Welcome back to another edition of health hack, as I continue this week, sharing my resources with you to help you on your healing journey. And what I want to share with you today is the homepage of my website, which can be your starting point. And you can see right here it says health isn't everything, but without it, everything else is nothing and take the first step. And that is a great starting point because it will bring awareness to you around the symptoms that your body's giving you that you may not even have awareness around you might be ignoring you might be pushing through, that's often what society teaches us to do to be tougher to suck it up to keep going. And yet our body is giving us the symptoms asking us to do something differently. And one of the two major causes of chronic illness is a high toxic load. And so taking this quiz will start to bring awareness to you around the toxicity level in your body and the symptoms that that is triggering. And that then allows you to do something a bout it because you know where you're at, and you know what's going on. And that can lead you to then going into my training programs.
