If you've ever found yourself curious about being with another woman, but you're in a relationship with a man, you might feel excited and also completely unsure what to do with that. A lot of the people that I work with aren't in exactly that spot. They're not trying to change their whole identity or blow up their relationship, but there is something there that they can't ignore. And what makes it harder is that there's just no roadmap for it. They don't know how to explore it.

Do they explore it with straight friends? Are they queer enough to be part of the queer community or to even know what's going on is real? So in this episode, we're breaking down what that bi-curiosity actually means, why it shows up when it does, and how do I explore it in a way that feels safe, grounded, and aligned with your identity and your relationship, not in conflict with it. So I'm talking with the founder of a global community for bi-curious women.

and we're going to walk through how women are navigating this in real life, what holds them back, what helps them open up, and what actually happens when they do.
