Welcome back to another episode of health hack as I start a new theme talking about the importance of hydration, something that we so often take for granted. And so today, I want to share with you that your brain is largely made up of water and fat. And so hydrating by drinking half your body weight in water every single day helps give your brain what it needs. And this results in improved cognitive function, improved memory, it enhances concentration, and really results in optimal brain function. And all of this can then lead to improvement in mood and reduce feelings of irritability, because the positive impact on your cognitive function also is impacting your mood in a positive way as well. So drink half your body weight in water every single day.
