Hello, everyone, everywhere.
Speaker APastor Bob Thibodeau here.
Speaker AWelcome to the Faith Based business podcast for today.
Speaker AWe're so blessed that you're joining us as we continue our training on the kingdompreneur business blueprint.
Speaker AAnd folks, if you missed any of the prior episodes, you need to go back and catch up.
Speaker ABecause I got so much to cover that I just don't have time to replay and go over things that we talked about in the past.
Speaker AOkay, so, you know, this is episode.
Speaker AI believe it's seven.
Speaker ASo if you missed any of the.
Speaker AThe prior week, go back and catch up and we'll just continue to truck on.
Speaker AAll right.
Speaker ABecause I want to.
Speaker ALet me go ahead and share the screen.
Speaker AWe'll jump into today's study with you.
Speaker APraise the Lord.
Speaker AOver here.
Speaker ARight there.
Speaker APut this down here.
Speaker ADid it go?
Speaker ANope.
Speaker AStop to share.
Speaker ATry that again.
Speaker ALet's.
Speaker AThat one and that one.
Speaker AI get in a hurry as it happens best.
Speaker ABob gets in a hurry, and mistakes are made.
Speaker AAll right, so take your time when you're doing this stuff.
Speaker APraise God.
Speaker ABut I want to talk to you about designing a memorable client experience.
Speaker AOkay?
Speaker AClients want to feel appreciated and recognized and acknowledging their unique needs and showing a genuine gratitude just for their trust in your business that creates that personal type of connection.
Speaker AAnd to do that, go ahead and click here.
Speaker ATo do that, we need to craft experiences for our clients that will inspire them.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AIn life and business.
Speaker AAnd faith.
Speaker AYes, in faith, too.
Speaker AAmen.
Speaker ABut when clients feel valued, they become more than our customers.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AThey become loyal, really?
Speaker AAdvocates who appreciate your service.
Speaker AOn a deeper level, it's not unusual for someone to come up to me at some point in time and say something.
Speaker AEffect of, hey, I listened to you when.
Speaker AWhen this, this, and this or XYZ was happening in my life, and you gave me the encouragement or the inspiration that.
Speaker AThat I needed at that point in time.
Speaker AAnd usually it's because of my ministry broadcasts and things like that, but when someone shares something like that with me, it just makes my day.
Speaker AAmen.
Speaker AI remember the first time it happened.
Speaker AI was speaking at a business conference, and I had some books set out there, you know, because I had a book table, of course, you know, as a speaker, and someone said, are you Pastor Bob?
Speaker AI goes, yeah, I watch you on YouTube every week.
Speaker AYou're my guy.
Speaker AAnd I mean, that just made that.
Speaker AI mean, that made my.
Speaker AHe got a free book.
Speaker AAmen.
Speaker APraise God.
Speaker ABut the point I'm trying to make is when someone comes up to you and says that that is someone who you know you've helped and that makes everything worthwhile.
Speaker AAmen.
Speaker APraise the Lord.
Speaker AEngagement.
Speaker APull like this, emotional engagement builds meaningful relationships.
Speaker AAnd when you empathize with your clients struggles and you get to celebrate their victories.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AJust listening and responding with care shows them they matter to you.
Speaker AAmen.
Speaker AAnd those emotional connections, they leave a lasting impression.
Speaker AThey really do.
Speaker AThey create loyalty, they create trust that outlasts really any kind of monetary transaction.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AIt goes beyond the money.
Speaker APraise the Lord.
Speaker ASome clients will just come back to you and they'll actually thank you for being there for them in their time of need.
Speaker AAmen.
Speaker AAnd most of the time, a lot of the time, you may not even remember the interaction.
Speaker AYeah, that's right.
Speaker AIf you, if you do this long enough, you probably want to remember what you said at a, at a webinar, you know, two years ago type thing.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker ABut they remember it.
Speaker AAnd if you become really, really good and intentional and do this, you will, it would be just so natural for you to, to help people as you're doing this, to create this type of, of memorable experiences that, that they cherish.
Speaker AAmen.
Speaker AYou won't remember what this particular client is referring to, but they did.
Speaker AThey still remember it.
Speaker AAnd that's really all that matters.
Speaker AAmen.
Speaker ANow when you incorporate faith based encouragement into your interactions, you can make a lasting impact.
Speaker APraise God.
Speaker AA kind word, a relevant Bible verse.
Speaker AOffering prayer.
Speaker AWe talked about that yesterday.
Speaker AOffering prayer, when appropriate, that communicates that you care about them, you care about their well being, not just their business, but them.
Speaker AAnd that deepens the relationship and reflects the kingdom values that you uphold.
Speaker AAmen.
Speaker AYour willingness to be vulnerable in offering to pray with them.
Speaker ARemember we talked about that yesterday, about them making themselves vulnerable when they share something with you.
Speaker ANow this is how you become vulnerable to them.
Speaker AAmen.
Speaker AOkay, so that interactions going on, that vulnerability aspect that we talked about yesterday flows both ways.
Speaker AUnexpected moments of delight just elevate the client experience.
Speaker AI mean, simple gestures like just sending a thoughtful note or offering a surprise benefit, you know, that can create a joyful, memorable experience.
Speaker ALike the guy I was talking about, you know, several years ago at the business conference, I mean, he just made my day.
Speaker AAnd he got a free autograph book.
Speaker ANot that my autograph matters.
Speaker AAnything on there.
Speaker AOkay, then it probably took away value from the book.
Speaker ABut the point being, he, he's probably still got that book somewhere today.
Speaker AHey, man, I don't know, but he made my day, I made his day.
Speaker AAnd that's something I Remember?
Speaker AAnd I'm pretty sure he does, too.
Speaker AIf we, if we brought it over, we ever passed each other and all that, okay?
Speaker ABut these small acts folks, that's not huge.
Speaker AThat's just a small thing.
Speaker ABut these small acts show that you have gone above and beyond to serve your clients well.
Speaker AAmen.
Speaker AAnd that's what it's all about.
Speaker ANow, tailoring their experience to each client demonstrates your attentiveness to their unique needs and preferences.
Speaker AYou know, use personal details from previous conversations or insights to make them feel understood.
Speaker AYou know, if you're teaching a class or something like that, and maybe it's one on one, you say, now remember we talked about this, you know, gosh, a couple months ago, blah, blah, blah, blah.
Speaker AAnd oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, okay.
Speaker AThat shows that you still remember everything that they talked about, right?
Speaker AThat personalized touch shows clients that they're more than just a number, more than just a check off the block type thing.
Speaker AThey are unique individuals whom you value deeply.
Speaker AAmen.
Speaker ANow, tomorrow, in the very next episode, we're going to dive into storytelling with a purpose.
Speaker AI did a series a couple of weeks back just on storytelling.
Speaker AThis is an important aspect of the kingdompreneur business blueprint.
Speaker AYou do not want to miss it.
Speaker AMatter of fact, you want to prep for this, Go back and listen to the trainings we did just on storytelling.
Speaker APraise God.
Speaker AAnd storytelling can help you to authentically share your mission, inspire that trust that is so necessary in today's business environment.
Speaker AAnd folks, I'm telling you, you do not want to miss this one tomorrow.
Speaker APraise God.

Speaker AI'm trying to serve you and bringing you up to the next level.
Speaker APraise God.

Speaker APraise the Lord.
