Njabulo James:

Hey everybody. This is NJ here, the host of the NGA podcast. And this is motivational Mondays, everybody. This is part of the everyday series where we share ideas and concepts and motivation for the Monday, because I believe that Monday is the best day of the week because it allows us to refocus, reenergize and set the intentions of God there and murder the week. And a lot of people don't like Mondays. So if you have. The mindset that you love your Mondays, you already have an advantage. And this is the season finale for motivational Mondays, part of the everyday series. This is the credit episode season finale. I did not get to this point, but it's going to be an absolutely great time. And on this episode, electric, talk to you today about planning for success, planning for success. To have a plan mocked out. We'll put you ahead of the pack and help you develop your ideas. I'm not too, I can't remember who it was. Who said that a fool with a plan can beat a genius with a plan. So let's go out there and with intention and have some plans. So planning out your goals and what you want to achieve is a crucial component of being successful. When you have a clear plan and follow through on the plan, remarkable results can come up. Very quickly, you think about what you're going to do and writing down a roadmap to get there as one of the cornerstones that allow for achievement. Now, here are some things that we can do to make the most out of this topic of planning for success. The first one is write out a long-term plan and a daily. Write out a long-term plan and a daily plan. A long-term plan is a plan that you would take to follow in order to reach your long-term goals. This will be the most detailed plan you have, and you will have many different steps and projects and things that need to be performed in order to reach your goal. Now, the data plan is the plan you write for your activities for each day. This will normally be about, about a page long and have about 15. Five to 15 things that you want to do, you must perform during the day. Each point will have basic information about what you must do. The second thing we should, we can't do to make the most out of planning for success is at the side of the Richard plan or the margin, write out how long each step will take and what it is intended to do. Now you can also use, uh, because you told, uh, solutions you can use. Uh, we can use things on the UI can use a mobile app. You can use the software, but sometimes, uh, nothing beats, a good old fashioned pen and paper. Um, so at the side of the routes and plan or the margin, write out how long each step will take and what it is intended. This will allow you to keep focused on what the plan is intended to do and what results should come out of it. It will also allow you to see where your time is being invested and also where your time is being wasted. The third thing we could do to make the most out of planning for success. Use a highlighter to mark out key points of your plan. Use a highlighter to mark out key points of your plan. If you use your mobile app, or if using a software, you, we can make use of any kind of coding functions that you may have now looking at a piece of paper with many steps to do Highlighting key words and phrases for each step will allow you to concentrate on the important things and make things as simple as possible. The fourth thing is you really need to make planning a daily habits. The four things to make the most out of success is planning for success is make planning a daily habit planning every single day will pay off huge rewards when you stick to it. When every day is followed strictly according to plan, you will make maximum progress and develop to development to your goals. You will feel good inside and satisfied that you will achieve what you say. Achievement always feels good. There's nothing more euphoric and a good feeling in juicing as achieving something that you set out to do, no matter how small it is, what makes us happy is progress. And when you see that you're making steps towards a progression that always feels good. This will make you feel even better over time. If you keep doing it and the cycle of positive, motivation and achievement. Continues. So what can we expect when we start planning for success and make it a habit? Progress will happen daily. When you have a plan and follow through with a plan as best you can, it's the best and easiest way to get real success for whatever you want to do. And I've found that. In times where I did not have some form of a plan as well, I was waking up like it was an accident in a way I wasn't being intentional and deliberate, intentional, and deliberate about what I wanted to achieve. Then I would have. A lower self-confidence than if I actually set out a plan and went out to achieve it. And that's where most people fail is that they don't have a set up plan and they don't make planning and daily habits. So planning for success is very critical.
