Welcome to Love Notes from Rhonda.
Speaker AAnd let's talk about insights.
Speaker ALet's talk about insights and ahas, how powerful they are, aren't they?
Speaker AAnd they're so seductive.
Speaker AI mean, who doesn't like a good insight?
Speaker AI know I do.
Speaker AYou know, the having that moment of like, yes, yes, yes, yes, I get it, I see it, yes.
Speaker ABut if you've been studying with me, you know how I feel about insights.
Speaker AYou know what I think about insights.
Speaker AThat insights and aha's are wonderful.
Speaker AThey're totally turn on.
Speaker AThey're like, yes.
Speaker AYet I want you to imagine that that insight that aha is, is opening the door.
Speaker AIt is just opening the door, Literally the door shut before you.
Speaker AYou don't see what's on the other side.
Speaker AYou, you can't figure it out, you're not sure, and then you have the insight, the aha that you go, yes, I see it, I get it now.
Speaker AThe door, you turn that knob and you opened the door.
Speaker ABut that's all you've done is open the door.
Speaker AThat's all you've done is open the door.
Speaker AYou have not walked through the door.
Speaker AIt is living the insight, practicing the insight, experiencing the insight that allows and is you walking through the door to the other side, embodying, embracing, integrating that insight.
Speaker ASo do I love insights?
Speaker AOh, yes, I do.
Speaker ADo I love ahas?
Speaker AOh boy, yes, I do.
Speaker ABut I know, I know, I know.
Speaker ATo be seduced by them, to think that is the change makes me pre fearless living, makes me that girl that I used to be.
Speaker AWhen I'd have an insight and aha and I'd get something and then I would find myself doing the same thing over and over again, going, why aren't I changing?
Speaker AI thought I had that insight.
Speaker AI thought I got it.
Speaker AWhy aren't I changing?
Speaker ABecause the insight and the aha rarely, rarely is what makes you change.
Speaker AIt is the decision.
Speaker AIt is the deciding to live that new insight, that new aha, to act as if it's true, to start embodying it.
Speaker ANow is there the rare moments that you have an insight and aha and it literally changes every cell of your being.
Speaker AYes, there are moments like that and sometimes they just happen spontaneously.
Speaker AI mean, people have had spontaneous awakenings.
Speaker ABut what I know to be true is that you can have that spontaneous awakening.
Speaker AYou can have that spontaneous like, yes, and start seeing the world completely different.
Speaker ABut it starts to fade after a while.
Speaker AIt starts to fade.
Speaker AIf you don't live it, it's almost like it has a shelf life unless you start using it, experiencing it, living it, embodying it.
Speaker ASo yeah, awesome.
Speaker AWrite down those insights and ahas and then ask yourself how would I live this insight?
Speaker AHow would I embody this insight?
Speaker AHow would I integrate this insight?
Speaker AHow could I live?
Speaker AWhat would I live?
Speaker AWhat would I be saying?
Speaker AWhat would I be doing if I was actually living this insight and aha.
Speaker ASo yes, applaud the insight and aha, yes write it down.
Speaker ABe excited.
Speaker ABut no, the door has just opened.
Speaker AYou my friend must walk through.
Speaker ASo decide those insights and aha, honor them, write them down, honor them, write them down, honor them, write them down.
Speaker AAnd then ask yourself how would I be different?
Speaker AHow would my life be different if I actually lived as if this insight were true?
Speaker AAnd then start doing it.
Speaker AUntil next time be fearless.
Speaker AI love you.
