Hello, no

Unknown:

and welcome to the Borealis experience. I'm your host

Unknown:

Aurora, life coach and companion on this beautiful journey called

Unknown:

life. I hope you're doing well. I hope you feel good, you feel

Unknown:

safe, understood and loved, supported. And if you don't feel

Unknown:

all these good feelings, if you feel lost, uncertain, somewhat

Unknown:

stuck, I hope I can make you feel understood and provide you

Unknown:

with tools that can help you untangle yourself from a

Unknown:

situation that you don't like to be in. Chances are if you're

Unknown:

listening to my podcasts, that you have a growth mindset that

Unknown:

you feel discomfort, that you're longing for change, but you

Unknown:

might not exactly know what kind of change you want yet. And I

Unknown:

really want to help you to become more clear about what you

Unknown:

want, what you need, what is good for you. And to give you

Unknown:

hope. And to make you see your potential. Very, very

Unknown:

straightforward here today, I want to talk about the

Unknown:

importance of training your mind, it is so incredibly

Unknown:

important to watch your mind, observe your mind, to turn the

Unknown:

volume down of the chaos and the noise outside of you to tune in

Unknown:

to yourself and to listen to what's going on inside of your

Unknown:

mind. Your mind might be very productive, focused and

Unknown:

selective already. But maybe it is still scattered, confused all

Unknown:

over the place, distracted easily. And one thing that I've

Unknown:

learned on my journey is that you need to watch yourself first

Unknown:

you need to watch your thoughts, your patterns, your behaviors.

Unknown:

And as soon as you watch your parents, your thoughts, your

Unknown:

behaviors, they start to change. It is very, very magnificent how

Unknown:

that works. As soon as you watch yourself consume food, consumed

Unknown:

social media content, the news, the way you interact with

Unknown:

people, you will start to change and now you got to calibrate,

Unknown:

you got to how do you say that? Adjust your software, so to say

Unknown:

to where you want to go. Your mind is an incredibly strong

Unknown:

tool that you have to start using to your advantage. Now,

Unknown:

best would have been yesterday, but we are now in the now. And

Unknown:

you need to learn how to use your mind to your advantage. If

Unknown:

it is scattered and all over the place. You can very playfully

Unknown:

learn to have your mind more focused and with a focused mind

Unknown:

you can achieve incredible things. Things that you said you

Unknown:

could never achieve goals that you thought are totally outside

Unknown:

of your league. Because if you put everything into one

Unknown:

direction into one basket, you can tap into energy and power

Unknown:

that you didn't have before when you were last when you were

Unknown:

distracted when you were all over the place. And this is so

Unknown:

hard to grasp for most people have said yes it is impossible

Unknown:

to achieve the impossible of your yesterday because yesterday

Unknown:

your mind was still lost and scattered. today. You are

Unknown:

learning to focus

Unknown:

and to think differently and to praise and celebrate every

Unknown:

little baby step that you make towards your goal. You're not

Unknown:

gonna get caught up anymore with people who don't support you

Unknown:

with resources you might not have with distractions. But you

Unknown:

will focus your mind and train your mind to see every little

Unknown:

step that you took in one day in one week and one month to get

Unknown:

closer to your goal. And sweetheart, nobody can do that

Unknown:

except yourself. Yes, you can have cheerleaders around you,

Unknown:

you can have an awesome coach. But you have to do the work. And

Unknown:

you know, having to do the work sounds so incredibly negative,

Unknown:

you're going through this, you starting to train your mind, you

Unknown:

starting to focus and put everything into one direction is

Unknown:

going to make you feel incredibly powerful. Because

Unknown:

like I said before, you're going to tap into a power that comes

Unknown:

from inside of you that you have never felt before. Maybe you

Unknown:

were focused and and one directional in the past, but you

Unknown:

might have lost it. That's why you're listening to this

Unknown:

episode. And now, I can remind you, of how good and empowering

Unknown:

it feels to be focused and to gear your life towards that one

Unknown:

goal. To be more of an essentialist than somebody who's

Unknown:

distracted a people pleaser. Somebody who was all over the

Unknown:

place cheering other people on, but never looking at his own

Unknown:

shoes or teeth. Like we say in Germany, the best dentist, or

Unknown:

most dentists have followed teeth. The best two makers have

Unknown:

the worst shoes because they always focus on others, they

Unknown:

don't make the time to focus in on themselves again. And you my

Unknown:

dear listener, I don't want you to make that mistake, to be out

Unknown:

there. distracted, scattered all over the place and feeling lost

Unknown:

and broken. And without purpose and side, I want you to tap into

Unknown:

your purpose into your energy, your potential. And then go for

Unknown:

it. And along the way. Yes, have great relationships, have great

Unknown:

fun with your friends. Enjoy playfulness times. But when you

Unknown:

put your head down, when you focus in on yourself and on your

Unknown:

work, you feel aligned with your truth with your soul, with

Unknown:

source with your purpose. And this is what I wish for you I

Unknown:

wish you to feel good and great, fulfilled, healthy and powerful.

Unknown:

And it doesn't take much. All it takes is focus and training of

Unknown:

the mind. All right, I'm gonna leave you with this. If you have

Unknown:

Unknown:

growth and your journey. And to learn more about you and your

Unknown:

struggles, your obstacles, what might still hold you back and

Unknown:

make you feel small place small. I want you to get out of it and

Unknown:

I want you to be your strongest version for yourself and others.

Unknown:

All right. Take good care of yourself. And I will be out
