well I'm dying to know Stephanie

how did you get into working with business owners

Speaker:

help them figure out

Speaker:

how human design could actually help them bring their authentic voice

to the marketing is that a good way to explain what you do

Speaker:

yeah for sure

Speaker:

I stumbled into it honestly

Speaker:

I've been an entrepreneur for 13 years and I built a big business

Speaker:

I built a six figure business for 10 years

Speaker:

that business slowly just burnt me out

Speaker:

it slowly frustrated me

Speaker:

I really lost excitement and joy and purpose in it

Speaker:

and it was I lost my dad

Speaker:

I really closed that business

Speaker:

the same month and it was really the grief process in that

Speaker:

and both losing massive income and my dad

Speaker:

who was my guide and my

Speaker:

just everything in the same month where I was like

Speaker:

I woke up to the fact that I am not who I wanna be

Speaker:

I don't feel I don't feel good in the way I'm moving through life

Speaker:

I don't feel good in the way I'm building a business

Speaker:

and it was that when my sister in law sent me a text message

Speaker:

she said have you ever heard of Human Design

Speaker:

and I said I mean

Speaker:

I've heard of it but I thought it was a fluff

Speaker:

I thought it was another personality test

Speaker:

like Enneagram or Strengths Finders or Myers Briggs

Speaker:

but she told me I need to look at it

Speaker:

so I did I call her one of my expanders and the reason I'm here

Speaker:

and I remember sitting on my couch reading over my design

Speaker:

and I've never felt so seen

Speaker:

validated heard

Speaker:

and I knew that I was not wrong

Speaker:

because I had these feelings always that I

Speaker:

something was wrong with me

Speaker:

I've never fit into the society's norm

Speaker:

the mold and knowing my design now

Speaker:

I am not supposed to I'm very far from that

Speaker:

and I took it upon myself to honestly just build a business

Speaker:

using my design and listening to my authority

Speaker:

and listening to every single aspect of it

Speaker:

and I have never felt so purposeful excited joyous in my business

Speaker:

and now because I know that

Speaker:

I know that I meant to reach back to the community of entrepreneurs

Speaker:

to be like this is how you have to build it

Speaker:

it's not gonna work the cookie cutter way anymore

Speaker:

we can't just get on social media

Speaker:

post a reel and have people flooding in

Speaker:

doesn't work people don't trust that

Speaker:

you have to be authentically you in order to draw people in

Speaker:

and draw your business in

Speaker:

and it's so much fun I'm loving it well

Speaker:

out of curiosity Genia and I are both manifesting generators

Speaker:

and neither of us have really dug that far into our profiles

Speaker:

I don't know how we found out that we were manifesting generators

Speaker:

do you remember Genie

Speaker:

I think there was an online test that you could take

Speaker:

take and answer some questions

Speaker:

and then it it tells you which one you are

Speaker:

oh no it has to do with with your date and time you were born yes

Speaker:

sorry I was saying Genie

Speaker:

we probably should actually get a proper human design thing done

Speaker:

at some point yeah

Speaker:

so

Speaker:

human design is completely different from the ones I mentioned before

Speaker:

the personality test because it is I say written in the stars for you

Speaker:

it is about your place you were born

Speaker:

exactly the time you were born

Speaker:

and the day you were born and three months prior to that

Speaker:

that's how your chart is kind of created

Speaker:

and so if you don't know the time of your birth

Speaker:

you're not gonna get an accurate result yes

Speaker:

there are five different energy types

Speaker:

which are the biggest overarching pieces of the design

Speaker:

manifesting generator is one of them

Speaker:

and I am a manifesting generator also

Speaker:

but yes it's very fascinating

Speaker:

when you learn how you're supposed to move through the world

Speaker:

how you're supposed to interact with people

Speaker:

your environments you thrive in

Speaker:

that's a really big one for my clients

Speaker:

so it's just it's been a lot of fun to kind of see them open up

Speaker:

I had a client yesterday who was like

Speaker:

how do you know that about me

Speaker:

like you know my design knows more about me than I do it's so fun

Speaker:

I find it so fascinating

Speaker:

tell us a little bit more about the environment in which people work

Speaker:

yeah

Speaker:

so it's crazy because I have a client who his environment is caves

Speaker:

which you're not supposed to live in a cave right

Speaker:

that's just really explaining

Speaker:

he'd actually does thrive in like a cubicle setting

Speaker:

and he needs to be facing the door

Speaker:

wherever your environment is

Speaker:

some people have mountains

Speaker:

my husband has mountains

Speaker:

is if you can get an upstairs office if possible in your house

Speaker:

the higher you can be the more abundance

Speaker:

the more manifesting will be able to happen within your business

Speaker:

I have valleys

Speaker:

which I am really meant to be not so much in the mix of people

Speaker:

like they have markets

Speaker:

which are supposed to be in the mix of exchange with people

Speaker:

and energy all the time

Speaker:

I am more excluded like I'm not a hermit

Speaker:

but I am more I need to be by myself in order to bring out my ideas

Speaker:

some people need to be with people to bring out their ideas

Speaker:

so it's just really really cool to when you get into that piece

Speaker:

I have my chart here my environment is valleys as well

Speaker:

places where people can make connections and enjoy connection

Speaker:

you need to feel in touch with the real world and not removed from it

Speaker:

yeah so it's like it's in the middle of you're not always secluded

Speaker:

but you can't function and bring out all your ideas

Speaker:

when you're with people all the time

Speaker:

some people need to be with people all the time

Speaker:

neither of us haha yeah

Speaker:

it's really fascinating

Speaker:

I actually feel like I used to be like that when I was younger

Speaker:

but that could be like a more confidence thing

Speaker:

you know when you get older

Speaker:

you don't need that or or does that change as you grow

Speaker:

your environment does not change nothing in your natal chart changes

Speaker:

but there is something called the Chiron chart

Speaker:

that really adds to your chart when you're 50 and above

Speaker:

and that's pretty fascinating

Speaker:

you get new superpowers

Speaker:

you have another line in your design that you work on

Speaker:

so yeah yeah

Speaker:

depending on what your profile is

Speaker:

that could be why you felt like that before and now you don't

Speaker:

fantastic but

Speaker:

let's talk a little bit about how that kind of relates to marketing

Speaker:

you touched on you know

Speaker:

people need to be authentic

Speaker:

and that word gets thrown around an awful lot

Speaker:

so let's talk a little bit about how you help your clients make that

Speaker:

or how people who are listening can kind of bring that out

Speaker:

and merge the two the human design part and the marketing part

Speaker:

yeah so and it is brought out a lot like be authentic

Speaker:

be you but honestly

Speaker:

what does that mean and until I Learned my human design

Speaker:

I didn't know what that meant

Speaker:

I didn't grasp what that meant

Speaker:

I just thought it meant I'm supposed to share my story vulnerably

Speaker:

I'm supposed to be vulnerable

Speaker:

and be just real and show people the heart and all the stuff

Speaker:

and it's so much more than that

Speaker:

and so your human design actually tells you how you're meant to market

Speaker:

how your voice is meant to be heard

Speaker:

you know

Speaker:

there's something in your human design called your vibe of tribe

Speaker:

which teaches you who you can and see the best

Speaker:

and who will be gravitated towards you

Speaker:

when you're living to your design

Speaker:

so some people need you to share more testimonials and Faqs and uh Q&A

Speaker:

some people need to know you're just gonna bring them into a community

Speaker:

and they need the community aspect of it

Speaker:

some people are really not meant to be on social media

Speaker:

they're meant to do more podcasting cause they're connectors

Speaker:

I mean there's so many nuances in it

Speaker:

but your design literally tells you

Speaker:

how you're meant to show up in your business

Speaker:

what your energy is in your business

Speaker:

how that works with other people

Speaker:

are you supposed to collaborate

Speaker:

are you supposed to do things on your own

Speaker:

there's so many facets to it

Speaker:

so interesting oh my gosh yeah

Speaker:

it when I got into it

Speaker:

I I've like could not get out of it because I built a business so long

Speaker:

long on what the guru said to do and you know

Speaker:

the checklist and the tips and tricks and algorithm hacks

Speaker:

that I completely lost myself

Speaker:

which is where most entrepreneurs are at

Speaker:

it is fascinating to just see people understand themselves

Speaker:

and stop outsourcing their ideas and thoughts

Speaker:

and yeah and that's when your business will come to life even now

Speaker:

I think it's a bigger problem because people just use AI yeah

Speaker:

without properly prompting it or giving it enough information

Speaker:

so if someone wants to use AI to help them

Speaker:

do you recommend that you give AI your entire chart

Speaker:

yeah so that's one thing that I help my clients with is

Speaker:

I do have trained AIs that are turned off from the internet

Speaker:

like

Speaker:

you can flip a switch to turn your AI off from searching the internet

Speaker:

and you eat it with everything about about human design

Speaker:

like it knows everything about human design

Speaker:

and then you put your whole chart in it and say

Speaker:

what can you get from this

Speaker:

how can you help me with my marketing

Speaker:

it does need to be a trained AI where this is what vibe of tribe means

Speaker:

this is what your profile means in your marketing

Speaker:

cause it's not gonna know that until you train it yeah yes

Speaker:

that's what I help my clients with too is the trained bots

Speaker:

I call them

Speaker:

actually being able to dissect and help with building a business

Speaker:

and for those of you who are listening here

Speaker:

you're thinking well how does that work

Speaker:

we brought in an expert to speak about AI at an event we hosted

Speaker:

and it was fascinating because he was telling us a story of a

Speaker:

a famous author who had written seven or eight books

Speaker:

they put like you said

Speaker:

a closed frame AI so not accessing anything but what you put into it

Speaker:

they gave AI all of his books

Speaker:

they gave it 30 days to

Speaker:

to study the books and to write a book written by him

Speaker:

and he was he said when he was reading it

Speaker:

he said if he did not know he did not write it

Speaker:

he would have thought for sure he had written it

Speaker:

so when she's talking about

Speaker:

having this closed AI and having it trained

Speaker:

you know you do have to give like

Speaker:

she's that you have to train it on information

Speaker:

and in the example I gave

Speaker:

it was trained on the author's actual books

Speaker:

so it saw how he did character development and you know

Speaker:

how his plot twist

Speaker:

all those things that were specific to him as an author

Speaker:

and so

Speaker:

it was able to emulate that and duplicate that into a whole new book

Speaker:

and so I think it's fascinating

Speaker:

what gave you the idea to train AI

Speaker:

on all the terminology within a chart

Speaker:

so that it could help your clients with their marketing

Speaker:

that was brilliant how did you come up with that

Speaker:

well I think AI

Speaker:

I know a lot of people in the beginning especially feared AI

Speaker:

and I think it is the best tool and best business partner

Speaker:

if you use it right again

Speaker:

turning off the internet searching ability

Speaker:

because I believe that AI

Speaker:

has the ability to give us ideas

Speaker:

that we never would have thought of ourselves

Speaker:

I was using it so much I'm like

Speaker:

why not my clients like this is so important

Speaker:

I feel like especially today

Speaker:

you see people use you can tell when it's generic AI

Speaker:

you can hell and I don't want that to be my clients

Speaker:

so I wanna teach them how to actually use it

Speaker:

in a way that their voice comes out

Speaker:

so I will put podcast episodes I've been on in my AI

Speaker:

I will put the audio in it so it can constantly hear my voice

Speaker:

hear how I talk what I say

Speaker:

what my passions are what my convictions are

Speaker:

so it literally is my best friend when I'm working in my business

Speaker:

but yeah I don't want my clients to do what most people are taught

Speaker:

with the generic prompts they

Speaker:

it needs to be trained in the human design

Speaker:

in order for it to give you the best results

Speaker:

cause I did it before it was trained and it was wrong

Speaker:

I even had a client come to me and she was like well

Speaker:

I'm actually gonna start working with you

Speaker:

because she asked AI what her human design is

Speaker:

and it was wrong and so it's not always right

Speaker:

but if you train it it can be your best friend in business well

Speaker:

it it's wrong often

Speaker:

because the internet is full of a ton of information that's incorrect

Speaker:

and people don't realize that

Speaker:

and it was funny that speaker who gave that example

Speaker:

for example he used flat earth is the earth flat

Speaker:

he said if you go online

Speaker:

you'll find so much information telling you that it is

Speaker:

and you have to realize AI just goes out and searches for information

Speaker:

and it assumes whatever it brings in

Speaker:

they call it hallucinations

Speaker:

it assumes whatever it brings in is reality

Speaker:

and he was Jewish and he said

Speaker:

if you go out there you would

Speaker:

you'll find content that says we shouldn't even be alive

Speaker:

like we're monsters so

Speaker:

he's talking about just the fact that there's so much content online

Speaker:

and like over 50% of it is incorrect

Speaker:

if you when you're leaning on your AI

Speaker:

you definitely have to think about how to train it yourself

Speaker:

like you said on your information

Speaker:

who you are so this is fascinating

Speaker:

yeah you know

Speaker:

that's a very quick way to go from feeling like you're being authentic

Speaker:

to being inauthentic because if you don't train your AI

Speaker:

because again it's pulling all this information out

Speaker:

and it's sounding like other people out there

Speaker:

can also sound very generic

Speaker:

you know I've asked it questions over and over differently

Speaker:

and it comes out with more or less the same kind of response

Speaker:

in fact

Speaker:

I belong to a group and we all post on LinkedIn and support each other

Speaker:

we talked about don't comments using AI

Speaker:

because it will say like something positive

Speaker:

then something negative

Speaker:

and then kind of sum it up with something positive

Speaker:

and it was

Speaker:

it was a pattern that it would just spit out that everybody knew

Speaker:

oh that's AI right exactly

Speaker:

what are some other ways you know

Speaker:

obviously training your AI

Speaker:

but what are some other ways that your human design can help you build

Speaker:

the business that

Speaker:

you know will make you a lot of money

Speaker:

but also not burn you out

Speaker:

yeah so

Speaker:

I had a big conversation with a client yesterday

Speaker:

about what we call our authority

Speaker:

in our human design

Speaker:

and that is how we're meant to make decisions in business and life

Speaker:

I always say if you if struggle with any part of your human design

Speaker:

go back to your authority

Speaker:

because it will transform everything when you

Speaker:

when you create this relationship with that

Speaker:

so what is your authority

Speaker:

it's your decision making process

Speaker:

some people have emotional authority

Speaker:

which means that let's say

Speaker:

you have a idea come to you from someone else

Speaker:

about a business collaboration

Speaker:

or a business tip or whatever

Speaker:

as an emotional authority

Speaker:

you are not meant to make that decision right away

Speaker:

because you might be super excited yes

Speaker:

that's so exciting and yes

Speaker:

for sure I'll do that and then two days later you're like

Speaker:

that was not a good decision

Speaker:

I always say if the leaders of the world

Speaker:

and the business owners of the world

Speaker:

knew that they had an emotional authority

Speaker:

this world would be different

Speaker:

because we make decisions based on everybody else's expectations

Speaker:

ideas thoughts

Speaker:

so that's emotional authority

Speaker:

you're supposed to wait till that wave is done

Speaker:

it may take a day it may take a week

Speaker:

and then you can make that around a decision in your business

Speaker:

that's huge

Speaker:

because so many people get shiny object syndrome and go over here

Speaker:

over here over here and try all these things and they end up

Speaker:

burnt out and frustrated and burn out in your business

Speaker:

has nothing to do with the amount of things you do

Speaker:

it has nothing to do with the amount of things you do

Speaker:

it has everything to do with are you aligned with what you're doing

Speaker:

people say I'm burnt out

Speaker:

I have so much on my list

Speaker:

that has nothing to do with your burnout

Speaker:

that stuff is not aligned with you

Speaker:

and you're not supposed to be doing that

Speaker:

and then we have sacral authority

Speaker:

which is I'll just share one more

Speaker:

which is what I have and that is you have to respond to your gut

Speaker:

you're supposed to know right away yes or no

Speaker:

and you're supposed to act on that

Speaker:

because so many times I have lots of clients who are sacred authority

Speaker:

and they will again wait and be like

Speaker:

ah let me ask my business bestie or let me ask my husband

Speaker:

and they completely bypass that sacral gut response

Speaker:

so that one you really have to shut off

Speaker:

you have to put your blinders on

Speaker:

shut off everything else around you

Speaker:

and when you start to develop that relationship with that gut response

Speaker:

everything will open up the closer you can live to your design

Speaker:

the more opportunities will come to you

Speaker:

the more abundance will come to you

Speaker:

I have an example of that

Speaker:

if that's okay really quick just to share

Speaker:

cause I think sometimes it's a good example

Speaker:

so I have a client who has a 9 to 5 job and she really doesn't like it

Speaker:

she's burnt out frustrated

Speaker:

she wants to build a business that brings her home

Speaker:

but she can't yet right

Speaker:

cause she has this income that she needs to bring home to her family

Speaker:

and I said okay

Speaker:

so you are a generator which means that you are the light of the world

Speaker:

when you are doing what you love

Speaker:

you have such an open aura

Speaker:

people need to feel that you are happy and joyful

Speaker:

so they can be happy and joyful around you

Speaker:

which includes family and friends

Speaker:

and so she took it upon herself

Speaker:

I said you need to find one spot in your day

Speaker:

every single day that you are doing something that you love

Speaker:

and start to open up that portal

Speaker:

and so she picked something that she loved to do every day

Speaker:

it brought her joy purpose

Speaker:

meaning fulfillment completely aside from her 9 to 5

Speaker:

and she had a job opportunity land in her lap that was out of the blue

Speaker:

like that's what I mean

Speaker:

the closer you can live to your design and listen to that authority

Speaker:

things will just come into you that you're like

Speaker:

where the heck did that come from

Speaker:

which is what's happened to me for the last several months

Speaker:

wow and I'll say that if you have

Speaker:

you can go online to places that will do your chart

Speaker:

but

Speaker:

but some of the things that are said on there can be misinterpreted

Speaker:

you really need someone like you who understands the wording

Speaker:

because sometimes we look at the words and we say oh

Speaker:

digestion is calm or calm touch

Speaker:

well that doesn't necessarily mean yeah

Speaker:

what you think it might mean

Speaker:

you know what I'm saying

Speaker:

that's why I always encourage people to get my chart

Speaker:

because I give a lot of stuff away for free

Speaker:

when you get my chart downloaded

Speaker:

you also get a 12 page PDF that explains a bunch of business stuff

Speaker:

and then I did an audio that explains your energy type in business

Speaker:

and then you also get a five part audio series

Speaker:

that lets you look at this chart

Speaker:

and be like what the heck is this

Speaker:

and takes pieces of it and shows you what it does in your business

Speaker:

so all three of those things

Speaker:

I mean people charge a lot for that stuff

Speaker:

I want people to get in understand why this is important

Speaker:

so they can make the next step to put infuse into their business

Speaker:

fantastic well

Speaker:

we will make sure that we have a link to that in our show notes today

do you feel like there's anything that we didn't cover so far

Speaker:

I think for me

Speaker:

it's just the fact that business is not supposed to be frustrating

Speaker:

and you're not supposed to feel burnt out

Speaker:

and you're not supposed to feel exhausted

Speaker:

like that's not what it's meant for

Speaker:

it's meant to be passion filled and purpose filled

Speaker:

your human design actually tells you your life's purpose in your core

Speaker:

for and it's so

Speaker:

so fascinating

Speaker:

it tells you so many things about what parts of your body

Speaker:

you have access to at all times

Speaker:

and what parts you need to go out into the world to

Speaker:

you know

Speaker:

gain access and really gain that learning and those new skills

Speaker:

there's so many different aspects of it

Speaker:

but just know that

Speaker:

business is not supposed to feel icky and frustrating

Speaker:

and like you're pulling teeth

Speaker:

it can be so exciting and joyful and yes

Speaker:

you still have to work but it doesn't feel like it

Speaker:

you're burning out in the process

Speaker:

the person that you're watching

Speaker:

that you're seeing her have so much success

Speaker:

or him have so much success

Speaker:

like why am I doing the same thing and that I'm not

Speaker:

and it's because that was aligned with their human design

Speaker:

and it's not with yours and so every single client I work with come

Speaker:

goes away with a completely different business than anybody else

Speaker:

that's why my packages are not cookie cutter

Speaker:

they're not like you do this and this and this cause it's not ah

Speaker:

it's so different so yeah

Speaker:

you're not meant to struggle

Speaker:

you're just misaligned I love that I feel like the word is flow

Speaker:

like I feel like that's just a really good

Speaker:

I I feel like I'm in complete flow in my business

Speaker:

and my previous business when I didn't have human design and

Speaker:

you know and looking back

Speaker:

I helped hundreds of women start their businesses

Speaker:

in the exact same way I did

Speaker:

and no wonder so many weren't successful

Speaker:

and so

Speaker:

I just really encourage people to look at who you're working with

Speaker:

and if it's cookie cutter

Speaker:

it doesn't feel good already

Speaker:

then it's not meant for you

Speaker:

yeah that's so important

Speaker:

I think so many people look at people who are successful online

Speaker:

who are jumping up and down telling people how successful they are

Speaker:

and so they try and mimic like what they're doing

Speaker:

but what they don't understand is they're not in the same

Speaker:

probably not aligned with their human design

Speaker:

but they're not necessarily in the same place in their business

Speaker:

that some of these people are

Speaker:

you know right

Speaker:

well and

Speaker:

you know again

Speaker:

like I said a lot of people aren't even meant to be on social media

Speaker:

I social media does not bring me joy

Speaker:

and so I'm very limited on it

Speaker:

but when we do take our blinders off and look at everybody else

Speaker:

I say we slowly die we slowly lose who we are in the process

Speaker:

because we're not even seeing the full picture of those people

Speaker:

and what's really going on behind the scenes

Speaker:

and so the more you can stick to your blinders

Speaker:

and your human design and your authority

Speaker:

like that's when things will happen

Speaker:
