So here's how to make December your highest cash month without launching anything new.
Speaker ASo you can choose to shut down your business now or you can choose to have your best month ever in your business.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker BBecause so many people are slowing down in December and kind of easing into the new year 2026 that is just around the corner.
Speaker AThis episode is all about making sure you turn it around and you close the year strong, make it your best month, and come into year 2026 full of momentum.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker BAnd the momentum part is the most important part of that.
Speaker BAnd I love it because so everything that we're going to talk about today is breaking a hole in the myth that December is slowing down.
Speaker BPeople aren't buying coaching in December.
Speaker BEveryone is focusing on Christmas and holiday and relaxing and being with family.
Speaker BAnd while that is true, it's also not an accurate assumption because they are not correlated.
Speaker BBecause people want to spend time with family, they don't want to invest in coaching.
Speaker BThat is actually, that has zero correlation with each other.
Speaker BSo if we could just understand that December is your primary month to end the year strong and to start next year just as strong.
Speaker BLiving in Scandinavia, it's starting to get really cold.
Speaker BI don't know about you, but even though it's beautiful, you know, the frost gathers in the grass and you can see like a wintry landscape or kind of start seeing a kind of a wintery landscape.
Speaker BI don't like the cold.
Speaker BIt's too cold.
Speaker AWe are focusing a lot on renovating the house.
Speaker AWe bought this old, old ranch date back to the 1700 century and we have a huge farm and there's a lot of work to do.
Speaker AAnd right now we are tiling the floors and we are finally moving forward, getting these big glass doors to the house installed, to their own house.
Speaker AAnd I like this season for one thing that I missed since I moved out my parents house and that's having a fireplace.
Speaker ASo right now we are actually out there and choosing what fireplace to have because we're going to install a fireplace in our house, in our home.
Speaker AAnd I'm so excited for that.
Speaker AI really want to have it ready before Christmas because it's literally.
Speaker AI'm going to love the winters with having a fireplace in the house.
Speaker BYou're going to love the summers for them as well.
Speaker AI'm going to love the summers because I have the glass doors and I can see the beautiful garden and open up the old doors.
Speaker BWhat I want you to say is you're going to have that fireplace burning 24 7, 3, 6, 5.
Speaker BThat's what I said.
Speaker ASo I am.
Speaker AI love it.
Speaker BAnd on the topic of this podcast episode, you know, this is how people behave, and this is what people look forward to.
Speaker BThey're looking forward to, how can I end the year in the best way possible?
Speaker BAnd they either do it very, very consciously or they do it subconsciously because it's kind of rooted in us.
Speaker BEverything is resetting.
Speaker BWe're resetting the calendar.
Speaker BWe're resetting everything.
Speaker BBut what so many people in business do is believe we shouldn't leverage our based on the season.
Speaker AWell, it's not worth it.
Speaker APeople are busy.
Speaker AThat's a common belief at this.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker BAnd if we're looking into coaching, people believe that's the way for the coaching industry as well.
Speaker BBut go with that thought pattern to any of the stores in any inner city or mall and say, like, Christmas is coming, so you can just take it easy.
Speaker BYou don't need to sell anything.
Speaker BThey would be like, yeah, okay, I would be out of a job if.
Speaker AI thought that, yeah, this is the time for selling.
Speaker ALike, everything is a wire for sales at this time.
Speaker BAnd people are actually ready to spend money.
Speaker BThey're ready to finish up this year strong.
Speaker BThey're ready to start new projects.
Speaker BAnd because they are going into the Christmas spirit thingy.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker BThey actually have time to focus on themselves.
Speaker AYeah, exactly.
Speaker ABut there is some common myth.
Speaker AAbsolutely.
Speaker AThey are focusing on something else.
Speaker AThey can't focus on making decisions, saying that people want to wait till January to make decisions because they can't make decisions in December.
Speaker AThen there's another myth I've heard recently, is that everyone's broke after Black Friday or they spend all their money for Christmas shopping so they don't have any more money.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker BAnd from one perspective, they might be right because people are spending money.
Speaker BBut here's the thing.
Speaker BPeople are masters at keeping kind of like a mental bookkeeping sorting process with their money, with their finances.
Speaker BAnd I promise you that their personal develop account hasn't been used or touched during Black Friday.
Speaker BI want you to just acknowledge that people have money a little bit everywhere and they are open to figuring stuff out.
Speaker BSo don't buy into the.
Speaker BBecause they're spending more or because they bought something on Black Friday or because Christmas is coming.
Speaker BThey can't afford it because everything is slowing down.
Speaker BWhich means that the natural urge of starting something new becomes way, way, way more sensible.
Speaker BThey feel that more and they're more present to that.
Speaker BAnd that is the window where coaches make a Difference.
Speaker BSo go for it.
Speaker AIf you go quiet and you go into sleep mode in your business now.
Speaker AWell, people are not going to stop spending, they're not going to stop investing.
Speaker ABut they won't be investing with you.
Speaker BNo.
Speaker BAnd you're going to have a very, very tough, muddy business that is full of spider webs and dust when you're starting it up again in January.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker ABecause you need to get all the wheels running again.
Speaker AIt will take some time.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker ASo you really need to start from scratch again.
Speaker BAnd I want to say that I've done that mistake.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker BAnd so have you.
Speaker BAnd it's just not worth it.
Speaker ANo.
Speaker BEspecially not when we can have the best of both worlds.
Speaker BCompromising isn't a strong suit of mine, but what is a strong suit of mine is figuring out how can I have all of it.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker BBecause I don't want to choose between should I go on vacation this year or should my kids have a great Christmas present.
Speaker BI'm never going to have that conversation with myself.
Speaker BI'm going to figure out how can I give them a vacation and how can I figure out what I want to give them for Christmas?
Speaker BAnd that's a matter of being resourceful.
Speaker BAnd what if you could have the best of both worlds.
Speaker BQuiet, calm family, close semester with Christmas and Santa Claus and oatmeal or whatever.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker BAnd a business that collects the most money that you've ever done so far.
Speaker ABecause if you quiet down in December, you lose momentum, your business starts stalling.
Speaker ABut also you're not top of mind for positioning yourself for the Q1 as you're saying that when people have time they're more often work, they're spending more time with families, spending more time at home.
Speaker AThis is where they start seeing what's the gaps in my life.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker AAnd that's where they got time to spend more time online.
Speaker AThat this is where they get time to connect with.
Speaker BConnect with people and.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AAnd themselves where what they want and what is holding them back.
Speaker BAnd what is 2026 going to be all about?
Speaker BAnd if you're listening to this in November 2026 and we're about to reach 20, you can use this because it happens every year.
Speaker BIt's not just because 2025 is a magical year where December can be awesome.
Speaker BDecember is a great month.
Speaker BSo guys, thanks for tuning in.
Speaker BSee you next Wednesday.
Speaker BBye.
Speaker AIf we are going to turn it around, the first thing we need to do is definitely change the belief.
Speaker AAnd I think the hardest part is when I'm Hearing this from someone, I had one, a client saying, but December and January is always the most quiet month I've had.
Speaker AIf you come in and that's your reality before, you're probably more stuck in that belief.
Speaker ABecause, yeah, you come in with a belief and then you behave according to what you believe, you start acting according to that, which means you get the result that just.
Speaker BYeah, it's unavoidable.
Speaker AIt's unavoidable.
Speaker BAlways going to see more of what you started up believing in.
Speaker AExactly.
Speaker ASo you just confirm your belief that it didn't work.
Speaker AWhich means if you always had the belief that December is bad month, people don't buy at this time of year.
Speaker AWell, you probably haven't acted the right way before, which meant that you saw, yes, in fact, I do not make money, which now you have even stronger belief.
Speaker ASo be careful.
Speaker AIf you tell yourself the story of.
Speaker AWell, but in my business, it's always like that.
Speaker AI never make more money.
Speaker AIt's always less.
Speaker AIn this month, be careful.
Speaker AAnd because for the rest of the coaching business who's actually active out there, they see that they're thriving in December.
Speaker AAnd even people who are in the same niche as you targeting the same people, it's not about the target market.
Speaker AIt's not about your niche.
Speaker AIt's about you, your belief.
Speaker ASo that's the first thing.
Speaker AWe really need to start changing that belief that it matters.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker BAnd if you don't, the consequences will be that you'll have a quiet December.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker BYou'll probably meet family.
Speaker BYou'll probably have a cozy time.
Speaker BThere will be Santa and there will be whatever.
Speaker BAll of that will happen.
Speaker BBut when January comes, it will be very heavy to reactivate your business.
Speaker BBut not just heavy reactivating it, because your finances will also have taken a hit because you haven't leveraged December so that your business has resources starting out the new year.
Speaker BSo if it makes sense to you to give yourself an opportunity to actually question what you believe and just be curious about.
Speaker BOkay, so if December was amazing, what can I do then?
Speaker BBecause then this episode will actually provide you with some really good quality value that you can use and run with and literally take to the bank.
Speaker BWhat if what you believe isn't actually serving either you or your business starting, like, moving into December right now?
Speaker BBecause when this episode is released, it's exactly four weeks before Christmas.
Speaker BThat means that we have four weeks and the intention is to get clients before Christmas.
Speaker BYeah, that's what we want to talk about.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker ASo what can you do well, because marketing is always about understanding where's your audience at?
Speaker AAnd if you know your audience is busy with family and all of the other things now, what happens for your audience at this time?
Speaker AWhat we also know, this is the season of conflicts in people's homes.
Speaker AThis is the season where people get overweight and feel bad about themselves.
Speaker AThis is the season where people feel lonely, more lonely than they do at any other season.
Speaker AThis is the season for divorces.
Speaker AThis is a season for a lot of different things depending on what niche you're in.
Speaker AYou need to remember what's going on for my audience at this period of time during the year.
Speaker ABecause all of us, we all about in this season of reflecting, reflecting on where are we in our life?
Speaker AAm I happy with my life this year?
Speaker AAm I happy with my finances this year?
Speaker AAm I happy with my health this year?
Speaker AAm I happy with all of these things?
Speaker AThere's a lot of reflection going on and your job is to understand what exactly is going on for your audience.
Speaker ASo the shift you need to do to take clients is not do business as usual.
Speaker ADon't speak like you normally do, but adapt your marketing to be holiday or seasonal specific.
Speaker ATalking into what's actually happening right now.
Speaker BVery, very important.
Speaker BAnd I love it.
Speaker BWelcome to the Positive podcast where we talk about stuff that's going to give you a depression.
Speaker BBut where you end up with that is brilliant because it's literally the outcome of understanding where will people be.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker BIn their psychology.
Speaker BWhere will people be emotionally?
Speaker BWhere will people be spiritually?
Speaker BWhere will people be?
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker BSpiritually we are not very woo woo.
Speaker BBut everyone has heard about Christmas spirit.
Speaker BIt's something to immerse into.
Speaker BAnd if you can understand how your people feel.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker BThen you can give them a seasonal offer.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker BAnd this seasonal offer makes December amazing.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker BAnd I want to emphasize that it needs to be a seasonal offer that is tailor fitted for this part of the year.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker BClosing down, about to start something new.
Speaker BBeing in that reflective state where you consider like what do I want to change?
Speaker BWhere do I want to see new results?
Speaker AWe can add to that because this season is not just December, it's also going in into January.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker ASo the holidays go both in the ending of the the year, but it's also in the beginning.
Speaker ASo what's also going on?
Speaker AWell, there will be shift during December, probably right after Christmas, going more into.
Speaker ABecause one thing is looking into what they feel like, what they need to fix.
Speaker ABecause all marketing is about looking at the frustrations, the pain Points your audience having.
Speaker ABut what is the ones, what is the thing they want starting from January 1st?
Speaker ABecause you're marketing today, when you're selling it doesn't mean that they need to start today.
Speaker AYou can start talking into what will happen January the first or already in January we can start market.
Speaker AAll of that will happen here because it's not like their first rodeo.
Speaker AThey've been through Christmas before.
Speaker AThey've been through December and January before.
Speaker BSeptember is also actually September as well.
Speaker AIf they have.
Speaker AIt's funny how these things work.
Speaker ANo, but we need to be adapting to what's going on.
Speaker AAnd this is your job as a marketer in your coaching business is to understand what's going on for human beings.
Speaker AWhat's going on for your audience right now?
Speaker AEnding, starting.
Speaker AYeah, that's what we need to speak into.
Speaker ASo can we go to another thing?
Speaker BYeah, let's move on.
Speaker ASo that's one thing.
Speaker ASo you can go in and you can change your marketing, but you can also update your offer.
Speaker AYou can make a seasonal offer, get in shape in the first 30 days starting from January the first.
Speaker AStart now, like register now to get this bonus thing.
Speaker ASo we can really do seasonal offers.
Speaker AGet your branding to work within the end of January or get more clients for Christmas.
Speaker AThat's a good end of the day.
Speaker AHow plan out your new year, make you get your full marketing plan for 2026.
Speaker AAll of these things we can do right now, very seasonal offers, packages.
Speaker BIt goes for all people.
Speaker BSo we just need to look into what are the regular pain points and what are the regular aspirations, goals and visions that people have, like my avatar has and then understand that we are in a shift.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker BAnd the shift is happening for everyone.
Speaker BAnd it's one of the things that is the most woo woo that I experience every year.
Speaker BBecause it's so crisp because of Christmas.
Speaker BYou can really sense that it's closing something down.
Speaker BI believe that probably it's because we're closing down our business.
Speaker BWe're finalizing that year for the business and then we're starting a new business here.
Speaker BSo for me that might be the case.
Speaker BBut what's most important is to realize that everyone goes through this.
Speaker BWhat do someone in your target market need before 26?
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker BBecause if you come in January and say, hey, let's do jumpstart January on January 18th, they're going to be like, yeah, well, either they've done it or they're going to be like, yeah, but I, it doesn't work because January is almost over.
Speaker BAnd we needed to do this before January comes.
Speaker BSo this episode is about getting clients by Christmas.
Speaker BAnd that is because we have four weeks.
Speaker BSo we can actually make a huge impact.
Speaker BWe can create the entire December now by the end of November, during December, we want to make sure that we have everything that we need.
Speaker BBecause the clients that starts up in December, they are going to start up in December, but the new year is going to be kind of the kickstart for them.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker BSo what do they need?
Speaker BWhat do you have that you can specify and really crisp and exciting.
Speaker AI love that it's so important because I think that's a great deal into why coaches stalling to or hesitate to sell now because.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker ABut people don't have time to get coaching.
Speaker ABut they don't need that.
Speaker AThey need time with their family.
Speaker ABut let's say you sell your coaching today.
Speaker AThey start a week two weeks into January and then you give them just some bonus thing that will cover the time from now where they feel they made the decision, they've started doing it, but they don't need to show up anywhere.
Speaker AAnd all of that is about.
Speaker AThey make the decision.
Speaker BDecision is the key point.
Speaker BYes.
Speaker BBecause the decision changes everything.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker BDoesn't matter anything.
Speaker BAll good things in life has always started with a decision.
Speaker BWhen they first committed to make that whatever difference, change or whatever.
Speaker BDecide to start a new job, decide to begin a romantic relationship with someone.
Speaker BThe decision is the crucial factor.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker BAnd it's what changes the future from the past.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker ABefore we go to the last thing to really think about.
Speaker AYou already kind of went into it.
Speaker ABut before we go to that, I also want to say we have decided to make a workshop next week where we going to help a group of coaches to make this happen.
Speaker ABecause if you're stuck right now.
Speaker ABut what should I do?
Speaker AI'm lacking that creativity.
Speaker ACome and join our workshop.
Speaker AWe will actually build out your seeds by Christmas or clients by Christmas.
Speaker AActually.
Speaker AWe look into how could you get premium clients by the end of this year and going into January, we're going to work that out together with you on a free day workshop.
Speaker ASo find the link below and come and work with us and make this happen.
Speaker ASo you walk out with a plan and offer.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AAnd your marketing.
Speaker ASo we'll give you that.
Speaker BDon't postpone it because the event is going to be full and when it's full, it's full.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker ASo make sure you go in and register today.
Speaker AThe last thing you did lift up and that is you want to have holidays yourself.
Speaker AAnd as we're speaking, I realized that some people might be a little bit.
Speaker ABut that's so much to do.
Speaker ABut everything is about planning.
Speaker AThis is something I really needed to learn because I'm always last minute.
Speaker AIt's something I had to train myself into being in good time and planning and making sure this works.
Speaker ASo how do you get through the holiday season having more clients but also having more time with your family?
Speaker AIt's all about planning.
Speaker AYou can pre produce content, you can pre plan everything that you're gonna do.
Speaker ASo some things we can turn down.
Speaker AWe can plan the strategy around Christmas.
Speaker ASo it doesn't mean that you need to be on and work all the time, but there's a lot of things you can do.
Speaker AYou can automize, you can have team, you can plan your way out of almost everything.
Speaker AWhich means that, yes, we do want you to have a relaxing holiday season with your family.
Speaker ABut not on the cost of your business.
Speaker BNo.
Speaker BAnd that's the biggest thing.
Speaker BThis is a skill set.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker BWe've worked with more than 6,000 coaches.
Speaker BWe have helped more than 800 coaches over a long period of time in one of our courses.
Speaker BAnd here's the data that we have once we've learned how to manage our business.
Speaker BIt takes about 24 hours a week to earn €10,000amonth.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker BAnd once you've earned €10,000amonth, the difference in going from 10,000 to 20 and then from 20 to 30 isn't a difference in time, it's a different in execution.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker BWhich means that we can literally make €30,000amonth with 24 hours a week per week and get everything done, marketing, sales and delivery.
Speaker BBut that is something we need to build and we need to build it consciously.
Speaker BAnd if we don't have the capacity of being able to pre design, then that is a wake up call for you because it means you're missing out on something.
Speaker BBecause we are going to be off for Christmas.
Speaker BThe only thing that we know that we are going to do is that we're going to meet our clients, our top tier clients, and talk about what's this year been about.
Speaker BAnd we're going to have a nice time not doing any work, just hang out together.
Speaker BThat's the only thing that we have planned that is work wise and it's not even considered work.
Speaker BOtherwise we are going to be off, but our business is going to be up and running.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker BAnd we will still be curious.
Speaker BSo we will be there when we feel like it.
Speaker BBut we will still be able to spend all of the time with our kids and spend all of the time with our family and go and visit relatives and do all of that.
Speaker BSo again, I don't want you to compromise.
Speaker BDo I want a business or do I want a calm December?
Speaker BI want you to have both.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker BAnd I want you to understand that it's possible.
Speaker BIt isn't rocket science.
Speaker BYou don't need to be in.
Speaker AAnd this is an identity shift.
Speaker AYou are not your business.
Speaker AYour business is your business.
Speaker AYou are human being.
Speaker ABut how can you get the business to work even when you're not working?
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker AThat's for you to think about.
Speaker AGo back and find one of the other episodes to reach out.
Speaker ABecause that's the identity shift.
Speaker AThat would give you the freedom and the growth.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker AYou stay stuck until you figure this out.
Speaker ANo matter what.
Speaker B100.
Speaker BI really want to urge you to see that there is a lot of freedom to build.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker BAnd freedom is the reward of taking on a big mission for yourself.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker BBecause freedom is what you create.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker BTo wrap this up.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker BMake sure that you join us for our workshop next week.
Speaker BFollow the link below.
Speaker BIf it might be that you are listening to this episode past.
Speaker BYou're going to be able to follow that link and get instructions of how to be able to take part of it anyway and take part of the same resources.
Speaker BSo follow the link no matter when you watch this.
