Speaker A

Welcome to Love Notes from Rhonda.

Speaker A

And let's talk about insights.

Speaker A

Let's talk about insights and ahas, how powerful they are, aren't they?

Speaker A

And they're so seductive.

Speaker A

I mean, who doesn't like a good insight?

Speaker A

I know I do.

Speaker A

You know, the having that moment of like, yes, yes, yes, yes, I get it, I see it, yes.

Speaker A

But if you've been studying with me, you know how I feel about insights.

Speaker A

You know what I think about insights.

Speaker A

That insights and aha's are wonderful.

Speaker A

They're totally turn on.

Speaker A

They're like, yes.

Speaker A

Yet I want you to imagine that that insight that aha is, is opening the door.

Speaker A

It is just opening the door, Literally the door shut before you.

Speaker A

You don't see what's on the other side.

Speaker A

You, you can't figure it out, you're not sure, and then you have the insight, the aha that you go, yes, I see it, I get it now.

Speaker A

The door, you turn that knob and you opened the door.

Speaker A

But that's all you've done is open the door.

Speaker A

That's all you've done is open the door.

Speaker A

You have not walked through the door.

Speaker A

It is living the insight, practicing the insight, experiencing the insight that allows and is you walking through the door to the other side, embodying, embracing, integrating that insight.

Speaker A

So do I love insights?

Speaker A

Oh, yes, I do.

Speaker A

Do I love ahas?

Speaker A

Oh boy, yes, I do.

Speaker A

But I know, I know, I know.

Speaker A

To be seduced by them, to think that is the change makes me pre fearless living, makes me that girl that I used to be.

Speaker A

When I'd have an insight and aha and I'd get something and then I would find myself doing the same thing over and over again, going, why aren't I changing?

Speaker A

I thought I had that insight.

Speaker A

I thought I got it.

Speaker A

Why aren't I changing?

Speaker A

Because the insight and the aha rarely, rarely is what makes you change.

Speaker A

It is the decision.

Speaker A

It is the deciding to live that new insight, that new aha, to act as if it's true, to start embodying it.

Speaker A

Now is there the rare moments that you have an insight and aha and it literally changes every cell of your being.

Speaker A

Yes, there are moments like that and sometimes they just happen spontaneously.

Speaker A

I mean, people have had spontaneous awakenings.

Speaker A

But what I know to be true is that you can have that spontaneous awakening.

Speaker A

You can have that spontaneous like, yes, and start seeing the world completely different.

Speaker A

But it starts to fade after a while.

Speaker A

It starts to fade.

Speaker A

If you don't live it, it's almost like it has a shelf life unless you start using it, experiencing it, living it, embodying it.

Speaker A

So yeah, awesome.

Speaker A

Write down those insights and ahas and then ask yourself how would I live this insight?

Speaker A

How would I embody this insight?

Speaker A

How would I integrate this insight?

Speaker A

How could I live?

Speaker A

What would I live?

Speaker A

What would I be saying?

Speaker A

What would I be doing if I was actually living this insight and aha.

Speaker A

So yes, applaud the insight and aha, yes write it down.

Speaker A

Be excited.

Speaker A

But no, the door has just opened.

Speaker A

You my friend must walk through.

Speaker A

So decide those insights and aha, honor them, write them down, honor them, write them down, honor them, write them down.

Speaker A

And then ask yourself how would I be different?

Speaker A

How would my life be different if I actually lived as if this insight were true?

Speaker A

And then start doing it.

Speaker A

Until next time be fearless.

Speaker A

I love you.
