Hi, I'm Lisa.
Speaker BAnd I'm Emily.
Speaker BAnd together we make the conscious collaboration podcast 200th episode.
Speaker BI guess that's not really an anniversary, but happy 200th episode.
Speaker BThat's pretty.
Speaker BThat's pretty crazy.
Speaker AYeah, I mean it's huge.
Speaker AIt's.
Speaker AAs we can see in the numbers, it just shows that this persistence and these like small little check ins that we do are worth everything in driving the momentum.
Speaker AYeah, it's been a fun 200 episodes.
Speaker BYeah, I agree.
Speaker BWell, the universe has blessed me with a what I feel like is a decent topic idea today for our 200th episode.
Speaker BSo, you know, I hope that y' all feel find as as much value in this conversation as I have in just thinking about the idea and how to share the idea.
Speaker BSo where this idea comes from is from the work that I've been doing in my.
Speaker BIt's still relatively new.
Speaker AI've.
Speaker BI've been in this role since June of, of last year.
Speaker ALonger though.
Speaker BYeah, I know, right?
Speaker BLonger and shorter all at the same time.
Speaker BBut.
Speaker BSo I've been working as an RN and as a.
Speaker BCombining my nutrition and fitness coaching skills with, with my RN skills and working
Speaker Awith
Speaker Bpeople who are electing to take GLP1 therapy for weight loss.
Speaker BAnd you know, before I get into what the actual topic is, I'll just kind of give that a brief little Cliff Notes description in case anybody out there is not familiar with what a GLP1 is.
Speaker BSo GLP1 glucagon, like peptide receptor agonist is the long and fancy name, but these are the peptides such as brand names, Ozempic, wegovy, Zepbound, Mounjaro that are becoming more and more prevalent.
Speaker BThey've been on the scene for a while, for decades actually, for use in diabetes, type 2 diabetes.
Speaker BAnd you know, because their effectiveness in weight loss is so profound, they've now become, you know, probably.
Speaker BI'm not sure what the exact stats are as of today, but you know, they're highly in use.
Speaker BWe'll just put it that way.
Speaker BLike there is a significant portion of
Speaker Athe adult population in conversation every day.
Speaker AAnytime I touch social media and all the mom groups and all the business groups even, I mean, totally unrelated topics.
Speaker ABut people are always like, tell me, you know, what's the cheapest way to get a GLP1?
Speaker AWhat's the fastest way?
Speaker AI don't even think anyone, like as you're describing it, I don't think anyone actually really knows what it is besides their perception of it being a quick fix.
Speaker BYeah, well, and I mean, there, there's a lot that we don't know about them yet.
Speaker BPeptides are natural.
Speaker BThey're, they're made in the body.
Speaker ARight?
Speaker BWe, we actually make our own GLP1 under the, the right circumstances.
Speaker BAnd I mean, the, the most basic action on weight loss specifically, there's the whole other, you know, category of things that, that we think that they're probably good for as well in different type of dosings.
Speaker BBut that's, that's a whole other conversation.
Speaker BIn the, in the context of weight loss, how they work is they basically force your body to go on a crash diet.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker BThey slow down the movement and absorption of food through the GI tract, creating a feeling of fullness.
Speaker BAnd in many cases, that feeling of fullness progresses into, you know, GI symptoms.
Speaker BNausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, all the fun stuff there.
Speaker BSo really, you know, people have food aversions essentially, and they just start eating way, way less.
Speaker BAnd that is how they work for weight loss.
Speaker BDo they have other effects on hormones and some other things?
Speaker BProbably, it appears that way.
Speaker BBut this, there's nothing fancy to it.
Speaker BThis is how they're working for weight loss.
Speaker BThey make people eat less.
Speaker BOkay, so, but, and they are neither inherently good or bad.
Speaker BRight?
Speaker BWhat I can say from working with hundreds of people a day who are taking these medications and coaching them through it and hearing their feedback.
Speaker AWith you guys, you said that amount, right?
Speaker AIt's just with you guys or is that like nationwide or worldwide?
Speaker ADo you suspect?
Speaker BI have, I personally have hundreds of patients.
Speaker AYou have hundreds of patients?
Speaker BI personally have hundreds of patients that I work with.
Speaker AThat's why I never get to talk to you outside of the podcast.
Speaker BYeah, it's a very, very high volume situation.
Speaker BAnd so in, in, you know, this is, this is the topic idea is really not to discuss the, you know, positives or negatives of GLP1 or whether or not, you know, one agrees with them or not.
Speaker BI think just like any medical treatment.
Speaker BRight.
Speaker BWhat is the context?
Speaker BWho are we talking about and what is the support that they're getting around this medication?
Speaker BAre we talking about somebody who would like to lose £5 for vanity case and, you know, for bikini season?
Speaker BMaybe this isn't the best, you know, the best route for you.
Speaker BAre we talking about somebody who is morbidly obese and really is struggling to, you know, harness some semblance of health and things are just spiraling?
Speaker BThis is probably a person that, you know, is, is appropriate for, for the use and of course you know, it is, it's case by case and, and, and everything in between.
Speaker BSo with that said, even in the right person, I mean, there's still a lot of potential for, potential drawbacks with taking these medications if, if they are not done in the correct fashion.
Speaker BAnd I'm creeping closer and closer here to the actual point, the actual topic, but you know, basically if, if you are just prescribed one of these medications without any, you know, support, any kind of coaching, then you're, you're not likely to change your actual foundational habits, which got you to this place in the first place.
Speaker BAnd this is exactly why, in the same way that we would see this with like a crash dieting scenario or a yo yo dieting scenario, because sustainability was not considered as soon as these people go off the medication for one reason or another.
Speaker BBecause, you know, it's, it's often not by choice.
Speaker BLike the whole insurance, you know, and coverage universe of these is very volatile.
Speaker BAnd I see this again and again where people will lose their coverage literally overnight.
Speaker BSo, so, you know, when you see people go off these things and they haven't, they haven't changed their habits, then they will gain the weight right back.
Speaker BAnd you know, another danger of when you're losing weight that quickly and you're not paying attention to, you know, the things that are really important to be coached upon in this process, you're at a huge risk for losing muscle mass.
Speaker BAnd I could do a whole episode about why that is not beneficial for anyone and, and it puts you metabolically in a much worse place once you no longer have this medication on board.
Speaker BSo when you do gain the weight back, anything that you lost in muscle mass is not going to come back in muscle.
Speaker BYeah, it's gonna come back in body fat.
Speaker BAnd you know, your, your metabolism by that point will be very adapted and it's just gonna make things harder.
Speaker BSo yeah, the point of this that is obviously applicable to this situation with GLP1s, I believe is also just a great life lesson in general and really applicable to like so many aspects of life and health and well being, which, which will, will touch upon.
Speaker BAnd that is that there is no magic bullet.
Speaker BThere is no magic bullet in life.
Speaker BWe take these kind of, we can, we as humans can have this tendency.
Speaker BI mean, we do naturally have a desire, an innate desire for efficiency.
Speaker BRight.
Speaker BLike Dave Asprey says, we're like, he calls us like lazy meat suits or something.
Speaker BAnd not that that's a moral, you know, morally bad thing.
Speaker BLike it makes sense just from an evolutionary perspective to want to do things more efficiently.
Speaker BBut I mean really what I'm getting at is if you use, you can bring in the GLP1, especially if you're really a person who is struggling and needs it and has a lot of weight to lose.
Speaker BBut that does not in any way detract from the fact that you still have to change the habits, you still have to build the foundation, you still have to do all the things if you are a person who wants to keep the results that you've created and really have them be better results.
Speaker BBecause if you're, you know, if you're working on muscle at the same time as you're using this kind of leg up, this kind of booster to help you shed some of the extra body fat, you're, you're going to be a lot happier with, with the end result if you're, if you're paying attention to those things.
Speaker BSo that's, that's really what I'm getting at here is that you know, the GLP one is this larger metaphor for life that no matter how effective something is some treatment or supplement or you know, we'll get into the other kind of non health related things, but matter how effective something is, you still have to have the foundation, the fundamentals in place.
Speaker BRight.
Speaker BLike you're not going to start, you can say this as a designer, you're not going to start putting your energy into picking out all the, you know, fixtures and the doorknobs and the in the window treatments before you've laid the foundation for this house.
Speaker BThat doesn't make sense.
Speaker BSo this, this really applies to so much in our life and I think in such a way that we can come up with some, you know, just
Speaker Abasic
Speaker Bself examination type questions to just see if we're, we're on the right path.
Speaker AYeah, I mean especially this time of year, the earlier part of the year, everyone's in that like fix me mode or fix my life mode and researching like how can I do it faster with as much efficiency as possible so that I can keep this crazy lifestyle sustained.
Speaker AThat's all scattered and all over the place, especially in the western world, the way that we operate.
Speaker AI was, I was at my kids flag football game on Saturday morning and just looking around at everyone who was showing up to flag football and you know, everyone's multitasking and they've got like the game and everything and what kind of snacks are they bringing or you know, everyone's got their Starbucks and McDonald's and Dunkin Donuts and you know, it's, it's just this for us.
Speaker AI mean, I think in America and I know we have listeners from all over the world, but in my experience we're looking for that.
Speaker ALike you're saying that quick fix, the magic button to make things easier for us.
Speaker AWe don't.
Speaker AAmericans.
Speaker AI was listening to.
Speaker AYou listen to Diary of, of a CEO, right?
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AI don't know if you saw this or I think it was from, you know, whenever he has the CIA expert on.
Speaker BIs it the guy with the long hair?
Speaker AI think so, yeah.
Speaker AI mean I was listening to it, but he was talking about how he profiles Americans in other countries.
Speaker AAnd you know, the way that you can easily spot an American is by the American lean.
Speaker ABecause we can't even be bothered.
Speaker ALaleen.
Speaker AAmericans have.
Speaker AAnd no other nation in the world has this where we cannot just simply hold ourselves up in waiting in line or watching, you know, a street show or any of this.
Speaker AWe have to lean to one side or on something or on someone else or there's no, like, it's almost like we're not even going to try.
Speaker AWhat can I lean on?
Speaker ASo that points to a lot of things like, you know, poor posture, making and not being in alignment and not using or having an awareness of things to hold us upright.
Speaker ASo.
Speaker AAnd as you know, other countries are squatting and holding more proper balance and posture.
Speaker ASo I mean, I don't think this is an Americanized isolated concern because I, I believe this GLP1 and this quick fix and magic bullet seeking is a worldwide thing at this point because of all the distractions that we have.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AIt's just part of that whole rat race to keep up with everything.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker BAnd I don't think there's anything wrong with seeking efficiency.
Speaker BRight.
Speaker BLike, right.
Speaker BWe all live full and busy lives and I think that's okay.
Speaker BI mean look at what we're doing with AI and how.
Speaker BBut also like AI it, it then requires another level of scrutiny as to like, okay, am I leveraging the efficiency that I can get with this process or am I just being lazy?
Speaker BAnd we're going the important pieces of this because with GLP1s, with, with AI with yeah.
Speaker BPromotions or raises at work that bring in more money, like, you know, okay, we're getting this leg up.
Speaker BRight.
Speaker BWe're getting a boost, but what are we doing with it?
Speaker BAre we relying on that boost to then fix it, quote unquote, or are we really utilizing that boost as a boost as a supplement?
Speaker BRight.
Speaker BSo that it Is in effect easier than to, to really build or solidify the, the foundations that are going to carry you through over the long term.
Speaker AYeah, I mean I think it, you know, even in regards to like the American lean, I think it just requires us as humans in our meat suits to be an active participant in whatever it is that we're doing.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AAnd you know, not complicated and not looks like I'm going to let this drug or supplement or system do all the work for me.
Speaker ALike I, yeah, I can do a lot for you and we can send our agents and also hallucinate.
Speaker BRight.
Speaker BSo
Speaker Achecking in with your agents, they could be running amok and giving your information to everybody, you know, also.
Speaker ASo I mean there is like we have to be managers are or you know, have that accountability and participation in our, in our journey.
Speaker AIt's not just handing it over so we can be, you know, more lackadaisical in our meat suits.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker BI think people look at, you know, different health and wellness supplements this way.
Speaker BYou know, I see this all the time when we start talking with people about protein, for example, you know, a lot of times the first thing they start reaching for is protein supplements, powders and treats and bars and you know, protein infused xyz.
Speaker BAnd it's like, okay, let's, let's rewind a little bit.
Speaker BLike is it the worst thing in the world to include some of this stuff?
Speaker BEspecially if that's what helps you, you know, get to your ultimate protein target?
Speaker BNo, it's not.
Speaker BBut like we need to focus on real food here and how do we get, you know, that good quality protein in our life, not just like, how do I do this in a, in a treat kind of way.
Speaker BAnd then we're, we're just kind of missing the forest for the trees.
Speaker BYou and I were talking about to take a completely non health and wellness example.
Speaker BYou and I were talking about like getting a promotion or winning the lottery and you know, or whatever, you know, an inheritance or whatever it is where you get a big financial boost.
Speaker BBut if you haven't created healthy financial habits, a healthy financial foundation, it doesn't matter how much more money you get, your habits are still the same.
Speaker BSo you're still, you know, if you're not in a good place financially with $50,000, you're not going to be in a good place financially with a hundred and fifty thousand dollars.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker ACreating, creating those systems and also just taking that power back to your self so that your, ideally, if we're creating more efficiencies in our life.
Speaker AYes, it's going to free us up to do things that are more endurable and enjoyable.
Speaker ABut we don't want to outsource our, you know, our gosh, our discernment.
Speaker AWe don't want to outsource our discernment.
Speaker BAnd it is our power.
Speaker BIt is.
Speaker BIt's always coming back to that personal power.
Speaker BAnd if you don't have the foundation and, you know, we talked a little bit about how this could apply directly to your, you know, profession as well, and how you could, you know, help somebody with all the fun treatments in the world.
Speaker BBut if they're not addressing within whatever the issue is, then none of the environmental, you know, modifications are gonna really stick, so to speak.
Speaker AYeah, I mean, it's.
Speaker AIt applies to so many things, even to mentorship or coaching.
Speaker AWhen you bring someone into, you know, leverage their systems into how you're living your life, it might work for them, but it's probably because they're active participants.
Speaker AThey've created it for themselves.
Speaker AThey know it inside it out.
Speaker AAnd you're outsourcing their guidance and help.
Speaker AAnd if you're not personalizing it for yourself or internalizing in a way or screening and filtering out the things that aren't relevant, yeah, you could put a big investment into mentorship and coaching and that type of thing, but those systems are not necessarily transferable to you and they're not going to stay with you long term and you might not feel the same benefits.
Speaker ASo I think it's.
Speaker AThis is like a really good discussion for our 200th episode because we've been talking about this for years and seeing it manifest in so many different ways.
Speaker AWe've been talking about the importance of foundation first because we know towers crumble and we've been talking about the importance of scalability and sustainability and making sure that we are in our core as holistically aligned and, you know, just core strong strength, whether it be in our bodies or our values and our missions, but having that inner strength there.
Speaker AI've used the word like jellyfish a lot too.
Speaker ALike we're not just like going around absorbing blah, blah and blobbing ourselves and morphing around the world.
Speaker AThat focus on aligning our mind and our bodies and businesses, whatever it is that we're doing, our convictions in our life, having that real strong Taji pole or spine or core, it translates into all areas of our holistic health and wellness.
Speaker AAll these things are integrated.
Speaker ALike a lot of times people will, this time of year especially call me and say, what can I do to attract the most abundance in this year?
Speaker AAnd they want me just to address their abundance corner, for example, or that abundance gua of their home or their space, their workplace, whatever it may be.
Speaker AYes, I may find a way to plug an energetic leak or there may even be like a physical leak there or something that's flock or causing stagnant energy.
Speaker ABut along the way, if we're putting blinders on to things like how's the energy even getting there?
Speaker AIt's like is it, is there a pathway that's blocked?
Speaker AAre there places within other gauze that need to be also supported such as career and life journey, holistic health and wellness?
Speaker AOr maybe it's your self knowledge and wisdom or opposite of abundance is your health of people and you know, your collaborators.
Speaker ASo if there's energetic leaks there, imbalances or just zero intention, physical clutter, mental clutter, visual clutter, all of these things.
Speaker AIf I'm just coming in to give the most powerful feng shui cure and the most beautiful activation or interior design elements to make it the most beautiful abundance quarter ever, it doesn't matter.
Speaker AThere may be like short term psychological benefits, there may be some great opportunities or windfalls.
Speaker ABut to your point, overlooking these other areas that, that touch this space, it won't be felt as long and it won't be as internalized or sustained and it'll probably be forgotten quite soon.
Speaker BI mean each individual piece of alignment is only one piece of the puzzle.
Speaker BAnd one piece of the puzzle in isolation, no matter how perfect it is, is, is, you know, that luster is only going to last so long if the other puzzle pieces are missing or broken or you know, what, whatever.
Speaker AYeah, it's like, you know, you were talking about the translation into trying to design a home without the construction being fully done.
Speaker ABut a lot of times or we hear the, the, you know, phrase like especially in this area where people are flipping lots of houses in that time type of thing.
Speaker AOh, they're just putting a lipstick on a pig.
Speaker AWell like there, there are those cases where people are creating beautiful looking bathrooms on top of rotted floors or with the wrong materials or they're not prepped or it just looks like even an
Speaker BAir Venture 2024 around here.
Speaker BYeah, I mean that's.
Speaker AYeah, it's happening right like now just where people getting their hurricane funding released now to finally get the work done.
Speaker ABut and it's unfortunate because sometimes the society we live in puts us on like a time crunch.
Speaker ALike I'm working on a lot of hurricane restoration projects right now where a homeowner brings me in, because the way that society is set up and the way the system is set up with the funds being released is you are only given after many, many years or, you know, it's been two years now, years or months waiting for funding.
Speaker AYou're suddenly given two or three days to be able to supply all of your direction, materials, sourcing, fill out this paperwork for the system.
Speaker ABut that puts you in a situation where you're having to fill out paperwork and a form based on.
Speaker ATo meet the needs of the form and not to meet the needs of the space.
Speaker AAnd I think the same is to be said for our bodies in some way too.
Speaker AAs containers.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker B100%.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AI think that's a great.
Speaker ALike you said, looking at the body and the home as containers of gosh, you know, all of the senses and looking for ways to look good on the outside short term or, you know, for appearance person purposes versus aligning that with inner purpose.
Speaker BWell, and I'd even challenge that if we're, if we're just gonna go the vanity route.
Speaker BLook at somebody who did a GLP one wrong.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker BYou're gonna see more of a.
Speaker BA melted candle.
Speaker AYeah, yeah.
Speaker BAnd even, you know, on.
Speaker BOn the body, like maybe like what we would think of as like skinny fat.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker BLike the number on the scale went down a lot.
Speaker BBut did your composition really improve and versus somebody who really did it the right way who, you know, paid attention to muscle and protein and you know, getting their micronutrients from vegetables and really just changing their.
Speaker BTheir lifestyle habits, incorporating resistance training.
Speaker BLook at that person.
Speaker BAnd you know, you could say this.
Speaker BWhether the GLP1 is in the picture or not, look at that person versus just a crash diet person who was only hyper focused on that number on the scale moving linearly down.
Speaker BAnd you.
Speaker BThe appearance make is.
Speaker BIt makes a big difference.
Speaker AHealth.
Speaker BReal health, Real metabolic health.
Speaker BLooks good.
Speaker AMm.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker BYou know, poor metabolic health or metabolic struggle.
Speaker BThat's not a real term, but that's kind of what I'm thinking of here because, you know, if you, if you go from morbidly obese.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker BTo not, there's gonna be a period of time where your.
Speaker BYour metabolic markers are.
Speaker BAre better.
Speaker BIs.
Speaker AIs.
Speaker BIt's gonna be a time.
Speaker BBut then once you cross that, that bridge into sarcopenia, muscle loss and frailty, then we're.
Speaker BWe're.
Speaker BWe're in a different place.
Speaker BAnd so.
Speaker BYeah, I think the point was just that even though you Think you're chasing something that's going to benefit your appearance?
Speaker BIf you're.
Speaker BIf you're coming from that magic bullet standpoint, it's.
Speaker BYou're gonna lose in that department, too.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AI feel really sad when I see, you know, and certainly, like, celebrities are in the face of being photographed all the time in other stages, but I feel really sad for some celebrities that went the GLP1 route or something similar, and they were morbidly obese and now they're not, and they're exhibiting and now they're being put down.
Speaker AWell, you looked better when you had more fat or, you know, it's like.
Speaker AIt's just like, you can't win.
Speaker ASo if you're not doing it for yourself, you can.
Speaker BYou just got to do the things.
Speaker BWell,
Speaker Awhat I was trying to say is you can't win for everyone else.
Speaker AYou have to do it for yourself.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker ASo it's.
Speaker AIt's not like, you know, we're not in a position where right now, where people are scrutinizing us as.
Speaker AAs hard as a lot of people that I'm seeing in media.
Speaker ABut it's, you know, I think it's that you have to know that you're doing it for.
Speaker AFor yourself, for your health and being able to, like you said, create that.
Speaker ALike, it's not.
Speaker AIt's not this handing it take care of this for me.
Speaker AIt's that I'm choosing to.
Speaker ATo live a more full, strong, you know, gosh, just more aware life so that I can have sustained vitality and live longer.
Speaker AThey're.
Speaker AThey're forecasting us to live 150 years or so soon that's going to be more normal to see that.
Speaker AAnd how do we want our lives to be in that scenario?
Speaker ALike, so some questions that we talked about that before we started recording are to think about, like, what are we actually trying to achieve by taking a medication or a supplement or enlisting a coach or working with feng shui?
Speaker AWhat are we actually hoping to achieve or to solve in that, in that experience?
Speaker ASo, I mean, just.
Speaker AJust reflecting.
Speaker AReflecting on that a little bit.
Speaker ALike, what are we hoping, you know, thinking about?
Speaker ASome of my clients that are looking for more money, fast money, and really they want more money so that they can feel more safe, secure, more free.
Speaker AFeel like, you know, doing it to feel better about themselves, keeping up with the Joneses.
Speaker AWhich of those do you think is going to be more sustainable?
Speaker BYeah, yeah.
Speaker BIt's like my guy Sal from Mind Pump says, you can't hate yourself into being fit or be, you know, looking good or, you know, any.
Speaker BAny of those objectives.
Speaker BQuite.
Speaker BQuite the opposite.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker BThat's so, so important as a form of, you know, punishment or once I lose this weight or once I get to xyz, then I will be happy.
Speaker BThat's not how it works.
Speaker AExactly.
Speaker AEither.
Speaker BOr Feng shui or any of these other things that we've talked about that, you know, that perception of filling that void is.
Speaker BIs not achieved by the supplement.
Speaker AAny of this.
Speaker AAny of the.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AAny of the supplements or symptoms you can't bypass.
Speaker ATaking a good look at how you got to where you are.
Speaker BYep.
Speaker AWell, again, this has been another very therapeutic conversation.
Speaker BWow.
Speaker AI mean, I'm certainly reflecting on a lot of this myself too, with where I'm envisioning heading myself and the intentionality of why implementing or creating anything needs to come from a place of autonomy and.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AIntention and clarity
Speaker Band really just trying to get to the root.
Speaker AYes.
Speaker ARoot is a good.
Speaker ARoot is a good word.
Speaker BUnderstanding that a supplement or an external booster of any kind is just that.
Speaker BIt's just something to make the process that you need to do anyway a little bit more manageable.
Speaker AExactly.
Speaker AWell, what do you say we take this inside of our post and private Facebook group.
Speaker BYes, let's do it.
Speaker AAll right.
Speaker AFor the 200 Facebook group.
Speaker AAnd that.
Speaker AThat was a little cameo of my bomb guys.
Speaker AI'm not under attack, but I couldn't do the hand symbol to.
Speaker ATo put myself on mute there.
Speaker ABut inside of our close and private Facebook group where we are inviting all change makers, thought leaders and people on the similar journey with us to join.
Speaker AAnd right now we have a contest that is underway and in our recording next week, we will be announcing a winner.
Speaker AWe are encouraging anyone with inside of our group to bring your friends, like minded thinkers or anyone who may benefit from these conversations or something similar.
Speaker AWhoever invites the most people to join our collective will be honored as a guest on one of our upcoming episodes.
Speaker ASo we hope to see you inside there and I'll put some.
Speaker ASome of these topics and conversation points because I know we can learn a lot from our collective as well.
Speaker BWord.
Speaker AWord.
Speaker AOkay, well, thanks for bringing the topic, Emily.
Speaker AI like it.
Speaker AI like.
Speaker AI like your work.
Speaker AI think it's important.
Speaker BThank you.
Speaker AAll right, well, we'll talk to you next time.
Speaker BTalk to you in five.
Speaker ATalk to you.
Speaker ABye.
Speaker BJeez.
Speaker AAll right.
Speaker ATalk to you.
Speaker ATalk to you.
Speaker ABye.
Speaker ABye.
