and answer the question.

Speaker A

What matters most now?

Speaker A

What may mattered 5 weeks ago May not be what matters today.

Speaker A

What mattered 10 years ago may not be what matters today.

Speaker A

I want you to think about what matters to you today.

Speaker A

So don't do an automatic response.

Speaker A

I want you to stop and just allow the question to roll around in your bones.

Speaker A

Today, what matters the most to me?

Speaker A

What matters the most?

Speaker A

My sister will when she travels, she brings a blender with her.

Speaker A

She brings food with her.

Speaker A

She brings everything she needs in order to maintain her health.

Speaker A

I say more power to you.

Speaker A

My what matters most is God.

Speaker A

So I can bring that everywhere.

Speaker A

I don't have to lug a luggage for God.

Speaker A

I bring my books.

Speaker A

But my relationship and what matters most to me I can do in silent.

Speaker A

I don't need anything except my own focused attention.

Speaker A

So what matters most to you?

Speaker A

Is it a person?

Speaker A

Is it a value?

Speaker A

Is it a relationship?

Speaker A

There are relationships that matter a lot to me.

Speaker A

And I remember I was dating this guy once and he was saying to me, I want to be the number one guy in your life.

Speaker A

And I said, you are the number one guy in my life.

Speaker A

Just God is more important than anything.

Speaker A

So what matters most to you?

Speaker A

What matters most?

Speaker A

Until next time, be fearless.

Speaker A

I love you.
