Speaker A

Whether you mean to have an impact or not.

Speaker A

The words we say, the actions we take, they can have either positive ripples in life or they can have negative ripples.

Speaker A

But whether you recognize it or not, you have an impact even when you don't mean to.

Speaker A

Guys, we're going to talk about that today.

Speaker C

What's up, champion?

Speaker C

This is your host, Neal Reyes, and I want to welcome you to the Executive Perspective.

Speaker C

For years I struggled to answer the question, what do you do for a living?

Speaker C

Why?

Speaker C

Because most people who ask only expect to hear one thing.

Speaker C

I'm an executive with a deep level of understanding of business, operations, leadership and technology.

Speaker C

I'm also the president and founder of a worldwide ministry and CEO of an executive coaching and consulting firm.

Speaker C

My number one passion is people and I receive significant gratitude in life from sowing into others and encouraging them as they grow to achieve their fullest potential.

Speaker C

If you're a high performance individual like me, or you're simply ready to take your business, leadership or inner potential to the next level, then strap in because I'm locked in and all in.

Speaker C

This is the Executive Perspective.

Speaker A

Hey, what's up, champions?

Speaker A

This is your host, Neal, and I want to welcome you back to the Executive Perspective with Neal Reyes.

Speaker A

Man, we have a powerful show lined up for you today.

Speaker A

Today I'm going to be teaching you about your impact towards others, whether you feel, feel or see it or not.

Speaker A

Man, I'm Telling you, this is a powerful episode.

Speaker A

You know, all of our podcasts focus on one of three areas.

Speaker A

This podcast focuses on leadership, business strategy, and personal development.

Speaker A

And just about everything we teach can fit into all three of those.

Speaker A

Our purpose, and my purpose of my heart, is to help you connect with your best self and your best performance so that you can live your best life.

Speaker A

Now, today, I'm going to be talking with you about a topic that I refer to as the ripple effect.

Speaker A

Now, when I talk about the ripple effect, let me paint a picture with my words for you so you can understand exactly what I mean.

Speaker A

So consider yourself going out, and you're out by either a pond or some type of body of water, whether if it's a lake or a pond.

Speaker A

But let's just picture a pond in this case.

Speaker A

It's a beautiful day.

Speaker A

It's as clear as can be.

Speaker A

I mean, it's the kind of day that when you look in the distance, you can see far off because there's just so much clarity.

Speaker A

And as you approach this pond, it's a serene moment.

Speaker A

It's just so peaceful.

Speaker A

It's so comforting.

Speaker A

And as you're out there, the pond is just as still as can be.

Speaker A

It looks like a mirror.

Speaker A

I mean, as you look at it, literally it's reflecting the sky, it is so clear.

Speaker A

And you decide to pick up a rock and throw a rock out into the middle of the pond.

Speaker A

And as you do, you pick up this pebble or this rock and you chuck it out in the pond and it makes a nice splash.

Speaker A

But immediately immediately afterwards, you see the ripple that goes out from that center point.

Speaker A

That's the epicenter.

Speaker A

And from that impact where that rock hit the water, you now have a ripple effect that expands out and across the pond.

Speaker A

And because it's such a clear day, you're able to watch those ripples as they move off in the distance.

Speaker A

But oftentimes, those ripples can move even farther than what your eyes can see, because at first, when the rock impacts the water, the ripples are large.

Speaker A

But the farther they go, the wider in circumference they get, but also the smaller they get as far as height.

Speaker A

So after a while, you just have a hard time seeing it.

Speaker A

But just because you can't see it doesn't mean that the ripple is not there.

Speaker A

That's what I refer to as the ripple effect.

Speaker A

And in life, there's a ripple effect that can occur with how you speak the words you choose to use, your actions, you know, sometimes.

Speaker A

And I will tell you this, that as leaders, and you're a leader, whether you like it or not, as a leader, you'll hear me say, someone is always watching you.

Speaker A

When you're a leader, someone's always watching you.

Speaker A

They're either watching your actions or they're listening to your words, but someone is always watching you.

Speaker A

But more significantly, someone's always depending on your ripple, whether you realize it or not.

Speaker A

Now, that's a significant concept today.

Speaker A

And today we're going to go deep on this.

Speaker A

We're going to go deep into the core of ourselves today.

Speaker A

And today's episode might be a bit of a challenge for some of you to listen to, but it's not meant to be to challenge in the sense that it's meant to break you down.

Speaker A

Everything we teach here, we want to build you up.

Speaker A

You know, if you've listened to our other podcasts, I say often that on the executive perspective, we have one direction we head.

Speaker A

It is forward and upward.

Speaker A

Again, our direction that we head on this podcast is forward and upward.

Speaker A

Our things that we teach on here are designed to build you up.

Speaker A

They're also designed to lift you up.

Speaker A

But to get to a point where we can say we've connected with our best self, with our best performance, and with our best life, well, sometimes we got to do the deep work.

Speaker A

And doing the deep work is when we examine ourselves at the core and we ask or we examine, is there room for improvement?

Speaker A

And if there's room for improvement, then it's up to us to put that work in, especially when we're talking about something like the ripple effect, because someone's always watching you, whether you recognize it or not.

Speaker A

And there are those who are depending on you whether you know it or not.

Speaker A

And so the deep work you put in today helps you be your best self tomorrow.

Speaker A

And that ripple effect of your best self impacts many people, often people you don't even recognize or know it's impacting.

Speaker A

So as we go into that today, I want you to understand, today may be a hard one, but it's a good one.

Speaker A

In fact, I think it's going to be a little bit of spiritual surgery for some people, but I think it's going to be very uplifting for others because there are those of you who are listening to this show, and you're a super high performer.

Speaker A

You're dialed in on your work, you're dialed in on your business, you're focused, focus, focus.

Speaker A

You're goal driven.

Speaker A

But maybe you've kind of given up on life a little Bit from the standpoint of thinking nobody cares about you, nobody values you.

Speaker A

They only value what you can do or what you bring to the table.

Speaker A

Or maybe you've given up on yourself of what you can contribute to others or what you mean to others.

Speaker A

And what I'm going to tell you is that that's erroneous and that's false.

Speaker A

It's what I would refer to as a lie from the pit of hell.

Speaker A

And I'm going to encourage you to think past that today, but help to reconnect with your inner self.

Speaker A

And if you're already doing these things, that's fantastic.

Speaker A

Learn how to do it even louder.

Speaker A

Because the.

Speaker A

One of the things I didn't share about that ripple effect in the beginning, you know, I painted that picture with my words about picking up that little pebble and throwing it to the middle of the steel pond and watching the ripples.

Speaker A

But, you know, the bigger the rock, the bigger the impact.

Speaker A

And the bigger the impact, the bigger the ripple.

Speaker A

So even if you're already aware of the ripples you're making today, understand you can get even louder in your influence and louder in your impact.

Speaker A

Because we want to build others up and we want to help them.

Speaker A

We want to make this world a better place.

Speaker A

So the first thing I want to go over with you is let's define what the ripple effect really is.

Speaker A

Ripple effects can happen with or without intention, and that's a powerful one right there.

Speaker A

But ripple effects can happen with or without intention.

Speaker A

The goal is to make sure your ripple, however, is purposeful.

Speaker A

Now, what do I mean that it can happen with or out with intention?

Speaker A

Well, let's talk about that for a second.

Speaker A

You know, oftentimes the greatest ripples you can make are with your words, the words you use.

Speaker A

You know, words should always be used to build others up, not tear them down.

Speaker A

But oftentimes the words that are spoken within this world are words that tear down or that break down people.

Speaker A

They're meant to tear them apart.

Speaker A

And that's not what words are designed for.

Speaker A

Certainly words can be misused like that.

Speaker A

But your words should come out of you in a way where you're building others up.

Speaker A

Excuse me.

Speaker A

One of the things that it tells us in the Bible, if we were studying the Bible today, it tells us in the Word which, that's filled with words of wisdom.

Speaker A

But it tells us that out of the abundance of a man's heart, the mouth will speak.

Speaker A

Now, if you've heard other episodes we've had, in fact, if you heard yesterday's episode, I talked about a gas tank or a reservoir you have inside of you.

Speaker A

That's your character gas tank.

Speaker A

And that depending what you feed into your character gas tank, what you fill it up with, that's what you'll respond with in times of pressure.

Speaker A

Well, in times of pressure, oftentimes your mouth will open up.

Speaker A

And as you're squeezed with pressure from the outside.

Speaker A

It's in the episode where I was talking about people are like grapes, but people are like grapes.

Speaker A

When you squeeze them on the outside, whatever's the inside will come right out.

Speaker A

Well, if someone squeezes you hard on the outside with pressure or maybe with their harsh words, whatever circulating around in that character gas tank of you on the inside is going to come right out.

Speaker A

And where's that character gas tank live?

Speaker A

It lives in your heart.

Speaker A

And so out of the abundance of the heart, the man will speak.

Speaker A

You know, sometimes you can say sharp words or say something that you didn't intend to be sharp, but sometimes it just comes out a little harsher than you realize.

Speaker A

And, well, that's doing it without intention.

Speaker A

But it can still impact a person.

Speaker A

We need to be guarded with our actions.

Speaker A

We need to be guarded with our words.

Speaker A

But when we learn the impact of our words and the impact of our actions, we understand the impact of that ripple effect, man.

Speaker A

Now, we can be purposeful with our actions and purposeful with our ripple.

Speaker A

And that's where contributions happen in life.

Speaker A

That's where we can impact the masses.

Speaker A

We can impact so many people in powerful ways when we understand that concept and principle.

Speaker A

The other thing I want you to understand is influence versus visibility.

Speaker A

Influence versus visibility.

Speaker A

You understand that you don't have to be seen by many people to affect many people.

Speaker A

I'm going to say that again.

Speaker A

You don't have to be seen by many people in order to affect many people.

Speaker A

I'll give you two examples of this.

Speaker A

One, this is a podcast.

Speaker A

Now, this is a podcast where you can connect on our website@neilrays.com or go to our YouTube channel and watch the videos.

Speaker A

But many people, in fact, maybe most people listen to it on audio, which means you're listening to me, but you can't see me, but you're listening to me.

Speaker A

And my words can have an impact in you.

Speaker A

But here's another way of understanding it.

Speaker A

You know, if I were taking an apple, and if I were holding an apple in front of you right now, you know, mankind understands how many seeds come out of the core of that apple.

Speaker A

But only God knows how Many apples can come from one seed.

Speaker A

Oh, that's powerful right there.

Speaker A

I'm going to say that again.

Speaker A

Mankind knows how many seeds come from one apple, but only God knows how many apples can come from one seed.

Speaker A

Man.

Speaker A

That's a powerful principle.

Speaker A

I learned that years and years and years ago, and I come back to that often, my teachings, because of the profoundness of it.

Speaker A

Well, that seed, that apple seed, that's just like a ripple.

Speaker A

You know, when you throw that in the pond, that rock in the pond, you might know it's going to cause some ripples, but you don't know how, how many, how big, how far, or how long those ripples go.

Speaker A

When you make a genuine impact in someone else's life, you might be touching future generations with your impact without impact even realizing it.

Speaker A

In other words, if you show kindness to a stranger or if you genuinely help somebody, whether you know them or not, you may not think that's a big deal, but that person may go home, they may talk about you to their spouse, they may talk about you to their children, and they may bring your name up often because of that one act of kindness you did within their life.

Speaker A

And that family will carry that and know that and hold you in high esteem and high regard without you even recognizing the impact that you had within their life.

Speaker A

But just like you can have a positive ripple, you can also have a negative ripple.

Speaker A

That's why we want to be purposeful and intentional about what we sow into our character gas tank within our body, within our heart.

Speaker A

And you're doing the right thing by growing yourself and focusing on things like this.

Speaker A

Remember, on this podcast, we have one direction we head, and that's forward and upward because we're about building others up and lifting others up.

Speaker A

The next thing I want to talk to you about today is a little bit of coaching insight that I want to give you.

Speaker A

So we're going deep today, and we're talking about some things, but this is good stuff.

Speaker A

This is good medicine.

Speaker A

You know, medicine may not always taste good, but when you need it, it's good for you.

Speaker A

And today we're getting some good medicine.

Speaker A

First question I have for you.

Speaker A

Who is depending on you?

Speaker A

That's a powerful question right there.

Speaker A

Who is depending on you even when you're not at your best?

Speaker A

And that's profound.

Speaker A

That's a profound statement right there.

Speaker A

Because when we think about who's depending on us, but who's depending on us even when we're not at our best, that speaks loudly because there's Someone who's always depending on you.

Speaker A

I will tell you that if you're married, your spouse is depending on you, but if you have children, your children are depending on you.

Speaker A

For some of you, maybe it's your parents, maybe they're older now and they need your help or they need your assistance, but someone is always depending on you, even when you're not at your best.

Speaker A

Now, I want to help people, though, because sometimes there are those who feel a bit isolated.

Speaker A

In fact, if they're listening to the voice of what I refer to, the enemy and not the voice of God, they'll be left to think that they're an island all unto themselves.

Speaker A

And that is not the way life works.

Speaker A

But if you're feeling a bit down or you're feeling like you're not having impact, if your answer is no one is depending on you, then I want to challenge you that maybe you've just stopped noticing or maybe you've just forgotten who you really are and why that really matters or who that really impacts.

Speaker A

This is a significant thing because I run across people at times, and these people are all about goals.

Speaker A

Goals, goals.

Speaker A

Or business, business, business.

Speaker A

Or make the next sale.

Speaker A

Make the next sale.

Speaker A

Or success, success, success.

Speaker A

You know, they're after success.

Speaker A

Or the next promotion, the next promotion.

Speaker A

And that's awesome.

Speaker A

But what is your contribution along the way, even to those people that you're touching, those lives that you're touching in your daily business life?

Speaker A

But what about when business ends and you clock out and you go home?

Speaker A

What impact then?

Speaker A

And oftentimes people may feel like they have no impact at all, or they're not.

Speaker A

Or like they're not helping anybody.

Speaker A

And that's false, and that's erroneous.

Speaker A

Because unless you live in some remote place where you have no contact with the world and no contact with anybody, then I know that's not true about you, because you're listening to this podcast.

Speaker A

So clearly you're part of society.

Speaker A

There's a good chance you're having an impact with people, whether you realize it or not.

Speaker A

Now, if you're the kind of person who you don't have a strong social network, maybe you don't have many or any friends, maybe you recently moved to a new town, there's still impact.

Speaker A

People you impact, because chances are you go out to eat at some point and someone's got to take your order.

Speaker A

You go to the coffee shop and order a drink, or you turn around and you go to the grocery store, or you do something where you have some kind of impact.

Speaker A

But even those people you can make a large impact in.

Speaker A

You know, I have gotten in a habit for years now that when I go places, I stop and ask people, how's your day going?

Speaker A

You know, sometimes they'll just give you the blanket answer, good or bad or busy.

Speaker A

And I stop and ask them, good busy or bad busy.

Speaker A

I make them think about that for a second.

Speaker A

Why?

Speaker A

Because I want them to know that they're seen and that they're heard.

Speaker A

I want them to feel valued, and I'll open up conversation with them even if they're a stranger.

Speaker A

In fact, especially if they're a stranger, because I want them to know they're valued and that they're seen.

Speaker A

And anytime someone helps me, I'll tell them, I appreciate you.

Speaker A

Thank you.

Speaker A

I value you.

Speaker A

And it might be such a simple thing.

Speaker A

In fact, it may even be foreign to them.

Speaker A

But out of all the customers that they served that day, I guarantee you that it was my words that resided with them, even if just for a little bit, because I made them feel seen and I made them feel heard.

Speaker A

You got to value people.

Speaker A

You have to appreciate people.

Speaker A

And I tell everybody, and I mean everybody, just like I close this podcast when I'm out and about, and I say, you know, my salutation as I'm telling people bye is thank you.

Speaker A

Have a blessed day.

Speaker A

That's what I'll tell them.

Speaker A

Have a blessed day.

Speaker A

I tell everybody, have a blessed day.

Speaker A

It's not just a saying.

Speaker A

I'm actually blessing their day when I say that, because they may not believe in God the way I do, and they may not have the same faith set or the same value set, but I know the power of my words and I know the power of my faith.

Speaker A

And when I tell people, have a blessed day, I'm actually speaking a blessing over them, just like I do on this podcast.

Speaker A

So I want you to understand that now.

Speaker A

I have a leadership truth bomb for you today.

Speaker A

I think that's a big one.

Speaker A

When you underestimate your value, you cut off the ripple effect you were born to create.

Speaker A

That's a good one right there.

Speaker A

When you underestimate your value, you cut off the ripple effect you were born to create.

Speaker A

Now, understand this, ripple effects are something you create.

Speaker A

You don't necessarily inherit them.

Speaker A

Maybe you're impacted by other people's, and you can carry that same type of motivation or spirit into yours, but you're meant to create your own ripple effect.

Speaker A

You're designed to do that.

Speaker A

You were born to do that.

Speaker A

Now Here are two main obstacles that I recognize that can diminish the ripple effect of people.

Speaker A

And I see these sometimes, often, unfortunately.

Speaker A

The first one is when people are self absorbed.

Speaker A

And the second one is when people have low self perception.

Speaker A

But let's deal with the first one first, self absorption.

Speaker A

Another way that this sometimes appears or manifests itself is, is by people being in survival mode.

Speaker A

You know, sometimes when things are hard, man, you can be just in survival mode where you're just trying to survive, survive, survive.

Speaker A

And when you do that, you become disconnected from having an impact on others, but you also become disconnected from the impact that you are making on others.

Speaker A

When life is hard, people naturally will turn inward.

Speaker A

I'm going to say that again.

Speaker A

When life is hard, people naturally turn inward.

Speaker A

They get quiet, they get alone, they separate themselves.

Speaker A

And I will tell you that as a faith principle, that's exactly where the devil wants you.

Speaker A

He wants you to feel like you're an island all to yourself.

Speaker A

You know, when you look at the way a wolf attacks a sheep herd, he never usually goes right for the body where all the sheep are at.

Speaker A

He tries to pick off the little stragglers that are lagging behind in life.

Speaker A

If you're part of a sheep herd, or let's just say that's community that you're moving forward with, or maybe your workforce, or maybe it's the people that your counterparts at the office.

Speaker A

But when someone starts to get down on themselves or they start to feel ostracized or alienated, whether by other people's actions or words or their own about themselves, they start to straggle behind.

Speaker A

As that body of sheep move forward, that guy is now straggling behind and he's alone and he's easy to pick off.

Speaker A

Don't be the one that's easy to pick off.

Speaker A

And be mindful of your ripple effect.

Speaker A

If you notice there's someone who's straggling behind, don't leave them out there to get picked off.

Speaker A

Go grab them and bring them back into the herd.

Speaker A

That ways they can feel loved and feel part of something.

Speaker A

Understand you were designed to create a ripple effect, make it a positive one and not negative.

Speaker A

The other thing about self absorption is that when inward, that when someone has that inward focus, it can lead to forgetfulness of their impact.

Speaker A

Meaning that they can forget that they even have an impact.

Speaker A

They can forget it because they're focused just on trying to survive, trying to survive, trying to survive.

Speaker A

That's what happens when people become self absorbed.

Speaker A

Now the second one of this that second obstacle I mentioned was the low self perception.

Speaker A

When someone has low self perception, what happens with that?

Speaker A

That's when people stop believing that or they start believing that they're not worth following.

Speaker A

You know, they start thinking less of themselves or that they, their presence doesn't matter.

Speaker A

And both of these mindsets are a lie.

Speaker A

I'm going to tell you a lie from the pit of hell.

Speaker A

When someone starts thinking that they're not worth following or that they're not good enough, after a while, those can lead to thoughts that they don't even matter anymore.

Speaker A

And I'm telling you that type of mindset is a lie.

Speaker A

And the longer you allow that to stay in your mindset, the more dangerous it is.

Speaker A

You know, there's a minister I used to listen to, or not used to, I still listen to him a lot.

Speaker A

His name is Kenneth Hagin.

Speaker A

But this gentleman no longer is alive.

Speaker A

He's graduated to heaven.

Speaker A

But he used to have this saying that has always stuck with me.

Speaker A

And I've used it on my children, in fact on my youngest son, Tristan.

Speaker A

I've used it on him before to help them understand things, even recently.

Speaker A

And the saying that he has is that people can't stop a bird from flying over their head, but they can't stop the bird from forming a nest in their hair.

Speaker A

That's pretty simple, but that's a profound statement.

Speaker A

You know, you can't when, especially when you're dealing with thoughts or things of that nature, you can't stop, you know, a bird from flying over your head, but if it tries to land on your head and build a nest, you can definitely take care of that.

Speaker A

Well, when you have negative mindsets, negative thoughts, you're now not just having a thought fly by, you're allowing that bird, that thought to form a nest in your hair.

Speaker A

And I'm going to tell you you need to take action over that and get that lie out.

Speaker A

You need to get that mindset out.

Speaker A

The mindset, that type of mindset, it'll shrink your leadership presence.

Speaker A

So if you don't deal with this thing and deal with it quick, it'll diminish or shrink your leadership presence.

Speaker A

Now here's what I want to tell you.

Speaker A

Because I had a client a while back who was dealing with this significantly.

Speaker A

In fact, this particular client that I worked with with one on one coaching, they would tend to struggle with being down a little bit.

Speaker A

Not like clinical depression, but they would tend to get down on themselves a little bit and just be really negative.

Speaker A

And one of the Things I asked them one day is I said, hey, these behaviors you're having, these things that you have about it that we're recognizing, is this something you want to pass down to your kids?

Speaker A

Is that the legacy you want to leave them?

Speaker A

Oh, no, not at all.

Speaker A

Not at all.

Speaker A

Are you sure?

Speaker A

I mean, you don't think this is a good thing for your kids?

Speaker A

No, not at all.

Speaker A

I don't want my kids to ever have to deal with this.

Speaker A

Well, whether you realize it or not, little Johnny.

Speaker A

Now the child's not named Johnny.

Speaker A

I'm just saying, Kay, but little Johnny is watching you whether you recognize it or not.

Speaker A

And he wants to be just like dad and mimic.

Speaker A

But if this is the best example you can give them of how life is, whether you mean to or not, when that child grows up, they're going to be a reflection of you and they're going to mirror your effect.

Speaker A

And if you're not mindful about your ripple effect in their life, you're going to hand that down as a generational curse and they're going to give it out to their children.

Speaker A

That's not the legacy you want to leave.

Speaker A

So what I'm telling you is that even if you're unwilling to change for yourself, be willing to change for others.

Speaker A

Even if you don't have children, be willing to change for others.

Speaker A

Now, what I want to also share with you as well, if you've lost your ripple effect, how do you reignite it?

Speaker A

First of all, and this is the easiest way, get back to serving.

Speaker A

Get back to serving someone else.

Speaker A

Who can you pour into today?

Speaker A

Reflect on past impact.

Speaker A

When was a time that you were really had some strong impact on others?

Speaker A

Reflect on that and then repeat it.

Speaker A

In fact, who has ever even made me told you, you helped me or you changed me.

Speaker A

And if you've never heard it that strong, sometimes you don't have to hear it to still recognize it and see it, because you just know you do.

Speaker A

You just know what you've done.

Speaker A

So you got to know it.

Speaker A

Stay true to what you know.

Speaker A

The other thing is, I want to encourage you, that is start small.

Speaker A

You don't have to start big, start small.

Speaker A

How do you start small?

Speaker A

Show up with energy.

Speaker A

Show up with better energy.

Speaker A

The next time you go into a room and I say better energy, I'm not talking like new AV energy or new age energy.

Speaker A

I'm talking like, just show up happy, show up positive.

Speaker A

Show up ready to go on, on fire.

Speaker A

You'll impact things in a positive way.

Speaker A

Learn to model Resilience.

Speaker A

If people see you going through something tough, they're watching how you do it and your reaction says a lot.

Speaker A

Or another way.

Speaker A

Try sending a message.

Speaker A

This is one of the strongest things you can do.

Speaker A

Maybe even right now, as you're listening to this podcast, you can think of someone who you hasn't heard from you in a while.

Speaker A

Or maybe it's someone who you talk to often, but you don't share their words with them enough.

Speaker A

I love you.

Speaker A

Or thank you for being who you are.

Speaker A

I appreciate you.

Speaker A

Or just a quick note to let you know how much I value you.

Speaker A

Little words can have big impacts.

Speaker A

And here's another leadership truth bomb for you.

Speaker A

Ripples don't start big, but they always grow.

Speaker A

I'm going to say that again.

Speaker A

Ripples don't always start big, but they always grow.

Speaker A

And some closing thoughts for you today as I get ready to let you go.

Speaker A

Someone needs your ripple today, so don't hold back.

Speaker A

And every word you speak, every decision you make, the way you carry yourself, it matters to someone more than you know.

Speaker A

Now, that being said, guys, I want to just tell you that if you feel like you've been struggling in this area, I want to challenge you to take out a pen and paper and write down a list of three people that you know you've impacted and how, even if they've never acknowledged it, and start to recognize the impact and ripple you have within this world.

Speaker A
