Welcome back to another episode of health hackers, I continue talking about the power of your unconscious mind and sharing more tools with you that we use in working with our unconscious mind in order to achieve the change that we want in life quickly, and have it be very effective and lasting. So today I want to ask you Are you tired of feeling irritated, frustrated, annoyed those minor negative emotions. Because if you are, and you would like to feel differently, then we have a really cool technique called collapsing anchors. And what we do in this technique is we create first of all, an anchor of the feel good emotions that you do enjoy feeling like laughing out loud, and love and feeling powerful, feeling confident, etc, all of these great emotions. And we stack those anchors together so that you can really bring out that wonderful series of emotions. And then we have the minor negative emotion that you no longer want to feel. And we collapse it into those powerful positive emotions. And it just dissipates because you're feeling overwhelmed in a positive way with those positive emotions, and that minor negative emotion is gone. And in that process, were teaching your unconscious mind how to respond in terms of how you feel to certain triggers. And you can collapse that negative emotion and have it disappear into those positive powerful emotions. So again, this technique is quick, it's easy, it's fast, it's lasting. And what I will talk about next time are the major negative emotions. So today we're just talking about those minor ones irritated, frustrated, annoyed. The major ones are along the lines of anger and sadness and hurt and grief and guilt and rage and shame. Those ones I'm going to talk about in my next episode.
