Hey, you.
Speaker BYou're tuned in to the Skirts up show with Samantha and Melissa.
Speaker CJoin our mission to normalize failure, but still uncover the positives at every twist and turn.
Speaker BSkirts up, but keep your panties on.
Speaker BWhat's up, Skirts up squad?
Speaker BIt is Samantha and Melissa and Happy Late Ballers Day.
Speaker BI guess that's right.
Speaker CWait, what?
Speaker BI said I guess.
Speaker CI thought you said yuck.
Speaker CAnd I was like, fathers.
Speaker BI knew.
Speaker BI don't know if you guys saw, but I posted a reel.
Speaker BSo we.
Speaker BI.
Speaker BI was planning on making a Father's Day dinner for Simon and Andrew, and we're gonna have dinner together.
Speaker BAnd I, you know, I don't cook.
Speaker BI'm not good at it.
Speaker BAnd I was like, the only thing that I'm good at making and know that, like, it won't be ruined is things in a crock pot.
Speaker BBut our crock pot is so small that, like, it hardly feeds, like, our family of five.
Speaker BSo how am I supposed to feed, like, three non stop eating males and, you know, just all this food?
Speaker BAnd so I go, hey, Simon, you know what we really need for Father's Day?
Speaker BA bigger crock pot.
Speaker BSo for Father's Day, I got a family big size crock pot.
Speaker CI did see that.
Speaker CThat's awesome.
Speaker BOh, you know what's really funny, though?
Speaker BAfter I posted that video, within five minutes, Simon sends me a reel over Facebook and he goes, oh, my God, someone else did that too.
Speaker CIs it yours?
Speaker BIt was our reel.
Speaker BI was like.
Speaker BSo I, I look.
Speaker CI, like, looked.
Speaker BUp and I was like, oh, is he joking?
Speaker BI was like, did I spell something wrong or.
Speaker BWhy'd you send me my reel?
Speaker BAnd he goes, what?
Speaker BReal?
Speaker BAnd I go, you.
Speaker BYou just sent me my reel.
Speaker BHe was like, oh, I didn't realize that was you.
Speaker CLike, that is hilarious.
Speaker CI'm actually gonna.
Speaker CI'm actually gonna change my fail.
Speaker COkay, okay, this is, this is a spur of the moment.
Speaker CIt's not.
Speaker CWell, no, it's not a fail.
Speaker CI don't know, maybe I shouldn't.
Speaker COkay, whatever.
Speaker CA funny story, okay?
Speaker CBecause you just reminded me of it.
Speaker CSo you guys know that Sam and I went to goat yoga the other night and they were awesome.
Speaker CThey, like, let us stand up and, like, do a little spiel at the.
Speaker BEnd of the thing.
Speaker CAnd we handed out because Sam was awesome and brought little goodie bags for everybody that was there all branded.
Speaker BAnd it was a big head.
Speaker BThat's.
Speaker CThey were branded and they had our faces on the front, but it was, like kind of not glamour shots.
Speaker CBut it was like, cute shots of us.
Speaker CAnd it was so funny because later that night, one of my friends who got a bag was like, you know what you guys should have done?
Speaker CAnd I was like, what?
Speaker CAnd he said, you guys should have put your.
Speaker CA picture of your own faces on the bags.
Speaker AI was like, wait, what?
Speaker CAnd my other friend jumps in and goes, like, wait, what are you talking about?
Speaker CAnd he goes, you know, instead of those pictures of those other girls.
Speaker BI want to ask who, but I know you don't.
Speaker CI will.
Speaker CI'm not gonna say who, but I will.
Speaker BI can tell you later.
Speaker BBut it was.
Speaker CHe goes, I was like, you mean.
Speaker BThese girls right here?
Speaker CAnd I held it up next to me, and I was like, because this is me.
Speaker CAnd he's like, oh.
Speaker AOh, my God, it's you guys.
Speaker AI didn't.
Speaker CI was like, well, to be fair, they're like, super cute pictures of us.
Speaker BOh, my God, that was so funny.
Speaker BThat is hilarious.
Speaker BYeah, that's not a fail on us.
Speaker BNo.
Speaker CI thought I could look like that.
Speaker BEvery day, maybe, but that's not a fail.
Speaker BThat was one of my arguments to David was, yes, you know, yes, it makes us feel good, but it's not like anyone's following us around with this glam makeup and shit to make us feel like this every day.
Speaker BSo it's kind of hard to look at this photo and be like, yeah, that's me.
Speaker CThat's why I know I'm unrecognizable.
Speaker BJust kidding.
Speaker BIt was hilarious.
Speaker BI about died.
Speaker BBut anyway.
Speaker CAll right, do you want to share fails or what are you getting?
Speaker CWhat were we thinking?
Speaker BYeah, I was just thinking.
Speaker BI don't know.
Speaker BThe feel that came to mind when.
Speaker BWhen we started recording was.
Speaker BI don't.
Speaker BSome of you might have saw on our Facebook page that I went to go do the beginning stages, the first recording part of the documentary that I'm working on called Keeping the Birds Warm.
Speaker BI do need to keep all names and really a lot of it private until it goes through trial.
Speaker BSo not sharing that.
Speaker BBut I will say that the recordings and a lot of what is happening takes place in Cobb County.
Speaker BSo a very high traffic area where you have to get on all these freaking highways.
Speaker BAnd I am not highway savvy.
Speaker BAnd I literally, like, I was on the phone with my cousin and literally three times back to back to back.
Speaker BI like it splits where it's like, oh, go this way, and you're on Highway 85.
Speaker BBut then you split this way and you're on Highway 75 or something.
Speaker BAnd every time I take the wrong fucking split.
Speaker BAnd so three times I have to.
Speaker BAnd it adds 30 minutes every time.
Speaker BYou do this every time?
Speaker CYeah, it's a whole thing having to turn around, like, go to the next exit, get off.
Speaker BSo it's, like, not okay.
Speaker CAnd so, yeah, Atlanta's height is a lot of people.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker BSo I'm, like, in tears and shaking by time I get to the freaking courthouse, which, of course, I'm already nervous about that because I don't know what to expect when we get to the courthouse.
Speaker BAnd you know, what exactly is going to come out of recording.
Speaker BAnd so I'm already super nervous about that.
Speaker BBut now I'm, like, really shaking and really worked up because driving was such a fucking pain in the ass.
Speaker BAnd that was just a fail.
Speaker BWho takes the wrong exit three times in a row?
Speaker BThe same exit.
Speaker BI've done it.
Speaker CI've done it.
Speaker BOkay.
Speaker BFor real.
Speaker BOkay.
Speaker BWell, at least it's not just me, but that sure.
Speaker CIs stressful.
Speaker BFelt dumb.
Speaker BUh, and I was, like an hour and a half late.
Speaker BMaybe two hours.
Speaker BLet's see.
Speaker BNo, it was an hour and a half late to when I said I was gonna meet them and start, you know, prepping everyone for recording sessions and stuff, but ended up working out anyways.
Speaker BSo I will say I was very stressed.
Speaker BBut it worked out anyways because I got there and still there was so much time left before, like, the big thing.
Speaker BSo good.
Speaker BIt worked out, but it was stressful and I took the wrong turn a gazillion times.
Speaker CYeah.
Speaker CDo you think you took the second and third wrong turns because you were already stressed about the first one?
Speaker BOh, it's very possible, but honestly, I just.
Speaker BI don't understand the splits.
Speaker BLike, there's one part in Atlanta where it, like, it's three different highways and, like, one's going this way, one's going straight, one's going this way.
Speaker BBut then I feel like it's not very clear on which highway is which direction.
Speaker BAnd I just don't think that that is my fault.
Speaker BI think that whoever designed these highways are a idiot.
Speaker CThere it is.
Speaker BYou know, not taking blame is what I'm going to do.
Speaker BI'm going to not take blame for dumb highways.
Speaker BOh, dear.
Speaker CYeah, no, it's.
Speaker CIt's definitely a lot going on down there.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker BI'm glad I don't live out there, but yay, me.
Speaker BI get to do a lot of recording down there.
Speaker CDo you think that they'll ever come up and Record with you, or is it because you're doing people, like, interviewing people that work at the court, in.
Speaker BThe court system, when it's things like bail and trial and things like.
Speaker BOf course I'll be recording.
Speaker CYeah.
Speaker BIn court, but.
Speaker BYeah, that makes sense.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker COh, my goodness.
Speaker CThis is going to be so interesting.
Speaker BI know.
Speaker BIt's definitely going to be a long haul, though, so don't hold your breath.
Speaker BIt could be five years before everything is said and done and, you know, before everything can start getting pasted.
Speaker BSo.
Speaker CYeah, that's okay.
Speaker CThat's okay.
Speaker BBe a fun surprise.
Speaker CYou're in it for the long.
Speaker CYep, I like it.
Speaker BWhat?
Speaker BFailed.
Speaker BAll right.
Speaker COr was gonna say, you know who else is in it for the long haul?
Speaker CThat's what she said.
Speaker CNo, just kidding.
Speaker CI was trying to transfer it to our episode, so.
Speaker BHon, I have to do something.
Speaker BOkay.
Speaker BI feel like.
Speaker BOkay.
Speaker BI gotta tell you just real quick.
Speaker BSo Emilia, she created this joke, like, a few months ago, and she goes, you know what?
Speaker BSomeone can never name their kid Ben Dover because Ben over.
Speaker BOkay.
Speaker BAnd then Simon calls me today.
Speaker BHe goes, I cannot take this person seriously.
Speaker BHis name has been Dover.
Speaker BAnd I was like, no, shut up.
Speaker BAnd he was like.
Speaker BAnd I'm dead serious.
Speaker BThe guy's name is Benjamin Dover.
Speaker BHe goes by Ben Dover.
Speaker BAnd I was like, that is hilarious.
Speaker CThat's a joke that my dad used to say all the time.
Speaker BAre you serious?
Speaker AYep.
Speaker BI thought Amelia made it up.
Speaker BAnd I was like, who comes up with this?
Speaker BAnd then, sure enough, there's somewhere named Ben Dover.
Speaker CThat's surprising.
Speaker CI've actually never met one.
Speaker CI've only heard my dad, like, joke.
Speaker BAbout it, so that happened.
Speaker BBut anyways.
Speaker BWell, my brother's name is.
Speaker BOne of.
Speaker CMy brother's name is Ben.
Speaker AYes.
Speaker CLong haul.
Speaker BThe bent over long haul.
Speaker BNow we're getting into the episode, and we want to.
Speaker CBecause she's awesome.
Speaker BShe's amazing.
Speaker BShe's so funny.
Speaker BShe's fun to talk to.
Speaker CShe's easy to talk to, too.
Speaker BYeah, it's great.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker BBecause for me, sex talk has always been so uncomfortable and, like, embarrassing.
Speaker BAnd just, like, we started talking to her, like, shit just started coming out.
Speaker BAnd I was like, oh, okay.
Speaker CI guess she made it fun, but she also made it, like, it's not.
Speaker CYou don't you know how sometimes we talk about sex and we all start giggling for, like, children?
Speaker CBut it wasn't like that.
Speaker CShe made it, like, totally normal, and I love that.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker BBut she.
Speaker CYeah, she's pretty cool.
Speaker BSo much so if you guys saw on Facebook or Instagram, we have a Athena sex toy party with Lauren that you're about to meet on July 13th.
Speaker BWe will be doing it live and in person for anyone who wants to come join us at One Soul Studio.
Speaker BSo that's a perfect chance for you to come and tour the studio if you're nearby and would like to check out our friends at One Soul.
Speaker BBut then also join us live for the sex toy party.
Speaker BBut if you can't make it to Kennesaw and join us in the studio, then you can join virtually and it will be just as funny.
Speaker BLauren's great.
Speaker CSo, yes, join us for the sex party.
Speaker BYes.
Speaker BIt starts at.
Speaker BLet me.
Speaker BLet's see.
Speaker BIt starts.
Speaker BWe will be there doing behind the scenes starting at 7pm but you guys can join us live with Lauren starting at 8pm so get the kids to bed, get your choice of alcohol or non alcohol coffee, whatever.
Speaker BAnd let's be silly and talk about dildos.
Speaker BOr not.
Speaker CI'm actually really excited.
Speaker CLike, I need some good toys in my life.
Speaker AMe too.
Speaker CYeah.
Speaker BAll right.
Speaker BDo we want them to meet Lauren?
Speaker COf course we do.
Speaker CLauren, take it away.
Speaker CAll right, skirts up, squad.
Speaker CWe are so excited because today we have with us Lauren Goyet.
Speaker CShe is a.
Speaker CShe sells sex toys for the Athena's Home novelty company.
Speaker CAnd I hope I got that right.
Speaker BBut she doesn't just sell sex toys.
Speaker CNo, she's apparently like the top in the nation for the company, which is really exciting.
Speaker BBut not even that she's a sex therapist.
Speaker CWell, she's apparently since 2013, she's had.
Speaker CShe's been working in the field of sexual education, empowerment, and now she is on her way to becoming a sex therapist while working on your master's.
Speaker CIs that correct?
Speaker CAll right.
Speaker CIt was a long road.
Speaker CWe got there.
Speaker BSounds fancy.
Speaker BLet's get dirty.
Speaker AYes.
Speaker BWe're skirting on in.
Speaker CSo we're going to talk about a few things today, and I'm really excited.
Speaker CSo do you want to kind of.
Speaker BJust give us like a little introduction.
Speaker CIntroduction history about yourself?
Speaker BWhat got you started?
Speaker BAll the things.
Speaker ASo the things that got me started to become a certified sex relationship coach was, okay, I'm selling the tools, right?
Speaker AThe physical tool, the vibrators, the butt plugs, the rope, the blindfolds, all the things to enhance the romance.
Speaker ABut yet I noticed that that's not gonna fix everything, right?
Speaker ASometimes there's trust issues.
Speaker ASometimes there's a really hard time communicating, and sometimes what you don't know you don't know.
Speaker ASo you're like, oh, I don't know.
Speaker AWhy am I not good enough if you wanna bring a toy into the bedroom?
Speaker AAnd then I obviously, I love education.
Speaker AI love sex theories and.
Speaker AOh, I have all the books of all the famous sexologists.
Speaker AAnd it's absolutely interesting.
Speaker AThere's so much to always mo.
Speaker ALike, know more, can always learn more, and then you can implement what you learn.
Speaker AAnd sex gets so much more interesting and beautiful.
Speaker AIt's like, you know, kind of priming your palette in a way.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker BOh, wow.
Speaker BI can relate to.
Speaker BBut it's not about me today.
Speaker CWell, that's hilarious because I can relate to the other side where it's like there.
Speaker CSo I grew up in a very, you know, sheltered environment and there were things that I didn't know existed until my late 20s, if that.
Speaker CAnd I remember feeling really stupid sometimes and not wanting to ask.
Speaker CBut I think that that's when.
Speaker CWhy we have you today because.
Speaker BOkay, I do have a funny.
Speaker COh, tell me you're funny.
Speaker BOkay, so I'm giving birth to, like, baby number three.
Speaker BAnd so they're looking at, you know, the area.
Speaker BAnd I thought that the.
Speaker BThat the.
Speaker BThe tube thing, the catheter.
Speaker BI thought that where that goes and I thought that where you pee out of was the clitorius.
Speaker BI thought that that was the urethra.
Speaker BOh, really?
Speaker CInteresting.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker BSo the truth comes out.
Speaker CI did not learn the anatomy.
Speaker BAnatomy until baby number three.
Speaker CAnd that's fair.
Speaker CActually, that's a really good.
Speaker BI wonder if that's normal.
Speaker BIs that common?
Speaker AThat is very common.
Speaker CI do believe so.
Speaker AReally Thing that I actually love people to.
Speaker AI do an exercise.
Speaker AHere's the thing.
Speaker AHave you ever held a mirror down there to look at your vagina when I.
Speaker BWhen.
Speaker BWhen my uterus was falling out?
Speaker COh, yeah, I did because someone online told me I should.
Speaker AIt's like gorgeous.
Speaker AIt's just incredible.
Speaker AAnd it's even better because it will change colors the more that you're turned on because the blood rushes down there goes.
Speaker BReally?
Speaker CNo, I didn't do that.
Speaker AYes.
Speaker BOh, so we need to, like, watch the whole thing.
Speaker AYes.
Speaker AIf you can little Bring the mirror by the bedside.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker AOr the couch, wherever you are.
Speaker AI just.
Speaker AThe thing is this education wasn't t also in a penis.
Speaker AThe urethra and the ejaculatory canal are the same exact thing.
Speaker AIt's the same tube.
Speaker ASo it's understandably maybe something that made sense, you know, you would think.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker AClitoris is right above the Urethral tube.
Speaker BThat little bump.
Speaker AThat little bump.
Speaker AThat happy bump.
Speaker BAll right, well, now that we got my awkward.
Speaker BDidn't know what a clitorius was.
Speaker AThat is okay.
Speaker AAnd we all need somebody to talk to.
Speaker AAnd that's the thing.
Speaker AIf you don't have anybody to ask these questions to know that I can be that for you.
Speaker AI'm completely non judgmental and I have been that person for people for more than 15 years.
Speaker ASo please.
Speaker BThat's.
Speaker CThat's really.
Speaker BAre you in.
Speaker BAre you in a relationship?
Speaker AI am.
Speaker AI'm actually getting married in October.
Speaker CCongratulations.
Speaker BThank you.
Speaker AThanks.
Speaker BHow does the partner feel about what you do?
Speaker AHe loves it.
Speaker AHe.
Speaker AHe's proud of me and the fact that he gets free toys to test because I need reviews.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker AI don't own a penis.
Speaker AIf I did, I would never leave the house.
Speaker ABut that's what I said.
Speaker AI wish.
Speaker ARight?
Speaker ALike triathlons are fine.
Speaker AYou get like a little bit of that penis owning vibe, but not really.
Speaker BBut you can't really feel.
Speaker AHe.
Speaker AHe's really proud of me and I get to show him all these things I learned and we get to deepen our relationship as well.
Speaker AThe new things that I continue to learn.
Speaker AAnd yeah, it's pretty cool.
Speaker AWe always get to activate new heights of pleasure together.
Speaker ASo it's really nice.
Speaker CThat's really.
Speaker CThat's really cool.
Speaker CI wanted to ask her about.
Speaker CYou had mentioned earlier erotic energy.
Speaker CAnd I was wondering.
Speaker CI'm just going to put out my question.
Speaker CAre you saying that all of us have a different type of energy and we're trying to like tap in and figure out what ours is or what are you saying when you're talking about erotic energy and why is it important?
Speaker AWe are all made of energy, right?
Speaker ASexual energy is the most powerful.
Speaker AIt's the most creative.
Speaker AIt's what makes life.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker ASo you can actually use sexual energy to manifest.
Speaker AIt's called sex magic.
Speaker AVery cool.
Speaker AI have.
Speaker AI am probably going to release a video on like a step by step on how to do that.
Speaker AYou're basically circulating the sexual energy through all of the chakras at the top of your head and manifesting your dreams plus having really good orgasms at the same time.
Speaker ASo there's actually.
Speaker AWhen it comes to energy, it Energetic is actually one of five erotic blueprints.
Speaker ASo while all of you have energy and there's a way to exchange energy and be more conscious about it during sex, not everybody knows how to tap into it.
Speaker ABut if you're an energetic erotic blueprint Then you definitely know you like the look across the room, the teeth to, like, bring up the energy.
Speaker AYou like, like the really nice gazes.
Speaker AThe almost touched.
Speaker AYou want me to.
Speaker AYeah, the almost touch, Right.
Speaker ALike the lip over the lip.
Speaker ABut you don't.
Speaker CFor real?
Speaker CYeah.
Speaker ADo you want me to cover the five erotic blueprint?
Speaker CI actually do.
Speaker CI am really curious.
Speaker CLike.
Speaker BLike.
Speaker CYeah, tell us, because there's going to be all kinds of different women out here and men listening to the episode and.
Speaker BYeah, let's hear.
Speaker AAll right, so.
Speaker BSo the blueprint.
Speaker AThe five erotic blueprint was designed and created by Jaya.
Speaker AShe is a sexologist and author.
Speaker AThere's a fantastic book.
Speaker AIt's finding your erotic blueprint.
Speaker ASo there's five.
Speaker AUsually you'll have a primary and a secondary.
Speaker AYou may be two out of five in that pool.
Speaker ASo the first one would be sexual.
Speaker AThis is very genital focus, Right.
Speaker AWhether it's just really appreciative of the naked genitalia.
Speaker AStraight to the point, Right?
Speaker COkay.
Speaker ABooty, cheek, balls, anything.
Speaker AYou just.
Speaker AYou love the way the sexual organs look.
Speaker AYou love sex.
Speaker AYou like to watch the in and out.
Speaker AVery visually and sexual.
Speaker ARight?
Speaker COkay.
Speaker AThen we have sensual.
Speaker ASensual, you think would be, you know, a little bit slower, a little bit softer.
Speaker ABut I want you to think of the five senses.
Speaker ASo you may want to light a candle.
Speaker AYou have that sense.
Speaker AYou may want to hear dirty talk or you may want to put earplugs in so everything else feels more heightened.
Speaker AYou may want to see certain things, like a nice fuzzy pillow.
Speaker AYou may want to be in, like, a silky robe.
Speaker AYou may want warm, warm massage oil, like the soy candles that melt on the body.
Speaker AYou want to play with ice.
Speaker AYou know, you have a couple things with that, and it's more of like a soft, gentle touch versus like a bang on the ass.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker COkay.
Speaker AThen we have the energetic.
Speaker AAnd this is all about feeling more than actual penetration.
Speaker AYou can actually have an energetic orgasm without penetration, without touching.
Speaker AAnd with your clothes on, you can tap into all of the energy.
Speaker AIt's incredible.
Speaker ATell me.
Speaker CBut I have a question.
Speaker CAre you saying that everybody has access to be able to understand each of these five blueprints?
Speaker COr are you saying some people may just kind of relate to one?
Speaker ASome people may relate to one.
Speaker AAnd some people actually may be the fifth one, which was shape shifter.
Speaker ASo it can be all of them to suit the partner's need, their, you know, sexual partner's needs, so they can fit into all of it and tap in.
Speaker COkay, sorry I interrupted You.
Speaker CBecause you were about to tell us about energetic.
Speaker CAnd I'm really excited about this one.
Speaker ANo worries at all.
Speaker ASo energetic.
Speaker AWe like the build of anticipation, the tease across the room.
Speaker AYou can have mutual masturbation where you're not even touching each other.
Speaker AYou're just watching each other with the energy, too.
Speaker AIt's like you can feel more energy than some of the other blueprint.
Speaker AI've always been an energetic person.
Speaker AYou can feel the energy shift when you walk into a room.
Speaker AIf you're one of those people, you're most likely energetic.
Speaker AThere's a lot of cheesing that you can utilize with this energy.
Speaker AI have quartz on all of it as well.
Speaker ATry out and see which one may be for you.
Speaker AThe fourth one is chinky.
Speaker ASo, my friends, I'm going to ask you both to cross your leg.
Speaker COh, my leg is crossed.
Speaker BThey are crossed.
Speaker AAll right, now I'm going to have you listen to me, and I just want everybody to go ahead and focus on each of their faces and the.
Speaker BReactions that will happen after this on our faces.
Speaker COkay?
Speaker AGo ahead and put your both feet on the floor like a good girl.
Speaker CAh.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker ASo you may be kinky if you liked that being.
Speaker BWell, that.
Speaker AOkay, she's good.
Speaker AKate.
Speaker BYes, Simon does call me a good girl, and it does get me revved.
Speaker CYou've already got it.
Speaker ASee, I.
Speaker AI am.
Speaker AI am energetic and kinky.
Speaker AAll right.
Speaker AI'm also.
Speaker AI can be a little bit of everything.
Speaker ASo I'm pretty sure I'm a shape shifter, as I've had many partners and they're all into different things and it's always really good.
Speaker ASo.
Speaker AAnd the fact that you love that good girl, that's that psychologically kinky part.
Speaker AThen you have the word and like that.
Speaker AYou know, the little dominant.
Speaker AYeah, right.
Speaker AThat's the fun stuff.
Speaker AThen you have physically kinky with props, such as, okay, whips and stuff like that.
Speaker AYou want to get hit by a newspaper on a leash.
Speaker BSo those are two different.
Speaker AThe kinky is broken into two pieces.
Speaker APsychologically kinky with the good girl and stuff like that.
Speaker AAnd then physical item prop.
Speaker COkay.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker BOkay.
Speaker BOkay.
Speaker AAnd your last.
Speaker BSo, yeah, Yeah, I think.
Speaker BI think that's really funny.
Speaker BSo Simon and I kind of laugh.
Speaker BAnd so this is.
Speaker BAll right, listeners.
Speaker BYou're going to get really deep into our sex life.
Speaker BJust a little bit.
Speaker BI'll try and keep it a little tame.
Speaker BMom, tune out.
Speaker BSo we laugh because we keep finding new ways to get me off.
Speaker BAnd sometimes they are not even we could be kissing, and all of a sudden, oh, there she goes.
Speaker BAnd I could be sucking a dick, and then all of a sudden, oh, there she goes.
Speaker BAnd it's like, that's not normal.
Speaker BLike, when you look at the statistics, you see that, like, they all say that most women need an only orgasm from, like, clitorial stimulation.
Speaker BAnd so I'm like, oh, I'm the oddball over here.
Speaker BJust squirting away.
Speaker BLike, just, we need water sheets.
Speaker BLike it's.
Speaker BIt's a whole thing.
Speaker BAnd that's another controversial thing.
Speaker CThat's a question I have.
Speaker CThen you raise a really important question.
Speaker CLike, is that really a statistic or is that more of a.
Speaker AAre a misnomer with the being able to have an orgasm without being touched by the clitoris?
Speaker CThe opposite.
Speaker CLike, she was saying that most people need to have that clitoral stimulation.
Speaker BIf you Google it, that's what you see.
Speaker CBut I feel like that could be kind of a stereotype almost, because I'm.
Speaker CI don't fit with that.
Speaker BI don't.
Speaker CYeah.
Speaker CAnd I'm wondering how many more people don't exactly.
Speaker AProbably about 20 to 30% of vulva owners don't need to be touched.
Speaker ASo 70 to 80%.
Speaker AThese have been studies over the years.
Speaker A70 to 80% of vulva owners need direct clitoral stimulation.
Speaker AThe clitoral 10,000 nerve ending is there for no other purpose except pleasure.
Speaker ASo please, everybody, DJ click.
Speaker AOkay?
Speaker APlease touch.
Speaker AIt's only different.
Speaker BThat goes back into my wooka wooka.
Speaker AYeah, like, perfect, right?
Speaker AIt's always popping 10am I'm just sitting on the bathroom.
Speaker ARight?
Speaker ASo you just fall into the 20 to 30% that are able to have a different type of orgasm, which is in those nine types of orgasms.
Speaker BOkay, So I feel like with that being said, that that would mean that the majority of our listeners could be like, you.
Speaker BLike, what about me?
Speaker AThey could, but I.
Speaker AThey probably won't.
Speaker CThey're not.
Speaker CThat mean we have nice listeners.
Speaker BI'm sorry, have you had an orgasm?
Speaker BBecause, like, I knew that other people were having orgasms, and I'm just sitting here like, what is this?
Speaker BLike, I'd be pissed.
Speaker BLike, I want what you have.
Speaker AIt is really uncertain why some people are able to have an orgasm with kissing, an orgasm with just nipple stimulation, an orgasm by just giving oral to somebody.
Speaker AAnd you're not even being touched.
Speaker AYou are just in a different wavelength of sexual energy through your body.
Speaker ASo maybe you already have more sexual energy flowing at the will for you to Grab and have an orgasm.
Speaker AAlso, you could have the more really in tune feel with your partner.
Speaker AYou can be super turned on.
Speaker ANot every, you know, as long as we, you know, can feel pleasure, that.
Speaker AThat's pretty important.
Speaker AHowever you get there, the journey is going to be different for everybody.
Speaker BRight, so what is the importance of these blueprints?
Speaker AThe importance of the blueprints is to tap into higher pleasure.
Speaker AAll right, so there's pros and cons of each.
Speaker ABut if you are, for example, a sexual blueprint, right.
Speaker AYou love to just see sex.
Speaker AYou can, you know, implement new types of porn, right.
Speaker AGet a giant tv, do it up right.
Speaker AYou could go to sex clubs and watch others.
Speaker AYou could have your partner tape it, videotape it.
Speaker AThat way you can watch it later.
Speaker AYou could get into new positions where you're able to view it better.
Speaker AMaybe get a mirror.
Speaker AYou know, so there's new ways to just like make it even better.
Speaker CRight.
Speaker AEssential where you're adding in utilizing the five senses.
Speaker AThere's a lot of new things you can feel.
Speaker AThere's also items that actually.
Speaker AIt's an electromagnetic wand.
Speaker BWe have one of those.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AYes.
Speaker BI don't like it personally, but Simon loves it.
Speaker BAnd it goes all over.
Speaker CLike.
Speaker CWhat is it, like an electro wand?
Speaker AYep.
Speaker CI don't know what that is.
Speaker CIt's it like it like electrocutes you.
Speaker BYeah, yeah.
Speaker BLike you stick your finger in a socket.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker ALike lightly.
Speaker ASo if you were somebody who like to stick your tongue on the battery, like the D battery.
Speaker ARight?
Speaker AA little square battery.
Speaker AIf you're somebody.
Speaker COkay, got you.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AYou like to play that game where you put your finger into like this little.
Speaker AActually have it somewhere about over here.
Speaker AYou put your fingers into these little electrodes machine.
Speaker AYou hit the button and it will go around.
Speaker ASo it'll shock who's ever with you.
Speaker ABut it just doesn't want like nine of them.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker CAnd okay.
Speaker ABut when it does, you.
Speaker AAnd sometimes you can have an orgasm.
Speaker ASo I had an orgasm while playing this game with our hands stuck in their little fingers.
Speaker CThat is so cool.
Speaker BOh, my God.
Speaker ADifferent frequency of turn on.
Speaker ASo there's new way, new things to bring in.
Speaker ALike you don't have to go out and buy like a shit ton of batteries so you can lick them all at the same time.
Speaker ABut there's ways to enhance your experience with each of these blueprints, which is so beautiful because some people are untouched.
Speaker ALike they've never had an energetic orgasm before.
Speaker AThey didn't know what it was.
Speaker AThey Thought they were just one.
Speaker ABut realize that there's a whole buffet of new things to try that they didn't know would turn them on.
Speaker ABut that will because it falls under the different types of play.
Speaker BSo does the blueprint come in when you're in a pretty happy, satisfied relationship but you just want to try something new and take it to a next level?
Speaker BOr is this like, hey, we're not enjoying sex.
Speaker BMaybe we should focus more on the blueprint styles and see where we fall.
Speaker BOoh.
Speaker CAnd what about those who aren't in a relationship?
Speaker CCan they still utilize it?
Speaker AAbsolutely.
Speaker ASo, for example, with the sexual.
Speaker AThe need to.
Speaker AYou love to see genitals.
Speaker AThose who masturbate in front of a mirror.
Speaker AVery fun.
Speaker COkay.
Speaker AVery fun.
Speaker COkay.
Speaker AYou can, like, try to make sure your neighbors watch.
Speaker AAnd I get real weird.
Speaker AI'm just kidding.
Speaker BI.
Speaker BI mean, put me against a window.
Speaker BA skyscraper.
Speaker BLike, let's go.
Speaker CI believe that.
Speaker ASo in a way, it is there to enhance a relationship that you're already having sex and that you may not be satisfied with.
Speaker ABut it's okay there to enhance your relationship by yourself.
Speaker AEspecially if, you know, you're in a celibacy period and you're just trying to figure out what really feels sexually authentic to you which is a lifetime journey sometimes too.
Speaker AThere's always more to learn and more to experience.
Speaker ASo it is for those who are completely unsatisfied with their sex lives and for those who want to enhance it.
Speaker ASo you find out which blueprint they are.
Speaker AThey try different things to figure it out.
Speaker AAnd then you add onto it.
Speaker AYou layer it up with all the juiciness for those blueprint styles and they can kind of, like, draw down what they like.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker BAll right.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker BAre you a friends fan?
Speaker AWhat do you mean?
Speaker AOh, like the show?
Speaker AYeah, like Phoebe.
Speaker APhoebe's my favorite.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker CShe'S great.
Speaker BSo this is our.
Speaker BWhen we came into this conversation, I was cracking up because one of the episodes where Monica is teaching Chandler about the arachnidones.
Speaker BAnd then she's like, seven.
Speaker BSeven, seven.
Speaker AOkay, very well.
Speaker BYeah, I'm sure you do.
Speaker BHow many zones are there?
Speaker BAnd then answer that first erosion of.
Speaker AZones are going to vary from person to person.
Speaker BOh, so not everyone has the same amount?
Speaker ANo, no.
Speaker BOh.
Speaker AWhat could be sexy for one person?
Speaker ALike, okay, you know, lick my middle toe, Right?
Speaker AThat could be erogenous zone for somebody.
Speaker AIt's not for myself.
Speaker AIt could be, you know, lick my ear.
Speaker AI will actually want to hit somebody.
Speaker ADon't come near my ears.
Speaker ADon't blow air in my ears.
Speaker ABut then some people will like to have their ear licked and, like, nibbled like a little kitty.
Speaker AThat's my partner.
Speaker AIt's weird, but I think it's hilarious.
Speaker ASo he's like.
Speaker AIt's wicked cute.
Speaker ASome people have the small.
Speaker AThe back.
Speaker ASome people love like a, you know, a nice tongue right up the spine.
Speaker BSo isn't this just like a kink?
Speaker BLike it.
Speaker AErogenous zones?
Speaker AIt could be kinky.
Speaker AIt could be based on kink, too.
Speaker ALike, what you're into.
Speaker AAbsolutely.
Speaker AI'm gonna actually do some serious research after this to see if there's, like, an amount that everybody may have.
Speaker BI'm interesting that.
Speaker BOkay, so I asked a question that we will later learn an answer to.
Speaker BLook at me.
Speaker BBoom.
Speaker BPretty cool.
Speaker BWe all learning.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker ATell me one of your erogenous sounds.
Speaker AWould you like to share?
Speaker BI.
Speaker BI mean, I guess.
Speaker BOkay, so you're.
Speaker BWhat I am hearing is that basically.
Speaker BHow do I want to word this?
Speaker BOkay.
Speaker BIn the sexual experiences that Simon and I have been dabbling in, what I'm learning is that anything can be a kink.
Speaker BWhat you're describing is kind of what I'm.
Speaker BIt's kind of just what it sounds like to me.
Speaker BLike.
Speaker BLike one person that we talk to has this kink is what I.
Speaker BI feel like it's called where it's called, like, a nursing kink.
Speaker BBut that sounds like that just means they might have, like, an oral fixation.
Speaker BFixation, which would be an irregnance.
Speaker BHow do you say it?
Speaker CErogenous zone.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker CIs it.
Speaker AThat would definitely fall into kinky.
Speaker CYeah.
Speaker AErogenous zones are usually, from what I know.
Speaker ASo I was usually like, okay, I love it when they kiss my neck.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker AOr kiss that around my collarbone or the, you know, nipples.
Speaker ACould be one.
Speaker AThe inner arm.
Speaker ACould be one.
Speaker AThe back of the leg.
Speaker AThe inner thighs right above the waistline of your pants.
Speaker AEverybody has different zones, but when we talk about oral, that is a kink.
Speaker AThat is.
Speaker BGotcha.
Speaker AWhat?
Speaker AThat is sexually something that you like in your.
Speaker AOn your sex menu.
Speaker AAnd oral, you know, is probably a sure way to turn you on.
Speaker ASo they go for that so that maybe, you know, that they.
Speaker BOkay.
Speaker AI like.
Speaker BNow we're learning all the things, and I love it.
Speaker AOne.
Speaker BOkay.
Speaker BSo I guess that makes me think of body mapping.
Speaker BAnd so maybe that's just something that we should all do with our partner or ourself is to learn those zones by a body mapping.
Speaker AI actually just Released a podcast episode on my podcast, Desire Dialogues about pleasure mapping yesterday.
Speaker ASo look how that worked.
Speaker BThat worked out.
Speaker AWow.
Speaker BAll right, I'll link that.
Speaker APerfect.
Speaker BWe will link that.
Speaker AIt's really.
Speaker AYeah, yeah.
Speaker ATo know what you and what your partner, you know, like right now.
Speaker ABecause it could change from seven years ago.
Speaker AI think our sexual tastes change with every seven years.
Speaker AJust like your taste buds change.
Speaker BYeah, I'd agree with that.
Speaker CDoes so body mapping.
Speaker CLike, is there like any kind of like a.
Speaker CA handbook to it?
Speaker BI think that's what she's released.
Speaker BRight.
Speaker AIt's a walked through, talked through guide.
Speaker AAnd I can absolutely make a workbook that we can link right to it just for your list.
Speaker CVery cool.
Speaker BDo you talk in a seductive voice as you're like, walking through the map?
Speaker AI talk just like this.
Speaker ASo, yeah, she's seductive.
Speaker BShe is seductive.
Speaker AI don't mean.
Speaker AYeah, I know.
Speaker CI'm just teasing you.
Speaker A20 years of smoking.
Speaker BNewport.
Speaker ASo this is where we sound now, and it works for me.
Speaker BI think the smoking voice is the end game.
Speaker CHey, if you can get something from it, do it.
Speaker BOne of the things that you kind of blew my mind about, because I just can't.
Speaker BI can't figure it out on my own.
Speaker BSo I need you to help help us out.
Speaker BNine types of orgasms.
Speaker AYes.
Speaker BLike, what is that?
Speaker BWho?
Speaker BI can think of like, maybe three.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AWhich ones do you have in mind?
Speaker BOkay, well, obviously there's the clitorial.
Speaker BThere's the G.
Speaker BAnd I mean, I know people can like nipple.
Speaker BYeah, I can't, but so then I guess that's really the only thing I can kind of think of.
Speaker CI don't really know.
Speaker AAll right, so you have three of nine.
Speaker AI just checked them off.
Speaker ALet's go through them.
Speaker AAll right.
Speaker BOkay.
Speaker AA nipple orgasm is not going to be dedicated to one gender or the other.
Speaker AEach nipple and areola just one has 800 nerve endings.
Speaker ANo matter.
Speaker COh, wow.
Speaker ARight?
Speaker BI don't think I have any.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker BIs that normal?
Speaker ANo, it is, actually for those who have had nipple piercing or who have breastfed, sometimes the sensation can be decreased after that.
Speaker AAh, okay.
Speaker ASo you're okay.
Speaker AIt's okay.
Speaker AIt's normal.
Speaker AIt definitely happens.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker AAnd then we have the clitoral orgasm.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker A70 to 80% of vulva owners require direct stimulation.
Speaker ASo definitely bring in a handy dandy little vibe to make this year.
Speaker ASo you have more hands for other things.
Speaker ARight?
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker BI'm so glad that you brought that up, because that's one of the toys that you see, like, in all the stores and stuff.
Speaker BAnd I always stare at it.
Speaker BI'm like, what the does that do?
Speaker BDoes that go inside of you?
Speaker BLike, what are you supposed to do with it?
Speaker AIsaac do?
Speaker CNo.
Speaker AI love great questions.
Speaker AThis is going to be just a little vibe that will have 11 different functions, which is going to be like, low, medium, high.
Speaker AHoly.
Speaker AHere, kitty, kitty, kitty, kitty.
Speaker BWe're here.
Speaker AJust kidding.
Speaker AAnd that's like Michael Buble, all different one.
Speaker ABut this is easily.
Speaker AYou know, you can utilize this in doggy style.
Speaker AYou can utilize this missionary.
Speaker AYou can utilize this, actually.
Speaker AYou ready to have your mind blown?
Speaker AAnything that goes underneath your chin, on your cheek or onto your throat.
Speaker ALet me turn it on so you can hear my voice change.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AOnto your throat.
Speaker ANow turns your mouth into a human vibrator.
Speaker AAll right, so now my tongue vibrator.
Speaker CThat's pretty cool.
Speaker AWhen it's under my chin, my tongue can vibrate.
Speaker AAnd if you want your partner to, like, absolutely.
Speaker AJust pound your cheek, for some reason, my partner looks like put his dick between my teeth and my cheek, and I have no idea why.
Speaker AI'm like, dude, you don't even have much room.
Speaker ASo I shipped this here, and you're like, oh, I'm done.
Speaker AI'm like, nice, Nice.
Speaker ASo this is called come a little closer.
Speaker AAnd you can utilize any type of play.
Speaker AYou can enhance oral for whatever sex is going on.
Speaker AYou can go ahead and put this right behind the testicles and the anus.
Speaker AIt's.
Speaker AI call it the nacho.
Speaker ASo it's not your balls, not your asshole.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker AThe ABC asphalt connector.
Speaker AAnd you can stimulate the prostate gland externally on that stretch of skin called the perineum.
Speaker BSo this isn't just a female.
Speaker COh, no.
Speaker AVibration feels good for everybody.
Speaker ARight?
Speaker ASo just, like, the nipples have the same amount.
Speaker AYou can absolutely maybe bring in a vibrator to see if you can get some more stimulation to the nipple.
Speaker BLove it.
Speaker AOkay, clitoris is two.
Speaker AYou're going to have a G area, G spot area like we spoke about.
Speaker ANow, the G spot area is about 1 to 3 inches inside on the front anterior, which is the front wall.
Speaker ARight on the other side of the clitoris.
Speaker AActually, it's on the front wall of the vagina.
Speaker AAll right.
Speaker AThe way to activate this is with a toy that actually will have the curve in it already.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AA lot of the internal toys, you're going to have this curve because it's more of like a, you know, like, pirate hook that.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker ASo a lot of times Penetration doesn't get that unless you have certain positions.
Speaker AI have a position playbook episode as well too, Bridges.
Speaker AOh, fine.
Speaker ABut it's really about those fingers, like the come hither motion.
Speaker ASo for anybody who has not experienced the G spot orgasm, you are not broken.
Speaker APlease don't do that.
Speaker AThe thing is, the G spot actually needs about 20 to 30 minutes to actually have the blood rush to this area for it to be enlarged.
Speaker ASo it's like, it gets bigger.
Speaker AIt's like, bitch, don't miss me.
Speaker ARight?
Speaker ABut it also is gonna quick little trick that you can figure out what it feels like.
Speaker AIt may feel like the top of your mouth and it has a bunch of ridges and the rest of the vaginal tissue is gonna feel like the inside of your cheek.
Speaker AAll right?
Speaker ASo it's gonna feel like the external piece of like a walnut.
Speaker APut pressure on that bad boy.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker ABack and forth really fast or in and out really fast.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker ALike a really fast come hither.
Speaker AAnd a G spot area orgasm can sometimes feel like an orgasm.
Speaker AAnd it can sometimes feel like just a relief.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AAnd it can and cannot be paired with squirting, AKA female ejaculation, which is where those amazing absorbent blankets come into play.
Speaker AWe sell them.
Speaker AThey're called a sex you throw blanket.
Speaker AVery fun.
Speaker BBeautiful.
Speaker BI'll never laugh out because we keep going through these damn sheets.
Speaker COh, what is that?
Speaker AIt is an absorbent plush throw blanket.
Speaker COkay.
Speaker AOurs.
Speaker AMine has lasted me five years.
Speaker AIt is machine washable.
Speaker AThey say not to dry it, but I do anyways because I'm like a broken sprinkler system.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker AAnd if you're worried about that, you may get the.
Speaker AOh, I feel like I gotta pee.
Speaker AWhat happens is you go to the bathroom, you go to try to pee, and nothing's happening.
Speaker AYou just chipped yourself out.
Speaker AOf a G spot orgasm, it's really mind over matter.
Speaker AOnce you have your first, it's going to be so much easier.
Speaker BIt doesn't stop.
Speaker AIt doesn't stop.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AThe neural pathways know that it's possible and you know exactly what to do to get there.
Speaker AAnd with the blanket, you have that worry gone about, oh, my gosh, I have to change the sheets.
Speaker AI don't want to make a mess.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker BI don't want to sleep in this.
Speaker BThe mattress is ruined.
Speaker CYeah.
Speaker CI usually will lay down a towel or something.
Speaker CYeah.
Speaker BBecause I don't want to.
Speaker CI want to go to bed after when I'm done.
Speaker AAbsolutely.
Speaker BAnd the thing clean, then dirty.
Speaker AAnd if you've Been going through them fast.
Speaker ALet's just.
Speaker AWe'll talk about after, about the quality.
Speaker AAnd I can send you a link and give you my discount.
Speaker AWe'll get you one that you feel really good about.
Speaker ANever go.
Speaker BWe're going to be bff.
Speaker AI got you.
Speaker AI got you.
Speaker ALike, let's make life so much more comfortable.
Speaker ALife and sex is so messy.
Speaker ALet's have things to make it even more enjoyable.
Speaker AYou don't have to worry about one more thing.
Speaker ARight?
Speaker BAll right.
Speaker CAwesome.
Speaker AThere's your juice bar.
Speaker BSo we good?
Speaker AAll right.
Speaker BOkay.
Speaker AThen we have a.
Speaker AA vaginal orgasm, which is actually the first third of the vagina.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AIf you've ever had sex with a penis owner and they like to do this weird helicopter move.
Speaker AI don't know, I'm like, where are we going?
Speaker ACan you just, like, hover right there?
Speaker AActually, this is really cool.
Speaker AThe first third of the vagina is covered in the most nerve ending.
Speaker AAll right.
Speaker ASo the.
Speaker AAlso, that's the fun thing too, with the clitoris.
Speaker AThink of the clitoris like a wishbone, right?
Speaker AYou have the critters here.
Speaker AYou like a little.
Speaker AWhat you can see outside.
Speaker ALike the little pee.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker ASometimes it's like a green pea size.
Speaker ASometimes it's bigger.
Speaker AAnd the clitoris runs down both sides on the inside.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker COkay.
Speaker AYou don't see it.
Speaker ASo it's running down the vaginal lips.
Speaker AAll right.
Speaker AAnd it's running down the inside of the legs.
Speaker AThat's when you have a clitoral orgasm.
Speaker ASometimes your leg will twitch a little bit.
Speaker ALike a dog.
Speaker AThey donated it.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker ASo the clitoris wraps around both sides of the vaginal canal.
Speaker COkay, I didn't realize that.
Speaker BSo that's like when, like they're just like kind of slapping you with it.
Speaker BAnd they're like.
Speaker BThat's like what that is.
Speaker AIt can be a slap because you got the clitoris on the vulva, which is your external lips and stuff.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker AAnd then just the first, like, just the tip, right?
Speaker CYeah, that's the part.
Speaker AYeah, it hits the sides of the clitoris.
Speaker AThe clitoris lick.
Speaker BThat's where I was thinking, okay, I'm excited.
Speaker BSo this means I'm checking all the boxes so far.
Speaker BMine is nipple.
Speaker AYeah, you are.
Speaker AExcuse the language.
Speaker ASorry.
Speaker BNo, I like it.
Speaker CAll right.
Speaker BSomeone is as dirty as me.
Speaker AWe got this.
Speaker AWe got this.
Speaker AAll right, so we covered you thought.
Speaker AAll right, now, oral orgasm.
Speaker AAll right.
Speaker AThis means you can have an orgasm just from someone performing oral or have an orgasm just from performing oral.
Speaker ASo, like you said before.
Speaker COkay, got you.
Speaker COkay.
Speaker BKeep it ongoing.
Speaker ANow let's talk about cervical.
Speaker ASo cervical, I know when you think of pap smears and stuff, right?
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker ASo the cervix is most, most easily found obviously deeper in.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker ABut the cervical orgasm was more easily attained after you already have a clitoral orgasm or a G spot area orgasm or a vaginal orgasm because more blood rush down to that area.
Speaker CKind of need to prime the pump.
Speaker AYeah, you prime up.
Speaker AYou prime up.
Speaker ASo cervical orgasm is absolutely one of those.
Speaker COkay.
Speaker AAnd then run away anal.
Speaker AAll right.
Speaker AMy listeners whose booty hole just clenched up, you're like, oh my gosh.
Speaker ANo, here's the deal, friend.
Speaker A14,000 nerve endings in the anus.
Speaker AOkay?
Speaker CWow.
Speaker AAnd this is not something that you're like, okay, no prep, get it in, let's go.
Speaker ALike, woo.
Speaker AYou know it doesn't work that way, Right?
Speaker BRight.
Speaker BThat's a nice ass right there.
Speaker ASo little by little, right?
Speaker AThis is an area that wants to be cheesed.
Speaker AAnybody heard of rimming?
Speaker CYeah.
Speaker BOkay.
Speaker ASo an anal orgasm can be achieved from rimming.
Speaker AJust rimming.
Speaker ADefinitely get a, like a nice tongue with some flavor lube or a vibrating play.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AAnd then once it will actually wing.
Speaker AThat's not a myth.
Speaker AIt will actually wink when it's ready.
Speaker ABecause this is going to now be more relaxed.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AThe lube.
Speaker ADo not use water based lube.
Speaker AIt's not going to work.
Speaker AIt's not going to stay.
Speaker AYou need a silicone based lube.
Speaker AEither a hybrid lube or just a silicone.
Speaker ABecause this is a different type of muscle tissue and mucous membranes.
Speaker ASo in.
Speaker AAnd it holds at the neck.
Speaker AAll right.
Speaker AIt gives you this fulfilled feeling.
Speaker ASo you can achieve anal with just rimming.
Speaker AJust a pinky.
Speaker AJust a finger with a toy or with a penis or a dildo.
Speaker AAll right.
Speaker AAnd it is process the two things I hear people say, I am worried it's going to hurt.
Speaker ABut really you're actually worried that you're going to poop on a dick.
Speaker AAnd it's not going to really happen unless you add Taco Bell or Chipotle.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker ASo we won't go too much farther into that, but that is anal.
Speaker AAnd if you've never tried anything, I highly recommend you get a small vibrating butt plug and you explore on your own.
Speaker AThat way you can feel more confident to share what you want.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker AIt's time for a partner partner play.
Speaker BRight?
Speaker BI can sort from that too.
Speaker AYes, many can.
Speaker AGood for you.
Speaker AKudos.
Speaker BHigh five.
Speaker ALove It.
Speaker ABecause here's the thing, you can reach the G spot on the other side when you're having anal.
Speaker AThere's nine sheets of paper of a width between the anal and the vaginal canal.
Speaker ANine sheets of paper.
Speaker ASo if you get that right angle, that's like nothing.
Speaker AIt's nothing.
Speaker ANo.
Speaker ASo when you have a vibrating booty plug and then you have a penis inside the vagina, they can feel the vibration.
Speaker AIt's incredible.
Speaker AOh, wow.
Speaker AThe penis that has refreshed you.
Speaker BI just broke your pen and line.
Speaker ARight up on that.
Speaker COh, yeah, he's getting.
Speaker BI'm sitting here twitching like, tell me more.
Speaker AI got you.
Speaker AI got you.
Speaker AAbsolutely.
Speaker AAll right.
Speaker AAnd then we have, we have nine is.
Speaker ANo, well, hold on.
Speaker ANumber five.
Speaker AI'll touch on.
Speaker AFive is blended.
Speaker ASo this is when you have one or more at the same time.
Speaker ASo when you're having an anal orgasm and a few spot orgasm and a clitoral orgasm, you are good.
Speaker AYou're in bliss.
Speaker AAnd someone just needs to bring you a sandwich, right?
Speaker CYeah.
Speaker AWe need a nap.
Speaker BAll right, my go to is chocolate.
Speaker AYes.
Speaker BAfter that, like intense.
Speaker BIntense.
Speaker BI'm like, all right, don't touch me.
Speaker BJust put chocolate over chocolate.
Speaker AThe last but not least is the energy orgasm.
Speaker AAnd here's the deal.
Speaker AThe way that you said that you're able to have an orgasm just from kissing, okay.
Speaker AThere is like a list of 24 different types.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker ABut these are the main nine that I've seen and I talk about on the daily.
Speaker BOh, wow.
Speaker CThere's more than the nine.
Speaker AThere is.
Speaker APeople can get really like creative.
Speaker ASo it depends on what source and references that are listed there.
Speaker ABut energetic is one of them.
Speaker ASo when the energy is high and you're just kissing and you're so turned on, that's an energy orgasm, right?
Speaker AYou don't even have to be penetrated.
Speaker AThat's an energy orgasm.
Speaker BI love this.
Speaker AKissing and touching outside the clothes, not even on the genitals.
Speaker AThat's an energy orgasm.
Speaker AIf you're just giving fellatio s and the D, that's an energy orgasm.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker ASo you're not even being taught in the genitals.
Speaker AIt is a full blown, like imagination.
Speaker AThe sex energy is just all throughout your body.
Speaker AYou're just so turned on it.
Speaker AYou don't even have to be touched.
Speaker AThat's energetic.
Speaker COkay.
Speaker BLove this.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker ASo those are your nine, my friend.
Speaker ALet me recap real quick.
Speaker ANipple, anal, cervical, clitoral, blended, vaginal, G spot, oral and energy.
Speaker COkay, seven, seven.
Speaker AOn my list.
Speaker AIs G spot.
Speaker ASo, Monica.
Speaker BSo Melissa came to me a couple more than a couple weeks ago at this point, and she had someone come to her with a specific sexual question and said, we need to get an expert on to answer this for us.
Speaker BYou sure did.
Speaker AFuck.
Speaker CWhat was it?
Speaker BSo we have.
Speaker BThis is not uncommon.
Speaker BSo it's actually not even that crazy.
Speaker BBut we have a lady that's older than 60.
Speaker CYeah.
Speaker BAnd she wants to know.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker BShe wants to know how can someone later in age still enjoy sex?
Speaker CWell, actually, she wanted us to do a whole episode on.
Speaker CShe is awesome.
Speaker CShe shared with me, like a website where she gets her toys and all that.
Speaker CAnd she's like, I want people to know that you're not dead after 70.
Speaker CYeah.
Speaker BOh, 70.
Speaker BOkay.
Speaker BOkay.
Speaker CSo she did want to hear a little bit, like, what do you say?
Speaker CLike, sex after 70, is it that different?
Speaker AIt's not.
Speaker AYou just get more creative about how to make it more comfortable for you.
Speaker AThis is where sex things, sex swings come into play.
Speaker ATension on the joints.
Speaker AThis is where an elevation pillow comes into play.
Speaker ASell both of them.
Speaker AMy parents have both of them.
Speaker AThey've been together.
Speaker AOh, my gosh.
Speaker AThey've been together for like 38 years.
Speaker AAnd I, when I moved out, I took my boxing bag down.
Speaker AI said, guys, you get this nice eye.
Speaker ALook here.
Speaker AYou can put a sex swing.
Speaker AThey're like, do you get us one?
Speaker AI'm like, I can.
Speaker AIt's easier on the joints.
Speaker ASo they.
Speaker CI didn't know that.
Speaker CYes.
Speaker BYeah, I guess I wouldn't have thought about that.
Speaker BFor older sex, I.
Speaker BNot older sex, but geriatric sex.
Speaker BNo, wait.
Speaker BWhat's more appropriate?
Speaker ASo the thing is too, it's a matter of what's going to make it better for you as you get older.
Speaker AThe vaginal tissue is going to change.
Speaker ASo whether people choose to do an estrogen replacement therapy, just an estrogen cream, I highly recommend it for anybody.
Speaker AIncredible research on it.
Speaker AThat is very beneficial.
Speaker AAll you're doing is replacing what your body's already made all the way up until then when it stops.
Speaker COkay.
Speaker ASo when it comes to okay, perimenopause, menopause and post menopause, the vaginal tissue is actually changing.
Speaker AIt's thinning and it's drying.
Speaker ASo lube is everything.
Speaker AAll right.
Speaker ALube is always everything.
Speaker ABut the type of lube is going to change with your body as you go.
Speaker AAnd that's really important.
Speaker CPlease tell.
Speaker AWe have a water based lube.
Speaker AIf you have a water based lube, you need Water to actually activate it.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AIt actually dries up if there's no water.
Speaker AThat's why water based in the anus doesn't work.
Speaker AIt just goes away.
Speaker CInteresting.
Speaker CI did not.
Speaker CYou would never think that they say.
Speaker BThat like your toys have to be compatible with your lube and then y.
Speaker AAll right, I got you.
Speaker AGreat question too.
Speaker ABecause you cannot use a hundred percent silicone lube with silicone toys.
Speaker AIt will really.
Speaker AThey melt into each other first off.
Speaker BAnd when they touch each other, they melt.
Speaker BWe learn the hard way over and over and over again.
Speaker ASo I definitely.
Speaker CSo did you learn the first 10 times?
Speaker CJust kidding.
Speaker ANo.
Speaker AMaybe on the 11th.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker CDid you have fun?
Speaker BDid you have fun?
Speaker CThat's all that matters.
Speaker ANow put your toys to bed separately.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker AThey don't sleep well together.
Speaker APut your toys to bed properly.
Speaker ATube sock, Ziploc bag or our storage free velvet.
Speaker AOur storage velvet bag.
Speaker ASo it's lint free.
Speaker AYou can put your cords in there because they're all us rechargeable now.
Speaker ASo you can just keep them separate.
Speaker ADo the best you can.
Speaker AThings happen.
Speaker ABut the lube is everything.
Speaker ASo 100 silicone lube is for anal intercourse only.
Speaker ADon't use it with your toys.
Speaker ADon't use it for anything like that.
Speaker AI personally don't sell the 100% silicone lube.
Speaker AI don't like it.
Speaker AThere's alternatives.
Speaker AWe have a very light grade silicone.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AThat actually made in Norway, which is fantastic.
Speaker AIt's called Natural Earth Incredible organic vegan lube.
Speaker AIt's made with shiitake mushrooms.
Speaker ASo this lube.
Speaker AYeah, this lube can actually.
Speaker AIt's.
Speaker AIt's given out to cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy that experience extreme vaginal dryness now because there's vitamin E in it too.
Speaker ASo this is great for menopausal.
Speaker AThis is also great for anal as well because it has enough of that silicone for a long lasting feel.
Speaker AIt feels like velvet.
Speaker AIt's wild.
Speaker AThen we have for those who are a little bit older and your vagina isn't making the natural lubrication or if you're on SSRI like a lot of America.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker CBut yeah, or depression, anxiety.
Speaker AYeah, depression, anxiety.
Speaker AAlso any sort of mucous membrane, like allergy medication, it doesn't just dry out.
Speaker AThis orifice is going to dry all that.
Speaker AOrifice.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AOh, interesting membrane.
Speaker ASo you can utilize a hybrid lubrication in these cases.
Speaker AAll right.
Speaker AIt's like 3 to 5% silicone and the rest is water based.
Speaker ASafe daily for vaginal Use and it's going to be thick enough for anal use.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker AAnd safe for your toys.
Speaker AAll right.
Speaker ANo.
Speaker ASilicone with the toys is 100% silicone.
Speaker ALoop is a no go for your silicone toys.
Speaker AThat's it.
Speaker AIf you have a small amount of silicone, you're good to go.
Speaker ASo I have an incredible hybrid lubricant that I love.
Speaker AIt's called Pussy Willow, and it's made from that same company.
Speaker CThat's such a sweet name.
Speaker ASo our water base from that company is made with plant cellulose, and the silicone is made with shiitake mushrooms.
Speaker ASo they're all incredible ingredients.
Speaker BThese kind of sound edible.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AThey don't taste like anything.
Speaker AThey don't smell like anything.
Speaker AAnd it's okay if your dog gets in it and drinks a whole bottle of lube?
Speaker AYeah, they're fine.
Speaker COkay.
Speaker BShit happens.
Speaker AIt's bad, but it happens.
Speaker CShiitake happens.
Speaker AHappen.
Speaker ALube is everything.
Speaker AAnd I.
Speaker AI hope that if anybody has any lube questions, I'm here for it.
Speaker AWe'll find the right lube for your body.
Speaker AThat's the thing.
Speaker ABecause the body can change with whatever's going on.
Speaker AMedical conditions, medications, and the stage your body is in.
Speaker CSo that's amazing.
Speaker CI really didn't ever think of it.
Speaker BI went about medications and stuff.
Speaker CI just wouldn't have really even thought that different bodies need different lubes, in all honesty.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker CI just kind of thought, oh, grease.
Speaker BHer up and find whichever one you like.
Speaker BPlay.
Speaker CI didn't know, but I was wondering.
Speaker BSo before.
Speaker CBecause I'm not trying to change the subject at all.
Speaker BNo.
Speaker CBut I do want to know why is it so important for us to be in tune with our bodies and for us to be able to experience pleasure?
Speaker CIf I understand correctly, you probably have some cool statistics, but it's better for your life and your longevity and your emotional.
Speaker BThere's like health.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker CThere's actual health benefits, Correct?
Speaker AVery.
Speaker ASo the way that we get in tune with our body, we're in a world where we are so technology focused, you know, it's hard to kind of focus on what's going on with your body if you are looking at a screen.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AWork that way.
Speaker ASo what.
Speaker AWhat I found is instead of people being in tune with their body and sexually aware and pleasure aware, we're tuned out.
Speaker ASo there's something that I do with my clients.
Speaker AThere's a bunch of things, but this is the main thing I see.
Speaker APeople with low libido are not in touch with Their body.
Speaker ASo I do daily prompts as well as coaching sessions where you're.
Speaker AYou got to figure out where you are baseline.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker AAre you overstimulated?
Speaker AAre you needing time to decompress?
Speaker ARight.
Speaker AThere's a matter of, like, de.
Speaker AArmoring yourself before you're in bed.
Speaker AYou know, just chilling.
Speaker AI could be open to sex, but I'm not needing it.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker AAnd then you get over to now I'm being introduced to sex, initiated, and I'm open to it.
Speaker APeople just think you're gonna, you know, someone's gonna initiate and you're ready, but you actually have to be a little bit more inside your body.
Speaker ASo if you need to get more into your body with a meditation, with a pleasure, practice with a shower, with a bath, you have to literally strip the fucking day off.
Speaker AAnd, yeah, a quick tip too.
Speaker AJust simple stuff throughout the day.
Speaker AI want you to think of three daily things that you do that you can link with pleasure.
Speaker AFor example, you take your first sip of coffee in the morning.
Speaker AI want you to do Kegel exercise.
Speaker AOh, when you are.
Speaker AWhen you're having, you know, a nice strawberry or your breakfast, do a Kegel exercise.
Speaker AWhen you're reading a book and you like a chapter, you like the title, do a Kegel exercise.
Speaker AIt's linking your body with pleasure pathways.
Speaker AAll right?
Speaker CYou're literally like Pavlov.
Speaker AYeah, yeah, yeah.
Speaker COh, interesting.
Speaker AYeah, It's a strategy I teach.
Speaker AJust call them pleasure layering.
Speaker ASo it's pleasure stacking.
Speaker BSo do you help men and women that struggle with their libido?
Speaker AI do.
Speaker AIt's actually like 90% of those in heterosexual relationships as well as homosexual relationship, both experience mismatched libidos.
Speaker AIt is so common.
Speaker AI work with couples or I work with women.
Speaker AI do not work with men alone unless they are referred to me and I know them.
Speaker ALibido is a big deal.
Speaker AThere's two types of desire that we don't all really understand.
Speaker ASpontaneous, like, it just happens, right?
Speaker AYou're like, I'm ready.
Speaker ALet's do it.
Speaker AAnd then there is.
Speaker AThen there is responsive.
Speaker AYou're responding to what is being presented to you.
Speaker ABut also when you're responsive, you're also responding to everything in your daily life that you have to get rid of to be available per sec and in.
Speaker CI'm glad you're saying that because it's really easy to forget because that your partner doesn't always respond to things the same way you do.
Speaker CLike, you could literally, like you said, initiate.
Speaker CInitiating is enough for me.
Speaker CBut it's not always for everyone.
Speaker CAnd you kind of have to.
Speaker CMight have to do something to get yourself in that mind space.
Speaker CIt is because it's more than just a.
Speaker BWell, this goes into communication.
Speaker BSo, you know, because I think, like Lauren mentioned earlier, that what does it for you now may not do it for you another time.
Speaker BAnd I feel like it could be the same way.
Speaker BWell, not could.
Speaker BIt is for me at least, depending I could be like, oh, you just winked at me.
Speaker BLet's go.
Speaker BAnd right now.
Speaker BBut then there's sometimes where I'm like, nope, you're going to have to do a little kiss and kiss.
Speaker BAnd like, we're going to have to lean into this and I have to be able to say, like, you're not touching me until xyz.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker ASo what's on the appetizer list?
Speaker AWhat you need?
Speaker AAnd it's going to.
Speaker CYeah.
Speaker AThroughout the month.
Speaker ABecause we have four different cycles, not just the men.
Speaker AWe can do that all different thing.
Speaker ADon't worry.
Speaker ADon't worry.
Speaker CRight.
Speaker BOh, interesting.
Speaker BOh, my God.
Speaker BWe.
Speaker CWe have to have her back.
Speaker BOh, yeah.
Speaker BThere's so many things that we can go into.
Speaker BHow.
Speaker BWhen, when you have a couple that.
Speaker BLet's just see.
Speaker BOkay.
Speaker BI feel like our listeners love when we have tangible examples.
Speaker CYeah.
Speaker BSo let's just go with a personal example of your, you know, a couple years into marriage, you're, you know, you're satisfied with your sexual life, but one is more interested in exploring all the options and all the things, and one is very uncomfortable with it or you're unsure how they're going to respond.
Speaker BIf you bring it up, how do you coach couples through this?
Speaker BOr how do you suggest someone brings it to their partner's attention?
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AOkay, example, we'll have Sarah and John or Sarah and Sally.
Speaker AIt doesn't matter.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker AWe're all going to talk the same way.
Speaker AHey, Sally, I have been thinking lately that I'm really interested to try anal or try sex in public.
Speaker AAnd I, I would like to explore that with you.
Speaker ALike, I love the sex we're already having, but I would like to find new ways to enhance what we're already doing and make it better.
Speaker AWould that be something you'd be open to talking about?
Speaker AOkay, let's go to a different example.
Speaker BI'm.
Speaker CWell, really quick.
Speaker CI'm already seeing that.
Speaker CI, I'm seeing in my own life where I've broached the subject wrong because I'll have said, like, hey, would you want to blah, blah.
Speaker CAnd I Feel like maybe that's too much pressure.
Speaker CBut you didn't do that.
Speaker CYou said, I, I, I want to do this.
Speaker BBut also with the example that you just did in my head, I'm like, oh, that would throw me for a loop.
Speaker BIf you just walked up to me and said, hey, I, I would like to have a conversation about exploring anal.
Speaker BI'd be like, what?
Speaker BLike, I need kind of like a build up to like, hey, I love our sex life.
Speaker BAnd I actually was reading like an article about, you know, the sensories and the anus and, you know, a lead in, like that.
Speaker BOtherwise I'm gonna be like, completely thrown off.
Speaker BLike, we can't talk about this right now.
Speaker BLike, why are you just throwing this at my gut?
Speaker AYou.
Speaker AAnd this is, it's called like a positive of like a positive sandwich.
Speaker ASo there's steps, right?
Speaker ASo the positive, right?
Speaker AI love the sex that we're having.
Speaker AWe, I love when you do this, this and that, right?
Speaker AThen you come with the intention.
Speaker AI read, I was reading something in this book and I'm actually really interested in, in trying a threesome.
Speaker AAnd, you know, whatever it may be, right?
Speaker AAnd then it's the invitation.
Speaker AI would like to know if you're, you know, curious about this, then we can set up a time to have a conversation around it so we can experience more pleasure together.
Speaker AWould you be okay?
Speaker BI like how you said, schedule a time to talk about it.
Speaker BPeople need time to process.
Speaker AThey do.
Speaker AAnd everybody's different.
Speaker ASome people are ready to go right then and there.
Speaker AAny conversation ever about sex, please have at the kitchen table.
Speaker AGo do it out at a coffee shop.
Speaker ARight?
Speaker ANot in the mood, not in the moment.
Speaker AIt is really depending on turf.
Speaker AOkay.
Speaker BAnd.
Speaker ATiming.
Speaker CYeah.
Speaker BSo now I love that you said that.
Speaker BI've had to train Simon of like, okay, you can't ask me in the moment.
Speaker BFirst off, it stresses me out, and now I'm not in the mood.
Speaker BSecond of all, you can't ask me just after we try something new if I liked it or not.
Speaker BLike, my brain for some reason has to go through everything that was felt and how it went into it and, and all the things.
Speaker BAnd I have to sit there and be like, did I like it?
Speaker BDid I not?
Speaker BI don't know, do I need to try it again?
Speaker AAnd the thing is too, after we have orgasms, our bodies are rushed with all these chemicals.
Speaker AOkay?
Speaker ASo, for example, Biologically, you need 30 minutes for your adrenaline level to go back down to baseline to actually know.
Speaker ASo digesting.
Speaker ASo when you broach that conversation, they may be like, whoa, yeah, let's like at least and a half hour or tomorrow when the drop off you guys get, you know, it's an invitation, you know, yeah, you're interested in, but it's an invitation.
Speaker ABut assuring them in the beginning with that positive start, that everything's great, but I want to enjoy my pleasure with you.
Speaker AWould you be open to it?
Speaker CRight?
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker BThat's a perfect sandwich.
Speaker CYeah, absolutely.
Speaker BThat is beautiful.
Speaker BSo you're in school to, you're in.
Speaker CSchool on your way to your masters.
Speaker BRight, to be a sex therapist for couples.
Speaker BCorrect.
Speaker BHow so?
Speaker BHave you gotten to practice yet on couples that come together where one, usually the female has had some sexual trauma and it's like a process to get into that comfortable space with their partner?
Speaker AYes, absolutely.
Speaker ASo the reason why I am going to school for sexual therapy is to be able to take insurance so I can help more people.
Speaker AYou know, sexual trauma affects more people than many think and sexual trauma varies and that's why the digestion, as you will, like you said, is different.
Speaker AThe invitation is going to be different.
Speaker AIt's going to be personal.
Speaker BOh, so maybe that's why I'm more like I need more.
Speaker AYeah, you need a little bit more.
Speaker ASometimes I need it to be a, you know, broad, you know, for example, like when it comes to desire.
Speaker BRight.
Speaker AIf you're going to be responsive.
Speaker ADesire.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker AYou may not be hungry for spaghetti until spaghetti is on the table.
Speaker ABut it's.
Speaker AThat's why everybody's a little different.
Speaker ABut also the way it's being presented.
Speaker ACool.
Speaker ABut how are you with yourself?
Speaker AWere you connected to yourself?
Speaker AWere you stressed out?
Speaker ADid you feel safe?
Speaker ADid something happen earlier in the day?
Speaker AWere you just like sometimes you're going to need to have a pre sex ritual where you find a way to connect back to your body.
Speaker AYou shed off the layers as a de armoring process.
Speaker AFeel more safe with your partner.
Speaker ADo you need to take a bath with them?
Speaker ADo you need to feel emotionally connected to them first?
Speaker ADo you need to read erotica and use a little toy to get you just started?
Speaker AWhat do you need?
Speaker ADo you need words of affirmation?
Speaker ADo you need a long 30 minute cuddle session?
Speaker AWhat do you need?
Speaker AAnd your.
Speaker BSo like you would talk to this couple and say, hey, your wife has had a traumatic experience.
Speaker BIt's kind of hard to understand that.
Speaker BWhat do you need?
Speaker BI need to snuggle for a moment, hear that you love me and then blah, blah, blah.
Speaker BAnd so that's kind of how you teach them to kind of connect.
Speaker AYes.
Speaker AAnd it's going to be different for everybody.
Speaker AEverybody feels safe with different things.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker ASo instead of just the aftercare routine that some people need, mostly in BDSM situations, but an aftercare for those who've experienced trauma is going to look different from others.
Speaker ASome may need to be brought a sandwich.
Speaker ASome may need their hair rubbed.
Speaker ASome may need a bunch of forehead kisses.
Speaker ASome may need to hear things, you know, and that goes with the pre care.
Speaker ASo not aftercare, but pre care too.
Speaker AAnd it's gonna look different.
Speaker AWe literally create a playbook and a user manual for all of these clients.
Speaker AAnd then when it comes to.
Speaker AIn the middle of sex, there's safe gestures, there's safe words, there's ways to stop it, there's ways to take a pause, and there's ways to, you know, go slower, go faster.
Speaker AYou know, we create these signals more fluid because each sexual experience is going to be different.
Speaker AEven if you have trauma, it can be different.
Speaker AThe position, the words you don't know.
Speaker ABut knowing what to do when your partner is triggered is big.
Speaker AAnd they'll tell you what that is.
Speaker AAnd they don't have to say it in the moment.
Speaker AThey can just say the word or they can do the snap, which is a gesture.
Speaker BYeah, we have like a.
Speaker BWe have like a.
Speaker BA touch.
Speaker BIf I touch like this, that means, oh, okay.
Speaker BToday it's just not okay, perfect.
Speaker CYeah.
Speaker CI feel like listening to you talk is kind of making me go back and taking almost full circle because I'm thinking, you know, a lot of people sometimes don't even know what.
Speaker CWhat it is that they're going to need.
Speaker CAnd so that takes us back to.
Speaker CThat's why it's important to do your body mapping and to know your own.
Speaker CYour own self emotionally as well as sexually.
Speaker BRight?
Speaker BI guess.
Speaker BSo, like, in our marriage, when we, like, literally, I think our first two years, like, it was very vanilla, very basic, because there's me trying to decide how do I feel safe and how are we, you know.
Speaker BRight.
Speaker BHow am I going to get comfortable with this now that I am very comfortable and I am very safe in my relationship, and we are trying all the things and getting into all the fun things.
Speaker BIt's like, I wonder, like, would there have been, like, a faster way?
Speaker BLike.
Speaker BLike what?
Speaker BSomeone who is in that relationship, like, where they're just are struggling, trying to get comfortable with the sexual experiences, like, is there a faster way?
Speaker BOr, like, do you have to spend two Years of, like, trying to be like, I don't know if I feel safe, I don't know what I'm doing.
Speaker AYou do.
Speaker AThat's the thing.
Speaker AIt's going to be different for everybody.
Speaker AAnd the fact that it took you two years, that's going to depend on how long it makes you feel safe, how long it takes to make you feel safe.
Speaker AThe way to shorten that is to figure out the things that make you feel safe and what your partner can do and consistency.
Speaker BI feel like that would have helped, like, not knowing that there's something to figure out.
Speaker BLike there's something you probably.
Speaker CYeah.
Speaker CI feel like you sounds like you were floundering, even.
Speaker CNot even realizing that you had that you were looking for what it is.
Speaker BThat makes you safe.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker AAnd sometimes we don't have to know exactly what it is.
Speaker AWe can know, like, what the root cause is.
Speaker AWe don't have to do that, but we can know the things that kind of irk us.
Speaker ARight.
Speaker AWhatever that is.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker AAnd just when it comes to sexual trauma, it's a, you know, if you're with two people, it's a.
Speaker AIt's a within that partnership issue.
Speaker AThat's it.
Speaker AIt's not a personal issue.
Speaker AYou get to tackle it together.
Speaker AThat builds that safety net as well.
Speaker AYeah, but we just.
Speaker AAs people who have trauma, the way that you heal is different.
Speaker ABut it's a lot easier with a coach.
Speaker AIt's a lot easier with a coach.
Speaker AYou don't have to explore it on your own.
Speaker AYou only go as deep as you want.
Speaker ABut the thing is, we get to figure out what are the pillows surrounding your body to make you feel safer?
Speaker AWhat are the words?
Speaker AWhat are the things that feel good?
Speaker AWe put more of that there.
Speaker AAnd what do you need to feel safe going up and safe after?
Speaker AAnd that's it.
Speaker AIt's.
Speaker AIt's all about, you know, if you're in the car, how fast you want to go, when do you need to hit the brakes?
Speaker AWhen can you hit the gas?
Speaker AAnd how can you say that?
Speaker CRight.
Speaker AGesture or something to your partner as you go without.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker BYeah.
Speaker BAll right.
Speaker BYou just brought up sex coach.
Speaker BSo is this something that one on one and you are literally on video coaching them how to touch themselves, or is this, like, just a conversation of, okay, next time you're having alone time, try this.
Speaker BLike, what is it?
Speaker ANext time you're having alone time, try this?
Speaker ASo as a sex coach, I never watch anybody be naked.
Speaker AIf I do any sort of guides for how to touch yourself, It'll be an audio that they'll listen to later as during their self practice.
Speaker AA sexual self care routine is something I highly recommend.
Speaker AI help my clients do a user manual where they figure out the things that turn them on, turn them off, their initiation styles, their erotic blueprint styles, their sex language as well as their love language and what desire type they are.
Speaker AA lot goes into this.
Speaker ANever mind.
Speaker AYou know, trauma always can play a big part into all of those.
Speaker AAnd yeah, knowing these things in a way that you're able to find like, oh, wow, that makes sense.
Speaker AThen communicate it to your partner.
Speaker AGame changer.
Speaker AEveryone's on the same table with the right information and then it's just opens up room for so much more.
Speaker BYeah, I'm glad that we answered what a sex coach is because what I see in my brain is meet the Fockers and she's sitting there like putting people together.
Speaker CAbout that.
Speaker ASo unfortunately, no, I do not do that.
Speaker AIf I ever do a workshop, it'll be like, like fully clothed, you know, a little.
Speaker AA little tantra if you will.
Speaker ACouple.
Speaker BIs that a skill you have as well?
Speaker BTeaching Tantra tantrum.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker AAnd there's a lot of, you know, beginner all the way up to, you know, this.
Speaker AIt's a beautiful modality, it's a beautiful practice and that is really getting touched with.
Speaker AWith yourself.
Speaker AVery much so.
Speaker AIn your own body.
Speaker CMan, there's so much.
Speaker CI feel like there's so much we didn't even cover.
Speaker AI voted and like, like let's.
Speaker AWe can break them up all into little episodes, bites.
Speaker CThat I would love that I would love it if we could get you back and talk about the like initiation.
Speaker AI.
Speaker CThat was something you said and I was like, wait, what?
Speaker AThat will change depending on the cycle you're in.
Speaker AIf you are.
Speaker COkay.
Speaker CThat I really do want to talk.
Speaker BAbout women Cycle as in like we are talking about like menstrual cycle.
Speaker AOvulation, luteal.
Speaker AI get the cycles.
Speaker AWe can go through that for sure.
Speaker AIt's really cool to know when you're most creative too, as a business owner or when you're most open or when you need more rest in a book and chocolate.
Speaker ALike it's just there's so many things.
Speaker BBut your psycho controls.
Speaker BWhen you're more creative than other.
Speaker AWhat?
Speaker CYeah, so much.
Speaker AWhen you're more open to different types of initiation by your partner, when you actually need more physical attention or soft touch or if you want to be thanked.
Speaker ALike it's all depending on that cycle.
Speaker AWe have four cycles.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker CSo many things.
Speaker CLauren, thank you.
Speaker AYes, thank you, my friend.
Speaker AThis has been.
Speaker BMy mind is blown.
Speaker AYeah, I feel.
Speaker CThank you so much.
Speaker CIt has.
Speaker CIt has been great.
Speaker BSo we'll have you on again.
Speaker BSo, listeners, make sure that you are letting us know which aspect do you want to dive into deeper and have Lauren help us explore.
Speaker BI mean, there's so many sex toys, apparently cycles.
Speaker CWomen's like.
Speaker AYeah.
Speaker CWomen's health.
Speaker BYeah, all of it.
Speaker BIt's so fun.
Speaker CI'll have to re.
Speaker CListen to this episode too, because I'll.
Speaker CThroughout listening, I'll.
Speaker CI know.
Speaker CI'll be like, oh, yeah, that she said that.
Speaker BI.
Speaker BYeah, I already got questions.
Speaker BI'm already going to be in your DMs once we stop recording, please.
Speaker AI appreciate you guys for making this platform available, covering so many beautiful topics, and we thank you.
Speaker AWe had a great time.
Speaker AYou guys are very easy to talk to.
Speaker AAnd I am here for you.
Speaker AI'm here for your listeners.
Speaker AIf you do somebody to talk about these questions, you don't know who else to ask.
Speaker AI'd be honored to be that person for you, man.
Speaker AI got you.
Speaker CThank you.
