Hi, this is Ben Hestley from Bull Shark Sports.

Speaker:

Today's tip is on finding fun in the fundamentals.

Speaker:

The late great Kobe Bryant, who is also an avatina player by the way, was known for doing

Speaker:

the most basic drills.

Speaker:

In fact, a reporter wants to ask him, “Kobe, you're the best player in the world.

Speaker:

Why do you do the most basic drills?"

Speaker:

And Kobe responded, "Why do you think I'm the best player in the world?

Speaker:

The best never get bored with the basics."

Speaker:

So when you're out there this summer, playing tennis, ralling with a friend, think about

Speaker:

that and find fun in the fundamental of just hitting the ball back and forth.

Speaker:

The simple activity and being really good at it is so vital to your development in our

Speaker:

Speaker:

You have to enjoy it.

Speaker:
