Heather MastersIt's already December.
Heather MastersLast week I took a little bit of time off to really think about the content that I put out.
Heather MastersAnd what I've decided for December is to have a be it, do it December.
Heather MastersBecause as we approach the end of the year, we often kind of take our foot off the pedal, get into party mode, go into reflection mode, rather than being and doing.
Heather MastersAnd I wanted to really help people who have their own businesses or want to do something that's going to transform their lives for 2025 to begin to do that in December.
Heather MastersSo rather than waiting until January when you set your goals and make those resolutions, why not start now being different from the rest, doing something that is going to help you move forward and actually have a head start on 2025, especially as we're going through crazy times.
Heather MastersAnd I kind of think we're going to need a little bit of support and having something to focus on that's going to move us, that's going to keep us motivated, that's going to give us the push we need to get out of our comfort zones and do something different through December.
Heather MastersSo whether it's a health thing for you, whether you want to exercise through December, because often that's the hardest month to keep going with all the parties and everything else, or whether it's something you want to do for yourself, just reading, or if you're a writer keeping to a writing habit, whatever it is for you, let's embrace December as a be it, do it December.
Heather MastersSo I'm going to attempt to go live every day in December.
Heather MastersIt might not be for very long, but it's just to help you and give you some hints and tips on how you can keep going and meet your goals in December.
Heather MastersSo the first thing today is to decide what you want to get out of December.
Heather MastersWhat do you want to have achieved by the end of December?
Heather MastersA good place to start is to reflect on the goals that you made for yourself at the beginning of 2024, and looking at all of the things that you've accomplished, celebrating that, and then looking at the things you haven't quite achieved yet and would still like to achieve by the end of the year.
Heather MastersSo rather than giving up and waiting to put it in goals for next year, what are the things you know that if you give that little bit extra effort, you could achieve by the end of this year.
Heather MastersSo let's start with this week and choosing one of those goals for this week that you know you can tick off your list.
Heather MastersMaybe it's something you've just been avoiding.
Heather MastersLike, I know one thing that I've been avoiding, I think I've mentioned it a few times, is clearing my house.
Heather MastersAnd I started that yesterday and it's amazing how different it already begins to feel.
Heather MastersI don't know if you know my background.
Heather MastersI cared for my parents for a few years and once, once they died, I inherited a lot of their stuff and I haven't been able to or given it the time to, to actually decide what to do with it and clear it out so the house doesn't really feel my own.
Heather MastersAnd so that's where my clearing is going into for December.
Heather MastersAnd also clearing out the things that I, you know, the messes, the incompletes, the things I haven't completed that wouldn't take a lot of time to complete on.
Heather MastersSo that's another thing that I'm doing.
Heather MastersSo reflect on what you've achieved in 2024 and have a look at what you want to achieve in 2025.
Heather MastersAnd also, as I say, the things that you could still tick off your list for December and set your intentions to choose what you want to accomplish in December and then in the new year rather than taking your foot off the pedal, take some aligned action and really tick some things off your list.
Heather MastersSo you're starting 2025 better than you thought rather than kind of sitting thinking, oh, you know, I haven't achieved these things yet and I've going to achieve them before the end of the year.
Heather MastersLet's decide that actually we could.
Heather MastersEven if we move another 20% forward, we are achieving more than we maybe thought we could yesterday when December started.
Heather MastersSo take some daily actions to at least move towards one of your goals that you may not have completed.
Heather MastersWhether it's networking, whether it's learning something new, whether it's working on a project that you still have.
Heather MastersLet's be consistent throughout December and move that project forward, starting with this week.
Heather MastersAnd stay inspired.
Heather MastersIf you want sign up, subscribe, follow and like this channel so that you can have some tips first thing in the morning.
Heather MastersAnd let's, you know, keep going.
Heather MastersSuccessful isn't always about greatness.
Heather MastersIt's about consistency.
Heather MastersAnd let's just be consistent in our move to complete our goals and achieve something more than we thought, get out of our comfort zones and do something that we didn't expect ourselves to do before the end of the year.
Heather MastersSo again, reflect on what you're grateful for.
Heather MastersReflect on what you've already achieved.
Heather MastersVisualize your success.
Heather MastersVisualize yourself having achieved this goal that you want to complete by the end of the year.
Heather MastersAnd as we embrace December, let's really commit to doing something every day, to being proactive, to being consistent and being intentional in our actions.
Heather MastersI've just signed up to Challenge that lasts for the next nine days, and I invite you, as I say, to use this as a challenge.
Heather MastersAnd I'll be showing up for each day right up until Christmas.
Heather MastersSo let's finish strong together.
Heather MastersIt's never too late to start that project that you may have been avoiding, or to take that first step towards completing something you've been putting off.
