Hello podcast fam. It's been a MI net two weeks off from the podcast, which for me feels like an eternity. I'm so used to having episodes coming every single week. But as you guys know, um, and if you don't know, I'm gonna share it with you. My partner Khan, my fiance. soon to be husband. We're getting married in just two months, which is just crazy. The wedding's almost here. Um, he had open heart surgery in the beginning of July and life has just been a whirlwind and I needed to just like take some breaks in certain parts of my business. And I really just slowed down from majority of July and it was beautiful and I'm so grateful to really just like have a business that supports me in all seasons to be able to. Take a beat, take a step back and just watch my business support me. It's been really, really beautiful and I have the utmost gratitude for my business for you for this community. And I'm really happy to be back recording today. Um, now that I've found my groove of con and I have found our groove in his recovery cause I'm his primary caretaker. Um, and what that means. showering him and helping him go to the bathroom. I'm making him all those meals. I'm driving him around. Um, he won't really be up and like himself till the middle of August. So it's, it is been, it's been a new season. and I'm never gonna just record to record. Um, I wanted to really take a break from the podcast, cuz I didn't have much to say, you know, my life, um, wasn't super business focused for most of July. And so I haven't felt ready. I haven't had anything to say to you guys and now I. Now I do. I'm never just gonna record to record. And so we're back and we got a lot to dive into today and something I've been getting asked a lot on is Michelle, what do you mean when everything sells everything? So we're gonna dive into that, what that means and how you can implement this into your business. And if I'm being honest, I think that I've really coined the term. Everything sells everything. I see a lot of people. Use this now. Um, but I hadn't seen it really. Like, I, I didn't take that from anyone. Um, there was something that I've just been saying for a really long time, and I love that I'm seeing this pick up in the industry that I'm seeing people say this, and they're implementing this in their business. And I know with my clients, this is what we do inside of their businesses. And so I've done this really well in my business. I do this with all of my high level clients and it's just been a beautiful thing. Um, and it's something that you can bring into your business, into your brand. and it's gonna make you a lot more money, like so much more money. And I, I get it. Like you hear the term, everything sells everything. You're like, yeah. But how, how how do I do that? Sounds really cool. But can you teach me? And I'm like, yes, of course, because I'm never gonna hide things from you because I want you to be able to create the life and business that you desired. I'm here to help you do that. what I mean when I say everything sells everything, my definition. Okay. Is what I mean when I say that is you could be selling one. And then it sells a spot inside of another offer, completely like you'd be selling one thing and then somebody comes in and purchases something completely different that you weren't even talking about. You mean a launch of some kind of offer and then like three spots sell or something completely different that you're not even publicly selling or talking about. And it's not just when I say everything that sells everything, I'm not talking about selling multiple things at once. That's completely different. I'm literally talking about you can be selling one thing and then something else is selling because you're selling that, that one thing. And it's so cool. It's just, everything sells everything no matter what you're doing, no matter what you're showing up with, everything sells everything. And this happens all the time for me, this happens all the time for my clients. And I'm gonna give you a prime example of this as I was creating. and thinking about what I wanted to put into this episode, this literally happened for me. And I was like, beautiful, of course this happened. Um, and I'm gonna give you guys an example of this just the other day, I was selling a masterclass on pre pre-sale, which is now $111 on pre-sale. Um, I didn't show up and sell for three weeks and we've made so much money in July. We've Sur surpassed last year's income this month, we're already on multiple six figures for the year. It's just insane. What's happening in the business. And I'm teaching you this, I'm teaching you this, we've cracked into some new money codes and it's been really simple and I cannot wait to bring this to life. Um, but my point of telling you about this masterclass is while I was selling this masterclass at the pre presale for $55, someone bought money mastery, which is a program that's $2,222 money mastery is one of my signature programs. It's so good. But I'm sharing this example because it's a prime example of how I'm selling one thing and somebody comes in and buys something else. I wasn't even talking about money mastery. It's a prime example of how everything sells everything. So we're gonna break down why and how this works. First thing, the first thing that we wanna master in order to have this work in our brand is. Creating authority and really becoming known for the work that you do. Okay. I'm gonna say that again. We first want to become known and we wanna build authority inside of our brand. Meaning when I say authority, what I think of authority? I don't mean it's like, I'm a authoritative and I'm above you. That's not how we roll. No way. We are all equal. That's not how we. When I think of authority, I think of, wow, this person really knows their shit. Wow. This person is an expert in the thing that they're talking about. Wow. This person can get me the results that I desire based on the work that they do, the results that I've seen, um, the content that they're putting out, the things that they've taught me, they're building authority. and you can see that they can help you get X, Y, and Z result you guys coming and listening to my podcast is me building authority. You guys come and you learn from me, I'm building authority. So we first wanna create and build authority and we wanna become known for the work that we do. I'm not sitting here and saying, you need to be like completely niche down. I don't believe that. I don't believe in like, naing down to just one thing, but you do wanna be known for what you do. Um, as an example, I am known for sustainability in business, recurring revenue, um, and making money, helping women make money. I'm known for those things. And that's like a really solid core of the business. Therefore, people know I can help them with sales and marketing and branding, cuz I've really built that authority. But I also have built what I'm known for. Therefore it's easier for people to buy and trust. So that's number one and that is a part. Having everything sell everything. I couldn't leave that out because if, if we do it doesn't work. We also want people to know that we're the expert in what we do. And that comes with literally just showcasing your work and what you do every single day or multiple days or often. Okay. Um, and it's evident in everything that we do, everything that we share, who we be, that we're the expert it's evident in your being. That you are, I don't love this word, but for a lack of a better word right now that you're like in alignment, that you're telling that it's authentic, that it's real, the work that you do, that you've, you've mastered it. You're the master at your craft. And I could see it in every single thing that you do. I'm gonna give you an example of this. I, at one point had one of my clients say to me, she said, you know, Michelle, sometimes you're not selling, you know, you're just like sharing your life. And she's like, and I can tell that you're. You are somebody that has money based on the things that you do. Meaning I get my lashes done. Um, I don't work 24 7. I was like showing stuffing my wedding invites a couple months ago. And she's like, you were like doing that on a Monday. she's like, so I know you're not worried about money and it's like one of those things that like, people can see that you're like the living, breathing embodiment of what you teach. Another example of this is, um, I put money into retirement accounts, every single. And when that happens or when my business pays me, my business pays me twice a month. When those things happen, I normally share them on my story because it's, it's evident that I am, I'm practicing what I preach. I am like the living and breathing embodiment of everything that I teach, and that makes everything I sell easier. And I could be doing those things and not promoting. And that could be the thing that sells somebody into one to one, or that could be the thing that sells people into my mastermind or my group programs or masterclass or money mastery, because everything sells everything, everything you do, whether you're promoting or not gets to sell for you. And so it's those couple of first things that are really powerful and when you master them and when you do them and when you're intentional about them, everything will sell everything. I promise you, I, I shared this story. I may have shared this on the podcast. If not, I know I've definitely shared this with my mastermind client. So if you're listening, you know, this story, I had a one to one client came into my world. I think it was last fall, maybe last summer. And the reason she hired me was because my partner con. Videoed me on his Instagram. I was in my pantry in my pajamas, eating Oreos, and I had my hair on top of my head. And I was literally just like sitting there eating Oreos and I. The most like right before bed authentic Michelle, like nobody sees that version. Cause I don't normally show up on my stories in my jammies. Okay. And she, he shared it and I shared it on my stories and she's like Michelle, when I saw that, I was like, I just like already knew I wanted to work with you, but that like solidified it. And that's where like everything sells everything. I am like the biggest believer of like, no matter what I'm putting up, it will yield into a sale. Even if that's not today, it's even. I have another client that recently told me, you know, Michelle, a couple months ago, you were talking about your hormones, you were getting a hormone panel done and you were gonna share the results. She goes. That's why I hired. And I giggled what she told me, cuz I never ended up sharing those hormone results. I completely forgot. Um, but I am getting them done again. So I will share them with you guys on Instagram, but it's one of those things where like everything sells everything in these parts of you, these parts of your, your humanness. We wanna see that. And that also results in things settling you, letting us in, letting us see you. And then again, the authority. With becoming known for what you do, um, being the expert, and then really it's evident in everything that you do share and be from here, whatever you're selling. Even if you're selling one thing at a time, you showing up powerfully, staying in your power will sell other things. anytime I'm selling something other things sell. And this is where like, I mean, you guys know at this point I don't really launch. Um, and I use that word loosely. However, if I were to launch, I know that other offers would sell when I'm launching, that has happened every time I've ever been in like a super strategic launch, which hasn't been for like about a year now. But anytime I have been, other things have sold one to one spots have sold mastermind spots have sold, or if I'm selling my mastermind group spots have sold. It's just part. Everything sells everything when you've mastered the things that we've just talked about. But again, when you are showing up and selling, whether it's one thing or multiple things, it's showing up powerfully and truly staying in your power, that's really magnetic and people wanna be in your world. So you could be selling a group program and then somebody reaches out and they're like, yeah, cool group program. But can I join one to. It happens all the time, and this can very much so happen for you, um, because you have people in your community a hundred percent of the time that wanna buy different things that aren't ready for. The thing that you're selling or are too ready for the thing that you're selling and they wanna go into higher level thing, your community, the people in there at different buying stages. And so when you've built a true brand, when we know what you do, when you are the expert, when you're living and breathing and you're the embodiment, you literally can sell anything, multiple things, and everything will sell everything. Everything that you do, everything that you share will sell everything. you promoting a masterclass could sell one to one spots. You promoting a free challenge or free bee, something free could sell a mastermind. It can't take you how times I've promoted free things. And then got like high ticket one to one clients. People are magnetized to you when you're showing up and you're passionate about something and you're promoting it. And they're like, I wanna be in her world, but like I wanna pay her or group coaching spot could sell a one to one. but it is the power behind your selling. It's the, it's the trust that you have, it's showing up and playing, like it's working always. that that is like part of everything sells everything. And lastly, with this, what we do wanna do is take on the decision and the belief that everything does get to sell everything. That's like a core belief that I have and something I've really played with over the last year, two years is like, I just believe everything sells everything. I'm gonna be honest. I, throughout. My time, not, um, really promoting on social, not really showing up through con surgery. These last couple of weeks, I literally decided like everything gets to sell everything. Things behind the scenes will sell. Clients will resign early. Like I will make money. And that's what happened. Like, and you guys are so magnetized to my truth right now. You guys are so magnetized to me making money while I was helping Kong with his catheter, I was literally helping him pee. and I shared that story and you guys were like, this is real. Like, this is the realness. And like, Michelle's also showing me how I can go through a really tough season in my life. And my business can still make money. I'm walking, I'm living and breathing. What I coach on, even in this not glamorous season of my life, like right now, they are not glamorous. And I'm sharing that openly. It's been a really tough season and I've still made money, a lot of money. and I, I share that and I'm living and breathing. And of course, when you're making money without barely promoting by selling a $55 masterclass, now that's now one 11. We're still making money. People are coming in for higher level offers. People are joining things behind the scenes take on this decision. That belief that everything gets sell everything. No matter what I do, it's good enough. My people wanna see it. They wanna hear it. I get to stay in my power. I get to play like it's working. and I want you to step into, like, I firmly believe that no matter what, no matter what I'm talking about, no matter what I'm doing, no matter what's happening in my life, even if it feels like a dumpster fire, things will always sell. That's a decision. Maybe that's something you write down and you can see it every day. I think that the it's a one hell of an if right now you're like somebody that's really hard on yourself. And you're like, uh, I just don't know if things will sell, take this belief on play with this play with. See what comes up. See if like, when you say this or when you, when you step into like, I believe everything sells everything. I believe that no matter what I'm going through, no matter what I'm talking about, things will sell. If that doesn't feel true, we wanna clean that up. We wanna see what's coming up. We wanna ask the other side of like, why don't I believe this is true and we wanna play with that a little bit. Ooh, this was a juicy episode. I love you. I'm so happy to be back.
