Speaker A

So here's how to make December your highest cash month without launching anything new.

Speaker A

So you can choose to shut down your business now or you can choose to have your best month ever in your business.

Speaker B

Yeah.

Speaker B

Because so many people are slowing down in December and kind of easing into the new year 2026 that is just around the corner.

Speaker A

This episode is all about making sure you turn it around and you close the year strong, make it your best month, and come into year 2026 full of momentum.

Speaker B

Yeah.

Speaker B

And the momentum part is the most important part of that.

Speaker B

And I love it because so everything that we're going to talk about today is breaking a hole in the myth that December is slowing down.

Speaker B

People aren't buying coaching in December.

Speaker B

Everyone is focusing on Christmas and holiday and relaxing and being with family.

Speaker B

And while that is true, it's also not an accurate assumption because they are not correlated.

Speaker B

Because people want to spend time with family, they don't want to invest in coaching.

Speaker B

That is actually, that has zero correlation with each other.

Speaker B

So if we could just understand that December is your primary month to end the year strong and to start next year just as strong.

Speaker B

Living in Scandinavia, it's starting to get really cold.

Speaker B

I don't know about you, but even though it's beautiful, you know, the frost gathers in the grass and you can see like a wintry landscape or kind of start seeing a kind of a wintery landscape.

Speaker B

I don't like the cold.

Speaker B

It's too cold.

Speaker A

We are focusing a lot on renovating the house.

Speaker A

We bought this old, old ranch date back to the 1700 century and we have a huge farm and there's a lot of work to do.

Speaker A

And right now we are tiling the floors and we are finally moving forward, getting these big glass doors to the house installed, to their own house.

Speaker A

And I like this season for one thing that I missed since I moved out my parents house and that's having a fireplace.

Speaker A

So right now we are actually out there and choosing what fireplace to have because we're going to install a fireplace in our house, in our home.

Speaker A

And I'm so excited for that.

Speaker A

I really want to have it ready before Christmas because it's literally.

Speaker A

I'm going to love the winters with having a fireplace in the house.

Speaker B

You're going to love the summers for them as well.

Speaker A

I'm going to love the summers because I have the glass doors and I can see the beautiful garden and open up the old doors.

Speaker B

What I want you to say is you're going to have that fireplace burning 24 7, 3, 6, 5.

Speaker B

That's what I said.

Speaker A

So I am.

Speaker A

I love it.

Speaker B

And on the topic of this podcast episode, you know, this is how people behave, and this is what people look forward to.

Speaker B

They're looking forward to, how can I end the year in the best way possible?

Speaker B

And they either do it very, very consciously or they do it subconsciously because it's kind of rooted in us.

Speaker B

Everything is resetting.

Speaker B

We're resetting the calendar.

Speaker B

We're resetting everything.

Speaker B

But what so many people in business do is believe we shouldn't leverage our based on the season.

Speaker A

Well, it's not worth it.

Speaker A

People are busy.

Speaker A

That's a common belief at this.

Speaker B

Yeah.

Speaker B

And if we're looking into coaching, people believe that's the way for the coaching industry as well.

Speaker B

But go with that thought pattern to any of the stores in any inner city or mall and say, like, Christmas is coming, so you can just take it easy.

Speaker B

You don't need to sell anything.

Speaker B

They would be like, yeah, okay, I would be out of a job if.

Speaker A

I thought that, yeah, this is the time for selling.

Speaker A

Like, everything is a wire for sales at this time.

Speaker B

And people are actually ready to spend money.

Speaker B

They're ready to finish up this year strong.

Speaker B

They're ready to start new projects.

Speaker B

And because they are going into the Christmas spirit thingy.

Speaker A

Yeah.

Speaker B

They actually have time to focus on themselves.

Speaker A

Yeah, exactly.

Speaker A

But there is some common myth.

Speaker A

Absolutely.

Speaker A

They are focusing on something else.

Speaker A

They can't focus on making decisions, saying that people want to wait till January to make decisions because they can't make decisions in December.

Speaker A

Then there's another myth I've heard recently, is that everyone's broke after Black Friday or they spend all their money for Christmas shopping so they don't have any more money.

Speaker B

Yeah.

Speaker B

And from one perspective, they might be right because people are spending money.

Speaker B

But here's the thing.

Speaker B

People are masters at keeping kind of like a mental bookkeeping sorting process with their money, with their finances.

Speaker B

And I promise you that their personal develop account hasn't been used or touched during Black Friday.

Speaker B

I want you to just acknowledge that people have money a little bit everywhere and they are open to figuring stuff out.

Speaker B

So don't buy into the.

Speaker B

Because they're spending more or because they bought something on Black Friday or because Christmas is coming.

Speaker B

They can't afford it because everything is slowing down.

Speaker B

Which means that the natural urge of starting something new becomes way, way, way more sensible.

Speaker B

They feel that more and they're more present to that.

Speaker B

And that is the window where coaches make a Difference.

Speaker B

So go for it.

Speaker A

If you go quiet and you go into sleep mode in your business now.

Speaker A

Well, people are not going to stop spending, they're not going to stop investing.

Speaker A

But they won't be investing with you.

Speaker B

No.

Speaker B

And you're going to have a very, very tough, muddy business that is full of spider webs and dust when you're starting it up again in January.

Speaker A

Yeah.

Speaker A

Because you need to get all the wheels running again.

Speaker A

It will take some time.

Speaker B

Yeah.

Speaker A

Yeah.

Speaker A

So you really need to start from scratch again.

Speaker B

And I want to say that I've done that mistake.

Speaker A

Yeah.

Speaker B

And so have you.

Speaker B

And it's just not worth it.

Speaker A

No.

Speaker B

Especially not when we can have the best of both worlds.

Speaker B

Compromising isn't a strong suit of mine, but what is a strong suit of mine is figuring out how can I have all of it.

Speaker A

Yeah.

Speaker B

Because I don't want to choose between should I go on vacation this year or should my kids have a great Christmas present.

Speaker B

I'm never going to have that conversation with myself.

Speaker B

I'm going to figure out how can I give them a vacation and how can I figure out what I want to give them for Christmas?

Speaker B

And that's a matter of being resourceful.

Speaker B

And what if you could have the best of both worlds.

Speaker B

Quiet, calm family, close semester with Christmas and Santa Claus and oatmeal or whatever.

Speaker A

Yeah.

Speaker B

And a business that collects the most money that you've ever done so far.

Speaker A

Because if you quiet down in December, you lose momentum, your business starts stalling.

Speaker A

But also you're not top of mind for positioning yourself for the Q1 as you're saying that when people have time they're more often work, they're spending more time with families, spending more time at home.

Speaker A

This is where they start seeing what's the gaps in my life.

Speaker B

Yeah.

Speaker A

And that's where they got time to spend more time online.

Speaker A

That this is where they get time to connect with.

Speaker B

Connect with people and.

Speaker A

Yeah.

Speaker A

And themselves where what they want and what is holding them back.

Speaker B

And what is 2026 going to be all about?

Speaker B

And if you're listening to this in November 2026 and we're about to reach 20, you can use this because it happens every year.

Speaker B

It's not just because 2025 is a magical year where December can be awesome.

Speaker B

December is a great month.

Speaker B

So guys, thanks for tuning in.

Speaker B

See you next Wednesday.

Speaker B

Bye.

Speaker A

If we are going to turn it around, the first thing we need to do is definitely change the belief.

Speaker A

And I think the hardest part is when I'm Hearing this from someone, I had one, a client saying, but December and January is always the most quiet month I've had.

Speaker A

If you come in and that's your reality before, you're probably more stuck in that belief.

Speaker A

Because, yeah, you come in with a belief and then you behave according to what you believe, you start acting according to that, which means you get the result that just.

Speaker B

Yeah, it's unavoidable.

Speaker A

It's unavoidable.

Speaker B

Always going to see more of what you started up believing in.

Speaker A

Exactly.

Speaker A

So you just confirm your belief that it didn't work.

Speaker A

Which means if you always had the belief that December is bad month, people don't buy at this time of year.

Speaker A

Well, you probably haven't acted the right way before, which meant that you saw, yes, in fact, I do not make money, which now you have even stronger belief.

Speaker A

So be careful.

Speaker A

If you tell yourself the story of.

Speaker A

Well, but in my business, it's always like that.

Speaker A

I never make more money.

Speaker A

It's always less.

Speaker A

In this month, be careful.

Speaker A

And because for the rest of the coaching business who's actually active out there, they see that they're thriving in December.

Speaker A

And even people who are in the same niche as you targeting the same people, it's not about the target market.

Speaker A

It's not about your niche.

Speaker A

It's about you, your belief.

Speaker A

So that's the first thing.

Speaker A

We really need to start changing that belief that it matters.

Speaker B

Yeah.

Speaker B

And if you don't, the consequences will be that you'll have a quiet December.

Speaker B

Yeah.

Speaker B

You'll probably meet family.

Speaker B

You'll probably have a cozy time.

Speaker B

There will be Santa and there will be whatever.

Speaker B

All of that will happen.

Speaker B

But when January comes, it will be very heavy to reactivate your business.

Speaker B

But not just heavy reactivating it, because your finances will also have taken a hit because you haven't leveraged December so that your business has resources starting out the new year.

Speaker B

So if it makes sense to you to give yourself an opportunity to actually question what you believe and just be curious about.

Speaker B

Okay, so if December was amazing, what can I do then?

Speaker B

Because then this episode will actually provide you with some really good quality value that you can use and run with and literally take to the bank.

Speaker B

What if what you believe isn't actually serving either you or your business starting, like, moving into December right now?

Speaker B

Because when this episode is released, it's exactly four weeks before Christmas.

Speaker B

That means that we have four weeks and the intention is to get clients before Christmas.

Speaker B

Yeah, that's what we want to talk about.

Speaker A

Yeah.

Speaker A

So what can you do well, because marketing is always about understanding where's your audience at?

Speaker A

And if you know your audience is busy with family and all of the other things now, what happens for your audience at this time?

Speaker A

What we also know, this is the season of conflicts in people's homes.

Speaker A

This is the season where people get overweight and feel bad about themselves.

Speaker A

This is the season where people feel lonely, more lonely than they do at any other season.

Speaker A

This is the season for divorces.

Speaker A

This is a season for a lot of different things depending on what niche you're in.

Speaker A

You need to remember what's going on for my audience at this period of time during the year.

Speaker A

Because all of us, we all about in this season of reflecting, reflecting on where are we in our life?

Speaker A

Am I happy with my life this year?

Speaker A

Am I happy with my finances this year?

Speaker A

Am I happy with my health this year?

Speaker A

Am I happy with all of these things?

Speaker A

There's a lot of reflection going on and your job is to understand what exactly is going on for your audience.

Speaker A

So the shift you need to do to take clients is not do business as usual.

Speaker A

Don't speak like you normally do, but adapt your marketing to be holiday or seasonal specific.

Speaker A

Talking into what's actually happening right now.

Speaker B

Very, very important.

Speaker B

And I love it.

Speaker B

Welcome to the Positive podcast where we talk about stuff that's going to give you a depression.

Speaker B

But where you end up with that is brilliant because it's literally the outcome of understanding where will people be.

Speaker A

Yeah.

Speaker B

In their psychology.

Speaker B

Where will people be emotionally?

Speaker B

Where will people be spiritually?

Speaker B

Where will people be?

Speaker A

Yeah.

Speaker B

Spiritually we are not very woo woo.

Speaker B

But everyone has heard about Christmas spirit.

Speaker B

It's something to immerse into.

Speaker B

And if you can understand how your people feel.

Speaker A

Yeah.

Speaker B

Then you can give them a seasonal offer.

Speaker A

Yeah.

Speaker B

And this seasonal offer makes December amazing.

Speaker A

Yeah.

Speaker B

And I want to emphasize that it needs to be a seasonal offer that is tailor fitted for this part of the year.

Speaker A

Yeah.

Speaker B

Closing down, about to start something new.

Speaker B

Being in that reflective state where you consider like what do I want to change?

Speaker B

Where do I want to see new results?

Speaker A

We can add to that because this season is not just December, it's also going in into January.

Speaker B

Yeah.

Speaker A

So the holidays go both in the ending of the the year, but it's also in the beginning.

Speaker A

So what's also going on?

Speaker A

Well, there will be shift during December, probably right after Christmas, going more into.

Speaker A

Because one thing is looking into what they feel like, what they need to fix.

Speaker A

Because all marketing is about looking at the frustrations, the pain Points your audience having.

Speaker A

But what is the ones, what is the thing they want starting from January 1st?

Speaker A

Because you're marketing today, when you're selling it doesn't mean that they need to start today.

Speaker A

You can start talking into what will happen January the first or already in January we can start market.

Speaker A

All of that will happen here because it's not like their first rodeo.

Speaker A

They've been through Christmas before.

Speaker A

They've been through December and January before.

Speaker B

September is also actually September as well.

Speaker A

If they have.

Speaker A

It's funny how these things work.

Speaker A

No, but we need to be adapting to what's going on.

Speaker A

And this is your job as a marketer in your coaching business is to understand what's going on for human beings.

Speaker A

What's going on for your audience right now?

Speaker A

Ending, starting.

Speaker A

Yeah, that's what we need to speak into.

Speaker A

So can we go to another thing?

Speaker B

Yeah, let's move on.

Speaker A

So that's one thing.

Speaker A

So you can go in and you can change your marketing, but you can also update your offer.

Speaker A

You can make a seasonal offer, get in shape in the first 30 days starting from January the first.

Speaker A

Start now, like register now to get this bonus thing.

Speaker A

So we can really do seasonal offers.

Speaker A

Get your branding to work within the end of January or get more clients for Christmas.

Speaker A

That's a good end of the day.

Speaker A

How plan out your new year, make you get your full marketing plan for 2026.

Speaker A

All of these things we can do right now, very seasonal offers, packages.

Speaker B

It goes for all people.

Speaker B

So we just need to look into what are the regular pain points and what are the regular aspirations, goals and visions that people have, like my avatar has and then understand that we are in a shift.

Speaker A

Yeah.

Speaker B

And the shift is happening for everyone.

Speaker B

And it's one of the things that is the most woo woo that I experience every year.

Speaker B

Because it's so crisp because of Christmas.

Speaker B

You can really sense that it's closing something down.

Speaker B

I believe that probably it's because we're closing down our business.

Speaker B

We're finalizing that year for the business and then we're starting a new business here.

Speaker B

So for me that might be the case.

Speaker B

But what's most important is to realize that everyone goes through this.

Speaker B

What do someone in your target market need before 26?

Speaker A

Yeah.

Speaker B

Because if you come in January and say, hey, let's do jumpstart January on January 18th, they're going to be like, yeah, well, either they've done it or they're going to be like, yeah, but I, it doesn't work because January is almost over.

Speaker B

And we needed to do this before January comes.

Speaker B

So this episode is about getting clients by Christmas.

Speaker B

And that is because we have four weeks.

Speaker B

So we can actually make a huge impact.

Speaker B

We can create the entire December now by the end of November, during December, we want to make sure that we have everything that we need.

Speaker B

Because the clients that starts up in December, they are going to start up in December, but the new year is going to be kind of the kickstart for them.

Speaker A

Yeah.

Speaker B

So what do they need?

Speaker B

What do you have that you can specify and really crisp and exciting.

Speaker A

I love that it's so important because I think that's a great deal into why coaches stalling to or hesitate to sell now because.

Speaker A

Yeah.

Speaker A

But people don't have time to get coaching.

Speaker A

But they don't need that.

Speaker A

They need time with their family.

Speaker A

But let's say you sell your coaching today.

Speaker A

They start a week two weeks into January and then you give them just some bonus thing that will cover the time from now where they feel they made the decision, they've started doing it, but they don't need to show up anywhere.

Speaker A

And all of that is about.

Speaker A

They make the decision.

Speaker B

Decision is the key point.

Speaker B

Yes.

Speaker B

Because the decision changes everything.

Speaker A

Yeah.

Speaker B

Doesn't matter anything.

Speaker B

All good things in life has always started with a decision.

Speaker B

When they first committed to make that whatever difference, change or whatever.

Speaker B

Decide to start a new job, decide to begin a romantic relationship with someone.

Speaker B

The decision is the crucial factor.

Speaker A

Yeah.

Speaker B

And it's what changes the future from the past.

Speaker A

Yeah.

Speaker A

Before we go to the last thing to really think about.

Speaker A

You already kind of went into it.

Speaker A

But before we go to that, I also want to say we have decided to make a workshop next week where we going to help a group of coaches to make this happen.

Speaker A

Because if you're stuck right now.

Speaker A

But what should I do?

Speaker A

I'm lacking that creativity.

Speaker A

Come and join our workshop.

Speaker A

We will actually build out your seeds by Christmas or clients by Christmas.

Speaker A

Actually.

Speaker A

We look into how could you get premium clients by the end of this year and going into January, we're going to work that out together with you on a free day workshop.

Speaker A

So find the link below and come and work with us and make this happen.

Speaker A

So you walk out with a plan and offer.

Speaker A

Yeah.

Speaker A

And your marketing.

Speaker A

So we'll give you that.

Speaker B

Don't postpone it because the event is going to be full and when it's full, it's full.

Speaker A

Yeah.

Speaker A

So make sure you go in and register today.

Speaker A

The last thing you did lift up and that is you want to have holidays yourself.

Speaker A

And as we're speaking, I realized that some people might be a little bit.

Speaker A

But that's so much to do.

Speaker A

But everything is about planning.

Speaker A

This is something I really needed to learn because I'm always last minute.

Speaker A

It's something I had to train myself into being in good time and planning and making sure this works.

Speaker A

So how do you get through the holiday season having more clients but also having more time with your family?

Speaker A

It's all about planning.

Speaker A

You can pre produce content, you can pre plan everything that you're gonna do.

Speaker A

So some things we can turn down.

Speaker A

We can plan the strategy around Christmas.

Speaker A

So it doesn't mean that you need to be on and work all the time, but there's a lot of things you can do.

Speaker A

You can automize, you can have team, you can plan your way out of almost everything.

Speaker A

Which means that, yes, we do want you to have a relaxing holiday season with your family.

Speaker A

But not on the cost of your business.

Speaker B

No.

Speaker B

And that's the biggest thing.

Speaker B

This is a skill set.

Speaker A

Yeah.

Speaker B

We've worked with more than 6,000 coaches.

Speaker B

We have helped more than 800 coaches over a long period of time in one of our courses.

Speaker B

And here's the data that we have once we've learned how to manage our business.

Speaker B

It takes about 24 hours a week to earn €10,000amonth.

Speaker A

Yeah.

Speaker B

And once you've earned €10,000amonth, the difference in going from 10,000 to 20 and then from 20 to 30 isn't a difference in time, it's a different in execution.

Speaker A

Yeah.

Speaker B

Which means that we can literally make €30,000amonth with 24 hours a week per week and get everything done, marketing, sales and delivery.

Speaker B

But that is something we need to build and we need to build it consciously.

Speaker B

And if we don't have the capacity of being able to pre design, then that is a wake up call for you because it means you're missing out on something.

Speaker B

Because we are going to be off for Christmas.

Speaker B

The only thing that we know that we are going to do is that we're going to meet our clients, our top tier clients, and talk about what's this year been about.

Speaker B

And we're going to have a nice time not doing any work, just hang out together.

Speaker B

That's the only thing that we have planned that is work wise and it's not even considered work.

Speaker B

Otherwise we are going to be off, but our business is going to be up and running.

Speaker A

Yeah.

Speaker B

And we will still be curious.

Speaker B

So we will be there when we feel like it.

Speaker B

But we will still be able to spend all of the time with our kids and spend all of the time with our family and go and visit relatives and do all of that.

Speaker B

So again, I don't want you to compromise.

Speaker B

Do I want a business or do I want a calm December?

Speaker B

I want you to have both.

Speaker B

Yeah.

Speaker B

And I want you to understand that it's possible.

Speaker B

It isn't rocket science.

Speaker B

You don't need to be in.

Speaker A

And this is an identity shift.

Speaker A

You are not your business.

Speaker A

Your business is your business.

Speaker A

You are human being.

Speaker A

But how can you get the business to work even when you're not working?

Speaker B

Yeah.

Speaker A

That's for you to think about.

Speaker A

Go back and find one of the other episodes to reach out.

Speaker A

Because that's the identity shift.

Speaker A

That would give you the freedom and the growth.

Speaker B

Yeah.

Speaker A

You stay stuck until you figure this out.

Speaker A

No matter what.

Speaker B

100.

Speaker B

I really want to urge you to see that there is a lot of freedom to build.

Speaker A

Yeah.

Speaker B

And freedom is the reward of taking on a big mission for yourself.

Speaker A

Yeah.

Speaker B

Because freedom is what you create.

Speaker B

Yeah.

Speaker B

To wrap this up.

Speaker A

Yeah.

Speaker B
