Vesna:Today I'm gonna talk about
Vesna:the real reason you keep
Vesna:pushing yourself even
Vesna:though you're exhausted.
Vesna:I'm gonna share the five
Vesna:drivers to ambitious women.
Vesna:So understanding my drivers
Vesna:was really insightful for
Vesna:me and it explained so much
Vesna:and it was a little bit of
Vesna:a relief because if you are
Vesna:anything like me where you
Vesna:keep pushing and everyone
Vesna:tells you to slow down or that
Vesna:you should take a break or
Vesna:why can't you just be happy
Vesna:with where you're at, etc.
Vesna:if um, people are saying that
Vesna:to you, then you must know
Vesna:that there is a driver that
Vesna:is pushing you to keep going
Vesna:and identifying that driver.
Vesna:Just brings a lot of clarity
Vesna:for you, takes away a lot
Vesna:of guilt and makes a lot
Vesna:of sense, and allows you to
Vesna:operate within that driver
Vesna:with a lot more capacity.
Vesna:When we don't identify our
Vesna:drivers, when they're not
Vesna:clear, when they're not
Vesna:made aware to us, then it
Vesna:can lead to exhaustion.
Vesna:It can lead to stress,
Vesna:anxiety, mental health issues,
Vesna:poor sleep, mood swings,
Vesna:brain fog, and so much more,
Vesna:which all of it undermines
Vesna:what we're trying to do
Vesna:and pushes us into burnout.
Vesna:So first one is a
Vesna:visionary driver.
Vesna:This is someone who is driven
Vesna:by potential to understand
Vesna:their own potential, but also
Vesna:to reach self-actualisation.
Vesna:Now, self-actualisation is
Vesna:about becoming everything
Vesna:you are here to become
Vesna:so it can create meaning
Vesna:and purpose in your life.
Vesna:And it was a coin term
Vesna:by Abraham Maslow and he
Vesna:said, everyone is striving
Vesna:for self-actualisation.
Vesna:And so within your work, you
Vesna:may find, as I really identify
Vesna:with this driver, it's one of
Vesna:my top drivers, is that I love
Vesna:to just see how far I can go.
Vesna:Right?
Vesna:I've done this.
Vesna:I've been able to create that.
Vesna:I've been able to have
Vesna:this, what else can I do?
Vesna:Right?
Vesna:So it's a like a curiosity
Vesna:to see where, how far
Vesna:my potential can go.
Vesna:But it's also to become
Vesna:the best version of myself.
Vesna:It's also to become, you know,
Vesna:that person that I was meant
Vesna:to become in this lifetime.
Vesna:The second one is
Vesna:the mission driver.
Vesna:This is when you are
Vesna:driven because you have
Vesna:a big mission in life.
Vesna:There's an impact that you
Vesna:want to make or a legacy
Vesna:that you want to leave.
Vesna:And so.
Vesna:Your kind of mantra will be,
Vesna:I'm here to make a difference.
Vesna:You know, my work is here
Vesna:to make a difference.
Vesna:And you're really
Vesna:driven by that.
Vesna:There's a core desire or
Vesna:a core driver to make a
Vesna:difference in the world.
Vesna:And often for women, they're
Vesna:in leadership roles, right?
Vesna:They're founders, they're
Vesna:coaches, they're CEOs.
Vesna:They're consultants,
Vesna:they're change makers,
Vesna:and they're really
Vesna:connected to this mission.
Vesna:And again, this is another
Vesna:one of my top drivers
Vesna:in the work that I do.
Vesna:I could be doing any kind
Vesna:of work in the world.
Vesna:I could have any kind of
Vesna:business, but I choose
Vesna:to have this one because
Vesna:I love to help people.
Vesna:I have done work where.
Vesna:helping and making
Vesna:a difference wasn't
Vesna:part of that role.
Vesna:it was really kind of
Vesna:soul draining for me.
Vesna:And so if you have a
Vesna:mission driver, it is really
Vesna:important for you to make a
Vesna:difference in the work that
Vesna:you do and make an impact.
Vesna:Driver number three is
Vesna:the high standards driver.
Vesna:This is about having
Vesna:stability control.
Vesna:It's driven to do things
Vesna:or everything at a
Vesna:really high standard.
Vesna:And so normally women
Vesna:with this driver are
Vesna:responsible for many
Vesna:things like teams, clients,
Vesna:kids, finances, et cetera.
Vesna:And they're not driven by ego.
Vesna:They're driven because
Vesna:they want to do it.
Vesna:Really well.
Vesna:They wanna do a really good
Vesna:job at everything that they
Vesna:do, they're often seen as
Vesna:very reliable, very capable.
Vesna:A lot seems to land on their
Vesna:lap and they push themselves
Vesna:hard to maintain that
Vesna:image, and so they end up
Vesna:having a lot on their plate.
Vesna:The fourth driver is
Vesna:the success driver.
Vesna:It's about recognition.
Vesna:It's about achieving,
Vesna:it's about I wanna be
Vesna:the best at what I do.
Vesna:So whatever field that
Vesna:you're in, if you feel
Vesna:yourself striving to really
Vesna:stand out and be the best,
Vesna:this is obviously one of
Vesna:your drivers may be, hidden
Vesna:to you at the moment.
Vesna:And so it's not coming from a
Vesna:place of vanity, it's coming
Vesna:from a place of deep ambition
Vesna:to be successful, to achieve.
Vesna:And women often measure their
Vesna:success through goals, through
Vesna:metrics and performance.
Vesna:And there's a real thrill
Vesna:of achieving for the
Vesna:sake of achieving, right?
Vesna:And so it's like getting,
Vesna:something accomplished really
Vesna:fires them up with energy and
Vesna:they fall in love with their
Vesna:whole process of achieving.
Vesna:So it's this real success
Vesna:and achievement driver.
Vesna:And number five and the final
Vesna:driver, and these are kind
Vesna:of the top drivers, right?
Vesna:There could be some
Vesna:subtle drivers in there
Vesna:as well, and maybe some
Vesna:things from our past that
Vesna:have become a driver.
Vesna:But these are the top five.
Vesna:The fifth one is the
Vesna:Redefine a driver.
Vesna:This is where.
Vesna:you want to have success,
Vesna:you wanna have it all, but
Vesna:on your terms, and this,
Vesna:there's a rule driver for
Vesna:freedom and ease and balance.
Vesna:Okay?
Vesna:So a woman who wants success,
Vesna:but not if it costs her
Vesna:her health,
Vesna:her happiness, her peace
Vesna:or her relationships.
Vesna:And so I really see this
Vesna:as a true high performer.
Vesna:Someone who has.
Vesna:The business, you know, the
Vesna:finances, the relationship,
Vesna:um, the wellbeing, the
Vesna:health, all in check.
Vesna:Otherwise, I kind of
Vesna:see it as you're just
Vesna:a high achiever, right?
Vesna:You're pushing yourself
Vesna:really hard and everything
Vesna:in your life kind of, the
Vesna:wheels fall off, right?
Vesna:And that's not really
Vesna:a high performer.
Vesna:High performer has all of
Vesna:those in check, and so.
Vesna:The redefiner drive, which
Vesna:is definitely something that
Vesna:I recognize in myself is
Vesna:that making sure that health
Vesna:and wellbeing and family are
Vesna:up there just as much with
Vesna:success, kind of they sit
Vesna:on the same line rather than
Vesna:losing all the things around
Vesna:you, including your health
Vesna:for the sake of success.
Vesna:So for this one, she's here
Vesna:to redefine success, right?
Vesna:That includes both achievement
Vesna:and wellbeing, and she's
Vesna:driven to build a life
Vesna:that feels good, looks good
Vesna:from the inside and out.
Vesna:So why does this matter
Vesna:to know our drivers now
Vesna:as I've gone through them,
Vesna:you've probably recognized
Vesna:quite a few for yourself.
Vesna:There's definitely
Vesna:two top ones for me,
Vesna:and there's a third.
Vesna:So you mean you could
Vesna:have bits of from
Vesna:all of them, right?
Vesna:But there's definitely one
Vesna:or two that are sitting
Vesna:top priority for you that
Vesna:are driving you day to day.
Vesna:It is important to know this.
Vesna:The reason why it matters to
Vesna:know you're a driver is that
Vesna:it stops you from fighting
Vesna:with your own nature.
Vesna:Now, what I mean by that is
Vesna:that most high performing
Vesna:women have been told some
Vesna:version of, why can't
Vesna:you just be satisfied
Vesna:with where you're at?
Vesna:You need to slow down.
Vesna:You are already doing so much.
Vesna:Why are you doing too much?
Vesna:And so.
Vesna:When a woman reads about her
Vesna:driver, particularly if you're
Vesna:a visionary or you know, have
Vesna:the mission or impact driven
Vesna:something inside you clicks
Vesna:and goes, oh, there's, there's
Vesna:nothing wrong with me, right?
Vesna:I'm just wired for more.
Vesna:And that's just how you
Vesna:came to this earth, okay?
Vesna:and I don't think we need
Vesna:to read more into it than
Vesna:that, but that's how you're
Vesna:wired and that's going
Vesna:to bring you fulfillment
Vesna:in your life is to keep
Vesna:following your own nature.
Vesna:So when you understand your
Vesna:driver, you can stop resisting
Vesna:the way that you are, and
Vesna:you can actually just build
Vesna:a system that supports you
Vesna:with your unique wiring.
Vesna:The other reason it's really
Vesna:important to understand
Vesna:your drivers is that
Vesna:you recognize your own
Vesna:unique stress triggers.
Vesna:Each driver has its own
Vesna:unique stress trigger.
Vesna:Okay?
Vesna:And I'm gonna go more into
Vesna:this in the next episode,
Vesna:next week, because there
Vesna:are specific patterns,
Vesna:and when they're left,
Vesna:unchecked can lead to.
Vesna:You know, mental, physical,
Vesna:and emotional stress.
Vesna:So visionaries can often
Vesna:get overstimulated and
Vesna:it leads to frustration.
Vesna:Mission-driven women
Vesna:hit compassion fatigue.
Vesna:The high standards woman
Vesna:gets stuck in perfectionism,
Vesna:which leads to anxiety.
Vesna:The achievement focus
Vesna:woman can burn out from
Vesna:overdrive and overdoing.
Vesna:And the redefine a driver
Vesna:struggles with inconsistency.
Vesna:And so it often leads to
Vesna:a lot of mental overwhelm
Vesna:or mental clutter.
Vesna:So the key thing is to know
Vesna:what your driver is and
Vesna:intervene early because there
Vesna:is a shadow side, which I'm
Vesna:gonna go into next week, uh,
Vesna:before it leads to burnout.
Vesna:Knowing your driver also
Vesna:leads to your own kind
Vesna:of personalised path to
Vesna:recovery and resilience.
Vesna:So not every woman
Vesna:needs the same kind
Vesna:of rest and recovery.
Vesna:And so if you are a
Vesna:visionary, then you need
Vesna:mental space and clarity.
Vesna:If you're an achiever, you
Vesna:need strategic recovery
Vesna:and mental sharpness.
Vesna:If you are a redefiner,
Vesna:then you need structure that
Vesna:feels aligned and doesn't
Vesna:feel too restrictive.
Vesna:So understanding your driver
Vesna:gives you the right type of
Vesna:restoration so you do feel
Vesna:renewed and so you're not
Vesna:resting using other techniques
Vesna:and still feeling tired.
Vesna:The fourth reason why
Vesna:knowing your driver
Vesna:makes a big difference
Vesna:is it dissolves the guilt
Vesna:around wanting more.
Vesna:Okay.
Vesna:I hear women say, I
Vesna:should be just happy.
Vesna:I should be really happy.
Vesna:My life is great, and
Vesna:there's nothing wrong
Vesna:with wanting more.
Vesna:Right?
Vesna:That just means it doesn't
Vesna:mean that you're ungrateful.
Vesna:It means that you're
Vesna:expansive, right?
Vesna:And bringing awareness to that
Vesna:means that you can be both a
Vesna:powerful leader and a present
Vesna:mother without carrying
Vesna:guilt for either role.
Vesna:And lastly, knowing your
Vesna:driver helps to protect
Vesna:your mental health, right?
Vesna:Because a many women attach.
Vesna:Their worth to their
Vesna:outcomes, their roles
Vesna:and responsibilities.
Vesna:And when that cracks.
Vesna:So when we have a health
Vesna:issue or a business
Vesna:challenge or a financial
Vesna:challenge, we can feel lost.
Vesna:We can feel anxious
Vesna:and even depressed.
Vesna:so when you understand
Vesna:your inner driver, it
Vesna:can root your identity in
Vesna:your aligned purpose, not
Vesna:just your performance, not
Vesna:just your outcomes, not
Vesna:just your achievements.
Vesna:So what I would love you to
Vesna:do now is leave a comment and

Vesna:And that makes a lot of sense.

Vesna:So obviously our driver
Vesna:helps us to push us through
Vesna:this life, but if we are
Vesna:not aware and we don't.
Vesna:Build capacity
Vesna:around it, right?
Vesna:If we're not upgrading
Vesna:ourselves each time
Vesna:we're going through, I
Vesna:guess a new upgrade in
Vesna:life and in business,
Vesna:then we can't hold more.
Vesna:We reduce our capacity
Vesna:and we can burn out.
Vesna:So I'm gonna talk about the
Vesna:shadow site and how each
Vesna:driver has its own capacity
Vesna:building strategy in order to.
Vesna:Keep you at high performance
Vesna:without burning out, without,
Vesna:you know, feeling mentally
Vesna:and physically exhausted
Vesna:without having poor sleep
Vesna:or any of those impacts that
Vesna:we can feel when we don't
Vesna:build the capacity around it.
