bridge episode

Speaker: [00:00:00] Hi there, and a very warm welcome to Season six, episode 49 of People Soup. It's Ross McIntosh here, People Soup is all about real conversations about work leadership and being human grounded in behavioral science with practical ideas you can actually use. This is a slightly different kind of episode today, just a short one from me.

I've been doing a bit of reflecting over the last few weeks thinking about the podcast, what seems to be most helpful and how I can make people's soup even more useful for you. and from that. I'm making a few small changes to how things will work moving forward.

So here's what you can expect. I'll be releasing main episodes every two weeks. These are deeper conversations like the ones you're used to exploring, [00:01:00] work, leadership, and the human side of things. And in between those, there'll be something new. I'm calling them quick spoon episodes, short focused episodes where I'll share a single idea, reflection, or practical tool that you can take away and use straight away. So a mix of depth and something a little more bite-sized in between.

My hope is that this gives you the best of both worlds, space for rich, thoughtful conversations, and also something simple and practical when you need a quick boost or a moment to reset.

What won't change is what peoples soup is all about. Real conversations grounded in behavioral science with practical ideas you can actually use,

and a focus on helping you navigate work, leadership, and life in a way that feels more human. I am really looking forward to this next phase of People [00:02:00] soup, and I'd love you to come along with me. The next episode will be landing soon, so keep an eye and an ear out for that.

And and if you've been listening for a while, thank you. It really does mean a lot. Thanks to Andy Glenn for his spoon magic. but most of all, dear listener, thanks to you, look after yourselves. Pea supers and bye for now.
